John found his boys lying on their backs in Jim's backyard, staring at the night sky.

"Dean, where's Heaven?"

"Somewhere up there, I guess." Dean motioned above them.

Dean doesn't believe that any more than I do.

"Do you think Mom is up there watching over us?"

"Sure, Sammy." Dean was silent for a moment and then pointed toward the sky. "You see that star right there, the really bright one?"

"Yeah."

"That's her. She's watching us now."

"How do you know that's her?"

John stepped out of the shadows. "Because your Mom always did outshine everyone around her, Sammy."
