It took twelve hours for the remaining nurses and Angela to bring the patients to a stable condition. The hard work of extracting debris within their bodies took an hour extra than her original steps. Even opening wounds to ensure that there was no lingering debris that could harm them later on, it was time she took to ease her mind with insurance of a job well done.

She stared at each patient, examining every inch of their almost naked bodies. Going over the healed skin and once open wound spots she gave a tired smile under her mask.

"well done, we are done for the rest of the day, let's go re-" Angela began before bringing her hand to her head and reached around to stable herself, she grabbed on to the bed end for support.

"Dr. Zeigler!" one of the nurses exclaimed earning the eyes of all those in the room who were awake including the bodyguards who were sent in for a task. Zarya and Roadhog hearing the name of the good Doctor being called in a panic, both turned their heads from their small immersed conversation.

"It's alright, I'm fine. Just need to sleep it off, I'm deprived of it." She reassured the people in the room. "Please allow the commander to know of the patient's conditions have been successfully stabled." Angela continued as she closed her eyes to avoid straining her vision and to help her concentrate more on what had to be done.

Zarya and Roadhog had patiently waited for the Medical team to be done with their work so they could focus on their task of a constant watch on the EX-Talon Agents.

"Dr. Zeigler, excuse me for interruption, but Genji has visited numerous of times, perhaps is best for you to check in with him as soon as possible no?" Zarya voice came behind her concern for her health but also informative for her to know of Genji's eagerness.

Angela turned her way to acknowledge her, opening her eyes slightly a bit narrow from the lack of sleep.

"very well, if something happens con-", " I will get them to notify you if machines make noise, now go, I'm sure Genji is waiting restlessly out there." Zarya interrupted Angela as she gave her an assuring smile.

Angela removed her stained gloves and Medical Mask revealing a tiresome smile. "Thank you, please take care till then," Angela replied, making her way towards the door, she glanced to the side giving a quick nod towards Roadhog who replied with a nod himself.

"Will she be okay?" came the rough voice of Roadhog as he looked at the walking for of Zarya making her way to her seat close to him.

"I don't know big man, I'm no doctor." Replied Zarya earning herself a grunt of dissatisfaction.

Genji had visited so many time in the past hours he lost count, after being told by Zarya that she was busy and to come back later he just sat on the side as he waited while Nurses and other Doctors passed by his left for hours without sight of Angela. he left back to Annie only to entrust Annie with someone different each time just to come back and sit here waiting for Angela to walk out those doors.

His prayers patients worked for the last thirty minutes he saw her walk out slowly.

"Angela!" Genji stood up standing near her as he looks down at her capturing her weak state.

"Genji… what are you doing?" Angela questioned, her state not looking as well as she had before walking out. Genji noticed her way of action and held on to her.

"Angela… you are not looking good, let me help you get back to the room." Genji offered, his voice much softer so he would cause a headache for her.

"Genji, I can do this on my o-" she tried to say but stumbled forward into Genji's hands.

"Sorr-"," save it" Genji interrupted her before picking her up bridal style and looking at her eyes.

He looked at her as she did back to him, only for her to give in to his request and allow him to carry her, the walk back to her room was calming, the sound of Genji's heart drifted Angela to a slumber she didn't think she would gain.

Once Genji arrived at her room, he walked up to her bed with all the power he had he held her with one hand as he removed the covers to tuck her in. slowly he lowered her to her bed as he glanced at her parted lips. His mouth went dry and his heartbeat quicken, being so close to her now was only internally killing him, he narrowed his eyes at the sight of her beauty as he always admired.

"you are a strong person, so strong you forget how fragile you are sometimes…" he speaks softly talking with her about his views of her, except she doesn't know about it to reply.

He brings his hand towards her face only to caress it, inching closer to her face to claim a kiss he so desirably wished for. His lust for her only grew more the closer he is, but he could not get away… he missed her, he misses her, he longs for her but does she? He questions himself as he steps back and runs his hands through his black hair mane.

"I wish you counted on me more like you once did back in the golden days." He said as he steps back again afraid that if he gets too close his heated heart would steal another kiss not given.

"I wish I had more courage to do what I can do now." He says softly as he slowly walks to grab a chair and places it on the side of her bed, as he waits for the time to finish, to pick up Annie, but in the meantime, he will bask in the atmosphere that is Angela's sleeping form.

The hour passed as expected and Genji stood from the chair the time had come to bring Annie back. He glances once more at Angela's sleeping body and he walked out the door, ensuring it stayed locked until he came back.

He walked towards the command room, where Ana and Reinhardt had been keeping Annie quite entertained. At the sight of her father, she allowed Ana know he was here.

"Oh, Genji, nice for you to be on time," Ana said as she smacked Reinhardt arms too allow Annie to head back to Genji.

"Thank you so much for keeping an eye on here, Angela is back at the room, extremely tired, but I hope to see you guys once she awakens," Genji stated as he crouched down to pick up Annie.

"ah ha my friend you don't have to worry, it's nice to see the child face glow when I tell her about my amazing stories!" Reinhardt exclaimed rather hearty. Ana smiled at her lover's response.

"We are glad you came to us, ever since we got those three talon agents, things had been tense, and with little to almost no power to do anything at the time, she was just the energy we needed to change our mood," Ana said as she kindly smiled towards Genji and Annie.

"Thanks! See later!" Annie said as she waved happily towards Ana and Reinhardt.

"Thank you again Ana, Reinhardt, please excuses us, I'm sure Annie could use a nap now." Genji followed behind Annie's gratitude.

"haha, such a sweetheart, both of you," Ana said as she waved goodbye.

Both Genji and Annie left the office and made their way back to the locked door of Angela's room. Of course, they could have arrived earlier, but Annie took her time with greeting every person she saw, it was only after her twentieth greeting that she yawned and laid her head on his shoulder.

"long day huh? Don't worry dumpling, we will be in bed soon." Genji whispered to Annie as he arrived at Angela's room, scanning the key he was given, the doors opened and he waltzes right inside.

He placed Annie in bed away from Angela's sleeping body as far as he could, while she tiredly stared at him, confused as to why he wasn't coming in.

"Papa?" she questioned.

"what's the matter?" he questioned curiously.

"bed?" she asked this time, as she padded her bed.

"yes it's a bed, sleep now ill be with both of you soon." He whispered back to her.

She grabbed his hand and dragged him towards the bed. He slowly carried Angela again, who was sleeping rather profoundly as he positioned himself right next to her, while Annie took his right and Angela to his left.

Each taking one of his arms while he tried his best to embrace both of them at the same time, enjoying the moment he never could imagine. He stared at the ceiling, wondering if this was something he could really live for, and at that moment Angela turned her self slowly as she laid her head on his chest and her hand under her chin. The movement surprised Genji but he did not neglect it. The sound of both of his girls breathing in union calmed his soul as he slowly lost sight of light and welcomed the sweet embrace of sleep.
