It's been a few minutes since either of them has uttered a sound and Beca is starting to worry that Chloe is going to be sick. Her face has gone pale, and she looks upset. Her brow is furrowed and her eyes look dark as she looks at Beca with an unreadable expression on her face. Her mouth is tight as she squeezes her hands together.

"He didn't bring you up again though," Beca finally ventures to say, she sounds earnest even to her own ears.

Chloe's eyes soften a smidge as she shakes her head, "He made you feel uncomfortable."

Beca, who honestly was not expecting that to be what Chloe focuses on, scoffs a little, "I mean- he was being a dick but like I'm obviously okay." She grins a little for emphasis but Chloe isn't having it.

"Jesse made you feel unsafe Beca. That's not right."

Beca lifts a shoulder and offers a tiny smile, "It's not unusual. It happens."

Chloe's frown deepens, "It isn't supposed to happen. Why didn't he just leave you alone when you asked him to?"

Letting out a sigh Beca rubs the back of her neck as she answers, "Because sometimes guys can't take a hint. Even when the hint is you literally telling them to go away."

"I'm going to talk to him," Chloe's eyes are serious, her face not giving any indication that she's even slightly joking.

Beca's eyes widen as she starts to shake her head, "No. What? No way. We need to not do that, ever. Leave him alone, that's what we're going to do. We can't have him poking around and asking about where you went off to last night."

"We aren't going to do anything. I am."

Beca blinks in disbelief, "Excuse me?"

Chloe matter-of-factly nods, "Exactly. I'm going to talk to him about his behavior last night. I'm going to let him know that he really creeped you out and that he should know better and be more aware of himself around people."

The brunette honestly can't help herself when she starts laughing, she can't believe her ears, "You can't be serious. Chloe, we have to keep your secret a secret and if you go off talking to him, he's going to start asking you questions and he's going to get even more suspicious than he already, probably, is. And I can't let that happen. I already feel like shit that he saw you. Chloe, he saw you go into the water. He saw you leave your clothes behind and just dip out and not come back."

Chloe nods, "Yes and then he completely forgot about me immediately after, all so he could harass you."

It's Beca's turn to furrow her brows now as she looks at Chloe like she's said something irrational.

Chloe raises an eyebrow and tilts her head slightly, "Yes?"

Beca can't help but laugh then, not expecting things to go this way at all when she imagined having this conversation, "I don't care that he was a little bit off last night Chloe. In his mind he was being a nice guy."

Chloe gently touches Beca's hand as she softly says, "Maybe. But the reality is, he made you feel anxious and wary and he upset you. He scared you, even if you don't want to admit it. It's obvious from the way you tell the story."

Beca hums softly to herself, her eyes focusing on Chloe's fingers lightly tracing the back of her hand, "It's not…It's not that big of a deal Chloe. I'm more worried about what he's going to do when he sees you and remembers that he saw you disappear into the abyss."

She lifts her eyes to find Chloe's and turns her hand over and gently grasps Chloe's hand in hers, "I promised I'd keep you safe."

"You promised to keep my secret and not to hurt me," Chloe counters softly, her eyes warm as a gentle smile forms on her face.

Beca gently squeezes her hand as she replies, "Keeping you safe from Jesse is me making sure you don't get hurt by having your secret exposed."

"It wouldn't be your fault if Jesse finds out…" Chloe states, seemingly coming to terms with the fact that Jesse probably already knows all about her secret.

Beca shakes her head no, "We don't know that. All I know for sure is he definitely was there to see you go into the water."

"Spying," Chloe says the word with more disdain than Beca's ever heard before.

"Yes. Spying." Beca gently squeezes Chloe's hand, "I'm sorry I wasn't more careful about where we went, or when I was taking you back to the pier. I should have paid more attention."

Chloe's eyes widen slightly as she shakes her head, "It's not your fault, I asked you to take me back and you did exactly what I asked of you. You had no way of knowing that Jesse would be spying on both of us like that."

Beca snorts, mostly because she can't believe that someone would do that, and yet at the same time, she isn't surprised that some guy thought it was completely okay to do whatever the hell he wanted.

"You said it's not unusual, that stuff like this happens?" Chloe's voice brings Beca out of her reverie.

"Well, yeah. It does happen. Guys, kind of think they know better. They also…" she trails off slowly not really knowing how to put things in terms that can't be misunderstood, "A lot of the time, guys feel like they're entitled to certain things. They believe that they have the right to do or say things or act in certain ways that normally isn't acceptable. And when you tell them so…in those instances guys can sometimes say that they just, were being good guys, nice guys, they weren't trying to do whatever it is you think they were. They find a way to make it your fault, even when it isn't at all your fault."

Throughout Beca's explanation, Chloe kept getting more and more appalled and upset by what Beca was saying. She couldn't believe that there were people who would live life that way.

"But-you told him, you asked him to leave you alone," Chloe interjects softly, still finding it hard to believe that this is such a normal occurrence, that Beca is barely truly phased by it.

Beca offers her a small smile, "Mhm. And he thought he knew better, not realizing that his behavior prior to offering to keep me company and take me back home was what made the offer and his presence unwanted."

"I still think I should be able to talk to him and tell him what he was doing last night was not appreciated or welcomed. He needs to know that if someone says they're uncomfortable then that's when he needs to back off."

Beca nods, "If you didn't have a secret to keep, I'd be backing you up here…I just think it'd be best if we kept you away from him."

Chloe scrunches up her face, "And I think it'd be best if I let him know that I don't appreciate the way he made you feel last night."

Beca quirks her lips and gently squeezes Chloe's hand, "Oh yeah?"

Chloe smiles at Beca as she nods and says, "Oh yeah, mhm." Her face gets serious again as she continues softly, "I don't like it. Not even a little bit. And what if he continued making you feel that way? What if he decided to keep following you?"

Taking in a deep breath, Beca nods, "No I know. And I'm glad he didn't follow me all the way back. Although, I mean…who's to say really. Everyone, and their brother, seems to know where I'm being boarded."

Chloe opens her mouth to speak but a knock on the door interrupts her, and has both Beca and Chloe looking at each other in slight confusion.

"I'm not expecting anyone," Beca states, shrugging her shoulder and looking towards the front door, trying to look out the window that's beside it but not seeing anyone.

Another knock is heard.

Furrowing her brow slightly, Beca gets up and makes her way towards the door just as the person on the other side calls out.

"Beca?"

Beca stops in her tracks and her eyes widen slightly, not believing her ears.

Chloe is up and standing beside her in seconds, "Jesse?"

Beca can only nod but it doesn't matter because Jesse apparently isn't giving up, even if he doesn't know whether anyone is actually home.

"I just want to talk. And apologize for yesterday."

Chloe tilts her head and looks at Beca inquisitively, "Do you want to let him in?"

Beca clasps her hands together and squeezes gently, "I don't…want him inside no."

"Do you want to hear him out?"

"I know you're in there…I mean, where else would you be…Come on Beca, please." Jesse's voice almost sounds as if he pressed up close to the door.

Getting a little bit angry now, Beca's face hardens before taking the remaining steps until she's in front of the door. Chloe walks up beside her and gives her an encouraging nod.

She steals herself before unlocking the door and pulling it open, careful so as not to hit Chloe, who decides to stay behind the door to give Beca quiet support.

Upon seeing Beca, Jesse's face lights up instantly, "There you are. Thanks for opening the door; I was starting to wonder if you were taking a nap or something."

Beca does not smile, in fact she barely moves her lips as she asks, "What do you want Jesse?"

Seemingly unfazed by Beca's body language, Jesse happily goes into why he has shown up, "Well, like I was saying, I wanna apologize for yesterday!" He makes as if to step into the house but Beca raises an eyebrow and doesn't move, "Can-you want to talk out here?"

Beca shakes her head, "I don't want to talk, period, Jesse. You can leave now. Seriously. I don't want you here. It's fine."

Jesse furrows his brow slightly, looking confused and a little hurt, "I just want to be given the opportunity to show you that I've taken in everything you said and that I've learned from it."

"That's great." Beca's hand tightens its grip on the doorknob, which she hasn't let go of since opening the door, as she shifts her weight from one leg to the other, "I'm glad you understand where I was coming from," she pauses for a beat before continuing, "You maybe should've thought about it a little more before showing up here, after making me feel so uncomfortable yesterday."

Jesse lifts up a bag he was holding, "I did, and that's why I thought it was a good idea to come over to talk this through. I think we were misunderstanding each other! I brought some snacks, think of it as a good will gesture; we can talk some more inside."

He once again makes to walk through the door but Beca stands her ground and it's apparent to her that this makes Jesse frustrated as he drops his shoulders exasperatedly, "Why aren't you letting me in so we can talk?"

Chloe, who had decided she was going to step in only when it became too much for Beca, had had enough of Jesse not listening. She was about to step out from behind the door and pull it open further but Beca had already started talking back to Jesse and she decided to wait a little more.

"Because I don't want to," Beca looks at Jesse with a steely gaze as she lifts a shoulder and continues, "It's that simple Jesse. I appreciate you taking the time to think about your behavior last night; I'd appreciate it if you would also take the time to think about your current behavior. I am asking you, please, to leave me alone."

Jesse seems to deflate even further, his shoulders slump, as he murmurs, "How am I supposed to let you know that I get it, if you won't let me talk to you?" He shuffles his feet and goes on, "Are you busy now? Could I come back when you're not busy?"

Beca nods, though Jesse doesn't see as his head is lowered, "I am busy. I'm very busy in fact. I don't know when I'm going to be less busy, so I can't let you know when later will be."

Chloe tilts her head at Beca's response and tucks it away to ask her about it later.

Jesse lifts his head up and seems to perk up at this, "You are? Okay, what're you busy with?"

Beca sighs and glances in Chloe's direction before looking back at Jesse, "I-"

He cuts her off, "Is someone here? Is that why you won't let me in? I don't mind, I'll explain myself in front of them too!"

Beca's eyes widen as Jesse clasps onto the fact that she may not be alone.

"Jesse, I just got done telling you I'm busy. You were about to leave. Please just leave now, seriously."

Jesse shakes his head a little, "Yeah but- I want to be given the opportunity to defend myself! I'm okay with someone else hearing me apologize."

Exasperated, tired of having this conversation, and desperately wanting him to just leave, Beca throws her hands up and turns to look at Chloe.

Chloe slides over to stand besides Beca in the doorframe, "I think you can have this conversation some other time. Maybe even at a time when Beca chooses to have it."

Jesse looks surprised to see Chloe, and says as much, "Oh it's you!" His eyes, Beca notes, travel down Chloe's body before returning to look her in her eyes, "I uh wasn't expecting you to be here."

Chloe tilts her head, "Why's that?"

Jesse stammers a little and runs his fingers through his hair, "Oh, well I, well it's early in the morning, I didn't know friends met up with each other this early."

Unconvinced by his logic, Chloe can't help but find it funny to some degree; her lips curve up in slight amusement, "Surprise."

Beca bites the inside of her cheek, not knowing if Chloe realizes how sassy she sounds right now.

Jesse nods, "Yeah-yeah it is a surprise. But so…if you aren't too busy, I think we do need to talk. More so Beca and me, but I mean, since you're here you should stay and hear me out too."

Beca's jaw drops slightly, barely comprehending that Jesse actually said what he just said.

Chloe's eyebrow quirks slightly but she turns to look at Beca to silently ask her what she wanted to do.

Beca takes a deep breath and let's it out slowly, rolling her eyes as she shrugs, her frustration apparent to Chloe, "fine."

The word is barely out of her mouth and already Jesse is perking up and lifting his shoulders and stepping forward to walk into the house. Beca immediately shakes her head and lifts her hand to stop him, "if at any point I'm done here, you're going to leave Jesse. I don't care if you're in the middle of a sentence, or a thought." She pauses before continuing, "in fact. If Chloe says you're done then you're done."

Beca catches Chloe's eyes and gives her a tiny nod which Chloe returns. Beca then shrugs her shoulder and steps back into the house, finally making room for Jesse to pass through.

He shuffles in quickly, not wanting Beca to change her mind before he gets through the door at least.

"Oh wow, hey they set you up with some nice digs." Jesse says as he takes in the space, "I had no idea this is what it looked like inside. I never got the chance to get an invite in, until now."

If he means it to be complementary and light chit chat, then he's wrong because neither Chloe nor Beca can get over just how weird and off putting that comes off.

He doesn't give them a chance to dwell on it enough to question him though because he simply drops the bag he was holding down on the coffee table before he plops down on the couch and throws his arms up to either side of the back of the couch and scoots down so he's well and truly taking up as much space as possible.

"Take a seat, get comfortable friends."

Chloe slowly blinks as she takes in what just occurred, and Beca isn't having an easy time with his conduct either.

Chloe leans into Beca and whispers, "Is that-"

Beca just shakes her head before she even finishes her question and says, "No, it isn't okay, but here we are."

She gently places a hand on Chloe's lower back and lets her decide where she would like to sit. Thankfully the living-room space has another comfortable couch to accommodate them without needing to resort to sitting beside Jesse.

It doesn't go unnoticed when Jesse's face falls when he realizes neither of them are going to sit by him. Neither Chloe nor Beca care enough to make him feel better about their decision.

As Chloe gets comfortable on the other couch, she looks up at Beca who hadn't taken a seat yet and offers her a little smile and tilts her head to indicate the space beside her, and Beca returns the smile and nods as she waits for Chloe to rearrange the cushions for herself.

"Yo like- I can move? There's lots of space," Jesse quickly mutters out as he rights himself and starts to lessen the space he had been taking up.

Beca ignores him and gingerly sits down next to Chloe, rearranging the cushions behind her so that she doesn't disrupt Chloe's perfect balance she had managed before Beca sat down. Her attempts are met with a wide smile from Chloe who appreciates the gesture.

"So! I brought snacks. I didn't know Chloe was gonna be here so i didn't really count her in on the snackage but i think it'll be alright." Jesse scrambles as he tries to gain control over a situation he didn't realize he would be in today. He hadn't planned on Chloe bearing witness to him trying to win favors with Beca.

Beca hums lowly as she shrugs, "I'll share with Chloe, don't even worry about that."

Chloe beams at Beca, "You will?"

Chuckling Beca nods, "Of course I will, silly. Why wouldn't I?"

Jesse clears his throat as he dumps all the snacks and drinks onto the table, "Okay well, there you go. Get settled. I'll just start when ya'll are comfy."

Beca's eyebrow only seems to raise higher and higher as more time passes. She is completely done with Jesse and she doesn't care that every ounce of her being is making it apparent.

She looks at the spread before them on the coffee table. Jesse had brought some wine coolers, a couple of beers, a single Mountain Dew, some chocolates and gummy candies, pretzels and a bag of chips.

"Wow, you really wanted a party," Beca's tone is dry and the sarcasm drips from every syllable and she does not care.

Jesse grins and nods, "Totally thought what better way to apologize than to get comfortable and just really let it all out while we chit chat. I wanna be comfortable and i want you to be comfortable as we talk bout things."

Chloe's eyes had immediately fallen on the bag of candy cherries and gummi twin snakes and had missed the conversation as she had slowly reached out and pulled them from the stack. She turns to Beca and asks, "Will you eat these with me?"

Beca laughs lightly and nods her head, "Sure, lemme just-" she looks over the bags and tears into them, "Neither of these are sour, so I think you'll be good, nothing will surprise you much about these."

"There are sour ones?" Chloe asks as she gingerly pulls out a snake as well as a cherry gummy. She studies them both, giving each candy a whiff and a tiny lick before taking a nibble out of one, chewing for a moment and then repeating with the other.

Beca watches with a tiny smile on her face, "Yeah, the sour ones aren't my favorite to be honest. I don't usually enjoy the feeling they give me."

Jesse forcefully, it feels like, cuts in, "And that's why i didn't want to get any sours! I had a feeling you wouldn't like them!"

"Please stop acting like you know me." Beca's voice is dry and monotonous.

The air in the room is heavy now, as if Jesse finally realized that none of them were actually happy for his presence.

"And that is why I'm never allowed back at that particular Seaworld." Stacie finishes her story with a flourish, waving a hand and pseudo bowing.

Aubrey's amused by her antics, her eyes soft as she watches Stacie joyfully grin at her.

"And Beca was there with you?"

Stacie nods, "Oh totally. There's no way she was gonna take any of that shit sitting down. They didn't think it through when they had invited us to see their facility 'behind the scene' so to speak. We advocate for the planet and animals especially constantly. You'd think they'd have at least cleaned up a little for us. I'm kinda glad they didn't. If we didn't see what we did, I worry that the poor orcas would still be being treated so awfully."

Aubrey smiles at Stacie softly, "You're very different."

The grin she receives makes her stomach flip slightly, and not at all expecting that her hand goes to cover her stomach wondering if it'll flutter again.

"How so?" Stacie asks curiously, her eyes glancing down at her hands before finding Aubrey's eyes again.

"Humans...most humans we've met out here...a lot of them seem to think nothing of any other being but themselves. In fact, they think of only themselves. No one else at all. Not even the other humans that may be with them on their boats."

Stacie hums softly, lightly scratching the back of her neck, "I can't really speak on behalf of other humans. Most are assholes though. But...I like to think that there are some good folks out here. I'm not tooting my own horn of course," she grins at Aubrey and gives her a little wink and to Aubrey's surprise her stomach dips again, accompanied by some more flutters.

Aubrey bites her lip, "You are good people Stacie Conrad."

Stacie can't explain why it feels so good to hear that from Aubrey. Except she absolutely knows why it feels so good to hear. Because she's really really into the blonde. Infatuated and completely charmed to the heavens by this being who just is.

Aubrey is blinking at her, eyes wide and her mouth slightly opened, and Stacie furrows her brow slightly, confused, until after a beat, she realizes, "Did...did I say that out loud?"

Aubrey's lips quirk upward and she slowly blinks and nods her head, eyes sparkling in delight, "You most certainly did."

Clearing her throat Stacie can't meet Aubrey's eyes right now, embarrassed with herself, "Oh jeez. I'm sorry, that...I didn't mean that to come out. You know how, you have inside thoughts? That was supposed to be entirely just inside thoughts."

Stacie is rambling and she knows it, but she can't help it much, especially now that she's faced with this embarrassing moment she's in.

Aubrey scoots closer to the brunette and gently places a hand on top of Stacie's and suddenly all her movements stop and she's silent, and Aubrey smiles to herself at the peace she can feel coming off of Stacie once again, "I'm not sorry. And you shouldn't be sorry either. I'm very glad to hear your thoughts in fact."

Stacie's heart hammers in her chest and she can feel her ears heating up, "Yeah?" she asks but still refuses to meet Aubrey's eyes.

Aubrey leans in and crooks a finger under Stacie's chin to guide her face upwards, hoping her eyes would follow suit, "Please?" she whispers gently and she's rewarded with Stacie's eyes locking with hers again, "I'm very charmed by you as well. Charmed and just as infatuated by you in fact."

"Get out of here," Stacie whispers, eyes searching Aubrey's, looking for a hint of deception and teasing in them, but finding nothing but earnestness.

It's Aubrey's turn to look confused and she drops her hand and tilts her head, "Get out?"

Stacie's head whips around and shakes so fast she appears blurry to Aubrey, "No! I mean it like, I can't believe it, I'm surprised. I def don't want you to leave."

"Are you certain?" Aubrey asks, still somewhat unsure.

Stacie swallows and reaches a hand out to Aubrey's and gently squeezes, "Absolutely certain. I like having you around."

And then she does something she never thought she would do. She leans in slowly, giving Aubrey the chance to move away, yet hoping that she won't, and she kisses her cheek ever so softly.

Her lips barely brush against Aubrey's skin, and what feels like tingles hit her lips pleasantly, her stomach erupting into flutters and what feels like circus level gymnastic somersaults begin.

And to her delight, she feels and hears Aubrey inhale sharply, and she feels Aubrey reach out and lightly caress her cheek for a moment before she drops her hand as Stacie leans back.

She has absolutely no control over the way her eyes flutter barely open as she leans back to look at Aubrey's face. Nor can she control the way her voice drips lowly as she bites her lip and practically smolders as she whispers, "Hey there."

Stacie would have been embarrassed by the way her body is acting but she can't bring herself to care because she sees Aubrey's cheek flush deeply and her pupils are dilated and she looks very okay with the sound and look of Stacie right now and Stacie is not going to wreck a good thing.

The fact that it has been what feels like hours now and Jesse has yet to get to his actual point frustrates Beca to no end.

"-and so like, me being a good dude was like, alright what're you gonna do about it son? And so I was like not gonna let a couple of young pretty girls go off in the middle of the night without making sure they're okay, ya know?"

Beca rubs her eyes as he drones on, he's not even actually waiting for any of them to say anything to agree or disagree with his statements.

She suddenly feels Chloe's hand on her back lightly rubbing soothing circles, and she hears a gentle whisper in her ear, "Are you okay?"

Beca can't help the way her lips curve up in a smile, regardless of how she feels towards Jesse. She gives Chloe a little nod and hums out an 'mhm'.

They both hear an exasperated sigh from the other couch, but as soon as he lets it out he's back to his story as if nothing had interrupted him.

Beca groans and rolls her eyes, "Jesse. Look. We know what happened last night. We really don't need a recap. You're only just meant to apologize and then leave us alone. That's it. That's literally it. We don't need this recap dude. We're good if that's all that's goin on."

Chloe's hand remains on her back and she's glad for it honestly. It feels soothing and grounding in a way Beca's never felt before.

Jesse looks struck as he fumbles, his arms flopping at his side, after his hands wave about for a moment, "I'm just trying to make sure we're all on the same page! I'm explaining my side-"

Beca cuts him off again, finally having had enough of this 'giving him a chance' bullshit, "We don't need to hear your side. I don't need an explanation. I know what you did. That's all the matters. What you did. Not what it appeared to be like, not what you intended things to be like."

She takes a breath and shakes her head slowly, "You may be a good guy Jesse. But I don't know you from Adam, and honestly, I don't care to know you right now. You were being a real creep, and I don't feel safe being around you. And you know how you can fix that? By listening to me and accepting and honoring how I feel and giving me space. That's it. I know that's hard, I get it, cuz you want to defend yourself, but like my dude, this ain't it. I'm not gonna be receptive. I'm not receptive. You pushing your company on me is making me dislike you more and more and it's having the opposite effect of what you're hoping to achieve."

Chloe does not stop her soothing circles against Beca's back, feeling how the gesture calms the brunette. She's also proud of her for speaking up. Chloe was just about to tell him to leave at his next 'ya know?' but she's glad Beca cut him off and got to get things off of her chest.

She watches Jesse closely, wondering if he'll do what she thinks he will, or if he'll shock them all and actually leave without arguing.

Chloe's eyes narrow slightly as she notices Jesse's mouth move but no sounds form. Her eyes then glance at the movement of his hands as he clenches his fists loosely.

He nods his head, "So like-that's it then? I'm the bad guy?"

Beca scoffs and her shoulders tense, Chloe can feel the muscles in her back under her hand.

"Leave." Chloe's voice resonates sonorously, almost as if the word originated within their bodies and not from Chloe.

Beca looks at Chloe as if for the first time, not scared of her voice, not at all in fact she finds that she very much loves the change of tone. She sounds powerful.

Badass even.

Jesse doesn't look impressed at all, rather he looks a little perturbed by the sound that exuded out of Chloe.

"How did you do that?" he asks, his eyes trained on Chloe as if she's grown a second head, one of his hands clutching the back of the couch tightly.

Chloe doesn't answer him, she simply stares at him unblinkingly, her blue eyes piercingly sharp.

As cold as Chloe's gaze feels to Jesse at the moment, it changes nothing in the way she's rubbing Beca's back and making her feel. Beca wonders how that's possible. How could someone be making her feel warmth and at the same time be staring daggers down at someone else.

"Are-Aren't you gonna tell her I can stay?" Jesse asks, but Beca's sure he knows the answer to that question, so she doesn't get why he had to ask.

Beca shakes her head at him but doesn't verbalize anything. In fact, she doesn't do much else after that, she doesn't feel like it's necessary, because right then, Chloe raised an eyebrow, and she looks like she could do unspeakable things, deadly things, and Beca would not be embarrassed to admit that seeing her like that…Beca shifts in her seat just slightly, her cheeks color just a bit.

He stays there in his seat, unmoving, his Adam's apple bobbing make it obvious that he's swallowing and perhaps attempting to come up with something to say, but whatever he was trying to come up with never gets heard because Chloe speaks again.

And again, it's the same, deep, sonorous sound, melodious and rich, "Beca and I want you to leave. Now."

The juxtaposition of what Chloe is wearing and the badass, dark and moody shift in mannerism makes Beca hot and bothered, and it has her wonder what it is about this combination of things that's making her feel this way.

Jesse, miraculously, gathers himself quickly without another word. He leaves, but not before throwing a kicked puppy look over his shoulder, in some halfhearted attempt to make Beca change her mind.

It does not work. Beca just raises her eyebrow at him too and he huffs as he slams the door closed behind him.

Beca gets up and locks the door after him, not caring whether or not he's within earshot of the mechanism sliding into place. She rests her head against the wood and tries to catch her breath and calm her body before she turns to look at Chloe again. She's unbelievably turned on by her right now, and she doesn't want to do anything too quickly, or rush things, especially after just talking to Chloe about how she wants to do things right. 'Gradual, taking our time'.

Chloe slowly gets up off of the couch and tilts her head as she steps closer to Beca, who still hasn't turned around after locking the door, "Beca?"

Beca shivers, her body reacting to her own name rolling off Chloe's lips by giving her a full body spasm, and a stomach flip.

Her voice isn't doing the same thing it had been when demanding Jesse leaves. It doesn't feel like it's emanating from inside of Beca's head, nor does it sound vaguely threatening or deep. But Beca still reacts to it. It makes her shift from one leg to the other, biting her lip as she feels just how much she's effected by Chloe.

She shuts her eyes tightly and then lets out a low chuckle as she whispers, "fuck," to herself before turning around and looking up at Chloe, who had walked to about a couple of feet from her, her blue eyes showing warmth and concern, the redhead's fingers playing with each other worriedly.

Chloe opens her mouth to ask if Beca is alright, but something about the way Beca is looking at her makes her stop. She stops playing with her fingers and instead just holds her own hands, her eyes scanning Beca's face, taking in the flush on her cheeks, the impossibly dilated pupils, the way her chest rises and falls just that little bit faster. Chloe bites the inside of her cheek to stop herself from smirking widely, her eyebrow quirking just a tiny bit.

Beca notices the way Chloe goes from looking concerned to looking just the slightest bit smug and fuck it if that doesn't make Beca want her even more.

It's Chloe's turn to have her toes curl in reaction to Beca's almost smoky velvet tone as the brunette takes a step towards her, closing the distance between them, "That…was so fucking hot."

Chloe's would be smirk disappears, the almost whispered confession Beca uttered was not something she was expecting. She bites her lip and clears her throat, "What was?"

Beca stops walking towards her and laughs, eyes bright, honestly charmed by the question, knowing Chloe knows exactly what she's talking about.

Beca shakes her head and gives her a smile as she takes the last step to get to Chloe and she cups her face, "You. You are so fucking hot." Her other hand slides to her waist.

Chloe is giddy as she goes to respond, but Beca's eyes once again make her stop. Something in the way she's looking at her makes Chloe want to stay in this moment forever. Her eyes flick down to Beca's lips and her heart flutters as she glances back to Beca's eyes.

Beca looks hungry. She looks starving even, she's looking at her like Chloe's the best thing she's ever seen, and she's going to enjoy her.

Chloe hopes so.

Beca is at war with herself.

Not about whether or not she's going to kiss Chloe. She's going to kiss Chloe, there's no doubt. But is she going to go hard or soft. Is she going to go ravish her for their first kiss, or draw it out smooth and soft.

"Fuck," she whispers again when she sees Chloe lick her lips and notices the way her eyes stay lingering on Beca's lips.

She leans in and hovers a breath away from Chloe's lips, and she hears her let out a little whine before Chloe closes the distance between them, making Beca smile against her lips, feeling Chloe return the smile through the kiss.

Beca's hand slides down Chloe's neck, gently pulling herself closer, her other hand holding her cheek, her thumb caressing Chloe as she slowly pulls back for a moment, Chloe not even having time to react other than to open her eyes for a split second to see Beca going back in to kiss her again. Chloe can't help the gasp that escapes her.

This kiss feels more urgent, more needy, and Beca doesn't notice but she's started to guide them towards the couch as Chloe's hands find their way to her hair. And just like that Beca feels just how much wetter she's gotten, her whole body feels like she could come undone at any moment.

When Chloe feels Beca's tongue slide across her lips for the first time, she's sure Beca felt the way her stomach dipped, the way she whimpered as she parted her lips to grant her access. And when their tongues taste each other, Beca lowly whimpers back and Chloe pulls her even closer to her still, her thigh pressing against her, making Beca gasp at how good this feels.

Chloe's eyes are hooded as she takes in Beca's face for a moment, pulling her back in for another kiss, this one hungrier, now that they've tasted each other, now that they've started, there was no way they were slowing down.

Beca miraculously gets them to the couch, or it was probably Chloe who navigated them to the couch, but once they're seated, Chloe feels Beca push her slowly back so she's reclining more, and she relishes in the feeling of more of Beca's weight on her as she presses into her, Beca's thigh finding its way between her legs now, gently pressing against her as she kisses her deeper.

The sound Chloe makes now sends Beca, and she moans lowly in return, pushing her breasts against Chloe's and she murmurs against her lips, "Your voice is doing things to me."

Chloe pants against Beca's breath slightly, dizzy and enjoying this immensely, "What things am I doing to you?" She smirks as she feels Beca's heart hammer against her, and feels her shudder at the sound of her voice.

Beca pushes herself closer and licks Chloe's lower lip before lowly letting out, "You're making me wet."

Chloe grips Beca's waist and kisses her deeply, pulling her into her, her hips rolling against Beca's thigh and she knows exactly what she means because she can feel how wet she herself is from Beca.

Beca's hands find the edge of her own top and she pulls it over her head quickly before going back to kiss Chloe, relishing in the feeling of less clothing between them, and wanting more.

Chloe's hands travel up and down Beca's back, before scratching lightly down her back causing Beca to moan into her mouth and arch her back, pressing against her.

Chloe's reaction is to watch her wide eyed, panting and desperate to hear that sound from Beca again.

And again.

Beca would feel embarrassed if anyone would have told her just how quickly she's gotten worked up, however, the fact that she's in the middle of this make out session makes her not care at all just how quickly she's found herself on the edge.

Beca purposefully presses her thigh against Chloe and watches as her head falls backwards, exposing her long neck as she moans, gripping Beca tighter.

Beca's lips are on her neck and she can't think straight any longer, the feel of Beca's tongue and teeth scraping and biting and licking against her skin is making Chloe's head spin and her body feels like it's buzzing.

"I want you," Beca whispers against Chloe's ear once she finally makes her way to it, gently nibbling at her earlobe after she says it.

Chloe feels an all new rush of wetness flood through her at the sound. She presses herself against Beca and scratches her nails down Beca's back, the sound of her moans mix in with Chloe's words as she says, "Have me."

Beca doesn't need to be told twice.
