YAY! I finally wrote chapter two! It's been a crazy couple of days. I would like to shout out to the guest who wrote this review: "Rose: Hey, this is absolutely fantastic. I love it. Please update soon. What will Pitch do to him now? Kidnapping and torturing him? Or take him and threaten the guardians by holding a knife on Jacks throat? Of just take him and chature him in one of his cages? Hope I'll find out soon. Rose" Rose if you are reading this you defiently need to check out my other story Hostage...a lot of what you guessed is in that story. But here is chapter two: Nightmares...

"Well isn't this a surprise," scoffed Pitch as he slipped out of the shadows and into Jack's room. "I come here expecting a fight and yet," Pitch slowly walked across the room over to Jack, "here you are sleeping defenseless and alone." Pitch smirked as he casually stroked Jack's white hair. Jack whined in his sleep and turned his head away from Pitch's touch.

"Oh, don't wake up yet. I still have some nightmares to give you," Pitch hovered his hand over Jack's hand and slightly flexed his hand. Jack winced and shifted on his desk until his chair slipped out from under him. Jack landed hard on his back with a loud thump.

"Oops," said Pitch and he kneeled down over him keeping his hand flexed over his head. "I'm not letting you go that easy." Pitch tightened his hand a little more as Jack let out another whine. Pitch chuckled at the sight of his enemy helpless against his nightmares.

Below Jack's room was the Guardians meeting room and they were all sitting at a long table, waiting for Jack to show.

"Where is that little bludger!" grunted Bunnymund as he tapped his foot on the ground, "He should have been here five minutes ago!"

"Calm down Bunny," coaxed Tooth from across the table, "I'm sure he's just running a bit late."

"Ya, but doesn't he know that we have better things to do! I've got Easter to prepare for."

"So vhat? You have three monzs," said North at the head of the table, "No biggy."

"Easy for you to say," scoffed Bunny turning to face North, "You just had Christmas! You've got a whole year left!"

"Maybe if you started early, then you wouldn't have to worry so much."

"I can't do that! I have to make my eggs fresh for when I send them to the kids."

"Then why are you preparing right now?"

"I have to plant seeds, work on my patterns, and keep the dye rivers clean."

"Boys," blurted Tooth, "would you two stop bickering and wait patiently. I'm sure Jack will be here soon."

Just as Tooth stopped talking, the Guardians heard a loud thump from above their heads. They all jumped out of their chairs at stared at the ceiling nervously.

"What was that?" asked Bunny as his anger turned into concern.

"What room is above us, North?" inquired Tooth as she flew over to him.

"Zat vould be Jack's room," stated North.

"Jack's room!" said Tooth in alarm.

"What's he doing up there?" asked Bunny as a little fear crept into him for Jack.

"I'm not sure, but I have a bad feeling," said North.

"Let me guess, in your belly?" mocked Bunny placing his hands on his belly..

"Yes I do," stated North giving Bunny a definitive stare.

"Maybe we should check on Jack." implied Tooth softly as her motherly instincts kicked in.

Sandy nodded at her and the Guardians all hurried up to Jack's room. Bunny opened the door and what they saw made them stop dead in their tracks.

Directly across the room from them was Jack lying on the ground, in front of his desk with his chair rolled off to the side. But what really worried them was that, Pitch Black was leaning over him with his hand above Jack's head. Pitch looked up at them with a sneer.

"Well it looks like we have some party crashers," joked Pitch.

"What you doing in Jack's room you dill!" shouted Bunny as he stared at pitch with hatred in his eyes.

"And how am I the idiot Aster?" asked Pitch with a clueless face on.

"You're the idiot if you think you can get away with harming one little hair on Jack!" yelled Tooth with her fists clenched tight.

"Wow, I never knew the Tooth Fairy had anger issues," jeered Pitch.

"You little!" shouted Tooth as she flew across the room wanting to beat Pitch to a pulp.

Pitch simply smiled and tightened his hand over Jack's head. Jack let out a small moan and turned his head slightly from left to right. Tooth stopped three feet away from Pitch as her feelings turned from anger to worry. The other guardians walked closer to them with concern in their minds and on their faces.

"I suggest you backup before I show you want I can do to Frost here," Pitch informed Tooth not taking his hand away from Jack's head..

Tooth slowly flew back to her fellow Guardians.

"A few more steps back if you don't mind," said Pitch motioning them to backup with his free hand.

The Guardians stepped back till they were seven feet away, but they didn't take their eyes off of Jack or Pitch.

"Vhat do you vant, Pitch?" asked North as he straightened his face.

"Just a little revenge on this one," Pitch jestered to Jack, "That's all."

"Well you're Mad as a cut snake if you think we're going to let you." snapped Bunny as his took one step towards him.

"Uh uh, one step," Pitch looked down at Jack and flexed his hand tighter over his head.

Jack whined again moving more than the last time. The Guardians all felt a sting of panic in their hearts and they knew they had to get Jack away from Pitch.

"What are you doing to him?" asked Bunny shifting from one foot to the other.

"I'm sure your friend Sanderson here can tell you," Pitch said slyly.

Everyone look over at Sandy, who had been giving Pitch a murderous face ever since they arrived.

"What's he doing Sandy?" asked Tooth nervously.

Sandy show a picture of Jack sleeping above his head.

"Vhat does zat have to do wis anyzing?" complained North.

Sandy pointed to his head, not taking his eyes off of Pitch. His sand showed a nightmare walking over to sand Jack making him toss and turn in his bed.

"You're giving him nightmares!" shouted Bunny as he gnarled his teeth at Pitch.

"Guilty," said Pitch, "and it's great entertainment for me."

"Pitch, Let. Him. Go." growled North.

Sandy punched his hand, Bunny snarled, North stared hard, and Tooth clenched and unclenched her fists. Pitch gave them a smile, almost like he was daring them to attack. Finally, Bunny couldn't handle it any longer and he raged towards Pitch with his boomerangs in his hands. Pitch simply flexed till his hand was halfway closed. Jack immediately started to squirm and whimper in his nightmare. Bunny stopped cold in his tracks as worry washed over him again.

"Back. Away," threatened Pitch tightening his hand even more.

Bunny urgently walked back over to his fellow guardians as Jack softly cried out in his sleep.

"No," whined Jack as he continued to shift around on his back. "Sandy!"

"Well, this just got interesting," said Pitch looking down at Jack sensing his fear and his nightmare.

"Pitch stop," demanded North, "Zis has gone on far enough."

Sandy made a picture of Pitch leaving and a picture of the Guardians attacking him.

"Sandy's right," scolded Bunny, "Either leave or we'll job you!"

I'd like to see where this goes, actually." spat back Pitch and he flexed his fist tighter above Jack's head.

"No!" cried Tooth as Jack started whining and writhing.

"Tooth!" wailed Jack, "Sandy!"

The Guardians watched in horror as Jack cried out for them in his sleep.

"This is getting very interesting," stated Pitch as he continued to look into Jack's nightmare.

"Pitch!" sniffed Tooth as she tried to keep her tears back, "Please stop!"

"Uh, no," Pitch objected, "This is my revenge and I'll say when I'm satisfied."

Pitch tightened his fist even closer above Jack, causing the Guardians to all lurch forward in defence.

"North!" yelled Jack, "Bunny!"

Tooth landed on the ground as tears began to slip down her cheeks. North and Bunnymund's shoulders slumped as they heard Jack call out for them. Sandy's face turned from anger to sorrow as he felt the nightmare become stronger and he wished that he could help Jack. But with Pitch so close to Jack, there was nothing the Guardians could do.

"Please Pitch," sobbed Tooth, "He's just a boy."

"Yes but, he is a boy that has cost me much." declared Pitch and he clenched his fist until it was almost closed.

Jack began to toss and turn as his friends watched with pain in their hearts. The Guardians felt horrible. Here was a child that needed their help, but they were confined to do nothing but observe.

"No! Please not Jamie!" cried Jack with tears slipping through his clenched eyes. "Please!"

The Guardians knew how much Jamie meant to Jack and they felt angry that Pitch would take his nightmare that far. Tooth placed her hand over her mouth as she began to cry. Sandy held her other hand trying to comfort her.

"I believe that there maybe one more nightmare left inside Jack," said Pitch with a grin on his face. "Would you like to see?"

"Pitch!" scolded Bunny, "This is low. Even for you!"

"I'm sad to see that you think that this is as low as I go." teased Pitch.

"What do you want, Pitch?" asked North, "No Christmas this year? No Easter? What do you want!"

"I told you." said Pitch giving them a bigger smile, "I want revenge."

"Pitch," hiccuped Tooth, "We'll do anything if you would just stop!"

"Alright, I guess there is one thing you can do," implied Pitch.

"Anything," said Bunny who looked close to tears himself.

"You Guardians," mocked Pitch, "Can watch helplessly!" Pitch closed his fist all the way above Jack's head making him cry out in fear.

"No!" shouted all the Guardians taking one step forward, wishing they could have stopped him.

"Emma!" sobbed Jack, "Don't! Please! It's not safe, please!"

Tooth placed both hands on her mouth and leaned into North, unable to stand the sight anymore. Sandy knelt down in shame for letting a child go through that powerful of a nightmare. North held onto Tooth with anger towards Pitch. Bunny felt a tear slip down his face, but he couldn't bring himself to look away.

"No!" screamed Jack, as he too began to cry.

Pitch simply chuckled at the sight of his enemies crying in defeat. He finally opened his fist, releasing Jack from his nightmare. Jack sat up gasping and still crying in fear from his nightmare. All the Guardians looked at Jack and let out a breath of relief that he was awake.

Jack started to calm down a bit, but as he looked to his left he saw Pitch sitting next to him and his fear returned. Jack cried out and began to move to his right, away from Pitch. He bumped into his chair and instantly felt trapped. Pitch simply grinned at the sight of Jack shaking in fear of him. Pitch moved towards Jack who shrieked in panic. Pitch grabbed Jack's right arm and Jack instantly stiffened in fright.

"Stand up," commanded Pitch as he lifted Jack by his arm.

Jack did as he was told and was turned to face the Guardians.

"Look at your pathetic friends," hissed Pitch leaning into Jack's ear, "They did nothing but watch you in pain and fear."

Jack looked at them with so much fear in his eyes that it hurt the Guardians. They all felt like running to Jack and holding him till next winter. Jack reach out his hands like he wanted them to save him from Pitch. Pitch laughed and shoved Jack onto his chair. He yelped and squeezed the arm rests, while staring into Pitch's cold eyes. Pitch clutched Jack's shoulders and gave him cold chuckle.

"Help!" screamed Jack as tears poured out his eyes, "Help me please!"

"Pitch, stop this!" demanded North.

"Very well," Pitch sighed, "I've had my fun. You can have him back."

Pitch grabbed Jack's arm and pulled him out of the chair. Jack shook in fright and could barely hold himself up. Pitch let go of Jack and he fell to his knees. But Jack was shaking so much that he fell to arms and continued to weep.

"Look at that," bragged Pitch, "He can't even hold himself up."

All of a sudden, a boomerang flew through the air towards Pitch. Pitch ducked in time and slithered into the shadows. The boomerang came back to Bunny as he walked slowly over to Jack.

"J-Jack?" stuttered Bunny as he looked down at Jack.

Jack was laying curled on his right side with his hands covering his face. Bunny kneeled down beside him and heard him softly crying while shaking violently.

"Jack, are you ok?" Bunny slowly extended his paw to touch Jack's shoulder. As Bunny made contact with him, Jack jumped and looked up at Bunnymund. Jack's eyes were red with tears and his lip was still quivering.

"It's ok," purred Bunny, "Pitch is gone. You're safe."

Jack looked around the room and then back at Bunny, who gently smiled back at him. Jack abruptly latched onto Bunny and began to sob into his fur. Bunny looked at the other Guardians with a sad face. North was still holding Tooth in his arms, who then turned around to see Bunny holding Jack in his arms. She slowly flew over to them landing on Jack's left side. Tooth could hear Jack crying loudly and placed her hands on his shoulder. Jack stiffened and looked over at Tooth through Bunny's arms.

"Jack," wept Tooth, "I'm so sorry."

Jack leaned back into Bunny and began to cry harder. Tooth softly rubbed her hand on his shoulder and looked over at Bunnymund. He was looking down at Jack and silently crying over Jack's pain. Tooth wrapped her arms around Jack and Bunny joining the small hug. North and Sandy lumbered over to them and joined in as well. Bunny felt Jack stiffen as they all hugged him and placed his head down on Jack's wishing that none of this had ever happened.

Well that's it for now, this was hard to write...I almost cried while editing. Hope you enjoyed it...I made Pitch so cruel! :(
