"I've been wanting to watch this for ages" I grinned, "but Mabel is terrified for horror movies and grunkle Stan just critiques ever flaw it has. Thanks."

"No problem, but why couldn't you watch it by yourself?" Bill wondered.

"The only good time to watch a horror movie is late at night, so I'd probably be too scared to sleep afterwards. If someone is with me I can trick myself into thinking that it's just them that's making random floorboards creak, or that they knocked something over" I explained, plus I may or may not have been looking for an excuse to sit in your lap. Luckily, Bill didn't seem to be reading my thoughts right now.

Bill rolled his eye at my self-analysis, "let's just get this over with. Don't be surprised if you find me picking at the flaws like Stan does. I can get bored quickly."

"I won't mind" I shrugged, pressing play.

About a quarter of the way through the movie, it began to rain. And not too long afterwards the lightning began to strike, each clap of the thunder scaring me and making me cling to Bill. Or so I made Bill believe. I actually adored thunder and lightning. And I also adored Bill. Not that he'd ever know that.

The movie was almost over, the storm had ended, and I had predicted the end of the movie. In total; I was bored and quickly falling asleep. Bill didn't notice, he was too drawn into the movie.

I closed my eyes for a second, and when I opened them again the room was lit up and I noticed the sun outside the window, the second thing I noticed was snickering and shushing. I looked up to see what was going on and saw that I was still in Bill's lap –hugging him now- and Mabel was in front of us covering her mouth and giggling while Bill attempted to shush her.

It took me a second to comprehend that I was embarrassed, but when I did my face lit up like a red-tinted lightbulb and I let out a high pitched sound.

Mabel's giggling grew louder and Bill gave up on shushing her, "good morning Dipper, how was sleeping on Bill's lap?"

"I fell asleep?!" I blushed, "Sorry Bill."

"I doubt he minded, I actually think he was enjoying himself" Mabel smirked.

"Shut it, Shooting Star" Bill glared, no longer yellow, but more of a pink shade. He was blushing.
