AN: Alright, I'm back! I had this chapter sort of finished during the summer and I just stopped working on it. Then college began up again and everything in my life went haywire from there.

"I'm going to kill him. I'm going to bloody kill him!" Klaus shouted, while pacing across the room.

I sat in the couch with my legs curled underneath me and propping my face on my hand, watching Klaus disinterestedly.

"Please, don't. You'll only make things worse, Klaus," I warned, inspecting my nails.

Klaus had called me earlier this morning saying that he needed my assistance with a sensitive matter. Surprise, surprise. I told Klaus no, and to "go find another witch to do your bidding. I'm still recovering mentally from what happened last night". Klaus completely ignored my first statement and focused on the second half, and wouldn't stop pestering me about it even when I told him repeatedly to not worry about it. That was until Klaus threatened to show up at my doorstep since I wouldn't tell him over the phone. I finally gave in and ordered him to stay put and I'll meet him at his mansion, that way we both get what we want.

Which leads me here, watching Klaus formulating a plan to kill Alaric.

"Klaus," I began, uncurling my legs and standing up. "What do you need my help with?" I asked curiously, walking over to him as Klaus stopped pacing and I gently run my fingers over the cotton sleeve of his jacket.

Klaus', warm, calloused hand enclosed on mine, "I need your assistance with the unlinking spell, love," he stated, and he brought my hand to his lips, pressing a kiss on them. "How would you feel about going on a road trip?"

~~~x~~~
"Shall we?" Klaus asked, looking down at me and holding his arm out for me to take.
"Always the gentlemen," I commented, rolling my eyes as I linked my arm with his.
We had located Finn in the city of Chicago. The two of us walked through the streets of the city, searching for his suicidal older brother. My eyes scanned over we came across as we made our way down another street. That was when I spotted a man with a tall frame and dark brown hair hair wearing a black jacket ahead of us.
"Klaus, up ahead," I murmured, gently squeezing his bicep and Klaus nodded his head, picking up our pace.
"Hello Finn," Klaus greeted cheerfully, as we walked up next to him.
"Hello Niklaus, Janelle. I have nothing to say to you two," Finn sneered, not even sparing us glance.
"Harsh," I thought.
"We're not here to chat," Klaus stated in a matter of factly tone. "I will ask you one time though. Where's our mother?"
"Gone to find another way to end our abominable lives. And when she does, I will sacrifice myself all over again," He stated, eyeing Klaus, he was such a smart ass.
"Well, how fortunate that I found you. We require your assistance," Klaus continued, flashing his trademark smile.
"I have no wish to help you. Only to see you dead," Finn spat.
"Right, well, that's the thing. You see you won't be able to see me dead, because if I die then you die. So wish unfulfilled I'm afraid." Klaus explained, and I scoffed silently. They are all so childish.
"Oh bother someone else with your hollowed charms, Niklaus,"
"Why? Why not come bother my big brother?" Klaus smiled again. "I need you to accompany me back to Mystic Falls. The lovely Janelle has offered her services and can help undo Esther's spell that linked us together,"
"I have no wish to be unlinked," Finn stated trying to walk away, but Klaus stepped in front of him and put his hand on his chest, stopping him.
"Again with the wishes. Let me rephrase, you will come back with me or I will put you back in that coffin in which you rotted for 900 years," He threatened, glaring at Finn.
"What happens to one, happens to all. You may not feel the effects of the dagger, but you'd lose your precious Rebekah," Finn reminded smugly.
"Wouldn't be the first time," Klaus retorted unfazed.
Finn walked away from Klaus and I and then sped down an alleyway, but we weren't worried because Rebekah was lying in wait for him. Klaus and I casually walked over to the alley that had Finn trapped with Rebekah, I could hear them arguing just as we turned the corner into the entrance.
"Let's not make this more difficult than it has to be, brother dear," Rebekah said sweetly.
"You're siding with him? Rebekah, he stored us in boxes!" Finn exclaimed.
"At least he's not trying to make us extinct!" Rebekah shot back, and Finn glared at her and turned around to face Klaus and myself.
Finn started to back away, "What are you gonna do? Kill me?" he spat.
"Oh yeah, that's right. You've got a death wish. Fine, pathetic, but fine," Klaus remarked. "The thing is, I'm not gonna let you take the rest of us down with you," Klaus sneered, and looked over at me.
I gave a simple nod and and I stuck my hand out and threw Finn's body against the brick wall with all my strength. He crumpled to the ground in pain, while he was down, Klaus rushed over to him and snapped his neck.
Mission accomplished.
~~~x~~~

I tossed a much shaken Finn into the foyer of the Mikaelson mansion and he slid across the floor from the force of my magic. Rebekah and Klaus trailed behind me and the three of us closed in on the Original vampire.

"Come on, Finn," I purred. "It's just a little blood,"

"You can't force me to help you," Finn shook his head, as his eyes darted between the three of us.

"I don't have to force you," I smirked and focused my gaze on Finn. My dark eyes squinted and Finn cried out in pain as a scratch slashed his cheek. A droplet of blood dribbled down his skin and Finn tried to cover it up. "And that was me being gentle,"

"Enough, sweetheart," Klaus raised a hand and I stopped my torture, allowing Finn's skin to heal over. "Why force when I can persuade?" He gestured to the staircase and Finn looked over his shoulder to see Sage making her way down the stair case. The two immediately ran into each other's arms, embracing tightly and making the three of us rolled our eyes.

"What do you know, true love prevails," Rebekah sneered.

Klaus answered a text from Kol, fiddling with his phone, "It does occasionally have its uses. Easier than torturing him,"

"Hey! I think I was doing a good job," I chimed in.

"You should have let her keep going, Nik," Rebekah added, and he rolled his eyes.

"What's got you all moody?" I asked, tilting my head.

"I have some unfinished business with Damon Salvatore," Rebekah glowered.

"Damon?" I asked wrinkling my nose. "Let me guess, slept with you then stomped on your heart?" I proposed, crossing my arms. "You didn't know? He has a history of doing that,"

"Well, he's about to be history after what he did to me," The blonde gritted her teeth.

"I've known Damon for awhile now and I have a question...is he as good as they all say?" I smirked and Klaus grimaced.

Rebekah's pink lips twisted into a scowl before melting into a smirk, "He doesn't have the nickname 'Sex God' for nothing,"

"Rebekah..." Klaus groaned.

"Oh, hush up, brother," The blonde waved her hand around. "Go gather your other witch while Janelle and I gossip," She finished with a smirk and Klaus gave a shake of his head before leaving from the manor along with Finn and Sage.

"So, what kind of revenge were you planning?" I asked the blonde.

"The usual game of torture." Rebekah replied with a shrug. She let her lips twist into a smirk and her dark eyes gleamed with amusement. "A game I know very well,"

I studied the unlinking spell for what must have been the millionth time for two hours. I yawned and rubbed my tired eyes in an effort to stay awake, I took another sip of coffee and grimaced at the taste of it. I sighed and closed the grimoire; I couldn't look at the Latin incantations anymore. I stood up and stretched my stiff limbs as I walked out the upstairs study and into the hallway. That's when I first heard it. A scream of pain. I lifted an eyebrow, quickening my pace to get to the stairs and figure out what is happening.

My feet rhythmically padded down the stairs until I got to the last step following the sound of another yelp of pain which lead me to the room where I waltzed with Klaus, Elijah, and Kol. Only this time instead of a ballroom that was straight out of a fantasy that I would have imagined as a little girl, it had the ambience of a dingy dungeon torture room.

"My, my. Look what you've caught, Rebekah," I sang as I observed a familiar vampire strung up in chains. "You weren't kidding about torture," I added, glancing over to Rebekah as I walked closer to them.

Damon lifted his eyes and took in my form, "Wait, you were here the whole time, and didn't do anything to help me?" Damon asked incredulously.

"I was absorbed in a grimoire, I must've been so focused that the world around me disappeared," I ran a manicured nail down his chest, collecting some blood along the way. "Forgive me," I uttered, my lips curling into a small smirk that made Damon scoff.

"Stefan and Elena should've just let you bleed out!" Damon snarled, lunged for me. I quickly held a hand out, curling my fingers and Damon's brain quickly started to explode. "Arraagghhh!" Damon groaned and yanked at his chains.

Rebekah laughed out loud, watching Damon squirm. "Don't harm my little plaything too much," Rebekah pouted, and I stopped my magic before splaying a hand on his chest.

"Don't worry, we're done here," I commented, pushing off from his chest and turned around to leave the room.

Damon's comment still rung in my ears and it felt like that he just shoved a knife into my chest. Sure, Damon and I have made some terrible, rude remarks to each other, but wishing that I actually died last night...is shocking and painful to think about. The realization made my chest tightened and my usual smug expression vanished, I was almost completely out the room until Rebekah called out to me.

"Janelle, you should go wait for Nik. I'm sure he missed you," She laughed and I rolled my eyes at the comment, I quickly regained my usual demeanor and turned around to face her.

"You think you're so hilarious, don't you?" I tilted my head and Rebekah just smiled.

"I know when my brother fancies someone, he can't keep his eyes off their ass," The blonde smirked.

"You're a sick, sick Original," I giggled.

"Actually, Kol was the one who couldn't stop looking at your ass," Klaus walked into the room, observing Damon who was currently hanging from the ceiling. "That was until he saw your sister," Klaus added.

"Kol likes everyone's ass." Rebekah chimed in.

"Could we please keep my ass out of this conversation?" I huffed and Klaus smirked. "Shouldn't you be doing something productive?" I questioned, folding my arms together.

"Like getting the Bennett witch?" Klaus asked knowingly, pulling out his phone, sending a quick message to Kol. "All in good time, love,"

"Bonnie will never help you," Damon growled.

"I beg to differ," I began. "Bonnie always helps a friend out,"

~~~x~~~
Another piercing scream left Damon's lips while I sat in front of a warm fire. I had been meditating the entire time in an effort to prepare myself for performing the unbinding spell. I heard the impatient ticking of the grandfather clock in the corner of the room and the footsteps of two people entering the space I was occupying.
"It's about time," my smooth voice purred from a plush armchair that was facing the lit fire place. I made myself a cup of tea while I was waiting and I lifted the glass to my lips, taking a small sip. I brought the glass back down to the saucer with a gentle clink. "I've been listening to Rebekah torture that poor vampire in the living room,"
"Sorry about the wait, love," Klaus shrugged. "You know how Rebekah can be," I raised my eyebrows and nodding my in agreement before rising to my feet. I turned and gave the other witch in the room a simple nod.
"Hi, Bonnie," I greeted and took a sip of my tea.
"Janelle, what's going on here?" Bonnie asked warily.
"Klaus needs our help, I'm sure he's told you what this is all about," I answered, placing my cup and saucer on an end table near the fireplace.
"I'll leave you two to it," Klaus smirked and I gave him a curt nod. He placed a firm hand on Bonnie's shoulder and she immediately tensed. "You've been warned. If you look for a way to send help, I will kill anyone who comes to your rescue," He growled in her ear before leaving the room.
~~~x~~~

Bonnie and I chanted as one over the pool of blood in the center of the table. I felt Bonnie's strength and skill as a witch, but she wasn't putting any effort into the spell. At that rate, the spell wouldn't be able to be completed.

"Don't fight me, Bonnie," I spoke gently.

"I'm not fighting you," Bonnie protested. "This spell is really hard," I waved both my hands over the candles, extinguishing them immediately.

"It's nothing you can't do. You have more power than you know Bonnie," I said and tapped my fingernails against the table.

"I should be hearing chanting by now!" Klaus snapped rudely as he entered the room.

"We're trying," I replied, keeping my dark eyes on a very uncomfortable Bonnie.

"Well, chop, chop. We haven't got all night," The hybrid growled.

"Klaus, please leave us," I commanded and he stared back at me. We held each other's hard stares for a while before the hybrid backed down and stormed out of the room.

"I can't do this..." Bonnie whispered.

"I know that dark magic scares you," I stated and Bonnie couldn't bring herself to look into my eyes.

"How can you use it Janelle? I thought magic was supposed to be used for good and not evil," Bonnie pointed out quietly.

"When people push you around enough, you get tired of being everyone's door mat," I responded, just as quiet.

"But my grams always told me that dark magic is dangerous,"

"Like everything, it comes with a price," I said sadly. "I want you to help me do this spell, Bonnie,"

"This spell was Esther's idea to undo the abominations she created! Undoing it would just let the evil continue!" Bonnie exclaimed, throwing her hands up.

"Bonnie, I don't think you realize what the repercussions would be if we do not do this spell," I stated, becoming slightly annoyed that Bonnie won't help me with this. "If you won't do it for me, do it for your mother," I added, which came out more threatening than I wanted it to.

Bonnie gritted her teeth together tightly, "What's that suppose to mean?" Bonnie asked, with a slight growl.

"Bonnie come on, I'm not going to kill your mom!"

"I'm not helping you!" Bonnie shouted and grabbed her things to leave.

I watched her with trained eyes, not moving from my spot. Bonnie headed for the door, but it suddenly slammed shut. She banged on the heavy wood and jumped as she felt something crawling up her leg. Bonnie watched in fear as a large cobra snake slithered up her thigh, its tail curling around her calf. She made an effort to swat it away but it hissed angrily, its dark hood spanning over its head. I grimaced, watching Bonnie squirm and Bonnie tried to use her own magic to counteract mine. The cobra only seemed to get angry at the use of Bonnie's magic and sprang up, biting her hand. Bonnie tried to pull the snake off her, but its teeth were latched onto the skin.

"I can make it all stop if you help me, Bonnie," I pleaded, wanting to end the torture myself from seeing my friend's pain and agony.

"No! No, don't make me help you!" Bonnie fought.

"Have it your way," I sighed disappointedly and the snake unlatched from Bonnie. It thumped down to the floor, its body coiling like rope before melting into a pool of silver liquid. The pool then morphed and shaped into a number of rats that scurried all over the floor. Their teeth nibbled at the hem of Bonnie's pants while others climbed up her body, screeching and pawing all over her.

"Get off!" Bonnie screamed and pulled at the tails of the rats, eager to get them off her, but they were relentless.

"Help me, Bonnie, please!" I pleaded again.

Some of the rats were in Bonnie's hair now, biting and scratching at her scalp and she tried to get them off her. The rats then shrunk into hundreds of little spiders, crawling and scattering all over her. Bonnie felt them biting her and she tried to smack them away but if she crushed one, even more appeared.

"Stop! Stop, please!" Bonnie begged. "I'll help you! Just make it all stop!" She pleaded and I nodded, finally getting her way. I murmured a short chant and the rats were gone. Bonnie looked around the room and it was as if the cobra or the rats weren't there at all. It was all a hallucination, a figment of her imagination.

Klaus bolted into the room, hearing the screams of Bonnie and looked between the of us. "What happened here?"

"Just a little persuasion, that's all," I sighed. "You ready, Bonnie?" I asked tiredly.

Bonnie was shivering in her spot; her eyes were wildly looking around the room, cautious of any other critters that might come into the room. "I'll help you,"

"Glad to hear. Can we finally get this moving?" Klaus took the packet of blood vials, giving them to me.

"We need yours," I reminded and Klaus gave me a smirk, letting his hybrid features grace his handsome face. He bit the inside of his hand and clenched his fist, keeping the blood from dripping on the floor. "Where do you want me?" He asked teasingly and I held a glass underneath it, allowing the blood to drip inside.

"Slob," I commented and brought the cup and packet to the table.

"You wound me, darling," Klaus placed a hand over his heart. I took the vials of blood, emptying them out in the middle of the table along with the cup of Klaus's blood. The crimson liquid all mixed together and Bonnie joined me, taking my hands. We closed our eyes and we both felt the overwhelming surge of power flow through us.

"Et serpentium, quum de cauda rat. Voca est in spirituum, qua tu ad eos," I chanted and a cold rush of air swept through the room. Whispering voices and hushed moans of spirits echoed around them. "Rap super mensam respondeo dicendum quod suus 'tempus. Procul hinc nobis sermo," three loud raps were made on the end table near the fireplace, making my teacup move at the vibrations.

The cup tipped over the edge, falling and smashing to the floor in pieces. Both of us started to chant the spell we studied for hours. Over and over, we spoke the words in perfect time, each time getting stronger. The fire in the fireplace swelled and so did the flames in the small candles. The blood on the table then started to break apart. Six individual circles of blood inched away from the center and worked their way to the edge. The power winded down and we stopped our chanting.

"Well?" Klaus asked.

"It's done," I murmured quietly and he gave me a smirk. "Could you give us a moment alone please," I asked him, looking over to Bonnie who didn't meet my stare.

"Be quick about it," Klaus answered, and walked away.

I slowly walked to Bonnie's side, and started to comfort her and she flinched at my touch.

"I'm sorry," I apologized sincerely, backing away. "You didn't deserve this to happen to you,"

"Then why did you do it?" Bonnie snapped, she had every right to be angry at me.

"Because I knew what I did was going to be a better alternative than what Klaus was planning," I explained softly, making Bonnie finally look at me. "Klaus knew your mother left again, he told me that he could bring her back if you complied. Or he can just bring her back in parts if you don't," I continued, and Bonnie gasped, her body began to shiver. "No one deserves to have their own family threatened. I know from experience," I finished, looking at Bonnie, tears brimming in her eyes.

"Why are you helping him Janelle? He killed you, hurt your sister, he killed Jenna and Tyler! He's done nothing but destroy everyone's lives in this town!" Bonnie exclaimed, grabbing both of my arms. "Do you have feelings for him? Please tell me you didn't do this because you like him," Bonnie stated, almost pleadingly as tears were now streaming down her face.

"That's not why Bonnie," I responded lying through my teeth, knowing that my feelings for Klaus were going stronger each time we interacted. "Bonnie, I did what was right in my mind. You and I both know that Klaus wanted this spell done sooner or later, so I chose now because he would've became more desperate and his tactics even crueler later on down the road," I explained convincingly, and Bonnie slightly nodded her head in agreement. "I'm not heartless, Bonnie. Please believe me when I say, I'm so sorry Bonnie. I'm sorry that I had to put you through this," She nodded and I embraced her into a hug. She cried into my shoulder as I rubbed her back. She stopped soon after and we pulled away.

"Why are you doing this? You hate me?" She sniffled.

"I don't hate you Bonnie, I could probably never hate you," I comforted, giving her arms a gentle squeeze. "Bonnie, I wouldn't be offended or upset if you don't want to talk to me or see me for a while. I deserve it,"

Klaus walked back in and ushered Bonnie out of the room, not before Bonnie gave me one last glance. I closed my eyes, my head was spinning from the unlinking spell. I felt a warm substance trickle from my nose and I jolted to see that I was bleeding. My hand raised up to clean it off and I dismissed the minor nose bleed. I shifted at the noise from further inside the mansion.

I moved to the room where Damon was strung up and I froze in place. If I hadn't known better, I would've thought Damon was dead. His entire body was drenched in blood, as he his body hung from bear traps, clasped around his wrist. He stood just barely on his top toes, allowing only a small amount of his weight to be carried. I frowned visibly at his condition. In a small way, I felt bad for him, but I figured that he had done something pretty rotten in order for Rebekah to do this. The blonde Original had even left the knife stuck in his stomach.

He slowly picked his head up and looked at me with squinted eyes, "Here to torture me some more?" Damon stirred weakly.

"No," I shook my head and gripped the hilt of the knife. "This might hurt a little," In one tug, I yanked the knife from his gut and he roared loudly. I dropped the knife to floor and Damon groaned.

Damon lifted his head up to look at me, the tiredness on his face was evident, "You're bleeding," Damon stated, almost like he was concerned for my well being.

"I was, but its stopped now. Just a minor nosebleed, it was from the spell. Nothing I can't handle," I explained softly, with a shrug of my shoulders. "Why do you care? It wasn't so long ago that you wished I died yesterday," I humphed, placing a hand on my hip.

"Yeah well, sometimes people say things we don't often mean," Damon suggested.

"We seem to say that to each other a lot times now," I admitted, letting a breathy chuckle.

Suddenly I was whisked away from Damon and thrown into the wall with a hand wrapped around my throat and I came face to face with a green eyed man.

"Janelle, did you do this?" he jerked his head to Damon and tightened his grip on my throat. I tried to shake my head, but his grip was much too tight.

"Stefan, no...let her go," Damon begged and Stefan looked between his brother and I, as my body was currently running out of air.

"I just saved your life, and this is how you repay me," Stefan growled at me. I hushed a chant and he let me go as his hands started to sizzle and burn.

"It wasn't me!" I managed to wheeze out.

"What's going on here?" Klaus sauntered into the room along with Rebekah. He saw me holding my neck, struggling to breathe and his blue eyes focused on Stefan. Klaus tackled Stefan to the wall while Rebekah looked through his bag that he had brought. "What did you do?" Klaus hissed.

Rebekah looked through the bag and her eyes widened seeing white oak stakes settled neatly inside. "This isn't possible!" She shrieked before helping me to my feet.

"Finn is dead and I want to trade these stakes for Damon," Stefan rasped.

"Oh my God...Stefan, you didn't..." I gasped in genuine shock, sure Finn wanted to die, but I didn't think Stefan was ballsy enough to do it. I slowly walked over to Stefan. "Are you crazy?"

"You killed my brother?" The blonde glowered.

"Damon, in exchange for the last eight weapons that can kill you," Stefan bargained and Klaus unhanded him roughly.

"And how do I know there aren't any more left?" Klaus asked heatedly.

"Because there aren't!" Stefan fought.

"Well, let's be certain, shall we?" Klaus wandered over to Damon, sizing him up.

"Leave," Klaus demanded to Damon.

"No,"

"Go on. Leave," Klaus demanded again.

"Nik, he's my plaything not yours," Rebekah whined.

Jesus, I knew I could be cruel, but never to this extent. Do they realize that this is an actual person right? Granted, Damon Salvatore could be an arrogant asshole himself, but he didn't deserve the cruelty he was enduring.

"Klaus, stop it," I said sternly, but he didn't even glance at me and just continued to smirk victoriously. I went to step forward, but Stefan wrapped his hand around my wrist.

"Don't do anything stupid, Janelle," He whispered into my ear. I nodded and he let go, looking at my dad attentively.

Klaus gripped Damon viciously by his throat, "I said go home," He compelled.

And to my horror Damon began to try and escape. His screams echoed throughout the mansion as he started to pull his remaining wrist out from the snares, peeling the flesh off of it in the process as he screamed out in pain.

"Klaus, stop!" I shouted as his skin continued to tear.

"Alright, stop, stop, stop, before you hurt yourself," Klaus told him, finally giving into my pleas. "Well, seeing that he can finally be compelled...Minus the stake that's in my brother, how many more stakes are out there that can kill me?"

"Eleven," Damon answered, unable to control the words he spoke.

"Eleven! Really? So, not eight then," Klaus sneered at Stefan.

"You really shouldn't have lied," Rebekah interjected.

"I'll get you the other three," Stefan promised Rebekah and Klaus.

"Yeah, that'll be nice. Or since you lied, maybe I'll just compel your brother to chew out his own tongue," Klaus threatened.

"That won't be necessary?" I told Klaus. Clearly Stefan was wrong to make stakes to kill Klaus, but to make Damon chew out his own tongue? What the hell?

"What is wrong with you?" Stefan asked angrily.

"What is wrong with me?!" He shrilled turning to Stefan. "Do you really have no appreciation for me? I have given you someone to hate, to loathe, a target for all of your anger; so you don't have to turn it on yourself. I have given your life purpose, as your friend," Klaus laughed. "I really think you should be thanking me," Stefan rushed at Klaus and pinned him against the wall with a white oak stake in hand. Klaus effortlessly disarmed him, and pinned Stefan. "Step down, or you die," Klaus said.

"Stefan!" I scolded.

Realizing he was defeated, Stefan dropped the stake to the ground.

"There. Now you only have to get me the other two." Klaus smirked.

Rebekah scoffed, "This is ridiculous," She walked over to Damon and released his mangled hand from the trap, allowing Damon to fall to his knees.

"I brought him here. I get to release him," Rebekah said, answering Klaus' confused glare. "My rules now. Bring us the stakes and you get to live. Take your brother as a sign of good faith," Rebekah added and picked up the duffle bag and left the room with the white oak stakes.

"Keep them honest, love," Klaus stated towards me, and began to walk out of the room behind Rebekah. Until he stopped midway and suddenly he flashed to Stefan, stabbing him with the knife that was buried in Damon's stomach. "If you ever touch Janelle like that again, I will tear you limb from limb and then shove your heart down your throat," He twisted the knife, making Stefan groan and threw him to the floor to writhe in pain. "Thank you for your assistance Janelle, you've been a big help today,"

Once Klaus left the room, Stefan yanked the knife in a pained groan, "Sorry for choking you," Stefan apologized sincerely, looking into my eyes.

"Sorry, for getting you stabbed," I apologized back, slowly helping him onto his feet.

The two of us immediately made our way to Damon, helping him to his feet. Stefan grabbed him on his other side, carrying the majority of the weight. We were just a few steps from Stefan's car when suddenly all of Damon's weight came crashing onto me. My head was on a swivel to see what had happened. Sage and her guard dog vampire had attacked Stefan and knocked him to the ground.

"I'm not here for you. I'm here for him," She said to Damon and I, assuring me that me and Damon were safe. "Even though I should kill you, you're working for Klaus," She sneered, I take it back only Damon's safe.

Damon attempted to stand up, ready to fight with his brother, but Sage's pet stood in the way, "I don't think so,"

"I had to kill him, Sage," Stefan said with blood dripping from his lip.

Oh, you remember me?" She laughed with anger. "Good. Then you know I like to go all ten rounds,"

Sage started making her way toward Stefan, but before she made it, her nose started to drip blood. She toppled over, crashing to the ground as she coughed violently.

"Sage?" The other vampire called out. He rushed to her side, but before he made it, he crashed too.

"What is happening to me?" Sage called out as blood poured from her nose and her mouth.

Grey veins started to form across their body before eventually, they were both dead.

"They're dead," I said, stating the obvious as I stared at the bodies.

~~~x~~~
Damon and Stefan were both in better condition than they had been before, and were able to stand on their own two feet, "So, Sage and this Troy guy die within an hour of Finn," Damon concluded.
"But why? Were they bitten by a hybrid or..?"
"Hybrid bites don't look like that," Stefan pointed out. "So, it's the blood. The bloodline. It has to be. Think about it Finn turned Sage, Sage turned Troy. They're all part of the same vampire bloodline that originated with Finn," Stefan said, piecing everything together.
"Wait, so when an Original dies every vampire turned from their bloodline dies along with them? Because that would mean..." Damon trailed off slowly.
"And when the Originals die, so will every vampire ever created," I recited, remembering what the grimoire stated, Stefan and Damon both looked at me in shock. "If the Originals die, so do all of you. The entire vampire species would...it'd just be dead." I finished.
"We still have uh- enough to kill two out of the five of them. If we can figure out who to save," Damon stated, trying to formulate a plan
"We shouldn't kill anymore of them! We don't know for sure which one the two of you came from, and even if we did, I think today should have taught you to leave them alone!" I exclaimed fustratedly.
"But it can only link back to one Original and if the odds are in our favor, hopefully it won't be Klaus. So that we can still kill him," Stefan said.
"Even if Klaus didn't create your bloodline, we know for a fact that he turned Tyler, and we can't just let him die," I pointed out, my eyes bouncing between them.
Stefan and Damon shot each other unsure glances. They were going to kill Tyler. Wonderful.
AN: I'm so glad that I'm done with this chapter, hoped you like it.
