I Do Not Own Inuyasha

A Few Years Later…

Sesshomaru sat with Shishinki feeling extremely smug as he looked over at the Onigumos. Getting Rin's father arrested had been easy a little too easy if you asked him. But then again conmen while damn near impossible to grab because they liked to disappear. Still he had ensnared Ungai making him think that there'd be a pay off if he stuck around; sure enough the asshole had fallen for it. Sesshomaru had also scared off Kohaku which was rather like scaring off a roach; easy. But to snare the Onigumos; who were his business enemies and apparently had targeted his mate and wife and mother of his pups would suffer for their attack on her.

Feeling smug he sat there with his business partner Shishinki as the Onigumos paled while they read over the terms of his buy out. It had taken damn near three years but he had done it. He had slowly bought out CEO stocks of the company and slowly insinuated himself into the board anonymously as he took over the Onigumo's company and called the authorities for the embezalling he had discovered causing them to be under investigation for several months now. And now they were ousted and being arrested; Rin's demand that he not do something irrational and dangerous and illegal. Though he had so desired to run the Onigumos through with his claws.

"What is this!?" Naruko roared finally. Sesshomaru looked to Shishinki who smirked.

"Sesshomaru isn't there a birthday party you have to attend?"

"Hn," Sesshomaru replied knowing this was all a part of the plan.

"You'd better go, I'll explain this to the Onigumos, Rin would skin me alive if I kept you at the office. His mate's really scary when she's mad," Shishinki said with a mischievous smirk. "Tell Rin I'll be there in a few hours, can't miss my nephews' and niece's birthday party."

"Hn," he left then and smirked when he heard the shouting behind him. Sometimes a bit of patience was all one needed to get the revenge they desired.

Now he drove home to his pack pleased at having finally disarming the last major threat to his pack. Pulling into the drive way he was greeted by the normal sight of his three pups chasing each other and being chased by Inuyasha and Kagome, Rin was talking with his mother who had insisted on being and involved with her grandpups. Ichiro growled as he leapt into a ball of light while Ayumu rolled on the ground and shifted forms and Kokoro dove into Inuyasha. Sesshomaru smiled a bit as he got out of the car and walked towards his daughter and half-brother.

Rin smiled at him when he walked in with his daughter, he kissed her brow shot his mother a curious look as his toddler daughter squirmed and grabbed her grandmother's Meido stone. They would never understand his daughter's obsession with the stone. He walked with Kokoro towards the kitchen. She giggled with delight when he set her down. None of his pups had spoken yet but according to his mother he hadn't spoken until he was five and had been enrolled in school; and then he spoken perfectly so he didn't worry about his pups. They read and wrote just fine and had an odd telepathic form of communication when they started glowing and invaded your mind.

Rin walked in then, she smiled at him as she hopped onto the countered for Kokoro to crawl onto her lap. She hugged her daughter and bit her lip, he was waiting patiently for her to tell him what he had figured out the same night of their anniversary.

"So, I took about five tests today," Rin started, he nodded as he made his wife her sandwich. He was still waiting patiently. "It seems that we need to call Dr. Tsukuyomaru again, five positives," Rin smiled.

He kissed her rather than say anything as he already knew. He didn't mention the Onigumos, and he didn't tell her about anything as they decided to enjoy their day with their family and friends. Kagome and Inuyasha had fun as they teased the ookami kids with his pups as their reinforcements. Shishinki walked in only to be tackled by five pups all eagerly demanding attention. Rin laughed, he just smirked and felt content with everything going on with his life at this moment.

"Hello again, Rin, Sesshomaru," Rin smiled a bit at Dr. Tsukuyomaru. Over the last few years she had grown close to the doctor; he had asked to be her attending physician. She hadn't minded, he didn't make her uncomfortable.

"Hey, again," Rin sighed. She smiled weakly then. It had been a week since the birthday party and she was dying inside from anxiety. She didn't know how to feel about being pregnant again but she figured it was better now rather than never. And she was also curious to know about her pregnancy also. It was strange but she was more excited about this pregnancy versus the last. And she was slightly nervous to be pregnant again.

"Lay, back, relax, this will all be over before you know it." Dr. Tsukuyomaru said with a smile.

"Because the last one went so quickly," Rin grumbled. Why was it that she now really, really, really had to go pee? Again? Why did this happen every appointment?

The appointment went smoothly but she and Sesshomaru left feeling…stunned. Yep, stunned as her husband loaded her up in their car and started home. Neither of them said a single word as they drove home. It was then that Rin felt like strangling her inuyōkai lover, bastard! When this was over he was never touching her again! Never, never, never, never! She would not be so stupid a third time.

"Rin," she glared at that voice.

"You jerk! You are never touching me again after this pregnancy!" she snapped with her arms folded firmly against her body.

"Not my fault," he defended himself with that standered but it wasn't flying with her. What were the human odds of this!?

"Sesshomaru! A human does not get pregnant with three kids twice in a row, the odds are not possible!" she snapped as they looked at the ultra sound picture again. There were three distinct little beans in there and she was ten weeks along. Her mate would suffer her wrath after this!

"Oh boy," Sesshomaru and she sighed in unison, they were going to be busy parents.

"Well, at least nine of those possible thirty-six weeks are over but I'm going to get revenge Sesshomaru," she warned as she got out of the car and was greeted by her happy babies. Twenty-seven weeks to go, Kami help her! It was starting all over, again.
