Prompt: Wet/Melt
Rain
If there was one thing Natsu absolutely hated, it was being wet. Water was the opposite of his magic, the opposite of the sun, and the opposite of what Gray wanted. Juvia was water, and Juvia was constantly declaring her undying love for Gray, which in all honesty, it pissed Natsu off to no end. Every time Magnolia was hit by some seemingly random rainstorm, Natsu knew exactly what had happened. Juvia undoubtedly confessed her everlasting love to her precious Gray-sama, and Gray flat-out rejected her, resulting in Juvia crying a river. Literally.
Gray abhorred the rain. Rain was what happened after Juvia told Gray she loved him, and Gray was none too gentle about letting her down. Rain was wet, and cold in an unpleasant way to the ice mage. When it rained, Gray was soaked to the bone and his clothes stuck to him. He used to love it when Natsu would grab him in the middle of a rainy street and kiss him, but now, rain meant Juvia. Gray may not of liked the heat, but he prefered it over Juvia's rain.
But as the rain poured down around the couple as they walked down the street, hands joined and Natsu holding a bright red umbrella above them, neither one could care less.
A/N: Forgive me, reader-chan! IT'S REALLY SHORT I KNOW I'M SORRY OKAY ;~;
