HEY GUYS!
I'm back and ready to update this booger! You guys have been waiting long enough. So I thought, hey! Why don't I update! Atleast finish the double chapter. I might not update every week, but whenever I have time and motivation, I will.
I apologize for the seven month wait, but things just got in the way and I couldn't help it. So, instead of making you all listen to my boring sob story, let's just get going!
Enjoy!
Disclaimer: I'm sure by now it is clear that I do NOT own Five Nights at Freddy's. If not, go get a checkup.
After bringing Toy Chica, Bonnie, Goldie and Foxy to the stands, Billy felt as if this case was going nowhere.
Bonnie noticed Chica was breathing more quickly than normal, and was getting a tad sweaty. She for one, thought it was a bit cold in here.
Marionette sat slumped in his chair, balancing two pens off of each other.
Bored, Josie sat up, "Chica! Up to the stands!" She barked, and put a check mark next to her name on her clipboard.
Chica slowly scrambled up to the stand, and nervously wiped the sweat off her temple.
Billy yawned. "So... Chica. Where were you the night of February 8, 1986, yadda yadda," Billy scratched his nose and looked up at the chicken.
"Uh, yesterday night?" Chica gave a nervous smile, "W-Well, I was at the... I was at the party. L-Like everyone else. You know that. We did karaoke together."
"Oh. Ye-" Billy stopped mid-yawn, and noticed Chica's squirmish body language... The other people they had questioned didn't act like this.
Josie looked at Billy with the same question. They both brought their hands to their chin.
"Are you sure, Chica?" Josie raised an eyebrow, "You seem mighty squeemish."
"Ahaha aha! Ha," Chica choked, her face flushed, and avoided eye contact with the kids.
Marionette squinted fiercely at the chicken and then yawned.
"She did it," he said nonchalantly.
Chica froze.
"Do you think so?" Josie asked, with her chin in her hands, "I for one think it was Goldie."
Goldie sat from the stands cussing and shaking his fist while Mangle attempted to calm him down.
"Yep, I'm pretty sure. You can tell by the look on her face," Marion pointed, "I've never seen someone's face be completely flushed but still have no blood in it."
Josie and Billy looked at each other thinking for a moment.
"And besides," Marion stated blankly, "I went to law school."
Billy rested an elbow on the table and stared at his friend strangely.
"I'm not even going to ask..." he mumbled to himself as he fixed his files on the table.
"Chica?" Josie crossed her arms, "Do you have anything you'd like to confess?"
The chicken breathed heavily and darted her eyes across the room. All eyes were on her, and she had to let the truth out sooner or later.
Chica gulped.
"O-Okay! You got me... I'm sorry it's just..." Chica flinched and looked over at her surprised boyfriend, "It was for a present. For Foxy."
"What kinda ignoramus do ya' take me for?!" Marionette shouted, slamming his flimsy fists on the table.
"No, no! I-It's true! I swear!" Chica's eyes widened.
Marionette suddenly calmed down and took his seat, "Please explain your reasons, then."
Josie snorted and whispered into Billy's ear, "Talk about mood swings," and the two started to giggle.
"Well, uh, you see," Chica started, "Last night, during the party, Foxy tried one of my pineapple pizzas for the first time, and he went crazy for them."
A couple eyes gazed toward Foxy and he chuckled, "Guilty!"
Chica continued. "I couldn't really think of a Valentine's day present before then, so I thought, maybe I could just make him another pineapple pizza. But then I thought, that was too generic, he wouldn't be very surprised.
"Earlier that day, while we were setting up the party decorations, I thought I'd search through the Lost and Found for a neat gift, and I saw a tennis ball shooter in Mr. Fazbear's office. And then I got the most swell idea," Chica smiled and waved her hands for emphasis, "What if I fixed the tennis ball shooter to shoot pizzas instead!"
A majority of the crowd nodded and murmured to each other.
"However, while I was working on the pizza shooter, I quickly realized that it was broken. The machine took forever to shoot, because one of the springs had snapped, so I needed to find another cog to fix it. I walked by Marionette's box while he was busy with something, and I don't know why, but I opened the side of it and took one of the main cogs from it that looked like it would fit to the pizza shooter."
Marionette listened intently to what Chica explained, along with Josie and Billy.
"It did fit in the shooter, but I felt so guilty that I couldn't possibly use it. I was going to return it to you earlier, but then I got caught up in setting up the court trial," Chica frowned at Marion, guilty, "I'm really sorry, Mari."
"Aw, Chica, I forgive you. Thank you for being so honest." Marion got up from his chair and hugged the chicken at the stage, resulting in claps from the more emotional ones from the audience.
Eyes caught on Goldie wiping away a tear on the stands.
"H-Hey! Whatcha' lookin' at dweebs?!" Goldie sniffled and looked the other way, "I just... had something in my eye."
Billy laughed and wrote a note on his file. "Well then, looks like this case is closed."
"Agreed!" Josie grinned and turned to Bonnie, "Do you need any help cleaning up?"
"Oh, no, I don't think so," Bonnie smiled at the kids, "I think we've got it. You two go ahead back to your stations and get a reset. You both look awfully tired."
Billy shrugged and rubbed his eye, "I think anyone can get tired when they have to work with Marionette."
In the hall outside of the Game Room, Billy yawned as he waved bye to his friend.
Walking in, he grabbed his sign and balloons and drifted off to sleep.
Well there you go. By the way, that definitely isn't the end of the story, even if that sounded ending-esc. It's still going.
I feel very happy I finally finished the two-parter, even if it took seven months to do so, lol.
Also, totally feel free to send in suggestions for the story! During the school year all my creativity runs dry. But hey, what can ya' do?
Oh, and guess who's birthday is October 4th? Yep. It's mine. I'm super excited.
Anyways, thanks for reading! :)
