A/N: So...this is another episode tag for "Blame it on Rio." Because it was awesome and I loved it and I probably have at least one more coming...Enjoy!

Deeks sat at the kitchen table, a pen between his teeth, files spread out in front of him.

He felt Kensi's presence behind him and it wasn't a surprise when she put her arms around his neck and kissed his cheek. "You're quiet tonight. You okay?"

"Yeah," he replied.

"You want to tell me why you were so cranky today?" She slid into the chair next to his.

He looked up from his paperwork. "I was not cranky today."

"You were definitely cranky today. You and Tony should have been best friends from the minute he walked in the door. And instead you jumped down his throat the second he opened his mouth."

"He insulted my costume."

"Deeks."

"Kensi I'm fine," he insisted.

"Is it IA?" she asked. When he didn't answer she reached for his hand. "We talked about this. All in, right?"

He sighed. "Yeah," he said slowly, "yeah, all in. Yes, the IA thing has been weighing on me. And then you were all chummy with DiNozzo and it just reminded me that not too long from now…you might have a new partner."

Her eyes softened and she gripped his hand more tightly. "That's not going to happen."

"No, I know. I'm just…I can't get out of my own head right now. I'm driving myself a little crazy here thinking about you working with someone else."

"We're going to get through this," she said firmly. "I don't want any partner but you."

"Kens…if it comes down to it…and you have to choose between me and NCIS—"

"No." Kensi shook her head. "It's you and me. All the way. I don't care if they bring in James Bond. You and me. That's all we need."

He was quiet for a moment. "If you had to have a new partner…I guess DiNozzo wouldn't be such a bad choice."

"You liked him," Kensi said with a grin. " You found your other movie-loving, innuendo-making, hair-obsessed half."

"He was…fine," Deeks conceded. "For a stuffy, D.C. guy."

"I'll tell you what was fine. His suit. Apparently they know how to dress in the D.C. office."

"Do you really like guys in suits?"

She smiled and stood so she could slide onto his lap, her arms going around his neck. "I like one guy in a suit."

"Yeah?"

She grinned and kissed him. "Yeah."

Deeks thought for a moment. "You know, I still have that suit from the chauffer op a couple weeks ago."

Her eyes widened. "Oh really?"

"It's hanging in the back of the closet. I was going to give it back to Hetty but I mean, if you like it…"

"I like it," Kensi said quickly. "I definitely," she kissed his cheek, "Definitely," she pressed another to his neck, "Like it."

"Well then I hope you took a good mental picture because I'm never putting that thing on again Princess," he slid her off his lap and stood.

Kensi's jaw dropped as he walked out of the kitchen. "Deeks!"

He kept on walking. "That's what you get for flirting with Mr. District of Columbia!"

A/N: Just to be clear (since this has been such a point of contention) I DO NOT think that Kensi did anything wrong by teasing Deeks in front of Tony. It was clearly their usual banter and Deeks just had his cranky pants on. So now, Deeks is giving as good as he got because that's just how they roll! Leave your love in the reviews!
