acciotardis92 asked: Clint has special arrows for any and all eventualities. Like holy water for demons. And dead mans blood for vampires. He started this after the gang started to watch supernatural. He figures after everything else they've seen, anything is possible.
So I own nothing, at all. Seriously The Avengers and all its characters belong to Marvel and the idea belongs to acciotardis. I also do not own Supernatural.
It was the week after "The Battle of New York" when the Avengers decided to watch the first five seasons of Supernatural. Okay Tony forced them to watch it, but there wasn't much of a disagreement.
As expected most of the Avengers where hooked on the show (except from Thor because he didn't watch it, being on Asgard and all) and Clint decided to get a few more arrows. Namely Salt Arrows, Holy Water Arrows, Dead Mans blood Arrows and Silver Arrows.
After all, who's to say that the things that go bump in the night aren't real? Pagan gods are so why not everything else?
Of course it was two weeks later that The Avengers find out about the arrows.
Tony had thought it would be a good idea to sneak up on Clint. Now that wasn't the problem. The problem was what he was wearing, his contact lenses to be specific. Pitch Black contact lenses that looked exactly like a demons eyes would.
He set up his plan so that the room Legolas (Clint) would be in would have most of The Avengers in it, so that he had less chance of being heard.
Tony walked into the living-area at Three PM during Team-Bonding time, black contacts in his eyes the genius snuck behind the archer and placed his hand on the back of his targets neck.
Clint, taken by surprise, turned around and fired the first arrow he took out of his quiver and his "Attacker". Of course it was a Holy Water one.
Tony was surprised at the reaction he got and a little grateful that it was a harmless arrow and not lethal. Of course that put questions into his head.
"Why am I covered in water? Better yet why do you have a arrow that shoots water?"
"...It's Holy Water.."
"Okay. Why do you have an arrow that shoots Holy Water?"
"Why do you have black eyes?"
"Oh! You-" Tony cut himself off by falling over laughing.
"Hey! If Pagan gods are real, is it so impossible that other things are too?"
Of course Tony wouldn't admit it but he (and the rest of the team) was extremely glad the Clint had made those arrows, after all they'd probably all be dead if he hadn't.
