Yeah took me a good while to finally update this again. Real sorry. I am having trouble finding chapters and things and well, i'm redoing some of this stuff from scratch and its difficult to try and remember the good content I had and you guys know me, I always do better on the remakes of my original versions, so I'm trying to fight that right balance and well hope you guys enjoy the fact I'm back and all.

Story Start

The former apprentice Raimundo dropped an air hockey puck on the table. "kay, put on your game face." He said against his opponent, one of Wuya's stone warriors. She had sent some to entertain him while she was busy trying to rule the world. . Raimundo hit the puck inside the goal of his side. The stone warrior grabbed the puck and started eating it. "No don't eat the-" he started to lecture in frustration before slamming his head in frustration.

Sure he had every game in existence and was very good at them, but what good is it when you had a fake friend that was a mindless golem? "I know lets try something else. Basketball?" The stone warrior tackled the hoop to the ground, destroying it completely. "I guess not." Raimundo turned to see Wuya walking by. "Hey Wuya, the good time gal, want to play air hockey? We'll need a new puck."

"Eh, later Raimundo, right now I have a special surprise for you." Wuya told Raimundo with an evil smirk. "May I present your fallen comrades, the Xiaolin Warriors." Marching toward the evil witch and the traitor were stone creatures with hollow stomachs. Inside the stomachs were; Kimiko, Dojo, Jack, and Clay.

"Delicious, my domination of the world is now complete." Wuya said confidently.

"Uh Wuya, you might want to do a head count, your short one Omi and Naruto."

"Omi and Naruto?" Wuya puffed towards the prisoners. "Where's Omi and Naruto?" She demanded to the Xiaolin warriors.

"Frankly that's none of your business ma'am." Clay countered in a calm voice.

"Oh is that so, well they said I have ways of making you talk" Wuya said as she held up her hand and it started glowing with green fire.

"They're trapped in the past!" Jack said quickly.

"What?" Raimundo asked.

"Yeah, they traveled back in time to ask some guy named Dashi for help." Jack squealed.

"Naruto and Omi is in the past?" Wuya asked as Kimiko nodded and replied.

"Yes, and now they're trapped there."

"And it's me that sent them back Wuya. I was really on your side all the way. Stupid Naruto and Omi walked right in our trap. You can let me go now."

"Forget it Jack, I'm not buying it." Wuya scowled.

"Really!" Jack asked.

Wuya nodded. ''Damn...worth a shot.''

The group was taken to the dungeon as Raimundo convinced Wuya to let them live in the palace, she had one catch, that they would swear loyalty to her and soon or she would execute them.

"So will Wuya keep us in prison for ever or let us out for good behavior in 5000 years?" Kimiko asked in a sarcastic tone.

"Not to worry my friends, Wuya has forgotten my ability to change size." Dojo gloated.

As Dojo grew, the cage creaked a small bit but couldn't break apart. Dojo started feeling pain from a cramped space, so he shrank back to his small size.

"Come on, there's got to be a way out of here."

"Your not one of us Jack. You tried to go back to Wuya remember." Kimiko stated angrily.

Jack defended himself. "Hey what can I say, I like to keep my options open."

"Guys, I keep trying to find some ray of hope, but there doesn't seem to be any light at the end of this tunnel." Clay sat down by the bars of his cell. Then from one of the sewer grates started glowing some light through the holes. "Wait a second, I may have spoken too soon."

The grate flew off to reveal Omi's head. "Indeed Clay, you most certainly have." The grate lid spun around until it came back to the sewer hole and landed over Omi's head.

"Omi!" Everyone said happily. The stone guards attempted to catch Omi, but the were frozen by Omi's Wu and were shattered by Omi's kicks.

"Omi, how did- but I thought-" Kimiko was confused how Omi was back. Naruto crawled out of the same grate Omi came out of.

"We'll explain later. Right now we need to get out of here and to safety." Naruto remarked.

"We should be safe here, at least for a while." Clay said coming back from the forest.

"So Omi, Naruto, how did you come back to our time? Was it a time traveling Shen Gong Wu?"

"It's obvious."

"Gotta Be."

Clay and Jack stated as Kimiko asked respectively.

"Shut up and let the two speak." Dojo said before earning a glare from Omi who tried to speak.

Naruto chuckled. "Well it went like this, after we got the new puzzle box we met a new problem. The so called genius didn't think of a way to bring us back. I got so agitated that a bird flew on top of my head. In a burst of momentary anger I froze it and it hit the ground. That gave Omi an brilliant idea...so he froze us for 1500 years, several months and weeks, etc, etc, until this present day,'' He explained.

Everyone's jaw dropped in shock at the cleverness of the idea. "Wait but how on earth did you know when to break out if you both were frozen and inaminate inside the ice? How did you not die?" Magic being real or not this just flew into the face of science.

"Its a whole thing with chakra and seals. I'll explain later." Naruto assured her, the headache of trying to explain when their knowledge of chakra was rudimentary was not worth the hassle.

"Now I have a plan to trap Wuya back into the puzzle box." Omi began explaining what they had in mind.

Out of sheer boredom Raimundo put together a temple of cards was almost done, that is until they were burned by a dragons fire. Rai turned to see Kimiko and Clay on Dojo. "Guys, did you come swear loyalty to Wuya?" Raimundo asked in a hopeful manner that his friends had decided to swear loyalty to Wuya, he was getting bored and lonely.

Clay quickkly and dismissive responded to Rai's foolish statement, "Nope, rather kiss the backside of a mule.''

"We escaped Rai, and if your anything loyal to Wuya, you would chase us."

Clay and Kimiko flew off do distract Raimundo for their part of the plan. Raimundo snapped his fingers and three massive golems appeared. "Come on, we got some former friends to catch."

Omi and Jack were behind Wuya's throne and attempted to open the Puzzle Box. The only problem was that they couldn't open it, and to make it worse, Wuya heard them and tried to destroy the box. Jack almost bit it when he got trapped one of Wuya's spells and an attack was coming towards him, if it wasn't for Omi saving his hide from certain destruction.

Wuya threw more green fire bolts at the two boys. Her aim had rusted after 1500 years of inactivity meaning that the two were able to dodge her attacks.

The distraction was all Naruto needed to launch a surprise attack on the Heylin Witch.

The two apprentices dodged the attacks of the golems and destroyed them when their was an opening. They found a weak spot on their bodies and it made it easier to destroy the golems but thanks to Wuya's magic they seemed to replicate as fast as they were destroyed.

"Why don't you guys just fly off?" Raimundo asked until he lately figured it out. "Unless your not trying to. Quick, back to the palace." Raimundo ordered the golems and they charged to the throne room.

"Do ya think we bought enough time for the others to open the Puzzle box?" Clay filled with concern asked. Then two golems rose up from the ground and grabbed the two of them and Dojo.

"Nope." Kimiko sharing his dread.

"Wuya, the prisoners escaped. I think-" Raimundo charged in and tried to inform the witch only to be cut short by the sight in front of him.

The throne room was a littered mess with multiple fractures and small chasms littered around. On one side was Omi and Jack bruised and burned with Naruto blocking Wuya's flames with his chakra hands.

"Not to worry Raimundo, I have this covered."

"Raimundo, help us please." Omi cried, hoping to bring back Raimundo to the Xiaolin Side.

"Now the gangs all here." Stone Cage Golems marched up and surrounded the trio. "You two run!" Naruto called out as he was rushed by Wuya but the tired monk and inventor were too worn out to avoid the stone golem. It grabbed both Omi and Jack and swallowed them to put them in its cage belly.

Wuya used a teleknetic sweep to give the Puzzle Box Omi dropped to Raimundo, she planed on destroying it later. "Now for these pests, crush them" The rock golems stomachs started to shrink in an attempt crush the monks and Jack.

"Wuya, you can't crush them like that." Raimundo pleaded in desperation.

Zipping past her Naruto launched himself off the ground and lariat-ed the golems heads off causing them to collapse.

"Cute hun, but there's enough earth for me to carry this on forever." She said and with a wave of magic summoned more rock creatures.

"Raimundo is this really what you want? Is this why you joined the temple? To become a pawn of evil? Deep down you know this wrong. Do you really want to throw away your bonds so easily? To send your friends to their deaths? Think about the suffering the rest of the world will go through if Wuya wins."

Naruto's words struck a deeper chord within the youth that had been gnawing at him for awhile now.

"Raimundo has proven himself to me from time and again. As long he does so, I can give him what ever he wants." Wuya said confidently.

"What ever I want?" Raimundo asked, looking at the golems that were surrounding his friends.

"Yes Raimundo, what ever you want and more." Wuya said as she stroked Raimundo's chin lightly. Raimundo looked at the Puzzle Box.

Is this what he truly wanted? All he wanted was to be someone. To gain the status in life he never had growing up so he could do right by his family. Even thought they had each other it still hurt growing up poor and knowing their was so much more to life. He wanted to be someone so he could give to his family things they never got to experience growing up.

What would they say if they saw him now?

And thats when he remembered the sacred Pedarosa vow.

You always stand by your own.

"I want my friends." Then the box opened with light coming out of the opening. With that the rock creatures were disintegrated and the howling witch was pulled back into the puzzle box where she belonged.

As soon as that happened, the castle itself started to fall apart. Everyone rushed out of the fallen castle. Unfortunately, the bridge gave out, forcing the group into an unwanted fall. The only one that didn't was Jack and that was because of his helicopter-pack. Dojo transformed during the fall, allowing them a relief. As they surged skyward, Jack grabbed Dojo's tail. The dragon weaved through and away from obstacles, one forcing Jack off, allowing the boy genius to dodge some himself. The castle exploded unexpectedly, giving the dragon a major boost out. The group congratulated Rai with their own way, from fist-bumps (Omi), to a kiss (Kimiko), to a a special handshake (Clay), to a shoulder pat (Naruto). Jack gave his own on, a thumps-up, as well.

Once back at the Temple, Master Fung lectured Rai. "Raimundo, for riches and glory, you betrayed us all."

Omi defended him. "But he saved us all, too!"

Clay followed Omi. "Yeah! Without him, We'd have been Texas toast!"

Kimiko helped a bit. "Or worse!"Raimundo set the record straight. "Guys, guys. I did a lot of damage. So I got to do whatever it takes to make it right again."

Master Fung questioned this. "Whatever it takes, Raimundo?" Rai bowed his head. "Yes, Master Fung."Master Fung walked over to the brunette hero with a blue sash in his hands. He presented it to Rai.

Raimundo did understand. "What's this?" Master Fung spoke to him. " The sash of a Xiaolin Apprentice. It is yours." Raimundo was about to take it but retreated. "It's not that I don't want it, Master Fung, but I'm not ready. Not yet." Naruto felt a smile etch itself on to his face. Raimundo finished. "But I will be someday, you know, if Omi helps." The two shared a thumbs-up before retreating back within the Temple.

Naruto waited until Raimundo was alone to approach him. "Raimundo, have a walk with me will you." he strongly urged the youth. Now that he saw where in the spectrum Raimundo was he could finally have the talk he been wanting to and hopefully help the boy reach his potential and destiny.
