*The camera opens on the studio nice and somewhat neat. It pans left and right before landing on Fakhouri. She's whistling a tune from Dragon Age Inquisition as the music blares in her headphones. The cameraman coughs once..twice...three times...before throwing something in her direction. She somehow dodges it. Just then a ghostly fog emanates around the desk.*

Joe, Cameraman: "Uuuuuhhhh..."

*The ghostly fog slowly condenses into a form of a man. As the fog continued to condense, color and details came into play. He would be chubby and about 6 foot tall. Blond hair with blue eyes wearing gold framed glasses. A smile appeared on his face as he rested his elbows on the desk*

Ghost: "Hello there. I'm ShadowImageComics and since Fakhouri seems to be distracted getting this place back in order, I shall be running this intro."

*Behind the camera the staff shrugs since they weren't paid to ask questions just to run the cameras and other equipment.*

ShadowImageComics: "Anyways, lets see whats on the agenda..."

*Rustles through the papers on the desk*

ShadowImageComics: "First up is the fact that this chapter is late..again. That is due to the fact that she is one a procrastinator to the extreme and two she had to rewatch the chunin exam canon and reread her story to make sure everything she wants and or needs to cover is handled. Second is that this chapter is going to be longer the the previous chapter so that should make you very happy."

*His image begins to fade*

ShadowImageComics: "I guess my time is up so all I have to say is enjoy this story and this new chapter!"

*His image disappears as Fakhouri turns around blinks and pulls out her headphones*

"Huh?"

*Last time*

*Outside the forest of death*

Anko smirked sadistically, "I present to you training ground 44..or as some of us call it..."

"THE FOREST OF DEATH!"

*And now..*

Naruto blinks as he stared at the fenced in forest, drowning out Anko's explanation of the exam just enough to hear it but not enough to miss it, 'So...this is the the place you said avoid training at..'

Kumi, still in fox form, nodded slightly, 'Yep...'. She cut her connection to Naruto as she continued her currently line of thought, 'Though this place seems oddly familiar...Could it be..' She noticed something and she reconnected to Naruto, 'By the way, tilt your head to the right.' Naruto raised an eyebrow before doing so...

And a kunai, barely missing his cheek, flew by. He then felt a presence behind him, "You know brat. For someone who wasn't paying attention, you dodged that kunai decently enough...So am I just annoying to listen to?"

He glanced at Anko with a bored expression but a mischievous glint in his eye, "Considering the name of this place it's obvious on part of the exam. The scroll will make it interesting but other than that...in the words of the Nara clan. It's so troublesome."

Anko smirked before pulling a kunai and aiming the tip over her shoulder as a...tongue holding the kunai Naruto dodged appeared, "Ssssorry. I wass just returning your kunai..." The tongue was connect to a female(?) grass nin

Anko felt a slight sense of deja-vu but couldn't place it as she grabbed the kunai, "Why t-thank you...but I wouldn't recommend sneaking up on a trained Jounin from now on." The grass nin retracted her tongue and tipped her kasa (hat) before jumping back to her team. Anko stood up and shunshined back to the front of the vict- chunin hopefuls.

She reached inside of her Jacket, "Anyways before we hand out the scrolls, you'll need to sign these forms!" SHe pulls out a stack of paper with a smirk.

"But wait I thought we already filled out forms!?" A certain pink banshee asked

"Oh those were just entry to the exams...These release our village from any consequences in case of your death...and believe me the chance of you dying is high." The field filled with silence. For not only was that fact that they might die in this forsaken forest...but the the fact she said it with the same smile and cheerfulness as before.

'Yeah she hasn't changed much from our academy days...'

'You expected her to?'

'Right...'

In the forest surrounding training ground 44, a hooded figure watched the hopefuls take the forms and filled them out The figure turn it's head and looked at Naruto before taking notice to the fox next to him

'Is that?!'

'My sister...but how?'

The figure rubbed its chin, 'It would seem we will need to speak with him after all..'

Kumi ears twitched and she turned to the forest narrowing her crimson eyes as she scanned the treeline.

"Is there a problem?"

She glanced at Naruto, "No...just thought I heard something."

Naruto raised an eyebrow as he finished his form, "Really? Usually it takes something unique to even pique your interest."

"In an exam where brats beating each other up for the slim chance of a promotion...anything is more interesting that this..."

Some of the teams that were in the immediate area took this as an insult...while others took this as a challenge. After all, the chance to fight a biju is a rare opportunity..A foolish one but an opportunity no less.

Naruto chuckled, waiting for Sasuke and Hinata to finish their paperwork, "Right..." He glanced at the treeline before shrugging it off.

The figure then shunshined out of the treeline to an unknown location.

"Sasuke, Hinata. You ready?"

Sasuke smirked as he stood up with his form, "Of course, dobe." Hinata stood also and nodded.

Naruto smiled as he stood, "Then lets go get our scroll."

Team 7 and Kumi walked up to the canvased tent near gate one. Hinata and Sasuke handed their forms to Naruto, who put them onto his before handing it to the chunin behind the table in the tent. The chunin looked them over before grabbing a white scroll with the kanji for Heaven on it, "Alright. You are at gate 17." Naruto nodded taking the scroll before he started walking over to the gate 17 with his team, "So what do you expect other than a pain in the ass?"

Sasuke shrugged his hands in his pockets, "Giant beasts, poisonous vegetation, and the occasion prank from a blond haired dobe."

"Yeah yea...HEY!"

Hinata smiled at the antics of her friends and teammates. It seemed that no matter where they were, they would always joke around with each other.

Kumi followed closely behind but was in deep thought, 'This needs to be investigated...If I'm right then I may be able to...No I shouldn't get my hopes up...'

"Kyuubi! You coming?"

Kumi blinked not realizing that she had stop, "Yes kit...Just got distracted.."

*A few minutes later - Gate 17*

Naruto looked around making sure that no one was around other than them. Satisfied, He looked at Kumi, "So what's up?"

Kumi sat on her back legs and sighed her voice losing its demonic edge, "Well this place seemed familiar...So after we get your team's scroll, I'd like to investigate my suspicion."

Naruto glanced at Sasuke and Hinata who were off to the side keeping an eye out for anyone with their respective doujutsu, "Will it cause any problems with your identity in terms of your human form or cause mass destruction?"

Kumi chuckled..somehow, "I can only guarantee my identity will be safe.."

Naruto blinked before sighing pinching the bridge of his nose, "Alright...Just keep the destruction to a minimum.."

The demonic edge returns to her voice, "Do you forget who you're talking to, kit?"

"No I remember.."

Kumi smirked..

"I'm talking to the most destructive of the tailed beasts last I checked."

Naruto whistled to Hinata and Sasuke, who deactivated their doujutsu, while Kumi glared at Naruto, "Kit if I didn't like you you would be lunch right now."

Naruto smirked as a loudspeaker above the gate hummed to life and Anko's voice was heard, "Alright maggots this is it! Before you go in though I offer one final piece of advice..."

Unbeknownst to Team 7 all of the genin teams were waiting patiently for the sage advice...

Obviously they don't know who they are listening to very well...

"Don't die!"

The gates then opened and the genin, having facepalmed, groaned, or muttered troublesome, dashed into the forest...

...Less than 5 minutes later, a loud scream is heard...then another...and another..

Anko smirked as she pulled out a stick of dango...from..somewhere, "Definitely more than half..."

*One hour later - Forest of Death - Team 7*

"I'm telling you that using my shadow clones will be more effective than running around hoping we come across a team with the Earth scroll!"

Sasuke scoffed, crossing his arms, "We can't become dependent on those clones of yours! That's how great ninjas die!"

Hinata and Kumi sighed as they watched Naruto and Sasuke argue...again..

Meanwhile in the bushes, a team of Rain genin smirked at their good fortune.

"These three are hardly worth it."

A filter voice chuckled, "I agree but they have the scroll we need."

"True...I almost feel bad though taking it from such weak people."

A fourth yet very familiar voice spoke up, "WE're ninja. Whether we face strong enemies or weak we have a job to complete."

The filtered voice, "Right!"

Silence

"Wait which one of you said that?.."

Filtered Rain genin, "I thought you did!"

Three voices spoke in unison, "Hidden leaf Village Secret technique!"

'How didn't they get behind us!?'

The genin arguing in the clearing poof revealing they were shadow clones.

"Thousand years of death!"

*Hidden Leaf Village - Market District*

Kakashi snickered as he read his Icha Icha, ignoring the glares from women he was passing.

He froze before letting out an evil chuckle..which crept out the villagers around him. He then continued on his way with a smirk on his face not that anyone could tell.

*Forest of Death*

Naruto sighed as he looked at the twitching Rain genin, "Letting one's guard down is a dangerous thing..." Sasuke shrugged as he searched one of the genin before smirking, "Yes but because of their stupidity we are already done here."

Kumi glanced at Naruto, who noticed, "Yep and while Kumi goes on with her business we will make our way to the Tower."

Hinata raised an eyebrow, "May I ask what is Kumi-san business?"

Naruto turn to Kumi...who was already gone, "Guess not."

They uniformly sighed and started making their way to the tower.

Shortly after leaving the twitching rain genin, "What's that?!" A large gust of wind send Naruto flying away

"NARUTO!"

Hinata and Sasuke stared at the destruction of the wind before, "So thisss is where your were hiding Ssssasskue-kun."

*Forest of Death - Kumi*

Kumi, having transformed into her human form, jumped from tree branch to tree branch about halfway up each tree, ''Now if I remember correctly this would be about the height I hid it in...If not i'll have to start all-'

She stopped on one of the branches as she spots something from the corner of her eye, 'Is it?' She steps closer to the trunk before smirking, "There you are...".

Tracing the elegantly carved image of a fox with a compass on its tail with her finger, she then places the palm of her hand. Kumi sends a burst of chakra to her hand.

After a few minutes, a fire burns outwards from her hand to reveal a small compartment with a scroll inside. Her smirk turns into a fox like grin, "Still here after all this time.." She reaches for it but stops when she her a low growl behind her. Kumi turns her head and sees a black fox with piercing blue eyes, baring its teeth at her. She narrows her eyes, "I see...He set up guards to protect it...Am I correct?"

The fox narrows its eyes slightly before nodding slowly. Kumi closed her eyes, "Well then.." She opens them revealing her crimson slited eyes and sends a wave of killer intent to the fox, "Report back." The foxes eye widen before disappearing in a plume of smoke. Kumi sighs as she channeled her chakra away from her eyes returning them to normal.

Se then grabs the the scroll and looks it over, "Here's hoping..." She then jumps down to the ground and sets the scroll down as she changes back into her nine tailed fox form.

After fully transforming, she picks the scroll up carefully in her mouth and starts going towards where she senses Naruto's chakra to be...

((A/N: This along with whats about to happen next takes over the time Orochimaru and Team 7 fight and then get to the field they were in. Results...same. I have my reasons..))

*Unknown Forest - Location Unknown*

A black fox was bounding through the forest when he spotted a white archway. Slowly he started to change form so that by the time he passed through the archway he was a five foot nine teenage with black hair pale skin and only wearing pants.. with a black tail behind him.

He continued running past a man with a dark blue tail who smirked at the teen, "What's the rush, Ryo?"

Ryo didn't answer as he ran from street to street his mind focused on the current...situation.

Eventually he came up to a two story building which he doesn't stop for the guards at the door...

"Sir I have urgent news!"

He glanced around the room noticing men and women scatter around, most not paying him much attention, with an elderly man next to a shadowed figure sitting in a chair. The elder glared from his spot at Ryo, "Boy, this is an important meeting that you are intruding on!"

"Elder what I have to say is urgent!"

The elder scoffed, "I highly dou-"

"The scroll has been taken!"

Any chatter ceased and all eyes, wide in shock, were now on him. The elder quickly recovered and sneered, "So you failed your assignment?!"

Ryo gulped before nodded, "I..was...overwhelmed by her..."

The elder was about to speak before a masculine voice rumbles through the hall, "How...was an member of my personal squad overwhelmed by a mere human..."

Ryo gulped, "S-she released her chakra and directed towards me...and it was more powerful than yours...Genkai-sama.."

The shadowed figure stood before walking towards Ryo slowly, opening their eyes revealing crimson slit eyes, "Intriguing..."

The figure stepped into the light revealing a lean man wearing a red kimono with a katana at on the right of him and a pair of curved daggers on the left...His hair was a red orange and his complexion pale...but following behind him were seven orange tails

"Then it seems I should meet this woman..."

Fakhouri was looking at her computer, viewing the security video when Joe coughs...again...

She looks at the camera before blinking, "Oh uh...Well I hope you enjoyed this chapter..Wait.."

She runs into the bunker before her voice is heard over the intercom, "The plot bunny have attacked again so there is a poll on my profile for what I have in mind...please don't hate me...Anyways as always review favorite follow NO flames and until next time..."
