Chapter 5

Next morning, when Elsa and Korra were training in water bending, Chief Unalaq had arrived to Korra's parents house with a squad of soldiers. "Hello Uncle, is something wrong?" asked the Avatar.

"Korra, I need to talk to your parents," spoke Unalaq as his niece went to get her parents.

"Hello brother," spoke Tonraq as he exited his house. Senna followed him.

"Tonraq and Senna, you are under arrest for conspiracy against the Northern Water Tribe," spoke Unalaq as he had his men handcuff two people.

"Uncle, there has been a mistake," spoke Korra

"Korra, I understand that this is a sensitive topic for you, but yesterday a group of Southern Water Tribe bandits attacked me. I managed to escape, and my guards helped to defeat the intruders, but I later learned that you were behind the attack," spoke Unalaq as one of the guards led the two people in a Satomobile.

"Dad, Mom, I will do what I can to help you," spoke Korra as her parents smiled.

"Actually, they are not the only people here who should be punished. Elsa, you are under arrest," spoke Unalaq as the rest of the guards prepared to subdue the Queen.

"Under arrest? You just fully confirmed my suspicions, Unalaq. First, I am the leader of another country, and not a member of your Tribe, which makes me immune from your charges of treason. Besides that, I also did not attack your forces, so I had not declared war on your country either," spoke Elsa as she took a combat stance.

"Nonsense Elsa, you are one of my subjects, and you answer to me. Men, arrest her," spoke Unalaq as his guards began fighting Elsa.

Elsa managed to dodge all of their attacks.

"Do you seriously not realize that ice cannot hurt me?" Elsa shook her head, and then moved her hand, instantly creating ice that encompassed all the soldiers in ice, leaving only their heads free, so that they could breath.

"I know that you can thaw them, but by the time that happens, I will be long gone," spoke Elsa as she created an ice plank underneath her, which she then used to slide away at high speed from the scene.

Korra was unsure what to do. Her new friend clearly despised her Uncle. With her thoughts, Korra sighed and went to see her other friends.

"Guys, how are you?" began Korra when she noticed that Bolin was wearing a betrothal necklace, "It is usually the guy who gives a betrothal necklace,"

"Thanks for all your suggestions. I told Eska how I felt, and she decided that we should get married!" exclaimed Bolin

"Hold on, this Eska is abusive and treats you horribly. She is worse than Hans!" spoke Anna in outrage.

"I always thought that you should always run away from crazy ex girlfriends," spoke Varrick, although no one saw him.

"Varrick? Is that you?" asked Asami, "Where are you?"

"Where do you think?" spoke Varrick as he opened the mouth of the bear, and looked from inside of it.

"What are you doing here?" questioned Bolin

"What do you think? Hiding from evil Unalaq," replied Varrick, "Listen, I know how you are feeling, especially you Avatar Korra. I have a plan,"

The bear lifted its tail and a stack of money notes fell on the floor, "Listen closely, this is what we are going to do," spoke Varrick but before he could continue, the doors opened again, and everyone saw that Elsa entered the room.

"Anna, we must leave. Now. This evil man is trying to get me arrested without a cause," spoke Elsa, looking at her sister.

"But I don't want to leave without my friends," protested Anna

"I know. We are all leaving. Anyone has a plan?" asked Elsa

"Well, I have a boat," proposed Varrick

"Excellent, we will it to leave South Pole. Piece of advice Korra, metal breaks easily if it encounters a rapidly cooling body," smiled Elsa as Korra nodded in understanding.

"But what about my parents? We need to rescue them," spoke Korra

"Don't worry, you and I will rescue them, while the rest of you go to the yacht, where we will meet up," spoke Elsa.

The group split. Korra and Elsa disguised themselves, so that they would not be attacked on the street and went to the courthouse, where the trial was taking place.

"So given all this evidence, Tonraq and Senna are sentenced to the death penalty, spoke the judge.

"I object," spoke Korra as she stormed the courthouse, and ran towards her Uncle, "Uncle, can you do anything? Please don't do this,"

"Very well," spoke Unalaq as he spoke with the judge, who gave life sentences to Korra's parents instead.

"I object as well. Esteemed people in this court, I am Queen Elsa of Arendale. Recently this monster attacked and enslaved my people. He also pursuit the mockery of justice by trying to arrest me, a foreign head of state," spoke Elsa as everyone looked at her.

The guards tried to attack her, but Elsa nonchalantly froze the guards. "I despise the treatment this so called Chief is doing to you all. I promise that I will make sure that justice will be served, preferably by peaceful diplomatic means, and that this new Water bending Ozai would face justice. As a ruler of a nation, I also extend full diplomatic immunity to Avatar Korra, and her parents," spoke Elsa as she sent ice at the handcuffs that held Korra's parents and freed them.

"This is not over," spoke Unalaq

"Indeed it is not. We will speak again," spoke Elsa as she then looked at the judge who presided over the trial.

Elsa and Korra then left the courthouse with Korra's parents. The two young women managed to defeat all soldiers that were trying to arrest them before the group arrived at the vessel.

"Elsa, you are unharmed," spoke Anna as she happily jumped in to the air.

"Don't worry Anna, I don't think these people ever seen a Snow Queen. Granted the Avatar is more powerful than me but," spoke Elsa as Anna hugged her.

Varrick and Asami piloted the ship, while Bolin was helping with navigation, "Korra, we need to break the blockade," spoke Asami

"On it," replied Korra, as she looked at Elsa, "Ready?"

Elsa nodded and the two Water benders faced the metal ships that were in front of them. Korra entered the Avatar State, while Elsa concentrated on her ice powers. While Korra managed to create a large tidal wave that pushed the ships away from each other, Elsa sent ice that upon impact created holes in the ships, which began sinking. The two co pilots saw this and increased the speed of the vessel, which then promptly exited the harbor. The ship was finally free; it was heading towards the Republic City.

A/N: Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff's presence in the Republic City during the events of book two would create some differences from canon. Also, since Elsa is Queen, she knows quite a bit about law. Next chapter, the group would arrive to Republic City, and work on various projects how to deal with this international incident. I plan for Elsa to also make her own mover, albeit a more serious one than Varrick's ones.
