"I knew this wasn't a good idea," Carly said with a sigh as she watched her two best friends argue in the store. She desperately tried to get them to stop, or at least to not fight in public with everyone watching, but failed miserably.

Sam and Freddie, however, paid no mind to the nosy bystanders and Carly as they bickered.

"I'm not getting that!"

"Why not?"

"Why? Hmm, let me see, because brown is hideous!"

"Watch it, Benson, that's my favorite color you're talking about there."

"I know, but Sam, it's not very…flattering."

"Who cares if it's 'flattering' or not?"

"I do!"

Sam sighed so loud it sounded like it hurt. "Fine, Benson. We won't get it."

"Thank you," he said triumphantly.

"Finally!" Carly said, beginning to walk toward them. "You two have been arguing for a half an hour!"

Sam chuckled. "Sorry, Carls, but Freddip over here won't agree on anything."

"I'm sorry I actually have good taste," Freddie retorted.

Sam scoffed. "If anyone has good taste here, it's Mama."

Freddie was about to make a comeback, but he gasped at what he saw. He excitedly ran toward it and looked at Sam.

"No," was all she said as she stalked up to Freddie.

"Sam, Galaxy Wars cool!"

She snorted. "Fredward, Galaxy Wars and cool do not belong in the same sentence."

"He'll love it!"

"Not if I can help it!"

Carly sighed, searching for a seat for the 2nd time as her best friends, yet again, started a new argument.

"This is going to be a long day," she grumbled to herself.

After another ten minutes of bickering, Sam and Freddie settled the argument. That is, until Sam saw something.

"Look! It's perfect!"

Freddie sighed. "Sam, we're not getting him a fridge."

"But it has French doors and so many shelves for so many foods!"

"He doesn't need a fridge!"

"Yeah, he does!"

"You know what?" Carly said. "I'm just going to go to another store. Tell me when you guys are done." So she left, leaving them to argue yet again.

About an hour later of shopping for cute clothes, Carly found Sam and Freddie walking out the same store they were in before. Fortunately, they were holding a box.

"You guys finally agreed on something?" Carly said excitedly. "Let me see!"

Freddie held up the box triumphantly. "It's perfect. Galaxy Wars colors for me, and a big tray for food for Sam."

"The tray is bigger than the chair itself," Carly noted, examining the picture of the high chair on the box.

"Of course it is," Sam said matter-of-factly. "My son is going to have a proper and plentiful diet."

"Of course while being educated on Galaxy Wars," Freddie added.

Sam sighed and rolled her eyes. "We'll see about that."

Carly smiled. "Well, we're finally finished. Seriously, is arguing all you ever do?"

Freddie gave her a look while Sam said, "Of course not. How else do you think this happened?" she pointed to her giant belly.

Carly shuddered. "Yeah, never mind."

Sam smirked while Freddie smiled affectionately at Sam, taking her hand. "You ready to go home?"

"After we eat first," Sam said enthusiastically, pulling her husband to the food court. "Arguing sure works up an appetite. Come on, baby, I'm eating for 2 now."

Freddie glanced at his wallet longingly as he followed his wife to the food court.

"Uh, guys?" Carly said after them. "What about me?"

The couple didn't seem to hear as they kept walking, swinging their intertwined hands together.

"Yeah, I'll just go do more shopping then."
