The rays of the sun were particularly bright that afternoon, Robin felt, leaning over the side of the Sunny Go watching as the waves lapped against the ship's wooden frame.

"Mmm…"

The crew had arrived at a new island and true to their 'new island traditions' the majority had set off on the usual exploration adventure. Poor Robin who had been unlucky enough to draw the shortest stick was tasked with ship-sitting.

Needless to say, she was bored.

Though delighted when Franky too had decided to stay aboard, not long after the crew left, he had confined himself to his workshop and Robin had yet to see the cyborg again. Go figure the only reason he chose to stay back was for his inventions.

Robin sighed quietly through her nose and decided she was tired of wave watching. She looked far to the island, albeit with much difficulty. The sun really was strong today.

"Ah." The hands that had been previously shading her eyes disintegrated with a pop, figuring she no longer had a purpose for them. "Hello, Franky."

"Nico Robin."

She hadn't realised exactly when he had come up from behind, but the sudden dimming of the sun were a massive give away. That and the pair of shades Franky had sneakily perched on her face.

"Bored, Nico Robin?"

"Quite. The crew is gone, and my only form of company left me to entertain myself so that he could play with his toys. Selfish is he not?"

She heard him clear his throat.

"First of all, they aren't toys, and second, give a man some time to collect himself why don'cha? It's not every day I get to spend a whole day with a beautiful woman like you alone."

At his words Robin turned towards him, grabbing his ridiculously two large arms with her (many) own, and forcefully placed them around her petite body. Not that he had a problem with it, of course.

"All the more reason to play with something else besides your toys. No?"

"Robin…" a paint of red coloured his ears while he leaned forwards to connect their lips. Only… he was met with a scatter of petals.

"Wha?" Realising Robin was not longer within the circle of his arms, he was shocked to find she had already crossed half the length of the deck, making her way to her room."

"Tch. If you're going back inside at least give me my glasses back! Little minx…"

He was answered with a slight turn of her head, the temple of his glasses sitting happily between the pink of her lips. Though he couldn't hear it, he knew she giggled. He could see her teeth and tongue tease his shades slightly. No words came from his mouth and he dryly swallowed air, as if hoping it would help cool his quickly warming body. He looked up to her eyes and the promiscuous glimmer he saw there said it all.

"Coming…"

That's what she said! Kidding, leave a review or a favourite if you enjoyed.
