A/N: Sorry if I took a bit long with this. What with the current world situation and such, work has been slower than usual. Also, I apologize if there might be some inaccuracies in this chapter and the next one, but I'm already past that point, so there's no turning back now. I just hope you'll still like this chapter regardless. And yes, I am aware that Luna and Sam's band mates have official names, but what's done is done. And one more thing: Stay safe and stay healthy.

I would also like to once again, thank DukeyDukeyDoo and Mike the Red Engine for helping me proofread during these difficult times.

So without further ado, on to the next chapter.

Chapter 30: The Last Stretch Part 1

The next day, at Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[It was around noon, and Lori was sitting on the couch with her laptop on the table doing an assignment for school. Lori and Bobby only had a few more days until they were ready to graduate high school. Lori currently had almost enough points to pass, but things were getting harder. Lori had been doing online assignments, but soon, she had to finish at the school.]

[Just then, she got an incoming call on the computer. She clicked on the green answer icon and there was Bobby who was calling from the cafeteria at Royal Woods High School via his cell phone.]

Bobby: "Hey, babe!"

Lori: "Hi, Boo-Boo Bear. What's going on?"

Bobby: "Nothing much. Just wanted to check in on my favorite chica and see how she's doing."

[Lori blushed and giggled.]

Lori: "I'm doing just fine."

[Lori then put her hand on her stomach and rubbed it lovingly.]

Lori: "And so is our little bumblebee."

[Bobby gave a warm smile as he watched his girlfriend rub her baby bump.]

[Just then, Leni appeared right next to Bobby.]

Leni: "Heeeeey!"

Lori: "Oh, hey, Leni. How's things?"

Leni: "They're good. I got a C plus in math. What about you?"

Lori: "I just have this math assignment to do before I call it a day. Other than that, I'd say everything's fine."

Leni: "You sure you don't, like, need any help?"

Lori: "No thanks, Leni. I think I almost have enough points to graduate."

Leni: "Okay, well...I'm glad we had this talk. Tell Bobby I said hi."

Lori: "He's right next to you, isn't he?"

[Leni turned and saw Bobby next to her.]

Leni: "Oh right. Hi, Bobby!"

[Just then, the school bell rang and both teens knew what that meant.]

Bobby: "Got to go, Babe. It's time for the 4th period. I really can't wait to see you at school again."

[Lori smiled lovingly as she put her hand on the screen.]

Lori: "I know! I can hardly wait myself! I love you!"

Bobby: "Right back at ya, Babe!"

[With that Bobby blew a kiss at Lori before the screen disappeared. Lori made a catching gesture with her left hand before getting back to her assignment. As she did, she sighed dreamily.]

Lori: You already made it so far, Lori. Just one final exam this Thursday and you're finally out of school. I just hope I pass before Bumblebee arrives.

[Lori shook the thoughts out of her head as she continued to type. Tomorrow, she had to start her last days back at the school.]

The next morning, at Royal Woods High School...

[With Bobby by her side, Lori walked through the front doors and through the hallways. It had been over a month since she last seen those hallways. Just then, they came across Becky, Carol, Dana, and Leni, who all greeted her with open arms.]

Carol: "Hey, Lori!"

Dana: "Welcome back!"

Leni: "How have you been?"

Lori: "I'm doing fine, but you know it's only for a few days, right?"

Becky: "Of course. You and Bobby are finally going to become adults soon."

Lori: "I know, but still...It's literally great to see you guys again!"

[Bobby stood there smiling at the girl's reunion. Just then, the bell rang, meaning that it was time for the first period.]

Becky: "Well, I think that's our cue."

Dana: "Of course."

[Lori and her friends walked to Math class while Bobby did the same. As they kept walking, Carol looked over at Lori again.]

Carol: "So...how are you and the baby doing?"

Lori: "Well, only a couple more weeks, and bumblebee will finally be here. I mean, it's literally hard to believe how long it's been since this all started."

Carol: "I'm glad."

[Lori beamed at her best friend. Just then, the club president said something else.]

Carol: "You guys might want to watch out for Moniqua, though. I heard she's been making a great fuss ever since word got around about your short return."

[Moniqua was one of Whitney's cronies as well as a former friend of Lori's before the latter became pregnant. Moniqua was also a grade-A student as well as the school's hall monitor. Lori even called her Whitney's "lackey" as she was seen around her a lot. Ever since Whitney got expelled, Moniqua had been making comments on social media regarding anything that was considered either "offensive" or "unprivileged", but had little luck in getting anyone to agree with her claims. As such, she was quite unpopular among the students of Royal Woods High.]

Lori: "I'll keep that in mind, Carol. Thanks."

[Math was pretty uneventful. Lori sat at her desk while Bobby sat at another one beside her as they both did their assignments. Whenever Lori looked over at Bobby, he would remind her about whatever lecture her teacher was giving and the pregnant blonde would comply. After a few minutes, Lori got an A plus while Bobby got a B. The Latino joked that the B meant his name, earning a little chuckle from Lori.]

[After the first period was over, Lori and Bobby decided to spend a few minutes making out in the halls before the second bell rings. As they were doing so, they were interrupted as someone spoke from nearby.]

"You just don't know when to quit, do you, Lori?"

[Lori and Bobby had stopped kissing and the blonde turned to the source of the voice to see a familiar figure. An African-American teen girl with freckles, glasses, and her hair wrapped in a bun. Lori then gave the girl a deadpanned look as she faced her.]

Lori: "Oh, hello, Moniqua. How are you holding up without Whitney around to help you?"

[In any case, the girl let out a scowl before she answered Lori's question.]

Moniqua: "I say they're pretty decent. I can handle myself without her, unlike someone who has no idea on what to do with her body."

Lori: "You know, I'm literally quite surprised that the school made you a hall monitor."

Moniqua: "Learned a few pointers from my dad. He's in the Royal Woods Police Department, don't you know?"

[At this point, Bobby felt a little uneasy at the tension going on between his girlfriend and Moniqua, and thought about leaving the two girls alone. But he knew that he had to stay in case Lori gets pushed over the edge, so he stood by his girlfriend's side.]

Moniqua: "So, Lori. I heard that you and Bobby are planning on graduating. Hard to believe that you and that deadbeat have made it this far."

[Bobby felt offended at Moniqua's insult, but managed to keep his cool while Lori spoke up.]

Lori: "Bobby and I WILL get through this! And my Boo-Boo Bear is no deadbeat!"

Bobby: "That's right."

Moniqua: "Oh, sure, and I'm the queen of Spain. There's no way you're going to make the big leagues, Lori. Especially in your condition. You'll just break down and start bawling your eyes out on the final exam due to the extra baggage."

[Lori growled at Moniqua, and was just about to talk back when the bell rang, indicating that it was time for the second period.]

Moniqua: "I think we better get to class. But knowing you, you're probably gonna fail big time. I bet you won't even last three minutes without your sisters as crutches."

[Moniqua walked off with a chuckle as Lori kept staring at her with a clenching fist. Hearing this girl who was once her friend insult her sisters wasn't something she was going to take lightly, but she stifled the urge to get physical as she knew it would have a negative effect on her progress.]

Bobby: "Just ignore her, babe. There's nothing she can do that can bring us down."

[Lori nodded before she and Bobby walked side by side to their next class. As they kept walking, Lori began to think to herself.]

Lori: I'm not going to cry... I've literally come too far to quit now!

[The class of the second period was cooking. Bobby and Lori were chosen as a team to make sugar cookies. Lori has had a few pointers about baking from Lola, that along with some of Lydia's cooking lessons while she was staying with her.]

[Lori had used the necessary ingredients to make the dough before flattening it out with a rolling pin. Bobby then walked behind his girlfriend and put his hands on hers as they finished rolling out the dough. Once the dough was flat enough, Lori and Bobby used heart-shaped cookie cutters to cut out twelve shapes out of the whole thing. Lori put all the cookies on a sheet and placed the whole thing in the oven to cook them.]

[After enough time has passed, the cookies were fully ready. All that was left was to decorate them. Both Bobby and Lori used baby blue and green colored icing on each cookie. With one half of each cookie being green and the other being baby blue.]

[Afterwards, the couple presented their work to the teacher. She tried one of the cookies and was by no means disappointed by their taste.]

Teacher: "Well, I think you two pass with flying colors."

[Bobby and Lori smiled at each other and even decided to take a couple of their cookie creations with them to lunch.]

[During the third period, all the students were in the cafeteria having lunch. Bobby and Lori studied together at their table. Leni was at another table gossiping away with Becky, Jackie, and Mandee. Luna was at another table with Sam, George, and Ruth. Luan, sat with Benny at her table. And finally, Lynn was sharing meatball subs with her teammates at another table. It was nothing out of the ordinary.]

[Lori and Bobby had just finished eating and decided to take a bite of their cookies as dessert. Lori went first, and as she was halfway finished, she felt a kick inside her stomach.]

Lori: "Oh!"

Bobby: "What is it?"

Lori: "It's nothing. The baby just kicked."

Bobby: "I guess he must love mama's cookies. Let's just hope he doesn't become too addicted to them."

[Lori giggled.]

Lori: "Always wanting what's best for your son, aren't you?"

Bobby: "Hey, somebody's gotta make sure you're both healthy."

[The fourth period of the day involved art class. Bobby was assigned to paint while Lori sat on a stool in front of him with her hands on her belly. It was clear what his inspiration was going to be for this masterpiece.]

[After some time and patience with the brush, Bobby's painting was complete. He then turned it towards Lori, who swooned in awe. There on the painting, was them laying in a field filled with flowers and leaning against each other with a third being. Bobby was on his back while Lori laid right beside him. And the being laying on Lori's stomach was a small infant sleeping soundly as his mother's hand rested on his head. There was also a bumblebee hovering above the flowers.]

Lori: "That is literally beautiful, Boo-Boo Bear. I could just look at it all day."

[Lori started to shed a tear, which was noticed by Bobby.]

Bobby: "What can I say? I guess you could say I'm a maestro of the arts."

[Lori wiped the tear from her eye before she came back to her senses.]

Lori: "Sorry... Mood swings."

[Even the teacher was somewhat impressed by the Latino's creativity.]

Teacher: "That's a fine piece of work, Santiago. Simply outstanding. I absolutely admire the effort put into this. In fact, I say it's worth an A."

[Moniqua, who was still painting her picture, just glared over at the couple. Though judging by how it looked, it was clear that Moniqua wasn't really the artistic type.]

[The fifth and last period was music class, Bobby and Lori attended this class along with Luna, Sam, George, and Ruth. Bobby was holding his guitar while Lori had her trumpet.]

Mrs. Vaporciyan: "Alright, class. Up next are Bobby and Lori who will be doing a cover version of a song from the 1980's. Let's see how you do it."

[With that, Bobby and Lori got up on stage with their instruments in their hands and faced the audience. Bobby on his guitar and Lori on her trumpet, the couple played a cover of 'Self Control' by Laura Brannigan. Bobby started strumming the guitar before Lori started blowing her horn seconds later. Bobby then opened his lips and started singing.]

Oh, the night is my world
City light painted girl
In the day nothing matters
It's the night time that flatters

In the night, no control
Through the wall something's breaking
Wearing white as you're walkin'
Down the street of my soul

You take myself, you take my self control
You got me livin' only through the night
Before the morning comes, the story's told
You take myself, you take my self control

Another night, another day goes by
I never stop myself to wonder why
You help me to forget to play my role
You take myself, you take my self control

I, I live among the creatures of the night
I haven't got the will to try and fight
Against a new tomorrow, so I guess I'll just believe it
That tomorrow never goes

A safe night, I'm living in the forest of the dream
I know the night is not as it would seem
I must believe in something, so I'll make myself believe it
That this night will never go

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh

You take myself, you take my self control
You take myself, you take my self control
You take myself, you take my self control
You take myself, you take my self control
You take myself, you take my self control
You take myself, you take my self control
You take myself, you take my self control
You take myself, you take my self control

Oh, oh, oh

[As soon as the couple finished their performance, Mrs. Vaporciyan clapped her hands in amazement while Luna and her band mates gave the couple their "You rock!" hand signals of approval.]

Mrs. Vaporciyan: "That was just amazing, Bobby and Lori. Really beautiful. I have never seen or heard anything like it. Bobby, your singing voice was like something from an angel."

Bobby: "Gracias."

Mrs. Vaporciyan: "And Lori, you really know how to blow the horn."

Lori: "Thanks, Mrs. Vaporciyan. You know, someone once told me that music isn't about being the best, but about having fun."

Luna: "Don't you know it?"

[It was no surprise that her oldest sister remembered the time she and her family formed a band for a talent show.]

Mrs. Vaporciyan: "All the same, this wonderful performance deserves an A+."

[After the last period, school was now over for the day and everyone headed out. As Bobby and Lori walked back to their car, Moniqua trailed alongside them.]

Moniqua: "Well... I see you guys managed to make it through Tuesday with little problems. Not bad for a couple of crazy kids."

[Lori and Bobby paid no attention to Moniqua and kept on walking.]

Moniqua: "Just don't go celebrating just yet. Remember, you two still have that history test on Wednesday, and you know how Mr. Dupree gets when your results don't meet up to his expectations, so I suggest you study real hard if you know what's good for your future."

[This annoyance was starting to get to Lori.]

Lori: "Dang it, Moniqua! Can't you go and bother someone else?"

[Bobby then put his hand in front of Lori before looking at her.]

Bobby: "Just wait for me by the car, Babe. I'll catch up with you."

Lori: "But, Boo-Boo Bear-"

[Bobby then put both hands on Lori's shoulders, looked into her eyes, and gave her a quick kiss on her forehead.]

Bobby: "I'll be fine, just go."

[Reluctantly, Lori headed back to Cathy and shot Moniqua one last glare.]

[Once Lori was out of the line of fire, Bobby kept his eye on Moniqua.]

Bobby: "Why do you have to keep picking on me and Lori like that?"

[Moniqua shrugged.]

Moniqua: "Because she's destined to fail."

Bobby: "You don't know that! What makes you think you can predict that Lori's gonna fail that test, anyhow?"

Moniqua: "It just happens that way. People in her condition have a tendency to fail. Teens who get knocked up while in high school end up putting their education in jeopardy. Now if you excuse me, I have to get home. My dad's waiting for me."

[With that, Moniqua turned around and headed towards the bus stop. Bobby just sighed and shook his head before catching up with Lori.]

That night, at the Loud House...

[Bobby and Lori had joined her parents, brother, and teen sisters in the dining room for dinner. Lynn Sr. had made his famous Lynn-Sagna and the whole family was ready to dine in. As Lori was eating her portion, Lynn Sr. decided to ask her something.]

Lynn Sr.: "So, honey. What are you and Bobby planning to do after you graduate?"

Lori: "Well...I was thinking about becoming a therapist. I want to help people with any issues they might have."

Rita: "What brought that on?"

Bobby: "She...kind of had a bad experience with a woman who attends Lamaze class."

Rita: "I see. Well, you know not to let those kinds of people get to you. They clearly have little compassion."

Lynn Sr.: "Exactly. I mean, you should have seen the stares your mother has been getting while she was carrying you. But, did she let them have that power?"

Rita: "No, I didn't."

Lynn Sr.: "No, she didn't."

Lori: "Mom, Dad, I know that. I've been more careful ever since that incident at the mall."

[Rita and Lynn Sr. looked at each other.]

Rita: "We're glad that you are."

Lincoln: "You guys sure have it better than Lola. You should've seen that tantrum she had when this new judge gave her a six on her last pageant."

[Just then, Lola yelled from the kitchen.]

Lola: "Well, it's not my fault, Lincoln! That guy had very poor taste!"

Lori: "Sounds like my history teacher."

Lynn Sr.: "What about him?"

Lori: "He wants me and Bobby to do an exam about the Cold War...and he expects me to be completely accurate."

Rita: "Well, honey, with a little help from us, you'll be able to pass."

Lori: "I appreciate the offer, but I think this is something Bobby and I need to do on our own. We're literally 18 now, and we have to start thinking for ourselves."

[As the family talked away, Bobby felt something on his leg. He turned his head and saw Charles looking up at the Latino, who smiled back and patted the dog's head.]

Bobby: "That's a good boy."

[Bobby then moved his hand from Charles' head to his back. The dog wagged his tail as the Latino kept petting him. The teen Loud sisters looked at one another, feeling a little uneasy at Lori's prideful side taking hold.]

Lynn: "You sure you don't want some facts about the Olympics from those days?"

Lori: "I said no, Lynn. Bobby and I can handle it from here. Don't worry about me."

Lynn Sr.: "Well okay, honey. If you're sure, we won't get in your way."

[Shortly after dinner, Lori and Bobby said their goodbyes before heading back to their home. As soon as they left, Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, and the Loud sisters gathered into Leni and Ronnie Anne's room to talk about Lori. Luna banged one of her boots on the stand to get everyone's attention. Since Lori had left the Loud House, Luna and Leni did a co-leadership deal with Luna acting as the brains.]

Luna: "Okay, dudes! Settle down!"

[Everyone stopped talking amongst each other and turned to Look at Luna.]

Luna: "As you all may have noticed, Lori is bound to graduate high school soon and we're all really proud of her. But lately, she's had her eyes fixed on her studies for a while now and we fear it might have a negative impact on her work. Would you care to break it down for us, lil' Lise?"

[Lisa then walked up to the stand.]

Lisa: "Thank you, third eldest sister. As you may know, Lori has been working hard to finish high school despite the challenges she's had to face these past eight months, most notably, her pregnancy. However, with her increasing work schedule, I fear that she might end up distancing herself from her family, or worse than that, causing some potential harm to our unborn nephew."

Luna: "Plus, that hack of a hall monitor, Moniqua is certainly not helping matters either."

Luan: "And there's also that blowhard Mr. Dupree in charge of the exam. I mean, you know how he gets when someone doesn't pay attention to him, or meet up to his standards. Did I ever tell you guys about the great puppet caper?"

A few months ago, in Royal Woods High...

[Luan was sitting at her desk with Mr. Coconuts as Mr. Dupree was giving another one of his lectures. Luan looked at her teacher with a bored expression as she moved Mr. Coconuts' head left to right.]

Luan: (as Mr. Coconuts) "Yeesh! The way this guy runs his mouth, you'd think he'd compete in the olympics."

[Luan let out a soft chuckle.]

Mr. Dupree: "Loud!"

[Luan quickly looked at Mr. Dupree, who was glaring at the young comedienne. The seventy-some year old teacher then marched over to Luan with his eyes still fixated on her.]

Mr. Dupree: "Were you even paying attention just now?"

Luan: "Of course I was, Mr. Dupree! Why would I not be?"

Mr. Dupree: "No no no no, I can tell when someone is lying through their teeth."

[Mr. Dupree then turned his attention towards Mr. Coconuts before yanking the puppet out of Luan's hand.]

Mr. Dupree: "And it seems this dummy here is a distraction!"

Luan: (as Mr. Coconuts) "Hey! That's gettin' kind of personal, Buster!"

Mr. Dupree: "You know the rules of this school, Loud! No student should have unnecessary distractions while in class!"

[Mr. Dupree looked Mr. Coconuts in the eyes as if he were a living being before looking back at Luan.]

Mr. Dupree: "And I think your little friend will be quite comfortable in timeout."

[With that, Mr. Dupree walked back to his desk and opened it before putting Mr. Coconuts in it. Luan just watched the whole scene before her with a helpless look on her face.]

Present day...

Luan: "I didn't see Mr. Coconuts for a whole week. Luckily, Benny brought him back for me."

[Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, and the Loud sisters looked at one another. They didn't want their oldest sister to strain herself, but she didn't want to risk getting on her bad side either.]

Leni: "What are we supposed to do? She won't listen to us."

Lisa: "For now, we shall monitor her. And by we, I mean Leni, Luna, Luan, and Lynn since they're currently the only ones in this family who attend the same educational facility as Lori and Bobby."

Lynn: "Thanks for the info, Captain Obvious."

Lisa: "I can see that your sarcasm never ceases to amuse us, Lynn."

[All Lynn could do was roll her eyes at her second youngest sister's remark.]

Lisa: "In any case, 'Operation: Keep-an-eye-on-Lori-and-Bobby-at-school-and-also-think-of-a-shorter-name-for-this-operation' will be put into effect tomorrow morning."

[Everyone stared at Lisa with confusion.]

Lisa: "Lincoln came up with that title."

Lincoln: "Can you really blame me? It's hard to come up with shorter names."

Luna: "Alright, dudes. I think this meeting is adjourned. And with that, I say... Thank you and good night, Loud House!"

[With that, most of the siblings left the room and went to their own rooms, leaving only Leni and Ronnie Anne.]

The next day, at Royal Woods High...

[It was during the second period, and Bobby and Lori had just arrived in Mr. Dupree's classroom. Of course, Lori wasn't very happy to be attending Mr. Dupree's history class. She and most of the students didn't really like how he acted. Lori then looked at Bobby, who was sitting at the desk to her left.]

Lori: "I really hate this, Boo-Boo Bear. Mr. Dupree is such an asshole."

Bobby: "I know, babe. But could you try to keep your emotions in check, at least until the lecture is over? This is your education we're dealing with here."

[Finally, Mr. Dupree came into the room before raising his hand at the other students.]

Mr. Dupree: "Okay, quiet down! All of you!"

[With that, all the students silenced. Mr. Dupree looked at his pupil to make sure that they were all paying attention.]

Mr. Dupree: "Thank you. Now, what we're gonna talk about is the Great Depression."

[Mr. Dupree walked over to the chalkboard and started writing on it.]

Mr. Dupree: "The Great Depression first started in 1929 when the stock market in Wall Street crashed, and the president at the time, Herbert Hoover had no idea how to handle it. As a result, unemployment was on the rise, people were losing money and homes, and crime was at an all time high. There were various gangsters and gun molls running amok such as John Dillinger, Bonnie and Clyde, the Barker-Karpis Gang, and many other criminals like them! It was a major crisis that lasted throughout the 1930's."

[Lori rested her head on her desk, trying to keep her focus on the teacher.]

Lori: Why did they hire this blowhard again?

Mr. Dupree: "Now, does anyone here have any questions? If anyone has been paying attention, that is?"

[Mr. Dupree looked over his students with suspicion. Lori then raised her hand, getting the teacher's attention.]

Lori: "Did anything good come from the Great Depression?"

[Mr. Dupree glared at Lori before clearing his throat.]

Mr. Dupree: "Some good, yes. But not much. In 1933, for example, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt started the New Deal, which was a series of plans to restart the American economy. One of these plans was the end of Prohibition, which has been a problem since the 1920's. Finally, World War II happened and the economy got better."

[After a few minutes. The bell rang. Everyone started heading out of the classroom as fast as they could. But before Lori could head out, Mr. Dupree spoke up.]

Mr. Dupree: "Loud..."

[Lori stopped in her tracks and turned to look at her history teacher with a nervous look on her face.]

Lori: "Yes, Mr. Dupree?"

Mr. Dupree: "Don't forget that the exam about the Cold War is tomorrow, and I expect you to give me some good results. Every...single...detail... One bad move, and you can very well kiss your graduation and your future goodbye."

[Mr. Dupree made a little bye-bye motion with his hand as he finished his sentence. Lori felt a little scared as she heard those words.]

Mr. Dupree: "Am I being clear?"

Lori: "Yes, Mr. Dupree."

Mr. Dupree: "Alright. You're dismissed. Now go on! Get!"

[Lori looked down and wobbled out of the classroom. Mr. Dupree then sat at his desk and rested his head on his hand. He then took something out of his desk drawer and put it on the desk. It was a picture from the 1980s with a much younger Mr. Dupree and a little girl, both of them were smiling as they stared for the camera. Mr. Dupree sighed as he stared at the photo.]

Mr. Dupree: "Oh, baby girl... You always knew how to brighten my day...even during my darkest of times. I know Moniqua's my favorite student, but she can never replace you...my daughter."

[Mr. Dupree touched the picture with his finger.]

[It was during the third period, and Lori sat at one of the tables studying while Bobby was by her side doing the same. Lori was also looking around to make sure that nobody was peeking at her work. Bobby noticed this and thought that maybe he should say something, but decided to wait until after school.]

[At the same time, Leni, Luna, Luan, and Lynn sat at another table nearby having lunch. As usual, Lynn was eating a meatball sub. Luna was also showing concern for the pregnant blonde as she looked over at her.]

Luna: "Lori's really overworking herself, isn't she?"

Leni: "What do you mean by that?"

[Luna then pointed her thumb towards Lori.]

Luna: "I mean, look at her. She's studying during lunch."

[The other sisters looked at Lori as she was still focused on her work.]

Leni: "I don't know, Luna. I think she's doing pretty good."

Luan: "Be serious, Leni. Someone's gotta go and talk some sense into her before she strains herself."

Lynn: "Dibs not it!"

[Lynn put her finger in her nose before her sisters followed suit. However, Luan was the last one to do so which meant that she had to talk to Lori.]

Luan: "Dang it."

[Luan got out of her seat and walked over to Lori.]

Luan: "Heya, Lori!"

[Lori covered her paper sheet before turning her head to look at the comedienne.]

Lori: "What is it, Luan?"

[Luan then walked to the other side of the table and sat across from her oldest sister and Bobby.]

Luan: "Me and the others have been talking, and we're getting really worried about you."

Lori: "Why?"

Luan: "Well, ever since you came back to school, you've been working a lot harder on your studies before the big test."

Lori: "I told you, I have to get perfect scores if I want to graduate with Bobby."

Luan: "I know, but don't you think it would help if me and the others pitched in as well? It doesn't have to be perfect scores."

Lori: "That's not what Mr. Dupree said! He literally wants my report to be perfect and my future is on the line here!"

Luan: "Are you sure you don't need any help?"

Lori: "Yes! Now can you please let me work in peace?"

Luan: "Okay! Okay! Didn't mean to test your patience!"

[Luan laughed before Lori growled and pointed towards the others.]

Luan: "Alright! I'm going! Yeesh!"

[Luan then walked back to her table while Bobby looked at the other Loud girls, then back to his girlfriend with concern.]

[Later, Luan was just hanging out by the courtyard as a means of killing time before the fourth period. Just then, Benny showed up.]

Benny: "Hey, Luan. You made it."

Luan: "Of course. I guess this gives this courtyard a whole new meaning."

[Benny laughed in response to his girlfriend's joke.]

Benny: "That's a good one, Luan."

Luan: "Yeah... Well, I thought I'd try to get my mind off of Lori's dilemma for a bit. I'm getting really worried about her."

Benny: "I see what you mean. Mr. Dupree really runs a tight ship."

[Just then, Luan noticed another one of her classmates, Joey walking somewhere behind the school. She ran into a nearby bush and got a closer look to see Joey speaking to someone. Upon even closer inspection, the silhouette appears to resemble Moniqua.]

[Luan wasn't sure, but it looked like they were talking about tomorrow's final exam.]

Luan: That's funny... What are these two talking about?

Moniqua: "You're a little late, Joey."

Joey: "I know, Moniqua, and I'm sorry. You know how crowded the halls are..."

Moniqua: "Don't I know it... So do you have my supplies?"

Joey: "They're right here."

[Joey reached into his backpack and pulled out a few sheets of paper before handing them over to Moniqua.]

Moniqua: "Thank you, Joseph. By the way, know what has to be done tomorrow, don'tcha?"

[Joey sighed before looking away from Moniqua.]

Joey: "Don't worry, I...remember the whole plan. You told me last week before the finals. I just hope Mr. Dupree doesn't give me another B...or worse."

Moniqua: "I can assure you that he won't. Now, we're going to meet at the mall after school this Friday. But don't even think about turning on me, or I'll get you expelled. Got it?"

Joey: "Yeah, I know, I know. You don't have to tell me twice."

Moniqua: "Good."

[With that, Joey put the paper in his backpack before turning around and walking away from Moniqua. As Joey looked left and right to make sure no one was watching, Luan grew suspicious of what she just heard.]

Luan: I don't know what these two are planning, but whatever it is, it can't be any good.

[Luan was then taken out of her thoughts when she heard her boyfriend calling her.]

Benny: "Luan! Where are you?"

[Luan then jumped out of the bush and ran over to her boyfriend.]

Luan: "Sorry about that. I was looking at something."

Benny: "What was it?"

[Luan looked around before taking Benny someplace private to tell him what she heard.]

Later...

[School was now over for the day and the students either walked to their cars or to the bus stop. Bobby guided Lori towards their SUV and the Hispanic boy took the wheel before driving towards their apartment.]

[On the way to Carlisle Park Apartments, Bobby looked over at Lori, still feeling concerned.]

Bobby: "Lori?"

[Lori looked over at her boyfriend, wondering what he has to say.]

Bobby: "I've been doing some thinking since the cafeteria, and... Don't you think you should have some assistance?"

[Lori groaned.]

Lori: "Why is it that everybody wants to help when I got things under control?"

Bobby: "Because they care for you very much. I mean, without them, Ronnie Anne and I wouldn't have had a place to stay."

Lori: "Bobby...we're pretty much adults now. I get that they want to help, but there comes a time when you have to be mature and try to do things on your own."

Bobby: "I know, but maybe you shouldn't be working too hard in your condition. I mean, it could hurt the baby."

[Lori poked up and glared at Bobby.]

Lori: "Are you literally implying that I'd intentionally put my own baby at risk?"

Bobby: "No no nonono, babe, I'm just saying that maybe you should take a little break and let me help out."

[Lori simply looked out the window.]

Lori: "Don't you have your own assignment to work on?"

[After twenty minutes of driving, Bobby and Lori arrived back at the apartment complex. Bobby got out of the SUV first before helping his girlfriend out and guiding her to their apartment. Lori then sat on the couch reading on her laptop while Bobby sat right next to her.]

Bobby: "Do you need anything, Babe? Anything to eat? Your feet massaged?"

Lori: "Yeah...I just want this thing to hurry up and get out of me so I can work faster!"

Bobby: "Okay then... What do you say we watch some TV? I heard my dad's trial is going on."

Lori: "I can't, Bobby. I need to study hard for the final exam tomorrow. You know Mr. Dupree wants us to be good."

[Bobby sighed as he pressed the power button on the TV remote. The news was on and it was showing Alex in a large courtroom. As Bobby watched the program he saw a witness on the stand telling everyone what he had witnessed back in July. He told them he was hiking in the woods when he heard a woman screaming, prompting him to rush over to the scene. When he got there, he saw the woman's body with her face smashed in.]

[Bobby felt a little queasy as he heard how his own mother was murdered before changing the channel to the Castleton Files.]

[On the screen was Castleton driving his cruiser with Joseph and Lang sitting in the back. The thing was filmed at night from a cameraman who was sitting in the passenger seat.]

Castleton: "We just got a call about a disturbance in the Huntington Oaks residential area. According to the caller, some teenage girl is on the roof of her house, threatening to commit suicide. But we're not going to let her go through with it."

[The scene then changed to a residential area. Castleton got out first followed by Joseph, Lang, and the cameraman, who aimed his camera at the girl on the roof.]

[Castleton then spoke to the girl using a megaphone, which he took from the cruiser before he got out.]

Castleton: "Hey, ma'am!"

Girl: "Wha- What do you want?"

Castleton: "Why do you want to go through with this? I'm sure there's someone who's worried about you."

Girl: "Who would be? Tell me!"

Castleton: "Just tell me why you want to do this? Why do you insist on ending your life this way?"

Girl: "I didn't graduate high school, my boyfriend dumped me, my family is disowning me, and now I have no future!"

Lori: "Bobby, turn that off!"

[At his girlfriend's words, Bobby pushed the power button on the remote and the TV turned off.]

Bobby: "Okay...so maybe this wasn't the best thing to watch."

Lori: "Bobby, this will never happen to me. I'm not going to end up like that girl on the screen. I will get through this test!"

[Lori took her shoes off and propped her feet on the table.]

Lori: "By the way, I think my dogs are barking. Could you be a dear and help me relax them?"

Bobby: "As you wish."

[With that, Bobby got on one knee and started rubbing his girlfriend's feet. The girl felt a sense of relief as her feet started to hurt a little less.]

[About an hour later, Bobby decided to stop by Nate's apartment. He knocked on the door and waited a few seconds until the door opened.]

Nate: "Hey, Bobby. What are you doing here?"

Bobby: "Do you mind if I come in?"

Nate: "Of course not. Mirah's out with some friends so I guess it's just us."

Bobby: "Gracias."

[With that, Nate allowed Bobby to walk into the apartment. After a few minutes, Bobby and Nate decided to play a video game. It appeared to be a whimsical, role-playing, fantasy-adventure game titled: "A Hero's Quest: The Search for the Missing Princesses". To be fair, Bobby never really took Nate as the kind of guy who was into video games, especially at his age. Nate mentioned that he sometimes does it to take a break from his responsibilities. He also mentioned that he had a gaming channel on SeeTube.]

Nate: "So, how are things between you and Lori?"

Bobby: "They're pretty good...for the most part."

Nate: "What do you mean by that?"

Bobby: "Well... Lori's been a little preoccupied for a couple of days. She's been studying real hard for a history exam that's supposed to take place tomorrow."

Nate: "Well, it's great that you two are almost out of school, but I wouldn't really recommend having her work too hard in her condition."

Bobby: "That's what I'm trying to tell her, but she really wants to get perfect scores for Mr. Dupree."

Nate: "Who's he?"

Bobby: "He's my school's history teacher. He runs an extremely tight ship and expects me and Lori to be perfect in this test or he'll give us bad grades, and if that happens, we won't be able to graduate for another year."

Nate: "Ouch... Well, if you ask me, I think this Dupree fellow needs to start looking in the mirror more often. Frankly, I don't understand how your school hired him."

Bobby: "Me neither. There's also Moniqua. She's a student at school as well as one of Lori's ex-friends. She's been bugging us for a while ever since Whitney got expelled."

Nate: "You mean that girl that tried to break you guys up?"

Bobby: "Exactly."

Nate: "Wow, that's harsh. Any idea what became of this Whitney?"

Bobby: "No idea. We haven't seen her since Lori went ape on her. But from what I've heard, she and her family moved away from Royal Woods shortly after her expulsion."

Nate: "I see. Well, I'd say good riddance."

[Nate then let out a chuckle while Bobby did the same. As the two guys kept playing, Bobby thought it best to talk about the game.]

Bobby: "You know something, Nate? This is a pretty rad game."

Nate: "You like it, huh? It's a very rare masterpiece from the early 2000's. It's about this formerly orphaned peasant who sets off on a quest with his younger sister, who's secretly a hunter, and a young prince to rescue the daughters of the king and queen. There are a total of nine princesses, eight of which have been separated to the far corners of the world. And it is all due to an evil spell cast by the game's main villain, Lord Hexor, the dark warlock king. Though it does have the tedium of doing side quests before rescuing each one. But nonetheless, each main quest has many twists and turns."

Bobby: "That's interesting... I know I might be asking for spoilers, but I'm quite curious. Do you know how the game plays out at the end?"

Nate: "Well, it's very interesting. You see, after you save eight princesses from the various lairs in the game, and get one-hundred percent in all the worlds, there's this surprise climax where you learn that Lord Hexor has kidnapped the eldest daughter of the royal family, that's princess number nine, and threatens to destroy the kingdom unless the king and queen surrender the throne and allow him to marry the princess."

Bobby: "Damn... That's just sick."

Nate: "Of course, you head over to the final level of the game, which is his castle, where you fight your way through hordes of monsters and demons, beat Hexor in a three-round final battle, which is pretty epic, by the way, and escape from the crumbling castle with the princess. But the ending is really powerful, Bob. After the hero escapes from the now ruined castle, he escorts the eldest princess back to her kingdom, where the king and queen make him an honorary knight and prince for that matter. And since the eldest princess needed to be betrothed to a prince in order to inherit the throne, she chooses you as her groom for the royal wedding. While the credits roll, the game ends just like one of those whimsical, animated fairy-tale movies, where the hero and the princess get married, start a kingdom of their own, begin raising a family, and live happily ever after and all that. A pretty heartwarming way to end this game in my opinion."

Bobby: "Neat... You know, this game would make an excellent fairy tale to tell to kids."

Nate: "I'm really glad you like this game, Bobby. In fact, I'd be happy to let you borrow it sometime."

Bobby: "That's kind of you...but I can't just do that. My baby will be due in nearly two weeks and I want to make sure that I'm there for him."

Nate: "Oh... It's okay...I understand."

Bobby: "How about I lend the game to Lori's brother, Lincoln for a few days? He's a really great gamer, and I'm sure he'd like it too."

Nate: "Now there's an idea."

[After a few more rounds of playing, Nate allowed Bobby to borrow the game for a while. Bobby thanked him and went back to his apartment.]

Later, at Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[Bobby had just walked back into the apartment and saw that Lori was no longer on the couch. He then went into the bedroom where he found his baby mama.]

[Lori was in her nightgown sitting on the edge of the bed with her hands on her cheeks. Bobby noticed this and sat right next to her.]

Bobby: "Please, Lori... Just tell me what's the matter?"

[Lori sighed.]

Lori: "I'm sorry, Bobby. It's just that...I can't get Moniqua out of my mind. She says I won't be able to pass the test in my condition."

Bobby: "I see... Look, you have to try to ignore her. I mean, all she wants to do is get under your skin because she feels weak without Whitney around."

Lori: "I know, but I don't want to be looked at as a pushover. I know I said I should do this myself, but what if she's right? What if I really can't graduate in my condition?"

[Bobby then put his hand on her shoulder and looked into her eyes.]

Bobby: "Come on, babe. Don't be like that. If I know Lori Loud, she wouldn't let anyone or anything bring her down, not even those who aren't even her friends."

[Lori thought for a moment.]

Lori: "I guess not..."

[Bobby then put his other hand on Lori's cheek and guided her face to his.]

Bobby: "Tell you what...why don't I help you with your studying before we go to bed? And then I'll help you a little more during breakfast tomorrow?"

Lori: "But wouldn't you be too tired to study yourself?"

Bobby: "I'm willing to take that risk. Besides, I kind of like drinking with your father's coffee mug."

[Lori looked down and thought for a moment. She was still reluctant to have help from anyone, but how could she resist that handsome guy's reassuring smile? Especially if he wants to risk his own education for Lori's?]

Lori: "Alright, Boo-Boo Bear. For your sake."

Bobby: "Thank you, sweetheart."

[With that, Bobby pulled his beloved close to him and they both closed their eyes.]

The next day...

[The alarm went off at around 7:00 P.M. and Lori was the one to turn it off. The pregnant blonde then got out of bed and headed into the bathroom to get ready...right after puking in the toilet.]

[Once Lori felt better after upchucking, she took a shower and brushed her teeth before getting dressed. Lori had put on her blue nightshirt and long pants before emerging from the bathroom. She then wobbled over to Bobby, who was still sleeping after a long night of studying with her. He seemed so peaceful sleeping like that.]

[In any case, Lori put her hand on her boyfriend's back and nudged him until he slowly opened his eyes.]

Bobby: "Five more minutes, mama."

[Bobby then looked up and saw his girlfriend looking down at him.]

Bobby: "Oh...good morning, babe. How are you feeling?"

[Lori playfully rolled her eyes in response.]

Lori: "Do you really need to ask that question?"

Bobby: "Sorry, it's just been a long night."

Lori: "Well, I'll be in the dining room. Jill will get your coffee ready."

[With that, Lori went into the dining room table. Jill was at the kitchen making breakfast for the young couple.]

Jill: Would you like some coffee...Lori?

Lori: "You know I can't drink coffee while pregnant. I'll just have a cup of juice or something."

Jill: Very well...Lori.

[Lori sighed as she thought for a moment.]

Lori: I literally need to speak to Lisa about that memory glitch.

[At that moment, Bobby came into the dining room and sat across from Lori.]

Bobby: "Hey, babe."

[Lori looked up at her boyfriend for a brief moment before focusing on her laptop. Bobby frowned for a little bit as he looked at her. He could tell that she needed to get some work done before breakfast was ready, but the Latino couldn't help but worry.]

Bobby: "You still anxious about the test?"

Lori: "How can you tell?"

[Bobby sighed.]

Bobby: "Okay. I just wanted to be sure you weren't stressing yourself out."

Lori: "Bobby, I wish you would stop worrying about me."

Bobby: "It's kind of my job to worry about you. Can I see your computer?"

[Lori gave her boyfriend a small smile before handing her laptop over to Bobby.]

[Just then, breakfast was ready. Jill had made waffles and gave Bobby and Lori one plate of two waffles each.]

Jill: Bon appetit...everyone...

Lori: "Wait a minute. I think it's missing something."

[Lori then got out of her seat and wobbled over to the fridge. She then opened the fridge and reached in before taking out a bottle of ketchup. Then she wobbled back to her chair and sat in it before taking the lid off the ketchup bottle and pouring some onto her waffles, much to Bobby's unease.]

Jill: Such...a combination is...unhealthy.

Lori: "Don't judge me. Okay? I can eat what I want."

[Bobby sighed as he started eating his waffles while making notes from the book.]

Bobby: I really hope this goes well for Lori.

[After breakfast, Bobby and Lori got ready to leave for school. Lori waved goodbye to Jill as the robot waved back with her mechanical arm.]

Later, at Royal Woods High School...

[Bobby and Lori entered the school, the pregnant blonde still feeling nervous as they walked through the hallways.]

Lori: "I'm so nervous, Boo-Boo Bear. What if I lose myself during the test? What if I start throwing up in the classroom? What if I go into labor early? What if I end up having a miscarriage?"

[Bobby stood in front of his girlfriend and put his hands on her shoulders before looking directly into her blue eyes.]

Bobby: "Don't worry about it, babe. Just do the best that you can and we'll see where it goes from there."

[Lori nodded before she and Bobby continued their way to the classroom.]

[As they approached the door to the classroom, they saw Moniqua waiting for them.]

Moniqua: "Good luck, you two... You're gonna need it."

[Lori shot Moniqua one last glare before joining Bobby in the classroom. Moniqua then followed the couple into the classroom herself.]

[Lori sat at her desk as the teacher gave her and everyone else their sheets. Lori held the pen in her hand and looked down at her sheet. She then looked over at Bobby, who winked at her for good luck.]

Mr. Dupree: "Alright, boys and girls. In case you've forgotten, here's how this is going down: This exam is to test your knowledge of the Cold War and it will be your last stretch to your graduation. But if you fail, you will have to repeat the entire 12th grade."

Moniqua: "You make a valid point, Mr. Dupree. I'd never let you down."

Mr. Dupree: "Of course not, Moniqua. I've known you since 9th grade."

[Lori then muttered something under her breath when she saw this.]

Lori: "Kiss-ass."

Mr. Dupree: "Remember! You have about ten minutes to complete this assignment, and I expect great results, so don't disappoint me."

[Lori then took a deep breath as she looked down at her sheet again. Mr. Dupree set the timer for ten minutes and the test began.]

[Using her pen, Lori checked over every answer on each page, trying to find the correct answer. It was a really stressful experience as the pregnant blonde kept marking her answers before time was up.]

[Mr. Dupree simply stood at his desk watching the students while eating an apple. Lori really didn't like the way Mr. Dupree looked at his students. It was like he was staring into their souls to see if they were paying attention.]

[At one point, Lori glanced to her right and saw Moniqua with a smug look on her face. But she simply ignored it and kept her focus on her sheet.]

[With every passing second, Lori looked over the questions making sure she got them all correctly.]

[After about ten minutes, Lori was finally done with her test.]

Lori: "I'm finished!"

[The teacher then walked over and took everyone's sheets before he approached Lori and took hers.]

Mr. Dupree: "Alright, Loud. I'll have this evaluated and you'll receive the results tomorrow."

[Just then, the bell rang, indicating the end of the school day.]

Mr. Dupree: "Class is dismissed."

[With that, everyone got out of their seats and left the classroom. However, as soon as she was in the hallway, Moniqua looked left and right before heading in the direction opposite of the main entrance. But little did Moniqua know was that Leni saw her.]

Leni: "That's not the way out. Did Moniqua forget where the exit is or something?"

Luna: "Come on, Lens! We don't got all day!"

Leni: "Coming!"

[With that, Leni left the school via the main entrance (after bumping into it), joined her family and Vanzilla, and headed for home, all the while still confused on what Moniqua was doing.]

The next day...

[Morning rose in Bobby and Lori's apartment, and as per usual, Lori got up first due to her morning sickness, went to the bathroom, and came out fully dressed before heading into the dining room for breakfast.]

[Bobby then got up as it was his turn to get ready. He took a shower before grooming himself in the mirror.]

[As he looked in the mirror while putting deodorant on his armpits, his mind started to think again.]

Bobby: Okay, Bobby! This is the big day! Let's just hope we did it!

[As soon as he was done, Bobby joined his girlfriend in the dining room.]

Jill: Here you are...Bobby and Lori... Breakfast burritos...to go...

[After grabbing their burritos, Bobby and Lori got into Cathy and drove towards Royal Woods High. On the way there, Lori was still nervous about what was going to happen, so nervous in fact, that she ate her entire burrito in less than two minutes.]

Bobby: "How are you feeling?"

Lori: "Literally anxious. I just hope I did good on that test."

Bobby: "Well, I guess there's only one way to find out. You just need to remain calm and put your best foot forward. You think you can do that?"

Lori: "Yeah...I'll try."

Bobby: "Alright."

[Finally, Bobby and Lori arrived at the school parking lot.]

Bobby: "Well, here we are. Remember, just stay calm and try to put your best foot forward when we walk into the classroom, comprende?"

Lori: "Okay, Boo-Boo Bear."

[With that, Bobby got out and helped Lori out before escorting her to the school. As Bobby and Lori walked through the main doors, everyone had the same thought in their minds: How did they do on their final exams?]

Later that day...

[It was nearly time for everyone to head home, and Lori's teen sisters were waiting outside of the classroom for Lori and Bobby to come out.]

Leni: "Eeeee! I'm so excited! Lori's finally going to graduate!"

Luan: "Yeah! And we're all really grad for her!"

[Luan laughed while her sisters groaned.]

Luan: "Get it?"

Lynn: "Uh, hello? This is Mr. Dupree we're talking about here? The same man who has a big issue with less than desirable results?"

Leni: "So?"

Lynn: "So we don't know if Lori's passed the test or not!"

[Just then, Luna shushed her sisters and spoke in a hushed tone as she was next to the door.]

Luna: "Quiet, girls! I think I hear Mr. D talkin'."

[Luna couldn't make out what was going on, but she could've sworn she heard Mr. Dupree and Lori arguing before Bobby joined in on the whole thing. This was later followed by yelling from Mr. Dupree before silence fell upon the classroom. Luna then turned to look at her sisters with a look of worry.]

Luna: "Dudes...this doesn't sound too good."

Leni: "Why? What happened?"

Luna: "I'm not sure, but it seems the D-Man's pissed. Plus, Lori's not sounding too hot right now."

[The Loud sisters looked at each other, feeling uneasy at what Luna just said.]

[Just then, Bobby came out of the classroom followed by Lori. The girls noticed something off about their sister. The blonde girl had her face over her eyes and she was bawling her eyes out while Bobby had his arms around her.]

Luna: "What happened in there? We heard yelling."

Lori: "I...I failed..."

Leni: "What?"

Lori: "I failed the fucking test!"

[Lori's sisters were taken aback by her reaction. After a few seconds of silence, Leni was the first to speak up.]

Leni: "But how, Lori? I thought you were doing so well."

Lori: "No, guys! I should've asked for your help, and now I am literally paying for it."

Luna: "Woah, Lori! You don't really mean that?"

Lynn: "Yeah! If you ask me, I think the one to blame is that old geezer Dupree!"

[Lynn was about ready to head into the classroom, but Leni and Luna held her back.]

Bobby: "Lynn, I think it's best not to anger Mr. Dupree even further. He's already in too much of a bad mood as it is."

Lori: "Moniqua was right! I literally can't graduate in this condition!"

[With that, Lori buried her face in her hands and sobbed uncontrollably. Bobby pulled her in his arms before guiding her back to their car as the teen Loud sisters watched them leave through the front doors, not knowing what to say. However, they had no time to think as they had to head back home.]

[As the teen Loud sisters were walking towards Vanzilla, Leni spoke up.]

Leni: "Poor Lori. I hope she's okay."

Luna: "I know, Leni. This whole thing was a HUGE deal for her. I mean, has Mr. Dupree finally lost his marbles or something?!"

Luan: "And now she'll probably have to raise the baby while repeating the 12th grade, and that's no joke."

Leni: "Well...at least she's got Bobby...and us...right?"

Lynn: "Yeah, but what could we do? It's not like any of us can magic-"

[However, Lynn stopped in her tracks when she saw Moniqua in the distance, waving at Lori while wearing a smirk on her face. Lynn rubbed her chin as she stared at the African-American girl suspiciously as she walked to her car.]

Lynn: Something's not right here. What's that bitch being so smirky for?

Luna: "Let's go, Lynn! We can't keep mum waiting."

[Lynn snapped out of her thoughts and followed her sisters to their van.]

Lynn: "Alright! Alright! I'm coming!"

[As soon as Lynn caught up, she got into the van before the family drove back home. On the way back, Lynn did some more thinking.]

Lynn: This can't be a coincidence. Lori failed her test and that Moniqua bitch was really smug about it. I don't know what it is, but I'm gonna find out, no matter what it takes.

[Lynn then looked over at Luna and whispered into her ear.]

Lynn: "You might want to call a meeting when we get home, Lunes. Because I might have something to share with you and the others."

Luna: "What is it?"

Lynn: "I'll tell you everything when we get home. We need to round up everyone, but leave mom and dad out of it. Got it?"

Luna: "Okay, lil' dudette. I'll pass it on."

[Luna whispered to Leni about the meeting while Lynn did the same for Luan.]

Luna: "Listen, Lens. LJ wants us to hold a meeting as soon as we get home. She thinks somethin's up, so you best inform the others about this, ya dig?"

[Leni nodded and promised to inform the others as well. At that time, Lynn had just finished whispering to Luan about the upcoming meeting, and the comedienne simply nodded in response.]

[As the Louds continued the drive back home, questions were racing through their minds: Did Lori really lose her chance to graduate high school? Why was Moniqua so happy about it? And what does Lynn have to say when she and the others get home? It seems that only time will tell.]

Well, it looks like Bobby and Lori had run into another snag in their plans. Let's just hope things turn around for them soon.

Again, sorry this chapter came a little late. I've been dealing with the ongoing pandemic, which has been getting worse, especially in the state of Florida. But hopefully, the next chapter will be out sooner. Once again, stay safe out there.
