Isla

I open my eyes. I just simply float in a area of white. It feels like a storage... can I escape? All the white space feels so peaceful, it's chilling. I want to see him again, I want to see Tsukasa. I try to swim in the space, I can't tell if I am moving or not.

"HELLO!" I yelled, not even an echo to reply.

I feel so alone. This view wasn't expected, this feeling was though. If I knew this was going to happen, why do I feel so upset? All I could do now was think... just think... and attempt to be free.

Tsukasa

Memories of Isla. Every night I have nightmares that I could've saved her, sometimes I even cry myself to sleep.

"Isla wouldn't want this," I pointed to my face, gloomy and upset," I must keep happy for her sake."

That's what I say every morning. I slumped to work it was a bit brighter then usual. A familiar back with a head of white hair stood a few feet away. I had hopes for a second then I remembered, Isla was set to be reprogrammed.

"Hey Tsukasa! This is your new partner." Kazuki said, pointing at old-used-to-be Isla. Used-to-be Isla turned around.

"Hey! Hello! I am , drumroll please, TAKSUMI!" She said.

"Nice to meet you... Taksumi." I forced.

She was nothing like Isla. Taksumi stuck her hand out for a shake. I stared at her for a few seconds. She just grabbed my hand and shook it. I had to push tears back looking at her eyes. Isla, Isla, Isla, Isla, Isla echoed in my mind.

"Bye Tsukasa." Her voice said in my head.

That moment replayed in my head over and over again. I feel broken, and I wouldn't be mended again. A slap out of nowhere brought me out of my trance.

"Did you hear anything I said?!" Kazuki yelled, she roughly shoved a file in my hands.
