Hey guys. I have not died yet, but I'm another day closer. Don't smile at that. Anyhow, I started a prompt forum for vampire knight. Yaoi only of course. It has a very awesome title, too. So this is a submission for my own prompt (cause I'm awesome that way).

The Prompt: Kaname thinks Zero looks beautiful when he's sleeping. If only the hunter would stop trying to kill him every time he wakes up to Kaname hovering over him.

While He's Sleeping

It was an ineffable magic to witness the change that befell the belligerent hunter while asleep. The scowl that was roughly etched onto gentle features twisted them into something horrendous. Yet, while enchanted by sleep, Zero Kiryu was absolutely breathtaking to behold. Kaname wasn't sure how many times he'd snuck into the hunter's room, only that it was a frequent (addicting) occurrence.

If only...

He reached out to touch.

Eyes shot open.

The scowl returned.

Bloody Rose roared.

"Damn bastard!" Oh, and said hunter was roaring as well. "How many times have I told you to stop sneaking in here?!"

Yeah, its only a hundred words, but you have no idea how hilariously difficult this was for me to write. I am annoyingly, unnecessarily, exasperatingly, repetitively verbose.
