Happy Birthday
She had gone immediately to a library when Fairy Tail was disbanded. He had just taken to wandering around with Pantherlily.
Of course, he did have to earn money somehow. He sold statues of iron. That was how she found him. She had heard the rumors and decided to look into them.
What had happened afterwards was no surprise. A huge hug, happy tears, everything a joyful reunion is comprised of. He would never admit it, but he had cried a little bit too.
Since then, he had shared one room in the back of the library with her, provided that he pays the owner rent. He didn't live there, because there was no space with all of his statues, though. Which led him to where he was- right outside the library.
After walking in, she noticed him and ran over, smiling. She gave him a hug, and started to walk to the back room they shared. She grabbed an ancient text from somewhere or other and settled down into a cozy chair in one corner of the room.
He started on his work, staring at her from time to time at her. This statue was going to be special.
Finally, he was rewarded with a near-perfect model for his efforts.
Next, he had to give it to her. He looked at her, back at the statue, and started walking towards her. She noticed, and smiled at him. Then he pressed it into her hand.
After looking at the statue, her face welled with delight and embarrassment. She looked at him, but he was not present. Instead, she felt a slight pressure on her lips. Feeling obliged, she kissed back.
When they finally broke apart, they stared at each other with embarrassment plain to see. She tried to smooth out the awkwardness by hugging him. He hugged back, folding her small body into his. Then he spoke.
"Levy… Happy birthday."
