Hi! My name is Riley Matthews and I am 14 years old. My favourite animal is bunnies and my best friend is called Maya Hart. I love this boy called Lucas Friar but I found out that Maya has a crush on him. I obviously stepped back for her. My other best friend is called Farkle Minkus. He's a genius at everything and Maya's a rebel. Zay is my other friend who comes from Texas, Lucas' old state. That's where I figured the Lucaya crush stuff. It's where it all began. Under the thousands of stars.

I'm usually always happy and rainbow but these past few months, I think I'm breaking inside. I obviously can't tell anyone. I can't tell my parent because I have to share them with Maya. Maya shares nearly everything with me. My parents, my house, my uncle and now my boyfriend. Well me previous boyfriend who is now in a triangle. The only thing I don't share with Maya is probably Auggie. My uncle, Josh, Maya used to have a crush on him. A huge one. Now she's all over Lucas! Why couldn't it have been like before? Just me and Lucas, Smackle and Farkle, Vanessa and Zay and then Maya and Josh?

I don't like life changing. It hurts too much! Uncle Shawn never even used to talk to me but now he talks to me more than he used to only because Maya is here. Nobody likes me anymore. I don't think anyone did like me before anyway. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm not the Riley Matthews I used to be. Where did she go and who am I? I don't know. What changed? Everything did.
