Aaaaa it's been ages I'm so sorry! The truth is that I was working on my other story and a new one that I am super excited about, as well as heaps of work, so I just hadn't gone around to editing the chapters I had written! I am still working on this story- it's been difficult, as fight sequences are super hard to write but I want it to be the best I can make it to be so please stick around!

Marinette

I weaved through panicked people, trying not to hit anyone.

"Sorry!" I apologised, as I bumped into someone. I lay down at a park bench that was hidden by trees and no-one was nearby. "Alright Tikki," I whispered, "let's go! Spots on!"

I felt the suit envelop me. I stood up, planting my feet firmly on the ground, and looked up.

A better vantage point was needed. I swung my yo-yo and flew up into the sky.

I crouched as I landed on top of a building. Three other 'thunks' sounded one after the other, beside me.

"Any idea where and what the akuma is?" I asked.

"The akuma is at the main square," Chat said, "but I have no idea what or who it is," he confessed.

"Akumas," Sky corrected. "There's another one just behind the park."

"Split up?" Bloom asked.

I thought quickly. "Bloom, Sky, go to the one at the park. Try and round them up and meet us at the main square. Chat and I will go to the main square now."

Without a look back, I bounded over to the area where Mayor Bourgeois would often give announcements about things to the people of Paris.

We both landed at the beginning of the pavilion.

The akuma was easy to spot.

A sparkly purple suit adorned him, and his blonde hair had been teased disproportionately high and curled back into his neck. Huge sunglasses in the shape of lightning bolts were on his eyes. And he held something large, almost like a DJ mix board.

It came to me so quickly, that I almost lurched forwards.

"It's XY!"

Bloom

"I think we should stay low and follow Ladybug and Chat Noir's plan," I said loudly, as we flew past the commotion. "We're only here to support them- they are supposed to take the lead here."

Sky gave me a hasty thumbs up.

It is true we are both leaders, in some way. But leaders have to be good team players too. And we certainly were part of the team.

"Alright, let's round this guy up and take him over to the main square!" I yelled, and I swooped down to the man that was stamping his feet.

The akuma had this strange suit on. It was an elaborate white, which was a bit dazzling to look at, and he had these headphones on him, large purple ones. The strange thing was, these headphones were moving; sometimes on his head, sometimes sliding to his arms and then feet. They vanished and reappeared.

Right now, his headphones were laced around his knee and he was stamping furiously.

When he stamped, huge shockwaves resonated off of him. They were pushing people away from him in a huge circle. They seemed to be magical sound waves.

We swooped in, trying to get close but it felt like we were walking into a hurricane- there was so much resistance. On top of that, these waves were pushing debris into us, like leaves and branches and twigs, making it hard to see.

"We. Can't seem. To get. Close." I said in a struggle, as I tried to move forward. I used my arms to shield my face. "How, how are we," I grit my teeth, "how are we going to catch him?"

Sky was trying to push his hoverbike into the sound waves but the waves were too strong. He kept pressing the accelerator pedal, but at this rate, his bike would just get damaged.

"The waves come from his feet, right?" He gasped out. "Well, why don't we try the air?"

Right! We would have to get high enough so the waves couldn't touch us because they were emanating on the ground.

I launched upwards. Ah, this was better! I wasn't straining so much now! I dived in closer…

The akuma realised what was happening. His headphones moved up to his arms as he raised them towards us.

"Argh!"

The waves were now in the air! We were facing the same problem again!

I jumped onto the back of the Sky's hoverbike and went close to his ear so he could hear me. These sound waves were extremely disorientating. They weren't loud exactly, but they made it hard to hear what was going on. It felt as if the air was getting distorted.

"Sky, remember how Musa attacks*?"

That hit a bell inside of him.

"Got you," was all he said, and I held on tight.

Chat Noir

"XY?" I exclaimed, tilting my head to the side, to see if this angle would make it look clearer.

I wasn't really a fan of XY, so I hadn't really paid attention to his appearance. But I remembered a brief encounter with him a while back…

"Meowch, what happened to him?" I stepped back, a bit overwhelmed by his bright suit.

"Hawkmoth, that's what," Ladybug said grimly. She narrowed her eyes. "What's he doing?"

I peered closely. He was firing discs- were they those old-school records? - at people. At first glance, it just seemed to pass straight through them, but then I saw they were getting absorbed into the citizens' bodies.

Those people who had those records 'absorbed' into them had begun dancing. But their faces held masks of horror.

"Ladybug! Chat Noir! Help us! Stop us from dancing uncontrollably!" screamed a man, who was doing a jive.

Oh dear. This was not good.

Ladybug swung her yo-yo and wrapped it around the body of XY.

"XY, stop this! We can help you!" she shouted.

"XY?" screeched the akuma, pointing those lightning-bolt sunglasses in our direction. I began to see bright flashes in front of me. "Who's XY? I'm Rockstar!"

"I'm afraid you're not rocking my world," I purred, before moving closer to Ladybug. "Don't look directly at his eyes, they can blind you," I whispered before turning my attention towards the akuma again. "Maybe I'll show you how to!"

I leapt forwards and smashed my baton against his DJ table.

Shocked, I lurched back.

Instead of breaking, the table wobbled like a mirage, and re-formed. Rockstar grinned nastily. His own form started flickering, and he disappeared.

"Wh-where did he go?" Ladybug looked around, indignantly.

I felt a chill behind me.

"Duck!" I yelled, and pulled her down to the ground.

A gold record disk flew past our heads. I whipped my head back to see Rockstar, with his DJ table intact, holding another razor record with a vicious smile.

"Care to play?" he grinned.

I fumed. Only I made the jokes around here!

"Oh, it's on," I said, cracking my knuckles.

* Musa is one of the Winx fairies. Her power comes from music, so one of her attacks is using sound waves which are very powerful.
