By the time Usagi was almost back in the dungeons after having sent the letter off with Moonlight and having had a call with the outers, she heard voices yelling from the entrance to the common room. In alarm, she hurried down the stairs in hopes of stopping whatever fight was likely to happen. As she got closer, the voices were easier for her to determine the owners.

"What do you mean you don't know where she is?!" George's voice floated to her ears, sounding frantic, "Aren't one of you supposed to be with her at all times?"

"Exactly what I said. She should've been back by now," Draco replied in annoyance. Rikki, who had been badly startled by George, who at first thought her to be Usagi from behind, stood behind Draco a little terrified; and slightly glaring at the much older Gryffindor.

"So why aren't you with her?" George asked.

"I'm right here, George. I'm okay," Usagi stopped a bit behind George. She smiled softly.

At the sound of her voice, George turned to look at her, "Sereā€¦" He walked over to her and pulled her into a tight hug, nuzzling her hair.

"I'm fine George. Completely unharmed," Usagi hugged him reassuringly and gently kissed his cheek before mouthing an apology over his shoulder to Rikki and Draco. Rikki smiled and nodded her head before grabbing hold of Draco's robe and dragging him out of the common room. Allowing the two some privacy. "What made you think I wasn't alright?"

"There were rumors in Diagon. Of someone in Slytherin being hurt...and I remembered Harry and Lellian's talk of Pansy at the burrow over the holidays...and how Pansy was a threat to you...and I worried," George explained. "Especially with no real details on who the student was past the house." He pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead, "So I rushed here to the castle, a shortcut through Zonko's in Hogsmeade. I had to know...had to be sure that you were safe, had to see you."

"Well as you can see, I'm perfectly safe. The student who was harmed was Pansy," Usagi explained.

George nodded and pulled back a bit looking in her eyes, "You understand why I didn't feel I could wait for owl post from you?"

"I understand. Even though I did just get back from sending you a letter," She giggled.

George smiled and gently kissed her forehead, "Well I thank you for thinking of me quickly. Clearly we need a faster way of communication so I'm not always rushing here to check on you."

"I think I can help with that," Luna made herself known from her spot by the window looking to the Black Lake, the cat clearly feeling safe to talk since they were alone. She made a gesture to a communicator watch similar to those the senshi and Draco all had that was sitting right by her.

Usagi smiled as she pulled George over to Luna and the watch, "Awesome Luna." She gently picked up the watch and giggled as she took a good look at the cover, which sported a crescent moon and a jester's hat.

George looked over Usagi's shoulder at the watch and even he chuckled when he noticed the cover, "A nice nod to the silver millennium." He gently took it from Usagi and slipped it in place around his wrist. "And it could easily have been a gift from Sere."

"Can't get too much faster and discreet a method than that," Usagi grinned and hugged Luna. "Thanks Luna."

"Yeah, thanks Luna," George acknowledged before looking back to Usagi. "I better get going before the other Slytherins show up. I'm already a lion in the snake pit." He chuckled and gave her a brief kiss. "Stay safe Princess." He murmured in her ear before heading out of the common room to make his way back to the passage to Hogsmeade.

Usagi smiled and watched him head out of the common room before scooping Luna up and heading on to the girls' dorm, "I wish I would be able to breathe easy in regards to Pansy. But I doubt she'll be down for too long especially with Uncle Sev having a hand in healing her."

"Probably not. But when she recovers, you'll need to be even more on guard." Luna spoke.

"Unfortunately." Usagi grumbled. "Maybe Uncle Sev will have managed to get something out of her about her plans by tomorrow. She normally casts silencing charms before bed."
