Thank you for waiting, and thank you for reading! At some point in the next coming month I am going to go through these chapters and correct inconsistency and misspellings. For now just enjoy this chap!

Luffy latched onto Ace's hand happily, swinging their join arms back and forth as he trots to keep up with the older boy.

With a heavy scowl and red cheeks Ace looked at from the happy boy- his little brother. He ached in ways he didn't know were possible. Instead of the usual ache of muscles over worked and his heart broken from persecution, he felt something else. He clenched the smaller hand tightly and in the other nearly bent the pipe in two with his grip, willing himself not to hit the small boy besides him. Ace didn't know what he was feeling, his stomach churned, he was upset at leaving the boy to Porchemy. He was hurt that he had been left by his mother, he had idolized her, loved her memory, carried the guilt of her death since he was told about her. It wasn't her fault. He told himself. It wasn't.

Gritting his teeth, he stared at the dirt path before him. he was so focused on his thoughts he hadn't realized he had stopped walking or that Sabo and Luffy were calling his name.

It was Garps. He realized. The old bastard took him from her. He ruined his life. A snarl ripped out of his throat, vicious and feral. The old man is the one that ruined everything.

"ACE!"

A voice screamed, breaking him out of his haze to see Sabo backing away from him and Luffy patting his arm with his free hand. He sat with wide eyes and pleased smile. His vision was hazy filled with reds and oranges.

"WHAT?!" he hissed.

"You're on fire!" Sabo panicked.

"WHAT!?" Screaming he jumped up and down, his anger turning to fear as the orange haze grew and the red and yellow flames licked up from his arms and legs.

Luffy pet his arm some more "It's okay, it's Ace's fire."

Buggy made haste, ordering his crew to turn around and head towards Goa Kingdom.

"Mohji, call my brother, tell him to get back to the East Blue." He told one of his two vice captains, making his way to his gathering crew for announcements.

"Aye, Captain!" he shouted, running off below deck to find a Den Den Mushi.

"Men!" he started off, before his gaze slid to his three female crew that sat with a heavy scowl on their painted faces, "and Women!"

Stepping forward, he couldn't help but pause and look at the people that followed him, were willing to die for him.

"I come before you as your captain! As of today, our journey will lead us into the Grand line and more, will lead us to war, and great beings of power!"

The crew murmured, looking between each other and their captain in fear, excitement, and confusion.

"Why?" one crew member shouted out.

For a long moment Buggy wasn't sure what to tell the crew. For nakama, for family, for the promise he made, for the little brothers waiting for him, the boys that will be hunted for the blood in their veins?

"Nakama, family." He settles, knowing they don't truly understand, not yet and for some they never will.

"I am telling you this as you captain, as you nakama. If you do not want to take this journey, if you are unwilling to lay your life down, speak up! Your duty, debt, and obligation to me will be fulfilled and life boats will be loaded up with supplies. You will sail free and not be marked as a Buggy pirate."

"Shanks! Incoming call from Buggy!" Lucky Roo called, holding their Den Den Mushi in one hand and the other a soup ladle.

Shaking his head, the red haired pirated grabbed the snail.

"Moshi Moshi?"

"Captain Shanks?" an unfamiliar voice called out over the line as the snail took on a worried look.

"Yes, this is he, who am I seaking to?"

"I'm Mohji, I'm captain Buggy's first mate. I was told to call you and-" clearing his throat the den den turned serious as an impression of his blue haired brother came over the com ", Tell him to get back to the East Blue."

Shanks glanced at his cook and friend, ladle still in hand and expression just as confused.

"Why?"

"Um, I don't know? This weird woman came on to the ship and she told him something and then he turned the ship around?" He said hurriedly, the mush showing the sweat that had begun to drip down the pirate's face.

Shanks hung up, shooing Lucky Roo and shouting through the cabins.

"MOVE! BACK TO EAST BLUE!"

"Shanks?" Benn inquired, moving across the ship to meet him at the helm as the men moved to raise anchor, steer the ship around, and unfold sails.

"Mom went to Buggy," He said tensely.

"Luffy?"

"I don't know, just got told to turn around." He said through clenched teeth, his feet brining him towards his crew and eyes jumping around to make sure they would make it the ship go as fast as it could take.

"I'm sure he is fine, she wouldn't let anything happen to him."

Rogue swam, dived, ran, and rumbled her way across the ocean floor. Through the calm belt, shooing her beloved sea kings away, past fisherman island, and straight into the new world. She faltered feeling herself dissolve for a moment, her head ached, and she gritted her teeth, pulling and pulling. Her form wavered, and she sat in the ocean stilled for some time, till day turned to night and morning sun broke the sky. Pulling her form solid she continued her journey feeling the energy she had slowly gained leaving in seconds. She pushed on. She moved to peak above the waves at a familiar Whale designed ship.
