Don't think too much into it.

Beast Boy's ears lifted up from their sorrow stance as he heard a small knock at his door. "It's me. Can I come in?" She asked through the steel door.

"I guess." He responded distantly.

Raven couldn't help but notice that the changeling had been acting distant and somewhat strange these past few days. She was his friend and even though he might think otherwise, she cared about him and his well being. But that wasn't the only reason she was here; knocking at his door, she knew it was only a matter of time before Robin would notice his slacking off and distant attitude and would intervene, and she wanted to prevent that, because he wouldn't address it kindly.

Raven opened the door and slowly entered Beast Boy's room. Beast Boy sat on the edge of his bed, his back slouched and his face disheartened. "I don't want to talk about it." He told her firmly. She had expected that, and so walked over and sat on the edge of his bed with him. He was confused by her presence and kind of wanted her to leave, especially since she was so quiet. It made him feel awkward and he couldn't help but wonder what her ulterior motive was.

The room was very quiet as they sat together. She sat calmly with her hands in her lap as he sat uneasily next to her; his hands resting on either side of him. They both stared forward for what seemed the longest time, until he finely spoke up…

"Can I confess something to you?" He finally asked and she knew it was only a matter of time before he finally said something. He had briefly turned to her after he had said it just to see her nod her head lightly. He turned away and faced forward again letting out a long sigh before speaking, "I've never really kissed a girl, okay." His confession caught her off guard as he sheepishly looked down at his feet.

Out of all the things that could have been bothering him, she wasn't expecting girl trouble to be one. She was expecting this to be about powers or maybe one of their friends, or even an awkward defeat by a villain, not girls.

She felt unqualified to talk about this, and was tempted to go get Starfire, but she knew that would just worsen the situation.

"Where is this coming from?" She asked. You don't just suddenly feel depressed over something like this without a trigger.

"After battle the other day, Cyborg and Robin where joking about their first kiss… Cyborg had his at 13 and Robin 10, and well… I'm 17 years old and I've never kissed a girl." He said dramatically.

"It's okay." She reassured.

"It's embarrassing!" He shouted putting his face into his hands.

She stared at him, his face in his palms, before facing forward again. She let out a sigh before turning to face him again. "Please don't think too much into this." She said uncomfortably.

"What?" He asked looking up confusedly and before he could comprehend what was happening she leaned in and kissed him. His eyes widened in shock before slowly lowering, enjoying the moment.

For someone who has never kissed before, he wasn't that bad at it, and Raven surprisingly found herself enjoying the interaction. It lasted a lot longer then she had intended and once she realized she was still kissing him she quickly pulled away leaving him with his eyes shut and lips puckered. "There you have officially kissed a girl." She said quickly getting up.

His mouth was still parted as his eyes blinked in the revelation of what just happened before a smile crept onto his face. "Say… what are you doing later?"

Her eyes narrowed, "I told you not to think too much into it." She spoke, crossing her arms.

"I know, I just think it's a shame we never get to hang out… just me and you." He said with a smirk, getting up off the bed.

"How about you not push your luck."
