A/N: Hello everyone! This is my first posted story. I've written many but never anything I thought I could post. I'm not brave at all. Please, don't flame me too awfully, I'll cry. If you see a typo, let me know. I HATE typos- I know that they'll happen but I'd like to fix them. This is also my first TMNT fanfic. Donnie is obviously my favorite. I love the others too and envy characteristic that each of them possess. I hope that I can do right by the guys as I write this.
What do I own? Nothing. I refuse to post a disclaimer at the beginning of each and every chapter. SO listen (read) closely. I DO NOT OWN TMNT! I own my OC's and MY story line with them, that's all. Actual characters from TMNT are the sole possession of the people who thought of them and all that crazy legal mumbo jumbo bull shit. This applies to every single one of the chapters in this story. If you wanna TRY to sue me, go at it. I'm writing this on someone else's computer because I don't even own one of those. :P
Thanks to all the people that read this- I'll try to respond to reviews as best I'm able. I'll update ASAP… After three reviews so I know that there is a reason to continue. J I know, I'm evil. Thanks to fanfiction for being here to post this, I've had a lot of fun reading other people's stories. Here goes nothing, please enjoy!

Sara Evans sat in front of her computer, the screen glared at her as she entered code line after code line. Her current employer had stressed secrecy for this job; speed, accuracy, but above all secrecy.
As her fingers tapped furiously, she admired the complexity of this person's security. Even most big name businesses didn't have this many fire walls, encrypted lines or ways to back track to her. Whoever this was, whatever they were protecting, was a genius and respectively, very important.
She tucked an infuriating red curl behind her ear when something popped up in another box 'NICE TRY.' It filled the box then started to fill the others on her screen. "No! No, no, no, no!" She screamed at the computer. She battled the take over for just ten seconds before a dancing turtle flashed on the screen. 'NICE TRY,' blinking in purple above and below for annoying figure.
Her screen went black.
She cursed loudly. She picked up her phone, dialing her contact number. "They fired my systems. I got about half way through. I must have tripped a hidden door."
"The boss will not be paying you for your failure." A dark creepy voice said on the other end of the phone. She should probably been worried but she'd dealt with too many of these people to be bothered by it. "Yeah, whatever." She hung up. Running a hand through her unruly curls she took stock of her equipment. Her systems were fired alright, no question about it.
If she ever found the person responsible for this she'd punch them square in the nose.

Donnie sat in his lab, grinning. He had enjoyed watching the attempt; the hacker had been about halfway through his first of three security systems. Whoever they were, they were skilled. No doubt that they were a professional. Yet they were alone.
One lone hacker had taken ten minutes, seven of which Donnie had simply watched them, and hadn't gotten through. Pride swelled in his of his body, making him grin even bigger. Everything thing he'd done to keep his family, and their secret, safe had been worth it. They remained safe and would as long as he could keep cameras from catching glances of them and hackers from pinpointed their location.
When he'd sent his 'gift' to the hacker he'd almost laughed. They wouldn't be using that computer ever again. One more layer of security for his family. Two clicks of his mouse and his security system was back to normal, ready to take on someone else.
"Hey, Don, we're heading out for patrol." Leo called to him. He grabbed his staff from beside his desk, strapping it on as he left the lab. "Alright, I'm coming." As he headed out of the Lair, their home, with his brothers; he knew that they would never understand everything he did to protect them from the ever increasing cyber threats but he'd keep them safe no matter what.
Jumping from rooftop to rooftop, Donnie examined each one of his brothers. Mikey ran ahead, as always, his exuberant energy fueling enthusiastic leaps. Leo was close behind their youngest brother, ensuring that Mikey was never too far from back-up if the need arose. Calm and concentration more of a mask than the blue silk band wrapped around his head. Raph glared at every shadow. Daring an enemy to hide in the darkness. Raph's anger hiding his concern for his brothers, just like it did all of his other emotions.
They were prepared for the night. Everything was just like it always was. Everything would be okay for them, Donnie reasoned. No surprises tonight.

Orders had been passed down and now three Foot ninja perched on a balcony. Kill the one called Reboot. Mistress Karai had not been please with either the failure or the woman's attitude. They'd finally back tracked the woman to a small third story apartment. Everything else from here on would be easy.
One of them gave the signal and they shattered the glass door. Following orders, easy.

Sara heard the glass shatter. She'd not expected this. That didn't mean she hadn't prepared for it. She was a hacker, plenty of people threatened her. It had only taken one time in the hospital for her to understand the dangers of her chosen profession.
She now slept with her sickles. Had for a few years now. They were the only companion she had besides her albino lab rat. Mik. Normal people bored her and other hackers annoyed her. Voluntary solitary confinement suited for her just fine. Her sickles and her rat were the only things she could trust.
Now she wretched her sickles from their straps on her thighs. No one broke into her apartment and left without some serious damage.

Donnie turned to the sound of glass breaking and saw a Foot ninja enter a balcony door. His brothers were there beside him they didn't usually go into people's homes. A female cry made the decision for them.
Leo was the first in, Donnie right behind him. What he saw made his jaw drop. A petite red-head with a mass of curls was finishing a spin slash that left another Foot ninja disabled on the floor in a pool of blood. The last foot ninja hadn't seen him or his brothers, but was backing away from the woman.
She noticed them and Donnie recognized the shock on her face. She didn't scream. That surprised him. Instantly she switched to a defensive position, sizing them up and taking a stock of their weapons. Donnie stepped forward and punched the last Foot ninja in the side of his head, knocking him out.
"Its okay, we're only here to help you," Donnie said as he handed the unconscious man over to Raph. "We didn't know you could handle yourself, but we'd like to get these guys out of your home. Is that alright?" Donnie raised his hands to her. She spun a sickle still dripping with blood and took a step back, still analyzing them. "Fine," She hardly whispered. Donnie's breath caught in his throat. Her defenses were dropping and she was a sight to behold. Donnie felt his heart beat against his plastron. "Are you hurt?" Her features softened even more. "I'm the medic for our group-"
She cut him off, "I'm fine." She backed up a step more. There was no fear in her eyes, though. Donnie noticed this. "Your not scared of us," he said, confused.
"Well, if you were going to hurt me, you would have already tried."
"We would have already done it," Raph growled as he started scaling down the ladder, an unconscious man over his shoulder. They would call the police and paramedics. Leo stepped closer to her and she raised a sickle. "It's okay, I just have to make sure that you understand you can't tell anyone about us." She ignored him and looked meaningfully at Donnie, making him squirm. Why was she able to do that to him?
Suddenly she started to cross her living room, dropping her sickles but her fist balled up. Anger evident. He was still confused by her and her mood swings. "You," she hissed. "Fried. My. Computer!" She swung up and connected with his jaw. Donnie's head snapped back. "WHAT?"
