I'm concerned regarding a comment I received on the last chapter, which has what has been staying my hand at writing this for the past few months. I am uncertain as to whether I will actually continue writing this because I don't want to pander to those who sexualize any relationships I may have as a queer person myself.

Anyways, here's this.

XxXxXx Oh my Jashin-sama! xXxXxX

As Harry wondered further and further into the depths of the building (which also meant going further down), it grew colder. Walking down the deserted, darkened halls, the wizard soon found himself in the basement of the high-rise. Through a doorway to the left, there was beeping from many machines, so he decides to go there.

The only light in the room came from large glass vats of bubbling liquids, connected to beakers and flasks through intense looped tubing. Vials and racks of test tubes sat on metal shelves, there were several filing cabinets and computers, some of which were running data. Despite the sheer volume of equipment in the room, it wasn't cluttered, but meticulously organized. Harry was intensely curious as to what all of this was for, and his fingers itched to explore, but the whisperings of Parseltongue pulled that much more at his attention.

Walking deeper into the lab, he comes across a very small safe in the wall, partially hidden behind a filing cabinet, from which the whispering is coming from. He is unable to differentiate between voices, and there are so many he's unable to understand what they're saying, but he knows. They want out, they want help, even though their leader is so goddamn stubborn-

"Who are you and what are you doing in my lab?" comes a threatening sibilant voice, halting Harry's hands from attempting to pry open the safe with his bare hands. (Probably wouldn't work, but he's technically a god, so fuck you.)

Emerald green meets pus yellow. "Exploring."

Shiori slithers out of his collar and glares at the other man.

~That's him! That's Orochimaru!~

"Aahhh…" A wicked gleam enters the immortals eyes, and he smiles a knife-slash smile. "You must be the Snake Sannin, right? You know, I've heard a lot about you." Harry begins to advance, the dim lighting casting strange shadows over his face.

Orochimaru watches him warily, sharp eyes not missing anything. He remains silent.

"Oh? Nothing to say? You know, silence can be more incriminating than speaking." The wizard begins to circle the ninja, before leaning in close. "Tell me, why do you treat those you summon so badly? Does it give you a kick?"

His eyes were glowing a sick, sick green to match his sick, sick smile.

"Now, you're going to open up that safe over there and give me whatever's inside, alright?"

When the students were let out for lunch, Naruto raced out after Sasuke. A friend! A friend! Nii-chan found him a friend!

"Sasuke, Sasuke!" the blond calls, eyes bright and shining. The black haired boy turns around.

"Yeah?"

"Do you wanna eat lunch together? You felt Harry nii-chans' energy right? C'mon, c'mon, dattebayo!" Naruto takes Sasuke's hand without waiting for a response and drags him away to a reasonably secluded place not too far from the playground. Sitting down with their backs against the trunk of a tree, both boys unbox their lunch. Sasuke smiles as he begins to eat his rice, he'd never eaten lunch with someone before!

Naruto eagerly gorges himself on the miso ramen Ichiraku-san made for him. It wasn't as good cold as when it's hot, but it was still delicious!

"Naruto? Who is Harry nii-chan?"

The blond seems to brighten even more, if possible, and launches into an animated explanation about his beloved big brother. "He also gave me this really cool necklace, dattebayo! Look, look!" Shoving the pendant towards Sasuke, he vibrates with enthusiasm.

Sasuke's small fingers trace the triangle before going to the line and finally to the small circle in the middle, eyes filled to the brim with curiosity. "What does this symbol mean?"

"I don't know, but Nii-chan said that if I needed his help, I just had to whisper to it, dattebayo."

"Is it some sort of jutsu?"

Naruto shrugs. "I don't know, Nii-chan-"

"'Nii-chan'? Ha! As if anyone would want to be your big brother!" It was Sakura, hands on her hips and face alight with mean delight. "Sasuke-kun, why don't you come eat lunch with me- I mean, us, instead?" With pink cheeks to match her hair, pale green eyes look shyly at Naruto's new friend, she points to a group of girls not too far off who were watching the entire exchange with beady eyes. When Sasuke turned to look, they all broke out into giggles.

Naruto seems to curl in on himself, and Sasuke grows angry. What did she know about Naruto, the only words she ever said to him were mean!

"Why would I want to eat lunch with you? It'd ruin it."

The girl was so surprised, it was honestly a little funny. "B-but, Sasuke-kun-"

"We're not friends- you calling me 'Sasuke-kun' makes me uncomfortable and is rude." His pink tongue slips out of the black haired boys mouth. "But rude is probably just a personality trait, considering you interrupted a private conversation."

Eyes welling with tears, Sakura makes one last attempt. "B-but-"

"And you say I'm stupid, dattebayo! Leave! Sasuke doesn't want you here!" Naruto cuts in, emboldened by the other boys defense of him. The pink haired girl runs off in tears, and the blonde can't help but stick out his tongue after her.

After a short pause, Naruto smiles at Sasuke. "Sasuke, do you want a bite of my ramen, dattebayo?"

Cradling his prize with utter care, as though it were an infant, Harry glides back down the hall with a victorious gleam in his eye. However, that victory was dimmed by the faint pulsing of loneliness he felt. Why was it there? Perhaps because this was his first time since finding Hidan that he was completely alone? Well, not completely. He was astutely aware of being followed down the corridor, but he honestly didn't really care.

Ok, maybe a little,

Or a lot.

'Do the people in this world have no regard for privacy?' the immortal muses, calmly making his way down the hallway and ever deeper into the bowels of the building. He wanted somewhere private to open this scroll, to see what it was, to answer those pleading and proud voices asking for help; however, whoever was following showed no sign of stopping.

So Harry does.

"Is there something I can help you with?" he asks, voice pleasant if not for the flickering of irritation. Silence is his only response. Harry sighs in disappointment. "Don't act a child, please. I know you're there."

Cloth rustles deep in the shadows, barely perceptible.

"In fact," viridian eyes flash to a spot about half-way up the wall. "I know you're both there."

There's a surge of energy, and green once again meets yellow (this time much more bright and pleasant to look at, akin to daises). Another knife-slash smile as the plant man launches at him.

The people may be irritating, but Harry has yet to be bored in this world.

A few hours later, Harry returns to the living room area, slightly ruffled but unhurt. There's a strange light in his eyes as they survey the room, looking for a certain silver-haired shinobi. They alight upon Deidara, tense shouldered and shaking sitting across from a slighter man, perhaps an inch or two shorter than Harry himself, with a shock of bright red hair. The unknown man has a dead, almost fish-like stare in his hazel eyes as they regarded the furious blonde in front of him.

Harry steps forward lightly, head cocked quizzically. Hazel eyes shoot to him for a split second before refocusing on Deidara, who had yet to notice the third party in the room. Unblinkingly, the wizard takes a few more steps forward whilst still staring at the man and gently rests his hand on the back of the chair Deidara was sitting in,

"Hello," Harry says quietly, ignoring how Deidara jumped slightly, "who are you?"

"It's typically polite to offer your own name first when asking for someone else's." he had a low, monotone, mechanical voice with a bit of grit.

"Jashin. Who are you?"

"Akasuna no Sasori." His voice was also clipped, Harry notes. Was he getting annoyed?

The wizard hums and turns toward the blonde, whose shoulders were still rather tense. "Deidara," he hums, pale hand ghosting down to the shinobi's shoulder "have you seen Hidan? I'd like to speak to him."

"W-what? Unn… I think he is in the kitchen." Deidara flounders for but a moment before regaining composure.

"I see. Thank you." Harry lifts his hand and it brushes against the others long hair. He pauses, before he actually strokes the blonde locks in front of him. "Huh. Your hair is soft." He turns and leaves, in his wake a puzzled puppet and a flustered pyromaniac.

"-U-un?"

Quiet footsteps take the immortal to the kitchen, where he indeed sees the albino man looking broodily into a cup of coffee. His hand comes to rest on the others shoulder, causing Hidan to jump and whirl around to face him.

"What the fu-"

"Hidan." Harry's voice is like a calm river, soothing and soft.

"J-Jashin-sama?"

Peering into the amethyst eyes, Harry once again cocks his head. "Are you free? I'd like to talk to you."

Hidan jumps to his feet immediately, never breaking eye contact. "Of course, Jashin-sama!"

He quirked an eyebrow up slightly in response before sitting down at the table. "Here is perfectly fine. Sit back down, Hidan."

Like an obedient puppy, Hidan sits back down and gives his Lord his full attention. Harry reaches over and takes the albino's hands in his own, looking earnestly into his eyes. "I hope you don't feel like I've been ignoring you, Hidan, though I understand if you do. This world… is very strange to me, and there's a lot to take in."

Hidan thought over his words carefully, not wanting to offend. Yes, he had questions and doubts and questions, but who was he to doubt his God? The same God who gave him his powers? "Jashin-sama, I… don't expect you to give me special treatment or undivided attention. I'm just your humble disciple, you even appearing before me is the greatest honor I could ever have prayed for."

Harry sighed, and disappointment glistened in his eyes. "You're holding back, please tell me what's on your mind. You're so much more than a disciple to me… you're the reason I came to this world. You're incredibly special to me, Hidan, and I'd hate to cause you any emotional or mental distress if I could avoid it."

"My Lord…" Hidan was still hesitating, so the ravenet put one of his hands on the other mans cheek.

"Please, dove, what's bothering you?"

Finally, Hidan relented. "It's bothersome that you pay so much attention to heathens, those that… are beneath your notice, who never believed in you. What does it mean for me, who has been faithful for so long, that you give equal attention to others who haven't been?"

"Oh, Hidan…" Harry breathed, now cupping both his hands on the others face. "No one is beneath my notice, for no one is beneath chaos, yes?" Emerald is now shimmering with mischief. "Chaos is a constant threat, constant promise. It touches everyone equally, from the richest, fattest aristocrat to the poorest street urchin. If I don't pay attention to others, then they will forget that all are equal in this world. I came to this world for the sole purpose of finding you," he repeats, his smile just this side of cruel. "All I ask from you is to continue your rituals. Please, keep me feeling like I'm alive."

"I will do anything for you, Jashin-sama," Hidan promised.

"But what can I do in return for your devotion? What do you want me to do to this world?" He's leaning ever closer to the zealot, faces mere centimeters apart at this point. "This world that is cruel, this world that has power-hungry fools that we would honestly do better without?"

"Bring down Judgement, my Lord. Please."

The shadows grow ever darker in the kitchen, and the entire building drops quite a few degrees.

"As you wish." Harry stands back up, and his image flickers between his casual attire and his devilish finery. "Let us raze this world to the ground, in the way only we can do."
