Authors Note:

I know this a short chapter. I just wanted to post something, as I have not been writing any story for last few months, I was finding it difficult to get the usual flow. Next chapter will be lengthier.

Thanks for all your patience and feedbacks.. I am not abandoning this story :)

Life at Hogwarts never felt this different to Harry. She was surprised that almost a month had passed since she last spoke to her godfather. She was missing him and really wanted to speak to him.

Her fiancé had assured that no one had attacked or harmed her brother, even though, as per him, her brother deserved a punishment for his actions.

She sighed and touched the invisibility cloak lying next to her book. She got that from Tom, he bought it from some black market trader in Knockturn Alley.

It must have cost him a fortune. She thought it was a waste of money and was not required. But her fiancé was extra concerned for her safety ever since he learnt that someone tried to attack her, and wanted more safety measures for her.

As she did not like the idea of some student always following her like some bodyguard, Tom got a better idea and bought her an invisibility cloak.

It looked and felt so much like her own family heirloom, but she knew that it was not as powerful as Potters' Invisibility Cloak, with its powerful protections which never faded with age.

Shaking her head, she put it back in her pocket and tried to add few more lines in her transfiguration homework. Maybe she should check that book for extra notes. She stood and walked towards the shelf where she saw book about transfiguring of plants.

She was turning when .. THUD.. she collided with someone, knocking both to the ground with books from the shelf next to her falling on top of them.

.. "OW"...

"Oh! I am so sorry Harry. I wasn't looking.."

Removing the books she looked up, "Charles?"

Then shook her head, she knew his habit of running around, it was in their Potter genes, "It's okay"

She started picking the books along with him to put them back in the shelf.

Once done she looked back at Charles, who was picking his bag.

He saw his invisibility cloak lying along with hers. He looked at her cloak, then at her, "You also have one?" He asked with a huge grin.

She smiled back and picked her cloak to put it back in her pocket, "Yeah it was a gift from Tom. Don't tell anyone. "

"I know. Dad asked me not to tell anyone about my cloak. They might confiscate it. " He replied while nodding, as he put his cloak back in his bag.

Seeing him reminded her so much of her Godfather, "Charles. Did you speak to Sirius recently. I had a fight with him and he is avoiding me."

He scratched his head, "You know. He has not spoken to me recently. I was thinking about asking you, if you know the reason."

Harry shrugged, then shook her head. So Sirius was avoiding everyone. Where was he spending his free time? If only she had her Marauders map.

"Anyways, see yaa Harry. I must hurry, as I might miss my next lesson."

She nodded and went towards the Transfiguration section to check the book for her essay.

Here. It was almost done. One more week and his potion will be completed. Then he will just need few drops of her blood, after that his plan will be put into action.

Closing his eyes, he again apologised to his friend James for not been able to protect his daughter from getting brainwashed.

But now, if everything went as per his plan, then him and Harry will be back in their own time with no Dark Lord as her lover. Then, everything will be back to normal. He was hopeful that James and Lily would be alive in that new future, as he knew the future has definitely changed.

Finally! he got revert from his old friend. He smiled while stroking he beard. He knew he would respond once he learnt about his discovery. Now, they know where the second Hallow was located. Once he got hold of that stone, he would be able to speak to Ariana and apologise her for his actions.

Later that evening, Harry was putting Invisibility cloak in the trunk, when she noticed small triangle on its corner. Strange. She didn't notice that earlier. Maybe because it was so small, it was hard to notice it. The symbol looked very similar to the one on her ring. Maybe some ancient Wizarding Brand label, she thought with a shrug.
