Frozen The Dragon Knight

Finale

Rapunzel sat and waited for she didn't know how long, as she saw the sky blacken, then a flash of golden light followed by explosions then a final burst of light that cleared the darkness then nothing, until six dragons dropped from the sky, a large golden bronze one transforming back into her mother.

"Mom!" Rapunzel shouted running into her arms.

"Rapunzel thank the ancients you are alright" Primrose said.

"What about you?" Rapunzel asked.

"I'm fine" Primrose said looking over to her sister who was being consuled by Ventia.

"Idunn?" Primrose asked walking up to her sister.

"She was smiling" Idunn said softly.

"What?" Primrose asked.

"At the end Anna was smiling with tears in her eyes" Idunn said as tears streamed down her face.

Anna was floating in a white void, sad but content.

"I guess this is the end for me" she whispered into the void.

"Elsa, I hope you can find happiness" Anna said as a single tear left her eyes as she felt herself falling.

"Wait why am I falling?" Anna though just before she hit the ground.

"Ow" Anna said sitting up to find she was sitting in tall golden grass.

"Where am I?" Anna asked.

"Where do you think nitwit" A voice said behind her. Anna shot up and looked behind her to see two children about her age staring at her. The girl had midnight black hair and the boy had golden blonde, and though they were younger she recognized them both.

"Agrophage, grandpa?" She asked.

"You really shouldn't call me grandpa when I look like this" He said rubbing the back of his head.

"I can't believe a twit like you beat me" Agrophage said stamping her foot.

"Where are we, this isn't oblivion" Anna said.

"No, this is the far winds" Ask said.

"The afterlife of the dragonborn" Anna said remembering her lessons.

"Let's go, Thania is waiting" Ask said taking her hand.

"The goddess of death" Anna said and felt her other hand taken and looking saw it was held by Agrophage who had her head turned away. The twins led her through the tall grass for what seemed like both an eternity and a few minutes until they emerged into a large clearing where a giant tree reached into the infinite sky. All around their feet were eggs of every color imaginable, from glowing gold to pitch black, from deep bronze to emerald green to flaming crimson, hundreds of them.

"The fallen of oroboros" Ask said as the two of them led Anna toward the tree where sitting under it was someone who made Anna's breath hitch.

"it's impossible. How can she be here?" Anna thought looking at the platinum haired women in the glistening ice dress sitting under the tree.

"Elsa?" Anna asked and the woman looked up from the egg she was holding and smiled.

"Not quite" Elsa said smiling brightly.

"No, Thania, the goddess of death who appears to everyone as the person they love the most" Anna realized. The woman who looked like Elsa kept smiling as she stood.

"What happened?" Anna asked

"Even the heart has it's limits. You and Agrophage both lie so heavily on the web of destiny that you both cannot cease to exist without the entire pattern unraveling" Thania explained.

"So what do we do?" Anna asked.

"A choice must be made. One of you must return, and the other must remain here" Thania said.

"And whoever returns the one who stays will have their living existence undone" Ask added.

"So if I stay Elsa gets her happy life, and if Agrophage stay's Oroboros is restored" Anna reasoned.

"If you stay Elsa will get a life free from the fear of her powers because the accident will never have happened, but that does not mean it would be a happy one" Thania said.

"It's not much of a choice is it" Anna sighed resigned.

"For a hero no" Thania said.

"Hero?" Anna wondered.

"But there are two more conditions" Thania said taking Anna's hands.

"If you truly wish to reconcile with your sister, to mend your past, the first condition is you must give up your memories of your sisters powers" Thania said.

"You mean go back to where I was" Anna said.

"Not completely. You will have all your memories of your adventures, of everything you have learned, but will not remember your sisters powers or why you sought out the heart" Thania said.

"Then I have one last request" Anna said.

"I want a binding oath that I can never use my powers to harm Elsa" Anna.

"That brings me to my second condition. You must also give up your powers until the two of you reconcile, it is the only way for you to mend your bond without tragedy" Thania said.

"Alright, but my request still stands" Anna said.

"Are you sure Anna, there may come a time when you need to defend yourself even from your sister" Ask said and Anna shook her head.

"I would rather die than hurt her" Anna said.

"Very well, I will grant your request" Thania said smiling.

"Okay, I'm ready" Anna said. Rapunzel watched her aunt weep, when she caught movement out of her eye.

"Guys" Rapunzel said and everyone emerged from their grief and numbness to see a golden glow start to radiate out of the floor, and where it passed faded stone told to gleaming marble. It climbed pillars, restoring them, temples and sweeping buildings emerging from rubble.

"What's happening?" Rapunzel asked.

"Oroboros is coming back to life" Broealis said as phantom figures began to fade into existence. Robed figures, both male and female appeared out of thin air, muttering in surprise.

"Borealis" A voice said and a powerfully built man stepped out of the crowed.

"Vangrim" Borealis gasped.

"What is going on. Where is the traitor?" The man asked when a blazing golden light drew their attention, and out of the light appeared Anna wearing a green dress, her long red hair un-braided.

"I'm back" she said to the assembled group who rushed to greet her, Idunn wrapping her daughter in a tight hug.

"So you've lost your powers" Rapunzel asked a day later as they walked together through the gleaming streets of the city.

"Only until Elsa and I reconnect, whenever that is" Anna said.

"Of course, it all makes sense now" Rapunzel muttered to herself.

"What?" Anna asked.

"Nothing, listen, I know when you two reconnect, but in order to do that, there's also something you need to do" Rapunzel said and leaning close whispered in Anna's ear.

"Rapunzel, I can't do that. I mean I'm romantic, but that's crazy" Anna said blushing.

"Trust me, you need to do this" Rapunzel said taking Anna's hands.

"Okay, but if it backfires on me you butts mine" Anna said.

"Deal" Rapunzel said.

"Anna" Ventia said appearing next to them.

"Would you just stop popping up like that?" Anna asked jumping.

"My apologies" Ventia said though her smile said she was not sorry at all.

"It's time to go" Ventia said and Anna nodded, and with a gesture the three of them vanished and appeared on a circular platform where Aquras, Terra, and Borealis were waiting with their mothers.

"Are you ready dear?" Idunn asked.

"As ready as I'll ever be" Anna said.

"Hey, you'll be fine, trust me, it will all work out" Rapunzel said and Anna nodded. Idunn smiled and taking Anna's hand used her newly restored powers to open a portal from Oroboros to the courtyard of Arendelle castle.

"Do you really think her powers will return?" Borealis asked after they had gone.

"Of course. Our mother never returned with the rest of the population and both Idunn and I have abdicated our rights to the throne. Once Anna's powers return as the Trismigistus Primus she will be the new Empress" Idunn said.

"Wait, you're really going to try to shove Anna onto a throne" Rapunzel asked shocked and the looks her mother and the others gave her was all the answer she needed.

"I think Anna's going to come to miss her quiet three years" Rapunzel thought to herself knowing what was coming, being slightly further down the road than Anna.

Okay, after years I finally finished it. Like it or hate it, here is the full story. Now I am going to start on my post frozen story where Anna will come to terms with her past her future as Empress and both her and Elsa existing together.
