Narrator's POV:

"Ciel!" Lizzy called out for her husband as he ran to her side. Lizzy was glowing, while Ciel looked completely exhausted and forlorn.

"Yes Lizzy?"
"I'm hungry. I want to have some cake. Vanilla, no chocolate, and I'd like some peanut butter. Oh and some of that ham from yesterday's dinner."
"Of course." Ciel ran to the kitchen and had the servants prepare a meal for Lizzy.

"You know sir, you ought to get some rest." Caterina walked up to Ciel as he shook his head.

"No, there's just too much to do. Lizzy's eight months pregnant now and those kidnappings are starting up again. The Queen asked me to look into it." Ciel sighed as he began massaging his temples.
"Let Sebastian and I look into the kidnappings." Caterina slowly placed a hand on his shoulder reassuringly.
"And what about the meals? The other servants are incompetent in the kitchen." Ciel huffed.

"We'll do our best!" Bard stood straight as Sebastian handed him a cookbook.

"This is the simplest instructions I could write down for you, do you think you can handle it?" Sebastian raised a brow.
"Yes sir! I'll have Finnian and Mey-Rin help. I'm sure Tanaka will be a great help as well with caring for Lady Phantomhive." Bard smiled brightly as Sebastian nodded.

"Very well then." Sebastian looked at Ciel for approval.

"Fine, Sebastian and Caterina please look into the kidnappings while I take care of my very pregnant wife." Ciel took a deep breath as he went upstairs to take a nap.

"Caterina?" Sebastian smirked with confidence as he pulled his gloves back in order to get to work.
"Yes, let's go." The two made their way to Ciel's office where the reports were. Sebastian read over them and nodded.

"It looks like this is just what we need here. It seems we may need to pay a visit to our mutual friend the Undertaker." Sebastian had a grim look on his face.

"Oh dear." Caterina looked solemn as she looked over the notes and felt her heart sink.

"Hello friends! What can I do for you both today?" The Undertaker clasped his hands together as Caterina hugged her friend.

"We're taking over the investigation for the kidnapped children. It seems my young lord has uncovered some unfortunate news on the bodies discovered." Sebastian approached slowly as the Undertaker sat down.

"Yes, an unfortunate case for the parents of those pair of children who went missing some time ago. A little boy and girl who went outside to play in their backyard and when the nanny went out to find them for tea, she had discovered they were gone. Now, several weeks later, a woman out on an evening stroll with her little doggie and came across some shoes; the dog began digging and uncovered some bones. It's a bit unusual, since it tends to take the body years to fully decompose. Scotland Yard did some digging and were able to identify the shoes and clothes that were buried close to the close had belonged to the missing children. There weren't many other clues, though there was a sizable footprint found both where the children were missing and found. Some say it's nothing human." The Undertaker smiled devilishly.

"A grim reaper perhaps?" Caterina looked at the Undertaker who shrugged.

"Or perhaps a rogue demon." Sebastian placed his glove hand up to his chin as he thought for a moment.
"I could look into that if you question some reapers about what's been going on. We'll meet at the manor." Caterina said authoritatively as Sebastian nodded. The two went their separate directions.

Meanwhile, back at the Phantomhive Manor . . .

"Ciel! Ciel! Cielll!"

"Coming Lizzy, what is it?" Ciel was out of breath, he had a thick layer of sweat over his brow, his attire was askew.

"You, you think I'm ugly don't you? Now that I'm getting bigger, you, you don't want to be with me do you?" Lizzy's lower lip began to tremble as she got up and ran towards a full body mirror as she began crying.

"I'm hideous!" Lizzy began to cry hysterically.

"No, Elizabeth, you're beautiful." Ciel caught his breath as he sighed and held her from behind.

"You're just telling me what I want to hear." She sniffled.

"I'm not, you know I'm not good at flattering anyone." He kissed her brow as she blushed.

"You mean it?"

"I do, now come and get some rest. I'll go and get you some lavender and chamomile tea."

"Thank you Ciel." She smiled as she agreed to get back under the covers as Ciel cursed.

"Where the hell is Bard?" He gritted his teeth as he made his way towards the kitchen.

"Bard! Make some lavender and chamomile tea!"
"Master, are you alright?"
"Do I look alright Mey-Rin?" Ciel clasped his hand over his face as Tanaka brought him a glass of water.

"Thank you Tanaka." Ciel grumbled as he groaned.

"She's going to drive me absolutely mad." Ciel felt his blood pressure rising as he recalled all the running around he'd just done.

"She hasn't even had the twins yet and I'm completely exhausted. I'm not ready to be a father." Ciel wanted to crumble to pieces as Tanaka chuckled.

"Your father said the same thing on the eve of your birth. He too was unsure of the heavy responsibilities, but when you were born, he couldn't be more proud and more eager to see you grow into a young man. He would be so proud of you Master Ciel." Tanaka smiled brilliantly as Ciel cracked a smile.

"You always have great words of wisdom Tanaka. Thank you. Right, Bard is that tea ready?"
"Yes sir! Here you are, it's quite hot, but it should relax her. And I also made you a cup as well. I think you both deserve some good rest."

"That's awfully generous of you. Well here I go, just one more month of this, and perhaps we can attempt to get some real rest." Ciel stood and took the trays up as Lizzy was doing her best at attempting to knit a pair of booties.

"What are you up to?" He smirked as he sat the tray down and placed the tea next to Lizzy's bedside.

"Thank you Ciel. Oh, I'm trying to knit some booties for the babies. I don't know if I quite have the pattern right." Lizzy spun them around as Ciel tried not to laugh.

"They look more like a distorted scarf." Ciel couldn't help but laugh as Lizzy too began giggling.

"Well, I have enough time to practice."
"That you do." Ciel sat next to her as he began sipping his tea.

The two drifted off to sleep as Sebastian and Caterina arrived and realized Ciel and Lizzy were fast asleep.

"Let's let them rest. I'm going to go out and do more digging, but perhaps waiting till morning would be best." Sebastian whispered as the two walked out and he closed the door behind him.

"Yes, I'll go and speak with a few fellow friends. You may want to see Scotland Yard." Sebastian yawned as Caterina stretched her arms high.

"I'm exhausted." She leaned against him as they made their way to Sebastian's room. The two fell asleep within seconds.
