Trapped inside the tornado all of them hold on and grunt as the wind whips them around. M'gann manages to open her eyes and reorientate herself, as she does her brow drops in concentration and her her hands firmly press on the control towers, illuminating them as she gets them out of the tornado and to the parking lot. M'gann opens a hole in the floor and everyone jumped out, landing on the pavement. As one, they stared up at the massive tornado that have ravaged across the building.

"Robin, are tornados common in Rhode Island?" Tula asked before turning to face her team. She noticed that Robin was gone. "Where's Robin?" They look around but there was no sign of him, except for his mischievous laugh that seemed to be coming from inside the building.

"But he was just here?" M'gann said.

"Believe us, he does that a lot." Wally replied before they rushed inside the power plant.

Inside the building, Robin was thrown back against the far wall by violent gusts of wind. Robin grunted as he hit the wall and crumpled to the floor. He looked up to see the rest of the team run in as well and stare at there enemy. It appeared to be a person in a suit of high-tech armor. It was red with tubes of blue liquid pumping through it's shoulders. Rags wrapped like a scarf around his head.

"Who's your new friend?" asked Wonder Girl as she helped Robin to his feet.

"Didn't catch his name!" panted Robin, "But he plays kind of rough!"

"My apologies," said the villain in a synthesized voice, "You may refer to me as Mr. Twister."

Wonder Girl then charged the villain, but Twister created two tornados that stopped her in her tracks. Then the tornados blew the clone right into a wall. The others attack next against Twister. Wally rushed with speed and attempted to jump kick him in the chest. He doesn't quite make it as Mr. Twister raises his hands to create vortexes that stop him in his tracks. Then turn 180 degrees and launches Wally out the bay doors, where he skids across the parking lot.

Unamused, Twister turrns back in time to create twisters under a flying M'gann and a charging Aquagirl, knocking them back and eliciting a yell. Aquagirl hits a corner of one of the support beams, while M'gann narrowly misses and crashes into the raised grated walkway another teen feet behind the Boy Wonder.

"I was prepared to be challenged by a superhero." Twister goads, as Robin pulls a disk under his jacket. "I was not, however, expecting children."

"We're not children!" Robin yells launching a small bomb then the disk.

Twister counteracts the bomb with dual vortexes, causing it to explode at a harmless distance, thinking the Boy Wonder faked one of his moves he lets the vortexes drop, giving the disk the opportunity to land in the center of his chest plat. Which the villain flicks away with one finger. "Objectively, you are." only then does it explode. "Have you any adult supervision? I find your presence here quite disturbing."

"Well we hate to see you disturbed," Robin said, bringing Twister's attention back to the standing four teens. "Let's see if you're more turbed once we kicked your can!"

With that M'gann reaches out with her telekinesis. Destroying the fixture over his head, creating a steam barrier that Wonder Girl jumps through. Even with the barrier, Twister still reacts fast enough to catch Wonder Girl before she can land a hit. Throwing her back and causing her to hit the ceiling changes height, then bounce off to fall into a flying M'gann. Both Robin and Aquagirl dodge without missing a beat. The Atlanteans's hands charging with electricity. Twister says nothing as his hands begin creating vortexes, that then become miniature twisters that pick up the two before slamming them into each other.

"Indeed." the villain says, rising off the ground. "That was quite turbing. Thank you." the leaves as the team groans back to consciousness.

Outside, in the beginnings of the forest with the evidence of his crash surrounding him, Wally comes to. Seeing Twister leaving he runs in front of the villains, then rolling to change direction and rolling through two more somersaults to stare down Twister. "What have you done to my team?" he demands.

"Embarrassed them, largely." Twister says, then bringing both his hands together to form a singular twister that snatches Wally up and was heading straight towards a wall, until M'gann caught in time with her telekinesis and gently lowered him down.

"I got you, Wally." She said as her, Robin, Wonder Girl, and Aquagirl ran out.

"Thanks." He replied.

"You again?" said Twister. "I would have thought you had learned your limitations by now."

"What do you want?" shouted Tula, electricity crackling up and down her arms.

"Isn't it obvious?" asked Twister, flying up in the air, "I'm waiting for a real hero."

"M'gann, read his mind!" shouted Tula.

"I thought I wasn't supposed to do that!"

"It's okay when it's the bad guys!" shouted Robin, "Now hurry!"

M'gann nodded, then focused at Twister, eyes glowed, and tried to read his mind. Except for one problem. "Nothing, I'm getting nothing!" she said before slapping on the forehead and smiling. "Hello, Megan! Mr. Twister is Martian Manhunter in disguise!" Everyone stared at her in confusion. "Think about it," she explained, "Think about it, she said that we would soon be 'tested soon enough'!"

"But what about the tornados?" asked Tula.

"Flash!" said Wally, "He can create vortexes with his speed!"

"Speedy called it!" growled Robin, "We're a joke!"

Aquagirl makes a noise of frustration before slamming her fist into her hand and turning back towards the 'villain'.

"This game is so over." Wally said as he, Robin, and Tula were walking towards Twister.

"We know who you are, and what you want!" Robin called out.

"So let's end this!" Tula said.

"Consider it eneded." Twister said in a menacing tone. He then raised his hands in the air, generated two tornados and hurled them up to the sky, beginning to create a single large storm cloud above them.

"An impressive show," Tula calls out, before exchanging glances with Kid and Robin. "but we will not indulge you!" All three turn their backs towards Twister. "We will not engage!"

Suddenly, lightning began to form form the clouds behind the villain, surprising the young heroes.

"Uh, can Flash do that?" Wally asked turned towards the other who a now nervous.

"You think I'm the Flash? Ironic." Twister said before launching a lighting blast at them. The bolt hits the ground, causing an explosion pushing them back.

The only who remains standing is Wonder Girl, her coat scorched, and she rips it off her black T-shirt before launching herself at Twister. The weather villain, barely glances down as he hits her with twin bolts of lightning from his hands. Knocking the clone into the ground with enough force to cause a trench behind her.

Twister approaches, prepared for the final shot.

For those who asked if M'gann has feelings Wonder Girl? Romantically, no. M'gann and Donna's relationship is more like sisters because M'gann copying Wonder Girl's shirt in Chapter 10 was meant to be sorta like the little sibling admiring and copying their older sibling. Plus, I always found Conner and M'gann's relationship in the show to be very creepy, especially how Conner was 4 months old when they first meet. Donna will have romance interest later on so please be patient.
