Pain isn't the only Emotion Chapter Two – Blackfire makes a Deal

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos" Raven chants. Several pipes brake from the walls of the huge room bending around the paper angel. Konan explodes into a thousand tiny pieces of papers that circle the room at high speeds.

Starfire fly's to the middle of the ring of papers and shoot a beam of green energy at the paper, disintegrating some. All of the papers stop and shoot directly at Starfire in the middle of the room. It's to much for Starfire, "Ahh!"

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" A huge black raven appears, covers Starfire and expands. Konan materializes out of paper and is thrown against the wall of pipes from the blast wave. Starfire hurries to Ravens side while Konan hits the ground.

"So much for dying today." Raven says.

(Meanwhile above ground)

On top of a high building a body lays in a small creator. Blackfire opens her eyes to see the rain.

"Uhh. What did my sister and those bratty titans do now?" Blackfire stands and looks around. "I hate the rain."

Blackfire fly's up in the air to find out where she is. She sees a hooded figure jumping up the tallest building in sight. As she fly's towards the building she notices she is no longer on earth. As she lands at the opening on top of the building, she turns to look at the village; metal building with pipes everywhere in sight.

"I'm sure you have a reason to come walking to your death." A man says from the darkness.

Blackfire grins. "I was banished here and am trying to find the people who did it to me, I know they're here and I want them died."

"You're with the other intruders?', you are not what I was expecting when Konan said we were being attacked." The man said.

"I am not attacking you." Blackfire grins, "Yet."

She walks back to the opening to the village, "I don't like rain, I have no need for this village. I have bigger fish to fry. But I could use your help."

"You come into my village asking me for help? What makes you think I won't just kill you were you stand." The man responds.

"Because I have something you might want." She turns to where the voice is coming from and grins.

The main walks forward out of the darkness, "And what would that be?"

"We have some question that we would like the answers to." Starfire says.

Konan struggles to stand and avoids eye contact. Konan turns and lunches paper stars at Raven and Starfire. Raven chants and bends a pipe to shield them. Konan grins. The stars hit the pipe and explode, they were paper bombs. The pipe goes flying pining Raven and Starfire against the wall behind them. Konan makes some hand signs, which open a hole in the wall behind Raven and Starfire. The hole is filled with paper bombs.

Starfire pushes the pipe off of them and they begin to fly away from the wall, however the wall blows up before they could get a safe distance away from it. They both hit the ground hard and roll several feet.

Konan steadies herself and begins weaving hand signs again.

"Konan" A man's voice says from the new hole in the wall. Konan turns in shock.

"I was just about to finish them." She says to the man.

"No, go escort are guest back to the tower." He says back.

"Guest?" Konan is very confused. The man walks up into the light of the room. Starfire and Raven see him, but also hear another set of feet walking.

"Blackfire!" Starfire yells. Konan nods and walks passed the man. Blackfire laughs. "Goodbye baby sister, Hahaha."

Raven stands, but is still very uneasy along the now standing Starfire. When Konan and Blackfire are no longer in sight the man steps forward.

"Starfire and Raven is it?" The man says. "You came here to banish your sister Blackfire. That was your mistake, and your mistake will be your downfall."

The man weaves several signs and holds the last one while he says, "All there is in this universe is pain, I shall show you true pain. I shall show you me."

The man has a ponytail with orange hair and a small bit of hair in the front combed to one side. He has some sort of metal bars in his face along his chin and a metal bar through his nose connecting the metal in his cheeks.

Pain lowers himself and places his palm flat on the ground. A huge buff of smoke surrounds him and filling the room. A giant dog with a spike throw it's mouth is not underneath him. Raven's still uneasy.

"We do not wish to fight. We came here by accident, and just wish to go home." Starfire says. Pain doesn't flinch.

"That isn't an opinion. You brought yourselves to your own demise." Pain jumps off his dog as it charges Starfire. His focus is on Raven while his dog summons is taking care of Starfire. The dog bites at Starfire's feet, she fly's up and shoots down at it.

Pain approach's Raven with an emotionless face. "Azarath Metrion Zinthos," several pipes peel of the wall and charge right at him. He dodges all but one; one grabs his ankle and wraps around his leg. A black rod comes out of his sleeve and cuts straight through the pipe. He flips forward, twenty feet away from Raven. Starfire fly's through a tunnel opening while being chased by the dog.

"Why won't you just let us leave?" Two more pipes fly towards Pain.

"You have something I want." Pain dodges them perfectly. Raven unsure what he means and gets angry.

"I'm done, It's over….. Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" Raven raises both hand.

"I agree." He says while Raven's chant takes effect. Every loose thing in the room fly's towards Pain. He places his palm on the ground right before everything hits him. There's a loud crash and everything goes flying away from the center of the room. A huge white cloud appears and starts dissipating.

When the smoke clears there are three people standing in the center of the room. All of them have orange hair, metal in there face and arms, and black robes. There is something else Raven can notice about them. There eyes.

"You're eye's" Raven says. There's static in the air, circling around the three. A force pushes everything away from them in every direction; pushing Raven against the wall. Before she could catch her breath all three of them are on top of her. The one who summoned the dog is holding her right hand down, one of the summoned two is holding down her left hand, he has short hair and bars in his nose, and the third stands directly in front of Raven. The one in front of her has long orange hair with metal throughout his body two. He places his hand on Ravens head. Raven can feel something inside being forced out, something bad.

"AAHHHH" Starfire screams as she enters the opening; instead of one dog there are four chasing her.

Raven can see a dark blue aura being ripped from her body.

With every inch being pulled she looses feeling in her body.

Her arms are numb.

She can't feel her feet.

And finally her eyesight is fading.

She can only see blackness.
