Fez.

Harry barely managed to gasp before his lips were pressed against Draco's cold lips. Draco's hands were clutching his robes, pulling him close.

A few seconds later, Draco pulled away and Harry was close enough to see the hurt flash through his eyes after Harry didn't kiss back.

"I'm sorry-" he said, sounding young and emotional for once. He stepped back and his hand went to his pocket, but Harry was finally understanding what was going on around him.

Draco had kissed him.

Draco had kissed him, and he was his amortentia and Harry had liked it and Harry liked him.

"What, did that break you?" Draco said with a shade of his old malice, but it sounded more bitter. "Look, I'll just Obliviate you- "

"You like me?" Harry asked slowly. He fought the urge to touch his still-tingling lips like the women in Aunt Petunia's TV soaps.

"I thought we had already gone over this, Harry." Draco said with pink tinged cheeks.

"How can I be sure this isn't another prank like the other day?" He narrowed his eyes at Draco. He didn't want to be hurt, not by Draco.

Draco scrubbed at his face, staring to the left of Harry. "It wasn't a prank. I didn't know it was Amortentia when I walked in, I just said that later so you wouldn't hate me. But you said I was your Amortentia, and I thought I had a chance okay?" Draco sounded angry but Harry could tell it was just misdirected rejection.

Draco didn't want to be hurt either.

"It's taken us seven years to get here, huh?" Harry asked, finally feeling like he understood everything.

"What do you mean?" Draco asked, still with the sulky tone of a toddler. Harry could only laugh.

"To here." He clarified, stepping forward, closer to Draco until he was looking up at the other boy. He could see Draco swallow hard, lick his lips just the tiniest bit.

"You mean you-?" Harry didn't know why Draco was suddenly being so dense, but just clear everything up, he leaned forward this time, and pulled Draco down into another kiss.

And that was where Ron and Hermione found them, ten minutes later.

"Harry!" Ron yelled and Harry immediately felt like cursing his best friend for interrupting them. He stepped back quickly, trying to straighten his robes.

Ron looked disgusted, while Hermione looked… unsurprised. Harry figured she had probably known everything that was going to happen years before him.

"What have you done to him?" Ron demanded, brandishing his wand. Harry held his hands out, giving Draco a frantic look. He wanted to take a moment to appreciate the other boy's swollen lips and flushed cheeks, but Ron was waving his wand around like it was a sword.

"He hasn't done anything to me." Harry said, and Ron squinted at him.

"That's exactly what you would say if he had done something to you."

"Ron, put your wand away. I think Harry and Draco have something they want to say." Hermione said calmly, smiling like the know-it-all she was.

"First of all, I haven't done anything to Harry." Draco started, as calmly as he could muster. Ron scowled even deeper.

"Harry's here completely of his volition." Draco gestured at Harry who nodded on command. Ron didn't look convinced. There was a pause as Draco thought of how to convince someone as dense as Weasley.

"What were you going to say to us in the dining hall before you were pulled away?" Hermione prompted and Draco turned his head to Harry, interested in his response. A flush spread over Harry's cheeks and he gave a quick side-glance up at Draco.

"I was going to say; I think I like Draco." He admitted to his friends, boyfriend and the row of poison ivy spilling out of the windows of the greenhouse.

Draco almost cooed. Harry looked so embarrassed about the whole thing; it was adorable.

"You think?" Ron asked, finally slipping his wand away up his sleeve. "You've got hickies already." He added, huffing slightly. Hermione appeared to be trying to hide a smile with little success.

"We'll see you back at the common room, Harry. Or not." Her laughing eyes flickered between Harry and Draco before turning with a swish of her robes, tugging Ron after her.

Harry sighed heavily and slumped his shoulders, looking back up at Draco with a loose grin. Draco felt much of the same but didn't show it quite as obviously.

"That went rather well." Draco noted, surprise clear in his voice.

"Better than expected." Harry agreed, and then reached his hand towards Draco, as if he was going to pull him down again. He seemed to think twice and glanced away quickly.

Draco suddenly couldn't stand the foot of space between them and stepped over to Harry again, eyeing his neck, already marked with blossoming bites. He watched as Harry swallowed thickly at Draco now looming over him, but his hands rose quickly to clutch at Draco's robes when he finally leaned in to kiss his chapped lips again.

"You called me Harry." Harry said, when they pulled away for air. Draco narrowed his eyes, his chest heaving.

"No, I didn't, Potter." he protested. Harry smirked and it made Draco want to kiss it right off his face.

"Twice in fact. I could ask Ron and Hermione to back me up." He said smugly.

"Or," Draco started, leaning in teasingly close to Harry and playing with the hem of his untucked shirt, dipping his fingers underneath just to rile him up. "You could stay here with me."

Harry's eyes were already glazing with lust and he pushed into Draco's arms and pressed a light kiss to his neck that had Draco arching against him.

"I think I will."
