The girls were ecstatic to see me and gave me the tightest of hugs before catching me up while we shared some chocolate.

AJ's and Punk's relationship was going super well and I practically squealed when she admitted that he made her really happy, happiest she had ever been with a guy.

Kaitlyn started up a fitness and fitness-fashion blog and was pretty much always at the gym when she wasn't wrestling.

Chris had created an Instagram page for his cooking and was getting sweet numbers. There was even a bunch of women asking him out!

And it turns out that a lot of the women had retired to get married and have kids or try out other careers. One of the women was Beth Phoenix. She left to marry Edge and even though she gave me such a rough time, I was happy for her.

"Must be nice, finally getting married" I smiled dreamily before shaking my head. "But it must've been so hard to leave. I couldn't imagine leaving this place – I love wrestling and you guys too much!"

"Yeah! Totally" AJ laughed exaggeratingly, punching Kaitlyn a little too hard on her arm

I looked at Chris confused.

He looked nervous and was twiddling his thumbs

Something wasn't right

"You guys wanna tell me what's up?" I narrowed my brows and crossed my arms

Kaitlyn was rubbing her arm and didn't look me in the eye

Neither did AJ

"Chris?" I asked

"I think it's better the girls told you themselves I gotta go down to catering there's an emergency"

"But I didn't hear anything"

"It's on silent" he scurried away

He couldn't have left the room any quicker if he tried

"Guys?" I looked to AJ and Kaitlyn. "You're worrying me now"

They both shared a guilty look.

Kaitlyn sighed before looking at me. "We had been meaning to tell you, we really have"

"We?" I raised my eyebrows.

I looked at AJ

She gave me a sad smile. "Kaitlyn and I are leaving WWE soon"

And just like that, I felt like my world came crashing down

In movies, when a character gets devastating news they cry with their back to the wall, slowly sliding down. I thought it was just for dramatics but I got it now.

They needed something to hold them.

Just like I did now.

These girls were the first and closest friends I made in the WWE and they were gonna leave.

I felt a lump in my throat, "What? Why?"

"Punk and I have been talking, we want to move in together and try different stuff. WWE just isn't cutting it for us anymore." AJ looked like she wanted to cry. She loved wrestling just as much as I did so I knew it was big if she had to admit that. "Punk is so tired too, with stuff in the ring and out and I want to support him while I do my own thing in mental health awareness"

I slowly nodded, turning to look at Kaitlyn.

She gave me a small smile. "It's no secret that I've not had the best of luck with injuries this year and in all honesty J, there is nothing else for me to do here. I've had my time with the belt and I wanna try other stuff. There's so much to do in this world. Like, I wanna travel and not have to worry about keeping a tight schedule, you know?"

I nodded looking down, the tears threatening to spill from my eyes.

AJ Lee and Kaitlyn were basically my best friends. I was so used to seeing these girls all the time and having so much fun with them.

And now I won't?

But, who am I to tell them to stay?

I looked up at them smiling despite my tear-stained face. "You know what? I'm happy for you guys, if that's what you wanna do then I'll support you. It sucks that you're leaving but I love you guys too much, go have fun, you deserve it"

I got up and gave both a tight hug.

They wound their arms around me and we pretty much cried into each other's hair

I pulled back, "when will your last match be?"

"This week" AJ replied

"That's so soon…" the reality of them leaving pretty much crushing me even more. "Let's have one last match together"

"That's a great idea little J" AJ grinned at me. "I need to show off to you or kick your ass one last time, I'm not fussy either way"

I rolled my eyes laughing

"Might be a little hard to do" Kaitlyn frowned biting her lip. "I know the higher ups like to stick to their schedule"

"I'll see what I can do" I was determined to make this happen

Kaitlyn looked relieved. "Now, am I the only one who's starving?"

"I could inhale a burger and fries right now" AJ rubbed her toned stomach

"Burger and fries it is!"

I guess all that crying made us super hungry!

*A couple hours later*

I managed to charge my phone and reply to Roman's text to meet up with him and the guys at the venue. And as soon as I did, I told them about AJ and Kaitlyn.

"That's rough kid, you okay?" Dean frowned

"Yeah, I'll be fine" I gave him a small smile.

In all honesty I was still reeling.

I wasn't ready to say bye or be left alone in the women's locker room.

I could hold my own if anyone tried to get rough but it would suck seeing everyone be with their friends. And it meant I might be on the road by myself too... I'm gonna miss my girls so much.

"Yeah she will" Roman grinned, throwing his arm around me and giving me a squeeze "she's got us after all"

I looked at Dean and Seth who had the same comforting grin as Roman. It definitely helped me feel much better!

"This just means I'll annoy you guys even more, watch out fellas, I may just show the mighty Shield up" I smirked

Roman rolled his eyes

"When is their last match?" He asked

"This week" I replied. "But I want all three of us in it, whether it's a tag or versus. But I know it'll be hard since the higher ups like having set cards" I bit my lip

"Yeah that's a tough one" Dean rubbed his jaw thoughtfully. "Know what you're gonna do for traveling on the road?" Dean asked raising an eyebrow

"Uh, I-"

"She can travel with us" Seth said with his arms crossed, shrugging.

To anyone else it seemed like he just made a casual suggestion.

But considering everything that had happened, I wasn't sure this was the right idea. Especially with what he'd said to me back at the hotel…

"Thanks Seth, but I'm sure I'll be fine by myself" I tried to smile

"Nonsense" Dean chimed in. "I'm not having a woman be by herself with freaks around. You'll hit the road with us, we've got an extra seat and I'm sure uce wouldn't mind having a pillow when he falls asleep" he smirked looking at Roman

"Hey! That was just once"

"Roman, you sleep like nearly all the time, my man" Seth shook his head

Roman rubbed the back of his neck chuckling embarrassed before looking at me.

"I can't complain though, I won't mind having this pretty little thing next to me" he winked at me

I couldn't help but smile and playfully hit Roman's hard chest.

Especially as the picture of Roman falling asleep in the back of the car on me and me and the guys teasing him looked so cute in my head.

"Don't you guys have a match next?" I remembered

"Yeah we do" Dean slipped his last glove on. "See ya later little J" he walked off

Roman went to join him, but not before cupping my face and giving me a quick kiss. "Don't let this get you down, okay?" I nodded, tip-toeing to give him a peck. "Good luck with your match"

I watched as he jogged to catch up with Dean, splashing his hair with a bottle of water quickly as he did.

"Hey Jenn," I looked at Seth, I thought he had left already. "Don't worry about the match with the girls, I'll fix that up for you"

"How? That's pretty much impossible" I furrowed my brows in confusion

"I have my ways" he shrugged smirking

I raised an eyebrow

"You know, with the uhm, work we're doing for the authority an' all" he cleared his throat

I slowly nodded "right"

"I should get going, I don't want the guys to wait up on me"

Seth walked passed me but before he could leave, I had to stop him.

"Seth, wait!" I placed myself in front of him. "What did you mean back at the hotel? 'we'll just see about that'" I reminded him. "Did you ignore everything I said to you about Roman? About how I love him and him only?"

Seth's eyes flicked all over my face.

I could see frustration and… sadness? on his.

But he quickly looked back to his usual self

"I said what I said" he shrugged trying to stop the grin on his lips. "Now if you'll excuse me, Miss Haruno," he lowered his towering self so that he was eye-level with me "I have a match I need to get to" he winked and left before I could say anything else.

I sighed.

"What's with the long face?"

It was Chris.

"Back from your emergency, are you?" I said with my hands on my hips

"Yes, I saved the entire catering staff and they practically owe their lives to me" he replied haughtily.

I rolled my eyes and instead focused on Roman's match.

"It's kinda weird to see Roman and the rest of the Shield work with the Authority now" Chris furrowed his brows. "I mean, it wasn't that long ago Hunter was giving you the evil creeps, and how can we forget Randy trying to get in your pants when you first came?"

I shivered. "Tell me about it, I find it just as weird as you"

Roman speared Titus O'Neil, Seth cheering him on from the turnbuckle.

"But I bet you're loving the bad ass thing" Chris teased

Roman tagged Seth in, going under the ropes to stand on the apron. He threw his head back to get his dark hair in place, his smooth muscular arms leaning on the turnbuckles and his steely eyes focused on the match, shouting instructions at Seth every so often. It didn't help that his gear made him look so hot too.

I bit my lip. "I have no idea what you're talking about"

"Sure you don't" Chris rolled his eyes. "I hear enough from this chick who I'm tryna bang but she just wants to bang Seth or any of the Shield, because they're so bad-ass" he quoted with his fingers, imitating the girl.

"Well, she's welcome to him, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind" I said truthfully

"What about Ambrose?"

I wrinkled my nose "he's like a brother to me, feels a bit weird to mention him"

"Ah. And aren't you supposed to be on commentary soon?"

I looked at the time, "you're right, see ya later!"

I rushed to the locker room, pushing the door open to see many of the women and staff members crowding different parts of the room.

What was going on?

AJ and Kaitlyn burst through the door behind me, a wad of crumpled papers in their hands

"Nothing to see here ladies!" AJ said loudly as she tore down each of whatever was in front of everyone

Kaitlyn pushed some of the women away "hey Jenn, wanna go get something to eat with me?" she grabbed my arm trying to get us to leave

Some of the staff noticed me and started whispering to each other

I was so confused

Until I saw that Cameron was holding one of the papers in her hands, giggling to Alicia Fox

I stormed over, ignoring Kaitlyn's shouts to stop and took it from her claws and looked at it myself

And it was then that I wanted the ground to swallow me up right there and then.

It was the sexy pictures that I sent to Seth by accident.
