The group chat was the main source of communication for Frisk, Toriel, Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, Alphys, and Asgore. It was meant to be a more serious thing, but that was asking for too much.

When it was created, Frisk got a text from Papyrus. It was 3PM and they were busy watching anime with Alphys and Mom. They heard that familiar 'ping' from the phone Mom had given them. But instead of a call, it was a text. Frisk had forgotten that Alphys had installed texting.

"HELLO MY FRIENDS! I HAVE MADE A GROUP CHAT TO MAKE COMMUNICATION EASIER!" Frisk read in Papyrus' whisper-yell. Out of the corner of their eye, they saw Mom looking at her weirdly. They shrugged.

But then Frisk thought about Pap's idea. That was pretty creative. They considered praising him in the group chat before another text popped up.

"that's a pretty good idea bro. up top," they muttered. Oh. Sans was part of the chat. That must have meant that the others were in this chat too. Frisk looked up once again to see Alphys and Mom staring down on their phones. Thankfully, one of them paused the anime.

They decide to text back.

"H-e-y-o," Frisk said to themselves, huffing and puffing quietly when auto-correct changed it to a boring hello.

Mom laughed loudly, and Frisk laughed back because she said hello to them in the chat. She...had a tendency to text people nearby. If she did it on purpose or because it was funny, nobody knew.

It's quiet for a while. The only sound was the 'tip tap' of the phone's keyboard.

"Hey, is Sans, um, gonna say a pun?" Alphys said to them, breaking the silence. Frisk looked down at their phone and apparently Sans was asking Mom what he thought about her.

And suddenly, two minutes later, loud laughs are heard from Mom. Not only that, but Frisk thought they could hear someone laughing while saying 'BROTHER, NO!'. However, Alphys was calling someone on her phone with a confused expression on her face. Frisk asked her if she was okay but was interrupted by Mom.

"'You're furry cool...'"

Pfft. Sans made a pun about fur. Or, was it? To Alphys, it was furries, because that's what she said when she was talking to Sans on the phone.

"Sans, I'm, like, really sure you called her a furry? 'Cause you said 'furry' cool?" she groaned; Sans was probably cracking a joke. "Look, you might want to erase that? Because I'm not sure Frisk would appreciate you calling Toriel a fur-"

"What are furries?" asked Undyne in the chat.

And everything went down south.

At this point, Frisk was laughing so hard they got hiccups. It only got worse when Alphys called Undyne (after hanging up on Sans) to explain to her what furries were. When Mom gave Frisk water to get rid of the hiccups, they took a screenshot of the whole mess. When asked why, they only said:

"It's going to be a legacy someday."

I tried writing Kanna stuff today, but I was hit by DETERMINATION. Probably because I was listening to MLG Airhorn Megalovania.

I'm learning the art of irony, and if you can spot where the irony is you get ten points.
