Karin's plan was perfect. It absolutely could not fail. They had to stop at this hotel due to a severe blizzard and they'd be there for a few days, including Christmas. And to Karin, that meant the perfect chance to make Sasuke hers. The best way to do that, of course, was to get him to kiss her. Which was why she had some mistletoe she was planning to hang up in front Sasuke's door.
But she couldn't get caught doing it, especially not by that Suigetsu. He just loved to ruin her plans to win Sasuke's heart and she was not about to let that happen tonight on Christmas Eve. No, she wouldn't let anything stop her from getting Sasuke. She sighed dreamily, clutching the mistletoe to her chest. Time to go hang it up~
She pranced out of her room to the one two doors down. Standing on her toes, she tied the little plant above the door, blushing as she thought of the kiss that was sure to come.
"Oh Sasuke-kun!" She cooed.
"What?" he asked, poking his head out of the door across the hall.
"S-Sasuke-kun wh-what are…are…" She stuttered. He rose and eyebrow and went back into the room. She was sure this was Sasuke's room; she'd watched his go in it earlier. Then to her horror, the door opened to reveal Suigetsu.
"What are you doing out here making so much noise for?"
"I-I none of your business!" she snapped, blushing. 'Just as long as he doesn't look up I'm- '
"Oh look, mistletoe." A smirk spread across his face as he took note of Karin's flustered expression.
"Were you trying to get Sasuke to-"
"No! Of course not, idiot!"
"Well, that's good," she didn't have time to think before he pulled her close against him. Reaching a hand up, he cupped her cheek and began to lean forward. She knew this was wrong, she loved Sasuke. She should be screaming and shoving him away. Yet she found herself also leaning forward until their lips almost met.
"Cause I wanted to kiss you," he pressed his lips to hers, his hands moving down to her waist pulling her closer. Karin felt her heart flutter and she wrapped her arms around his neck. Then suddenly, he pulled, throwing her off balance slightly.
"Merry Christmas," he said with a grin before going back into his room. She brought a hand to her lips, still to shocked to do anything more than stand there.
"Merry Christmas," she whispered, a small smile spreading across her face.
Merry Christmas! I hope you liked it and please review if you want, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for reading! ^_^
