Greetings. Let me start out by thanking all of you who stuck with this story and hoped for a conclusion. Unfortunately, given how terrible this story bombed both here and on deviant art, I lost motivation after releasing Chapter 2-1. While I am not going to finish this work, I've had several requests to give a synopsis on how this story was going to end. So here is a brief overview of what I had completed and what was going to eventually happen in Resident Evil: Legacy. While not the original ending any of us was hoping for, I hope that it gives my fans a sense of completion.

Chapter 2-2 Reaping:
Viper Squad and their civilian allies are in position on the outskirts of the Village of Massif. They witness villagers are being herded into trucks by Abkhazia rebels and soon a helicopter descends on the scene – the same helicopter that attacked Viper Squad back in the mining village. A Russian general makes an appearance flanked by Spetznaz and also the super soldier who battled Jill on the rooftop. A skirmish quickly erupts as the Abkhazia civilians aiding Viper Squad launch an attack. While the attack is uncoordinated, Jill manages to infiltrate enemy lines in an effort to hunt down the super soldier. A ferocious hand-to-hand battle ensues between the two until he manages to evade her yet again. With the trucks leaving the village with their helpless captives, Chris and Jill meet up and jump on top of the last truck. Out of radio contact with Viper Squad due to the continued jamming, Chris and Jill make the difficult choice to forgo freeing the hostages and instead allow the truck take them straight into the enemy's secret base.

Chapter 2-3:
Chris and Jill successfully infiltrate the Abkhazia base and find a way inside. Once there, they dispatch several guards to find the base's server room. After searching the Abkhazia rebels' system, they discover that this base is the source of the radio jamming throughout the province… and make an even more startling revelation. Someone from inside Viper Squad is sending coded transmissions on the team's progress inside Abkhazia to the rebels. Chris and Jill's presence is soon detected and they fight to get back to the surface. As they do, they discover rooms full of civilian captives held in stasis pods. The pods are activated and the civilians, who have been infected with the Ambrosia virus, turn savage and attack. Jill and Chris flee through the halls of the base until they enter a large open area. The door in front and behind them seals shut; keeping out the infected, but also trapping them.

Chapter 2-4:
Jill and Chris discover that the circular area they are held in is a make-shift arena surrounded by hundreds of rebels who are cheering from behind the protection of bullet-proof glass. There, the Russian General Pavel Petrovsky makes his appearance and admits he is the one behind the Abkhazia attacks in Georgia and for the biological bombing in Tbilisi. He then asks the rebels surrounding the arena if the want to "see these two butchered" to a resounding cheer. The infected are let in and Chris and Jill have to fight with what little ammo they have left. Once all of the infected are dead, Petrovsky sends in the Nemesis who survived the battle at the Georgian mining village. With all of their ammo spent, Jill and Chris fight the monster with only melee weapons. Once the creature wraps its tentacle around Chris's neck, Jill manages to decapitate it with a fire axe, thus saving Chris from being strangled to death. With the monster dead, gas floods the chamber and Jill and Chris are rendered unconscious.

Chapter 3 Prologue:
Flashing back to the present, Jill and Carlos discuss what happened next once she and Chris had been taken prisoner.

Chapter 3 – Full synopsis:
Jill finds herself trapped in another hallucination/dream where Albert Wesker appears and taunts her for her failure. Upon waking, she finds she has been taken to the RED OCTOBER facility inside Russia and is a prisoner to General Petrovsky. Petrovsky reveals that it was he was responsible for her training during her time under Wesker's control.

After blacking out again and receiving another visit from Wesker, she awakens and finds herself standing over the body of a dead Russian guard with the keys to her cell in her hand. As she makes her escape to find Chris, she realizes the facility is under attack. While trying to flee through the maze of hallways, General Petrovsky taunts her over the PA system and releases the TSARINA (The female human/spider hybrid) to hunt her down.

With several close calls as the creature attacks Jill from the ventilation ducks and from below the floors, she manages to secure a weapon and begins to fight back. Chris eventually finds her while aided by the Victor Kvitsiani from Chapter 2-1. It turns out that the facility is being attacked by Viper Squad and the civilian resistance from Abkhazia in a rescue mission. Aided by Chris and Victor, the three of them manage to take down the TSARINA.

Upon their arrival at the mission control area to confront Petrovsky, Jill, Chris, and Victor discover that the Russian general is not there and had only been in contact remotely over the facility's PA system. Before rendezvousing with the rest of Viper Squad who have taken over the vehicle depot and secured transport, Jill tries to download as much information as possible from the facility in an effort to bring the evidence to the world. In one file that is opened, a training video plays – showing a shadowy figure pursuing a young woman throughout a ruined village. Jill recognizes the young woman as the one from her dreams and soon realizes that this video is exactly the same as the nightmare she had back in Chapter 2-1. Jill is revealed as the shadowy figure and upon Wesker orders, kills the young woman. After the video ends, Jill and Chris hear the click of a weapon and turn to see Victor aiming his rifle at Jill. It is revealed that the young woman she had killed was Victor's sister. Full of fury Victor calls Jill a traitor and is ready to shoot her. Jill, understanding the pain she has caused, closes her eyes and accepts her fate. The scene ends with a shot being fired. Victor falls dead and Chris is seen standing there with his weapon raised.

Chapter 4 Prologue:
Jill and Carlos discuss what happens on the Alexander Graham aircraft carrier.

Chapter 4 – Full Synopsis:
Viper Squad has returned to the BSAA SS Alexander Graham. In sick bay, Jill and Chris' injuries are tended to. They discuss what happened back at the Russian research base and contemplate what to do – both concerning the mole in Viper Squad and the death of Victor of whom Chris is responsible for. After some tender moments between the two, they are summoned to the bridge where a televised news broadcast featuring General Petrovsky is being shown. Petrovsky accuses the BSAA of exceeding their mandate by invading Abkhazia, the Russian Republic, and the destruction of the Red October facility. With video evidence supporting his charges, Petrovsky vows that Russia's retaliation will be swift and brutal. A missile launch is detected in Abkhazia and is directed toward the BSAA's position in the Black Sea. Before stealth capability can be engaged, an explosion within the ship cripples the stealth generator, thus making the Alexander Graham a sitting duck. The missile strikes the ship.

After coming to, Jill finds a mask being put over her face. The missile that has struck the Alexander Graham is a biological missile laced with Ambrosia. With hundreds of the ship's crew becoming blood-raged killers, Viper Squad attempts to regroup and fight their way through them to the engine room. With the ship running on emergency power, there is no way for them to send a distress signal. To make matters worse, Quint Cetcham discovered before the missile hit that the rebel base has a second missile targeted for Tbilisi and is making preparations to fire.

Throughout their battles on board the ship, the team aids their comrades and has the unpleasant task of putting down their infected crew members. While all of this is taking place, Russian gun ships are circling the Alexander Graham and her support ships and spraying them with machine gun fire.

After engaging the power, Chris and Jill realize that the explosion inside the Alexander Graham was an inside job, thus solidifying their proof that a mole has infiltrated Viper Squad. With full power restored, Alexander Graham's anti-aircraft weapons make short work of the remaining Russian gun ships, but not before a Tyrant is dropped onto the flight deck. A large battle ensues between Viper Squad and the Tyrant. Willow is killed, but the Tyrant is finally defeated by Chris.

With the missile threat in Abkhazia an imminent threat, all available combat-ready personnel manage to fuel and board Alexander Graham's remaining helicopters in a desperate attack on the missile base.

Meanwhile, Shona stays aboard the Alexander Graham in an effort to develop a cure for Ambrosia.

Chapter 5 Prologue:
Jill and Carlos discuss the BSAA's assault on the Abkhazia missile base.

Chapter 5 – Full Synopis:
On board a large Chinook helicopter, the remains of Viper Squad along with their comrades are flying towards the coast supported by two badly damaged but still serviceable cruisers. During the flight, Jill and Chris find out that the back hatch of their Chinook has been forcibly opened. The two make their way to the back to discover that the super soldier whom Jill had faced previously has infiltrated their helicopter. A battle ensues until the super soldier is nearly defeated and thrown from the Chinook. However, he manages to grab a hold of Chris' leg before being sucked out into the night. Jill grabs Chris's hand to save him but struggles to hold on without being pulled out as well. He merely smiles and tells her that he loves her. He lets go of her hand and is sucked out of the helicopter along with the super soldier with Jill watching on in horror. The helicopter then begins to take ground fire and is hit.

Upon waking up on the ground, Jill realizes she is staring at the face of Dee-Ay who is lying next to her; wide-eyed and dead. The helicopter has crashed with the rest of Viper Squad and their compatriots banged up, but still ready to fight. With Chris gone and Dee-Ay dead, Jill finds herself in command of what is left of Viper. Pushing towards the missile launcher in a bloody assault against soldiers and B.O.W.s alike, the team makes it within striking distance of the missile. Before they can make it the rest of the way, Tweed takes a bullet through her neck. While Jill and Harley try to save her, the missile is rising up and ready to fire. With no time left, Jill knows she has a terrible choice – help save her friend, or sacrifice Tweed to stop the missile. With tears in her eyes, Jill tells Tweed that she is sorry before leaving to stop the missile despite cries of disbelief from Harley. Jill overpowers the missile crew and manages to deactivate the missile before its launch.

With the missile threat removed, Jill pushes onward into the facility on her own to take down Petrovsky. The soldiers she encounters are all infected with various forms of Ambrosia and mutate hideously into creatures that are bent on stopping her. Upon fighting her way to the bunker entrance, Jill is joined by her remaining squad mates – Party Girl and Harley. Jill asks about Tweed, but Harley angrily swears at her, signaling Tweed's fate.

Before Jill can dwell on her loss, the team is attacked by more soldiers. Harley and Party Girl agree to hold off the soldiers while Jill goes on ahead to confront Petrovsky.

In the final battle, Petrovsky reveals that the Russian Federation has already begun troop movements and that the Russian Army will invade Georgia within the hour. Petrovsky injects himself with a sample of the Ambrosia virus, mutates into a large creature, and attacks. Finding herself bloody and bruised during the fight, Jill realizes that in order to defeat Petrovsky, she must become the killer he and Wesker trained her to be. Using her enhanced abilities of speed and strength, Jill manages to overcome Petrovsky. Before she can finish him off, the ceiling above collapses from an explosion, revealing large aircraft flying overhead with hundreds of paratroopers descending from the skies. Petrovsky, having de-mutated back to human form after his defeat, is on his knees laughing; telling Jill that it is too late… that the invasion has already begun. Despite hearing Wesker's orders for her to kill Petrovsky, Jill instead knocks him out.

Bloody, beaten, and alone, Jill walks out onto a long balcony and watches the airborne invasion unfold. Not long after, she hears the distinct clicks of weapons behind her. Closing her eyes, she drops her gun and raises her hands in surrender.

Chapter 6-1:
Recovering in a hospital bed, Jill discovers that the invasion of Georgia was conducted by US Marines and not the Russians as she had previously thought. After receiving Quint's radioed request for help, the US Marines quickly invaded Abkhazia to help secure the missile base and provide much needed aid to the BSAA forces on the ground. This has its consequences as during a visit from Parker, he explains that tensions between the US and Russia have escalated drastically. Still with a small silver lining, Harley and Party Girl managed to survive the battle and Shona has created a workable vaccine that can be used to counter Ambrosia. Jill listens to Parker with little to no interest until she finally asks about Chris and whether his body has been found. Parker tells her that the BSAA and the Marines have searched all along the shoreline of the Black Sea but were unable to locate him. Heart-broken, Jill tells Parker to leave and informs him that she is resigning from the BSAA effectively immediately.

Chapter 6-2:
Jill is stopped at a military roadblock just outside of Raccoon City. Despite repeated requests, the soldiers stationed there deny her entry. Finally, an officer who knows who she is, simply tells her that there is nothing left for her there. Jill stares at him and politely requests that he let her pass. Knowing her intentions as the officer himself has seen the horrors of war, he quietly tells her, "you don't have to do this, ma'am." Jill thanks him for his concern and he lets her pass. Once inside Raccoon City, Jill wanders the empty and broken streets of the city reminiscing on her past and how she had barely survived these same streets in 1998. Climbing up a section of raised highway that is still intact, Jill looks out over the ruined city while thinking about Chris. She can just make out the remains of the R.P.D. as the sun sets in the distance. Depressed and distraught, Jill takes a picture of Chris, tucks it into her jacket's breast pocket, walks to the edge of the highway… and jumps.

Chapter 6-3:
The scene switches back to Jill and Carlos in the present day. Carlos is shocked at Jill's admission of her attempted suicide, but is sympathetic to her loss. Jill tells him that she is unable to die… that she is the living embodiment of Albert Wesker's legacy and she will be forced to live with that until hopefully one day life releases its grip on her. Before she can succumb to her grief any further, Carlos produces a photograph and hands it to her; informing her that this is the full reason he wanted to talk to her. Shocked, Jill asks when it was taken. Carlos simply asks if she is on board with them. Jill looks up, her steely gaze giving him her answer.

Epilogue:
In the Eastern Slav Republic, Chris Redfield awakens to find himself a prisoner. Strapped down to a surgical table, he is surrounded by a team of doctors and a blond woman in business clothing. The woman is Svetlana Belikova, the president of the Eastern Slav Republic. She tells Chris that his capture will serve a tremendous boon in her war against the BSAA and that she plans on making him her obedient slave just like "his friend". Chris then realizes that the hooded super soldier who had captured him is in the same room. Belikova takes off the man's hood revealing him to be a very badly deformed Piers Nivans who had survived his experience in Resident Evil 6. Chris is soon injected with a new version of Ambrosia. The section ends with Chris screaming.

Afterward:
In a prison complex, General Petrovsky finds himself in an interrogation room. He is visited by a female BSAA interrogator who has him recount the events in Abkhazia and demands to know who he told about the experiments he conducted. Knowing that he has nothing else to lose, Petrovsky reveals all that he knows. He is then quickly strangled to death by the interrogator as she talks to him in a Southern accent revealing herself to be Party Girl. "Sorry, Sugar," she says playfully, "But Miss Belikova doesn't want any loose ends."

Even this is a façade. As she leaves the prison and makes contact with Svetlana, Party Girl is revealed to actually be Jennifer Krauser who had killed the original Party Girl before the events of Georgia and had been the mole inside Viper Squad. She says her deal has been concluded and wants all information Belikova has on Ada Wong.
