Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Shizune sat in the corner farthest away from the people in the lobby of the hotel. Jiraiya had finished explaining what he had learned of a Danzo sending each of them the letters they had received about Naruto dying along with his parents that night. If the crushed arm rests of the chairs were anything to go by, Tsunade was pissed and even Shizune looked ready to go back and kill the old mummy.

"Calm down Tsunade. I know you are upset but you have to think about this with a clear head. You can't do something that you may regret later." Jiraiya said.

"Trust me I won't regret anything. I am going to go back to Konoha and kill that mummified bastard and make up for the time I wasn't there for him. Minato and Kushina named me his godmother and I was never there when he needed me." Tsunade explained.

"Shizune please help me out here. She can't go in and kill one of the elders of the village." Jiraiya said hoping Tsunade's apprentice would help him but his hopes were soon crushed.

"I am sorry Jiraiya-sama, but I am with Tsunade-sama on this one. Kushina was like an older sister to me. She always looked out for me and was always there if I needed her. I was really looking forward to being there for Naruto-kun like Kushina was for me. Danzo screwed that up and I agree with Tsunade-sama." Shizune explained.

"Why can't you two realize that there is no proof that he did anything yet? I have my spies inside root trying to find any proof that exists. I was just as angry as you two when I found out that he was still alive and that Danzo was behind it. You two can't do anything yet." Jiraiya explained.

"Watch me Jiraiya. Nothing will stop me from killing that bastard." Tsunade explained. She stood to go check on Naruto until she heard a voice behind her.

"Pervy sage is right baa-chan, you can't do anything yet."

(A few minutes earlier)

Naruto slowly started to wake. He could feel the soreness from where the kunai had impacted with his body. He slowly opened his eyes to adjust to the light of wherever he was at. Finally opening his eyes, he saw Ino and Kiba sitting in two chairs in the corner of the room talking. He felt a weight on his chest and looked down to see Akamaru. He reached up and started petting the dog causing the dog to let out a happy bark and alert the other two ninja in the room.

"Are you alright Naru-kun?" Ino asked as soon as she was at his side.

"I'm fine Ino-chan. Just a little sore but nothing major. Tsunade and Kurama took care of my injuries." Naruto replied. As soon as he said that Ino moved forward and wrapped him in a hug.

"I am so sorry Naruto-kun. I never meant to hit you." Ino said with fresh tears streaming down her faceas she looked at her boyfriend.

Naruto looked up and saw Kiba looking at the two of them. "She has been like this ever since you two fought Itachi. Ever since Tsunade-sama said we could come to the room, she hasn't left." Kiba said.

"Come on Hime, I'm fine. It wasn't your fault. No one could have known that he was going to switch places with me, so there is no reason for you to be crying and stain that beautiful face of yours." Naruto said with his fox like grin. Naruto leaned in and gave Ino a kiss on her lips that she quickly returned.

"Ugh, you two make me sick. Come on, let's go see if the others are still in the lobby." Kiba said as he put Akamaru in his jacket before helping Naruto stand up. Naruto put his shirt on and the three ninja and one dog made their way to the lobby.

They made it to the bottom of the stairs and found the three people they were looking for. Ino went to call out to them but was stopped by Naruto. He made a motion to keep quiet and stood there and listened. He was surprised to find that another of the legendary sannin was his godparent. He and Kurama both felt their anger boil when they heard that Danzo was once again a part of him not having too many people there that cared for him. He saw his godmother stand to leave and decided to make himself known.

"Pervy sage is right baa-chan, you can't do anything yet." Naruto said causing the three to look at him.

"Naruto, you shouldn't be moving yet." Tsunade said as she moved toward him.

"I'm fine thanks to you and Kurama." Naruto said with a small smile.

"So you made friends with the fox just like your mother did. How long have you three been standing here?" Tsunade asked.

"Long enough to know that that you are my godmother and Shizune-nee always wanted to be like a big sister." Naruto said.

Shizune got up and walked over and gave Naruto a small hug. "You look just like your father Naruto-kun. Why don't you want us doing anything?"

"Because I just found you two, Shizune-nee. Danzo will pay but sensei is right, you can't go and do anything without some type of proof. Let's just head back to Konoha so we can get jiji healed up." Naruto said with a smile.

"We may be able to take out the snake and his lap dog before heading back to the village." Tsunade said getting questioning looks from the others except Shizune. "We ran into Orochimaru and Kabuto this morning. Orochimaru wants me to join Oto and take down the leaf. He said he could bring back Dan and Nawaki if I sided with him. He said he would give me time to think it over and I am supposed to meet with him tomorrow evening. He won't be expecting you four there. Me and Jiraiya can handle Orochimaru and Shizune and you three should be more than enough of a match for Kabuto." Tsunade explained.

Jiraiya looked at the three genin he had come with. He saw the determination in their eyes and knew they agreed. He gave Tsunade a nod before the group of ninja went upstairs to go over a plan.

Tsunade walked down one of the few roads in Tanzaku town to a clearing about a mile from the town itself. She could sense the chakra signatures of the five ninja behind her following her to the meeting place with her old teammate. After making it outside the town, she took to the trees and quickly headed for the meeting place wanting to get this over with quickly. A few minutes later and she landed in a large open clearing across from Orochimaru and Kabuto.

"I'm glad you willing showed up Tsunade. It would have been a pain to have to come and look for you. Have you decided on an answer yet?" Orochimaru asked.

"Yeah I have. I won't be joining you anytime soon Orochimaru. I have things in the leaf village I have to take care of, and none of it involves you." Tsunade explained.

"That's very unfortunate Tsunade. Get her Kabuto." Orochimaru said as Kabuto stepped forward with glowing hands.

"Do you really think your little lap dog will be a match for me?" Tsunade asked.

"Even if I am not a match for you, it is still two against one here." Kabuto stated with a smirk.

Tsunade let a smirk grace her face as well as she drew a kunai Naruto had given her. "You both are morons if you think I am here alone." She said as she threw the kunai at Kabuto. Kabuto drew a kunai to deflect the one Tsunade threw but was stopped by a flash of light. In that flash of light Naruto appeared and kicked Kabuto in the jaw sending him rolling back towards Orochimaru. The other four ninja quickly dropped from the trees and surrounded the two former leaf ninja.

"Kabuto, handle the genin and Shizune. Leave Jiraiya and Tsunade to me." Orochimaru said as he ran towards his ex-teammates.

"That kick packed quite a punch Naruto. It actually stung a little bit, let me repay you for it." Kabuto said.

Naruto threw a smoke bomb between him and his teammates and Kabuto. He made a setoff hand signs and nodded at Kiba before sinking into the ground. Kiba made a quick set of hand signs as well and his hands and Akamaru's paws caught on fire. They took off running toward the smoke cloud before they started spinning through the air.

"Fang passing fang!" Kabuto heard shouted before two large fire tornados came spinning through the smoke cloud at him. He went to jump away but couldn't as two hands popped out of the ground and held him in place. Before he could do anything, Kiba and Akamaru slammed into him and sent him flying backwards and Naruto came up out of the ground.

Kabuto slowly stood up and started to heal himself. "It will take a lot more than that to stop me." Kabuto said as he finished healing himself only to see Naruto and his teammates smirking at him. Kabuto sensed someone behind him and quickly jumped away but still ended up getting hit with the senbon launched from Shizune. He pulled the senbon from his skin and saw the poison dripping from the tips. He could already feel it taking effect and knew he had to end this quickly.

He turned around with a kunai in hand as Shizune ran at him and struck out at her. She let out a scream of pain as Kabuto slashed deeply across her stomach before kicking her away. Kiba and Akamaru ran at Kabuto before they started spinning again trying to take him out as Naruto and Ino ran through a set of hand signs. Kabuto kept dodging the shinobi and ninken duo until they both just suddenly stopped.

"Water style: raging current." Naruto said as he blew out a stream of water from his mouth. The jutsu hit Kabuto head on and pushed him back against a tree. "Lighting style: electromagnetic murder." Ino thrust her hands forward as lightning shot from her finger tips and followed the stream of water from Naruto's jutsu. The lightning hit Kabuto and he let out a scream of pain before falling into unconsciousness.

The three genin ran over to Shizune to see if she was alright. They saw her sitting up and healing herself and was glad to see she was alright. Naruto looked over at the other three ninja and saw each of them with their summons. He saw the toad and slug trying to strike the snake with no luck. Naruto ran towards the fight and jumped up next to his godfather.

"What are you doing Naruto?" Jiraiya asked as he saw Naruto bite his thumb before making a set of hand signs.

"Just thought I would help a bit." He replied before jumping into the air and throwing his hand out. "Summoning jutsu." Naruto shouted as a large puff of smoke surrounded him. There was a loud thud and as soon as the smoke disappeared, everyone saw Naruto standing on top of a large eight tailed, purple fox. When Gamabunta and Katsuyu saw the large fox, they were surprised and Manda was pissed.

"Lady Ahri, it has been sometime since you have been seen. It is good to see you once again." The large slug spoke getting confused looks from the ninja.

"What gives Bunta? You all know each other or something?" Jiraiya asked.

"The four of us were friends before power went to Manda's head. Ahri left after that and no one knew what happened to her. Rumors had it that she mated with the kyuubi but no one could ever verify it." The toad spoke.

"The rumors were true Bunta, I did settle down with the kyuubi. I spent the last few years looking for him but found out he was sealed away again inside the kit here." Ahri spoke before looking toward Manda and letting out a low growl.

"You are out matched here Orochimaru. I know when I have no chance at victory and with the mate of the kyuubi here, there is no chance." Manda said before vanishing in a puff of smoke.

Before anyone else could do anything, Orochimaru shunshined to Kabuto and disappeared. The summoners thanked their summons before they too disappeared in puffs of smoke.

"Let's get some rest then we will head back to the leaf village tomorrow morning." Tsunade said getting nods from the others.

Here's chapter 15. It's a bit shorter than the others but that is because of a good reason. Starting next chapter will be the start of one maybe two of my own arcs that I have thought of for this story. Hopefully the next chapter will be up within two weeks as long as everything goes well.
