ME: Alright people! Sorry it took so long to update, however my brain is coming up with ideas for a ton of different stories and there for it's hard to focus on just one thing at a time, so I hope that you guys will like this chapter! I don't have a Beta for this chapter, and have no idea if Enjali still wants to be the Beta, I haven't done any updates for a really long time and there for have lost contact...

I am sorry if you, the fans, of this story find it poorly written and I completly understand if you do not wish to continue reading however I will continue to make it clear that I do not want any flames, I do not want to be put down or made fun of, I am just writing for my own pleasure so please be respectful to me... You wouldn't want people speaking bad of your writing so please don't do it to me.

Chapter 3:

3 years have passed since Andy had saved 2 year old Akihiko from the hands of some men who had tried to take his life, and had succeeded in taking the life of his mother...

3 Years of training not only himself but also the child whom he had become close to and had all but adopted as his own...

Andy didn't have to worry about the boy being discovered as a merman... er merboy, due to the fact that being a Prince of both species gave him more powers then ever and with one of these powers he was able to create a few pieces of jewelry that protected the wearer from harm all sorts of harm, if splashed with water the enchanted jewelry would protect him from being turned into his aquatic form... and thus no one would ever know...

Andy had also found a small group of his people about a year ago, and he was able to give them all enchanted jewelry that would allow them to live their lives as normal human's... as long as they never used their powers out in the open, they could in fact pass as 100% human, not even the devices created to point out ESPERS would identify them.. SO they where safe...

Of course while the group had been grateful for his help they had tried to take Akihiko from his care... and of course this didn't go down to well, the boy used his powers against them and had yelled at them for trying to take him from where he belongs... this of course lead to them discovering that the boy's caretaker, the one that had provided the enchanted protection jewelry was the last Royal of their kind, and also half ESPER... this caused them to try and stay with him, but he couldn't have that due to the fact that his apartment was tiny even for 2 people, and that it would bring too much attention to him and his young charge... unwanted attention that would place him and the 4 year old boy in harms way... So they agreed, with a lot of protest, to back off and go to a special hidden Island so they could start rebuilding their race... With the promise that he would bring the child to visit them... after all he was their King...

So He had a place to seen those that had survived, a safe place for them... and Andy was happy about it... and he had seen it grow double within the year it had been founded... a lot of his people had survived and had made the Island their new home...

Unfortunatly this is where he had to send his young charge... his son... and it wasn't easy to convince him that he should spend some time there... It took a whole week to get the boy to agree to wait for him there... and to stay safe...

His mission would start, and he would make sure to protect the Espers that he was going to be sent to spy on and betray...

He wondered how those idiots liked his pranks, he knows that it drove them all nuts, after all painting their buildings, be it work or home, bright colors and turning the interior all bright colors as well was news worthy, as a matter of fact it made the News, and the front page of the Newspaper!

He could also feel the dark sirens coming closer each and every day they gain more power and he would be ready for them, He just had to be worried about them wanting him as their king as well due to his powers... that wouldn't be good, his people where already possessive of him and highly protective... He was after all their last prince and King, as well as the One who keeps the balance between the Sea and Land...

He knew that the Dark Siren's of the air and sky had no king and they had originally came from the land and sea... he knew of their powers, and he knew about the dangers they would bring... and while he knew that he needed to fight them to protect his people, the Espers included, He was also excited, why was he excited You ask.

Well the dark Sirens of Air wouldn't have come back down from their castle in the sky had the humans, the none ESPERS, didn't attack and kill most of his race, and they had murdered all the Royal family except him...

And so he couldn't wait until the world saw how their actions against his people had caused the return of one of the most dangerous and sometimes down right vicious human eating creatures in the history of the Universe...

But for now he needed to get out of this Prison, where he was to start his mission... Glancing around he sighed, he could feel it, His target was coming...

and sure enough 3 hours later he was face to face with the leader of P.A.N.D.R.A.., Kyousuke Hyoubu.
