Hello everyone! Welcome back to another chapter!

Reviews:

Thunderfoot Crossheart: Yes I will be planning to do a sequel for the other books, frankly I'm quite excited for the other books as even if I'm not finish with this story yet my brain is already thinking in advance for what to do.

Capnzz: Thanks for the support. I'm happy this is one of your favorites. I criticize myself quite harshly as I think that I'm sort of just ripping of someone else's work like that since there's like 4 or 5 stories but different versions of Naruto being the son of some other god.

yukicrewger2: If I could or had the power to I'd be giving you a high five. Yeah one of my favorite parts of Jurassic world, well the dinosaurs and the theme song.

Kaito Echizen: Let me guess, you're hungry for… something? Well I'll give you a piece of cookie to sate you. But still thank you for the support!

RandomPerson: Thanks!

Redan01: Okay I totally forgot that part. It really didn't occur in my head about that. Thanks for that. Don't worry as this story progresses, other characters from Naruto will make an appearance.

I can't promise that I'll update regularly even if I have nothing else to do but can write stories. I always put off writing because I'm very addicted to reading like from first thing to waking up to before sleeping. But I will do my best to update as soon as I can. (ACK DAMN IT! I've been thinking of a word that delays cause I forgot the word and I later googled it and saw that it was procrastination. Legit, I had to google because I forgot. I know its a sad and stupid moment.)

ANYWAY ON THE STORY!

All members of the quest looked around, wearily watching their surroundings. Naruto thoroughly looking at every place the Underworld showed to them. The Underworld was also something one would expect to see when labeled as such.

There were souls roaming around, some were screaming while others seemed content and seemingly accepting their fate. Monsters too were also roaming around, the blonde shinobi could see numerous Hell Hounds and if he wasn't mistaken walking skeletons and what he thought to be ghouls as their boat waded through the river Styx.

A quick glanced at his friend had him nudging Grover, who was sitting beside him, and nodded his head towards Annabeth and Percy. Both older teens smirked when they saw Annabeth grabbed Percy's hand and Percy squeezed her hand comfortingly.

Just as Grover was about to tease - to keep himself occupied with his own nerves - they were nearing the shoreline of the Underworld. Ragged and sharp rocks standing out with ash black sand stretched inland to the base of a stone wall which stretched out both left and right as far as they could see.

Percy, Annabeth and Grover jumped when they heard a howl echoing behind the walls while Naruto blinked in surprise when he heard a voice, similar to Kurama's speak but not as deep as the fox's. "FEED ME!"

"I guess the Three-Face mutt is hungry. Bad luck for you, half-bloods." Charon gave a dark smile. The fact his appearance changed similar to a skeleton gave them shivers at his ominous words.

"I bet he's talking about the Cerberus that guards Hades' place." Kurama spoke up. The blonde just nodded imperceptibly as he agreed with the fox's guess. The boat slowed down long enough for the group of four to jump off the boat.

"I'd tell you good luck but there isn't any down here. Be sure not to forget your promise of my pay raise." His piece said, Charon turned the boat around and paddling back up the river.

"Come on guys, we have to find out if our guess is wrong about Hades," The shinobi said, beckoning his friends. They followed the worn down path and found themselves in front of the gates which were similar to those in an airport.

The dead were placed in three lines, two were marked ATTENTION ON DUTY but with the lines moving only by a crawling pace while EZ DEATH line was moving smoothly.

"What do you figure?" Percy asked Annabeth.

"The fast ling must go straight to the Asphodel Fields," she said. "No contest. They don't want to risk judgment from the court, because it might go against them."

"Wait! There's a court for the dead people?" Percy asked.

"Yeah. Three judges. They switch around who sits on the bench. King Minos, Thomas Jefferson, Shakespeare—people like that. Sometimes they look at a life and decided that person needs a special reward—the Field of Elysium. Sometimes they decide on punishment. But most people, well, they just lived. Nothing special, good or bad. So they go to the Asphodel Fields.'

"And do what?"

"I imagined it'd be being tortured by the Furies or by Hades himself," Naruto suggested which didn't settle the other three quest takers.

"You brat!" a voice yelled gaining the group's attention. They turned and saw three spirits move away one of the slow paced lines and floated towards them. They seemed normal apart from where there were blood stains on some parts of their body.

"Who is he talking about?" Grover asked confused to a confused Percy and Annabeth. The girl looked at where the spirits were looking at and followed their line of sight to the older blonde beside them. They were glaring at him, trying to combust him on the spot.

"Nothing, let's just go and find -"

"We're gonna kill you for stopping our fun with those girls bastard!" one of the three spirits yelled, cutting off Naruto from what he's going to say. The blonde said nothing but his eyes narrowed, his pupils turning into slits as he silently glared at the three spirits.

"Look, why don't you just get back in line and forget you ever saw us," Percy suggested in a placating manner but the three spirits weren't listening. Their faces showed how furious they are with Naruto and now them as they were preventing the spirits from reaching the blonde shinobi.

"Fuck off! I'm gonna kill that blonde bastard from ruining our fun! We'll get our revenge from - GRK!" the spirit was cut off when something landed on all three spirits. The four teens jumped back in shock at what happened before they looked up and froze, now looking at what squashed the spirits.

It was the size of a T-rex skeleton displayed in the museum Grover, Naruto and Percy visited. It had shadow black fur and three sets of heads along with three pairs of eyes and three sets of teeth which showed how sharp it was when it snarled at the teens. Its red eyes were stared at them, watching for any sign of movement from them.

The demigods' of the group ADHD kicked in and they faintly noticed that the dead or spirits seemed to swerve around the monster's feet or move under it. Their attention turned back to the monster and before anything else could happen Percy's ADHD kicked in again.

"The Underworld's Cerberus… is a rottweiler," his tone flat as he gaped at the three headed dog in front of them. Naruto then noticed that the Cerberus' form seemed to flicker from being transparent and back to normal.

"Is it just me or does the Cerberus keep turning transparent then back to normal?" The blonde asked his friends.

"Now that you mention it," Percy murmured as he could see that the monster started invisible before he started to see it more clearer.

"Is it because being in the Underworld, the place is affecting our senses?" Annabeth wondered out loud.

"Or because we're close to becoming dead," The older blonde in the group suggested though his friends looked at him as if he'd grown another two heads like monster in front of them with the cheery tone he used.

"Please let it be the first one," Grover begged as he fearfully glanced at the Cerberus who started to sniff the air around them. The three headed dog seemed to not like what it smelled because it started growling at them.

"W-What do you t-think its s-saying?" Percy nervously asked.

"Half-bloods!" The middle head growled in delight.

"Hungry! Where's food!" the right head snarled while the left one kept chanting, "Food!"

"D-Do you really want to k-know?" Grover question carried hesitance and his tone was shaky.

"The middle one knew what we are which made the right head pester the middle one where's food while the left one kept saying food over and over again," Naruto revealed to the others. What made it comical was that the other three looked at him disbelief as his tone suggested wasn't that he wasn't bothered at their situation. Except Cerberus who looked surprised and was staring towards Naruto.

"You-"

"-Understand-"

"-Us?" The three heads asked. The guardian of the underworld stood and loomed over them but had its attention directly towards Naruto. What happened next was something that the three demigods and satyr didn't expect.

"Please stay!" The middle head begged pushing its face towards Naruto who took a step back in surprise.

"Pat! Pat! Pat!" The right head forced the middle head away wanting to be patted on the head. The left head snarled and forced itself to be at Naruto's line of sight.

"No! Scratch me under the chin! Scratch me!"

During all this, Grover and Naruto could only look at each other then look back at the Cerberus, bewildered by what's happening in front of them.

"Uh, what's going on?" Annabeth asked wondering what the Hades is going on with the Cerberus, who they thought were going to eat them.

"I'm as lost as you are," Percy admitted, scratching his head in confusion. The Cerberus was acting like their master had been gone for a long time who then returned and the three headed dog was now acting like a puppy clamoring for attention.

"Who's a good boy? You are! Yes you are~" Naruto cooed as he continued scratching the Cerberus in the right spots which was currently now laying on sides, hind legs kicking in the air and not noticing that it had squashed a few spirits when it rolled over.

Naruto glanced at his friends with a raised brow. "What are you waiting for? Get going," he ordered as he continued to play with the three headed dog. The other three didn't question him and simply did as they were told and walked past them. However, Annabeth stopped for a moment and dug through her bag. She pulled out a red rubber ball the size of a basketball. It was labeled WATERLAND, DENVER, CO.

"Sorry boy. I have to get going," he apologized prompting sad whines from all three heads. "Don't worry. I'll leave a few clones behind and I'll try to talk with Hades to play with you." He made six clones and took the ball from Annabeth and threw it at one of his clones. The clones started to play with the Cerberus in a mix game of dog-in-the-middle and fetch.

"Er… how?" Grover asked dumbfounded. As satyr he could understand animals but even then he couldn't quickly calm them down to help them. He had heard that some of the other satyrs had met a few animals when searching for demigods outside of camp and either the animal alerted them to nearby monsters accidentally or got themselves lost and killed.

"I could tell the difference if a pet is desperate for attention or actually threatening someone. Met a few people with some problems with their own pets." Was all the blonde said.

Eventually, the group found themselves near the Fields of Asphodel. It was the largest field that Percy has ever seen while Naruto couldn't help but compare it to the other fields he and Yugao went to for training. There were spirits all over the place and all of them were doing nothing but just standing and staring in empty space with a vacant expression.

The four campers of Camp Half-blood moved into the crowd to blend in while keeping an eye out for patrolling ghouls. Annabeth and Naruto noticed that the spirits' faces weren't clear and mostly blurry, as it kept on shimmering. Some would turn to look at them and try to talk to them but the group mostly heard was chatters like a bat's tweeting. The spirits would then move away as the campers mostly ignored them or couldn't understand them.

As they continued walking Naruto silently thought if he would find his dad here. His dad knew about the existence of the Greek gods so that would mean he also knew about the Underworld. Though, the young shinobi thought that since his dad died in the Elemental Nations by offering his soul to the Shinigami to seal Kurama inside him then it would make sense Minato would be in the Elemental Nation's version of the Underworld or hell.

"You wouldn't find him here, kit." Kurama informed, speaking up for the first time in a while.

'How do you know?' The jinchuuriki asked, his frown hidden by the mask on his face.

"I can sense all kinds of energy. Whether it is chakra, a mortal's energy signature, or energy that flows within the Greek gods' blood. I have not met your father for long but he has dated my former Jinchuuriki, Kushina Uzumaki and through her I know his chakra signature like I know the back of my hand. Even as a spirit I would sense if he is here but I do not sense any chakra signature here at all, except for mine and yours." Kurama stated.

'I see…' his thoughts trailed off when he sensed something flickering, like someone was playing with a light switch by turning it on and off repeatedly except he could sense something accompany it with malicious and dark intent.

Naruto looked around them, nothing could be found except for spirits floating towards a big tent. There was a banner above the entrance of the tent reading:

JUDGEMENTS FOR ELYSIUM AND ETERNAL DAMNATION.

WELCOME NEWLY DECEASED

They could faintly hear screams coming from beyond the tent and all of them withheld a shiver.

Still trying to find what he sensed, Naruto looked at his friends and immediately the feeling he sensed grew stronger. Eyes narrowed in thought as he scanned his friends, it wasn't until he examined Grover that he saw him struggling to walk with the flying shoes. Just as he was about to ask Grover what was wrong Kurama suddenly yelled.

"Naruto! Destroy those shoes now!"

'What?! Why?!'

"Those shoes are cursed! The curse is being triggered by something and cursed objects will kill whoever has possession of said object!"

Just as Naruto was about to do something, Grover suddenly was swept off his feet. "Grover!" Annabeth and Percy exclaimed in surprise at seeing their friend fall.

"I'm fine! I think I tripped on something," Grover said. He tried to stand but wings on his shoes suddenly fluttered to life and lift his feet up the ground. It immediately started to drag Grover in another direction.

"Maia! MAIA!" The satyr kept on saying the magic word but the shoes didn't stop. "G-Guys! Help me!"

"Grab onto something!" Annabeth yelled as they began to chase after him.

"Take the shoes off Grover!" Percy added pushing himself to run the fastest he could go.

THWANG!

Four arrows whizzed past the two chasing demigods and cut clean through the point where the wings connected with the shoes. Grover fell to the ground with his breath knocked out of him from impact. Percy and Annabeth skidded on their knees and quickly took off the shoes just as Naruto jogged up to them with his bow out.

"Grover are you alright?" The shinobi asked worriedly. The satyr kept on taking deep breaths from the short scare of being dragged to somewhere.

"Y-Yeah." The satyr's voice was shaky. "I'm f-fine. Just out of b-breath." Percy rubbed his back trying to keep him calm and even his breathing. Annabeth sighed in relief but there was still worry reflected in her eyes. The girl then noticed the older blonde was being silent and tense while having iron grip on his bow. She got up from her knees and hesitantly reached out, shaking him out of his trance.

"Naruto, is something wrong?"

"This place…" his words lingered as he looked around them. Annabeth did the same and realized why.

They were nearing a giant dark cavern. The biggest they've ever seen and seemed to about a mile in length.

"T-This is the place in my dreams," Percy breathed out nervously. His eyes darted around frantically.

"The entrance -"

"To Tartarus," the shinobi interrupted the younger blonde. "The prison for the Titans."

"Come to me…" the four campers stiffened as a voice spoke, seemingly heard from all around them. They could feel something dark undertone from the voice. The shadows around them flickered and slowly started to move towards the group.

"COME TO ME!" The shadows raced towards them and formed into shadowy hands. Percy and Annabeth pulled Grover to his feet and turned to run but found they were surrounded.

"What do we do?!" Grover asked before bleating in fright. The shinobi in the group formed a ram hand seal as he gathered his chakra.

"Guys! Close your eyes until I say so!" Not needing any explanation, his friends did as they were told.

"Moon Flash!" A bright silver glow started to appear around Naruto's form, then the light grew intensely making the shadows disperse into nothing and illuminating the area.

"Let's go!" Naruto still glowing similar to a torch grabbed everyone's hand and started to run.

'Great. The Lord of Time just tried to drag us to a place much worse than the Underworld.' Was the sarcastic thought that ran through the shinobi's head as they moved towards a big creepy black castle.

"It would seem so. You and your friends are lucky its just that shadow things and not a horde of monsters." Kurama stated seriously.

'Yeah. We would have been overrun 'cause only Annabeth, Percy and I can fight. I hate to say it but Grover would only hinder us when we fight while trying to protect him. Remind me to train him when we get back to camp,' Naruto thought to his tenant.

"Noted - Hey. Something just appeared on Water Boy's backpack." The fox informed. Frowning behind his mask, the blonde stopped just in front of a gate which depicted different scenes of death. The blonde noticed that the Furies were flying overhead, circling the castle but not attacking them so he kept silent about their whereabouts.

He turned to his friend looking at the backpack. "Percy give me your bag for a second," he said. Percy looked confused for a second but relented and gave his bag to Naruto, who put it down and took a peek inside and for a moment he had wide eyes catching his friends' attention.

'This bag was given to us. Ares gave us the bag with the Master Bolt.' The Jinchuuriki's thoughts were rushing around as he tried to piece together the mystery.

"The Prophecy!" Kurama exclaimed in his head. "'You shall go west and face the God who has turned. You shall find what was stolen and see it safely returned'. We found the Master Bolt here in the bag Ares gave us when he knew that we would go to the Underworld -"

'Which would let Hades think that we stole the Master Bolt especially since gods can sense each others' power and this has Zeus' power.' Naruto mentally finishing Kurama's sentence. His eyes hardened and returned his awareness outside their mental conclusion.

Before his friends could ask what's wrong, he turned towards them with red eyes and pupils turned into slits. Percy, Annabeth and Grover took a step back in surprise at the sight.

"Whatever happens inside - don't speak and let me do the talking," he ordered.

"What?!" Percy asked indignant. "Hades has my mom! I have to get my mom back!"

"I know that so let me do the talking. Your anger will cost your mother's freedom and possibly her life, if you speak of disrespect towards Hades," Naruto said bluntly.

"I hate to say it but I think Naruto's right," Annabeth spoke up, appearing to be deep in thought. "Hades is one of the eldest gods so he'll be plenty powerful. We are also trespassing in his domain so we should respect him and he is arguably the second busiest god next to Hermes."

"Yeah. R-respect Lord Hades." Grover nodded in agreement. He slightly didn't understand what Annabeth was saying but if it meant not earning the god of the underworld's ire and result of instant death then he was all in for whatever plan they have to get out alive.

"Grr - fine," Percy growled, reluctantly nodding. "But why are you carrying the bag? Let me carry it." He moved to take it back but Naruto stepped back and pushed the gate open.

"No. The bag is part of the plan that I have so leave it with me."

The group walked through the gate and found themselves in a courtyard with a strangest garden they ever saw beside it. There were multicolored mushrooms, poisonous shrubs, and weird luminous plants grew without sunlight. Precious jewels made up for the lack of flowers, piles of rubies as big as my fist, clumps of raw diamonds. Standing here and there like frozen party guests were Medusa's garden statues— petrified children, satyrs, and centaurs—all with frightened expressions stuck on their face.

In the center of the garden was an orchard of pomegranate trees, their orange blooms neon bright in the dark. "The garden of Persephone," Annabeth said. "Keep walking."

The tart smell of those pomegranates was almost overwhelming. They had a sudden desire to eat them, but then they remembered the story of Persephone. One bite of Underworld food, and they would never be able to leave. Naruto and Percy pinched their nose together to try and stop the smell. Not because it smelled terrible, it was the exact opposite. It made them want to eat the fruit but they both knew that would only lead to bad news.

Though the three of them had to drag Grover away from the garden as he was inches from getting a pomegranates and biting into it. The Underworld was a place not meant to be home unless you were born in it or dead.

The group walked up the steps of the palace, between black columns, through a black marble portico, and into the house of Hades. The entry hall had a polished bronze floor, which seemed to boil in the reflected torchlight. They couldn't see a ceiling, just the cavern roof up above.

As they neared a pair of giant obsidian doors, there were skeletons wearing U.S. Marine uniform standing there, guarding the doors. Their skeletal face grinned at the campers, teeth clacking ominously and rocket-propelled grenade launchers held across their chests.

The only girl in the group knocked one the giant doors making a loud rumble occur from it. A few seconds later, the doors swung open and the guards stood at attention to the sides.

They stepped inside the giant hall and the first thing they all noticed was the big marble like throne that looked like it was combined with bones and skeletons. Beside it was a smaller throne that seemed to resemble a flower but there was also a few bones and skeletons decorating it.

As they got closer to the end of the hall, they immediately noticed the big throne was currently occupied. The man sitting in the throne emanated a dead-like, rich, powerful aura around him but also demanded respect.

The man was easily over teen feet tall and had albino white skin with shoulder length black was wearing black silk robes and wore a crown braided with gold. His robes seemed to be made of damned souls, considering that the faces on it seemed to move - but that was just Percy and Naruto's guess as this was the first time they met the god.

"You are very bold to come here, nephew and friends." The god spoke in a smooth voice much like oil. "Even after what you did to me, truly very bold. Or possibly quite foolhardy."

Percy moved to step up but Naruto beat him to it. He lightly pushed his friend back and bowed towards the god, prompting the others to do the same. Unnoticed by his friends, the blonde with auburn lowlights teen frowned as he pondered on the god's words while he did not notice the god turn his gaze at him with a raised brow.

'What we've done to him? Does he mean we opposed him or killed his subjects like the Furies?'

"Lord and Grand Uncle, we ask of you to listen to us for a moment to explain ourselves." His words made Hades lean forward on his throne before his eyes seemed to gleam in recognition.

"Naruto Senju, the son of my supposed man-hating niece. I was quite surprised to learn of your existence when I was informed by my Furies," He commented before adding. "Not to mention you are the grandson of my eldest sister and one of my favorite nephew's great grandson - a demigod with three Olympians in their heritage. Quite an extraordinary phenomena as it has never happened before."

Naruto said nothing but kept bowing making Hades' mouth twitch as if resisting the urge to smile. 'Quite a respectful boy. No mortal has ever bowed to me, only my subjects has only done but did it out of fear.' Hades thought to himself. 'Naruto Senju, you intrigued me.'

"Rise, Naruto Senju and friends, then speak of what you have to say."

"We have reason to believe that -"

"Return Zeus' Master Bolt to me. Let us complete our quest." It seemed Percy couldn't keep his mouth shut any longer.

Hades' eyes glowed and snapped towards the child of the sea. "Arrogant child!" he roared. "You dare keep up this act while you have stolen something of what is mine!" The throne room shook with a tremor so strong, they probably felt it upstairs in Los Angeles. Debris fell from the cavern ceiling. The door they came through burst open. Then skeletal warriors marched in, some dropping from the walls or cavern above them, hundreds of them from every time period and nation in Western civilization.

Naruto whirled around and glared at Percy who flinched when the teen's blood red eyes bore into him. "Percy, shut up. Now!"he nearly snarled and if his face mask was down, they would have seen bare his teeth at him.

The son of Artemis, satisfied that his admittedly sometimes dim-witted friend was cowed, turned back and hastily bowed to god. "We mean no disrespect and apologize Lord Hades but whatever it is that you accuse us of stealing we did not do it."

"How do I know you are telling the truth?" Hades growled. He slowly raised his hand to give a signal for his soldiers to destroy the demigods and satyr in front of him. "You are a shinobi - often deceiving others to complete their mission. I do not trust any children of my both brothers and the daughter of Athena is smart to know to cover her lies as does the satyr."

"Looks like you have no other options left. Careful of what you say kit." Kurama warned inside his head.

'No choice then,' he gritted his teeth under his mask. "I swear on the River Styx that we did not steal or aid in stealing your Helm as well as Zeus' Master Bolt and whatever I say the next moment is nothing but the truth." Thunder rumbled signifying his oath and Hades' eyes widened, bewildered that a demigod would so casually make an oath before narrowing when nothing happened.

"So what you say is true," the god of the Underworld mused, slumping back on his throne. "Then why have you come here?"

"We've come to bargain, Lord Hades." Naruto stated and he heard Annabeth and Grover gasp. Behind him, Percy looked at his friend in shock and realization.

"Oh?" Hades seemed amused. "State your terms and I shall judge if your proposal has merit."

"Before that Lord Hades, I must tell you something of great importance." The bow-wielding shinobi claimed. He told Hades of what happened near the entrance of Tartarus and what they felt to be power coming from the 'Crooked One'. He also told the god about Percy's dream about the voice coming from a dark pit. Hades' eyes narrowed at what he was told contemplating for a minute but moved on.

"I will check on the matter myself. For now, explain why I can sense my brother's symbol in the bag in your hands," he questioned with a pointed look. The other campers gulped down their fear while Naruto let out a sigh.

"We did not know that the Master Bolt is here, it only appeared in the bag the moment we stepped in your palace. In addition, this bag is not owned by any of us but given to us by Ares when we did a favor for him to retrieve his shield," he explained making Hades eyes narrow in thought.

"So you believe that Ares stole the Master Bolt from my brother?" he questioned.

Naruto shook his head. "Afraid not Lord Hades. I think that Ares caught the real thief but was persuaded not to catch him or her and suggested to do this. I also believe that the same thief stole your Helm to make you think that one of your brothers stole and with Zeus' Master Bolt stolen it would make the impression that Poseidon stole both your symbol of power and cause a war. Ares is the god of war which would make him stronger." Hades hummed as he considered the son of Artemis' words.

"I find your words to be logical, as expected of a shinobi. You were taught of tactical warfare and subterfuge, yes?" A short nod was given.

"Because of this Lord Hades, I ask of you that you let us go to deliver the Master Bolt and release Percy's mother."

"And what would I get in exchange demigod? I see nothing that will benefit me when I let you and your friends go," Hades remarked coldly. Naruto bit his lip as he thought of what he can offer.

'He already expects us to go retrieve his Helm even if he isn't saying anything yet. So what else can we give?'

"The prophecy." Kurama reminded and the Jinchuuriki's eyes turned wide at the realization what his furry friend was saying. "'Moon archer's son shall become the Shadow's champion.' I guess its time to embrace the purpose of a shinobi and gain a client." The fox said in a joking tone.

The spiky haired Senju sighed exasperated. 'Not the time Kurama.'

"I will offer you my services as a shinobi. It will allow you to interact and interfere indirectly in the mortal as I work in your stead." Naruto stated gaining gasp of surprise from his friends.

"Wait Naruto! Don't do it!" Percy yelled.

"You won't get out of this! You'll be stuck as Hades' slave!" Annabeth shouted trying to change his mind. Their words caused Hades' face to twitch and did not appreciate of being referred as a slaver.

"SILENCE!"

Hades looked at the bow wielding shinobi with intrigue. "Are you really offering your services to me? You would do anything I order you to do?" he questioned seriously. The others didn't notice but Hades' eyes gleamed in curiosity and interest.

"Even if it will cost you your life?"

This time, Naruto's eyes hardened as he gave his most serious look towards the god. "No questions asked." He promised. The answer seemed to please Hades.

"Very well then." The god of riches stood from his throne. He dismissed his soldiers with a wave. "I will release Percy Jackson's mother and let your friends go. You and I shall discuss the terms of your service." He snapped his fingers and Sally Jackson appeared, dazed and bewildered, in front of them. She quickly recovered and noticed who was in front of her.

"Percy? Grover? Naruto? Where am we? Why aren't you at camp?!" she asked frantically.

Naruto bowed from where he stood. "Our gratitude Lord Hades." He then turned back to his friends, "Use the pearls and get out Percy. Take Mrs. Jackson with you."

"But what about you?" Annabeth asked, worried that they might leave Naruto again.

"I'll be fine," he assured them. "I'll catch up after I'm done talking with Hades."

"Let's go Mom." Percy took his mother's hand and gave the pearls to Sally, Annabeth and Grover leaving one for himself.

"A-are you sure about this?" Grover asked hesitantly. Even now, Naruto could sense their worry so he gave them an eye smile. "Don't worry."

Encouraged by their friend's reassurance, Sally and the three campers put the pearls on the ground and crushed it with their foot. A blue erupted from each pearl which then formed into a glowing semi-transparent sphere around each of them. The sphere then floated off the ground and flew up through the caverns.

When his companions were out of sight, Naruto turned back to Hades who was waiting patiently.

"Now, Naruto Senju, this is the terms of our agreement…"

Here it is! So if you remember the story Naruto told during a campfire? Yeah those were the spirits if you haven't made the connection.

The Crooked One has made a move now, alerting the quest takers of his presence.

Then the Quest takers have arrived in Hades' Palace and explained to him of their suspicion of who aided the thief. Now, Naruto has come to bargain for his friend's safe passage along with Percy's mother as well as offering his services as a shinobi.

What's gonna happen next?!

Oh you should also give yourself a toast or whatever if you caught the Dr Strange reference.
