I wrote a poem and it's pretty different from what some of you read probably. I hope you guys like it.

It started with a whistle
A question of his skills and a glare at his words
The slam of corn dogs onto drums
That should not be played

It started with a song
A song he "stole" that she wrote
And that gave him the fame he wanted
The opportunity to write with her
To not rid of his reputation before it really began

It started with an instance
A thought of how they complement one another
With the way that she writes
And the way that he rocks
With the start of a hug
And a hand stuck out
Partners the two became

It started with the perfect date
A practice to see how he would fair
With the lady he planned to ask
A blanket on the ground and his arm around
A sigh of perfect was all to be said

It started with a jealous tick
He wasn't right for her and no
He didn't have feelings for his partner
Because even though he likes the way she smiles
The way she laughs and how their hands touch
He wasn't in love
No he wasn't

It started with a kiss
A kiss sparked from a performance she never expected
From the excitement and rush on stage
That ended in heart break when the princes girlfriend came

It started with a song
A song he "stole" that she wrote
And gave him the chance to confess
The love he had with the words she wrote
That started from way back then

It started with an instance
A thought of joy and endless emotion
With a hushed whisper of his name
And a gentle "come here"
A hug was shared and they were partners again
This time with all the love and moments it came with
