Oh yes, I have returned once again with a new update and here's the twenty-seventh chapter of "Akame no Taizai". Anyways, thank you guys so much once again for your reviews and support of this Akame ga Kill x Nanatsu no Taizai story so far even though it was quite way long overdue to update here in this story to be perfectly honest. Oh well, better late than never.

Now that Nanatsu no Taizai manga has officially ended its course with the upcoming sequel titled "Four Knights of the Apocalypse", I'm gonna have to wait for the Season 4 of Nanatsu no Taizai anime that is coming out on October 2020 whether if it's gonna be improved or not. Shame that it's Studio DEEN handling it like they poorly did with Season 3 despite some few moments of improvement after A-1 Pictures had dumped the anime series due to suffering the box office bomb of "Prisoners of the Sky" movie that I've heard. :(

The Nanatsu no Taizai movie wasn't that bad and is actually fun to watch. Plus the Six Knights of Black gave me interesting new ideas like how their Demon Marks are colored red than jet black that stood them out which is similarly like Akame's post-Trump Card appearance. Heck, I might even plan to try adapt the movie into this crossover in the future. :)

And yes, I will stop with the excessive fourth wall breaks as pointed out by slocklin94 in his review. I'd admit that it gets a bit overdone and I should get back on focusing on the story more than make such gags that overstayed their welcome here. Especially when things get a little darker and more serious.

Chapter 27

Four members of the Seven Deadly Sins, the former Imperial General, Cain Barzard of Danafor and Alyssa of the Jaegers have observed the attackers comprised of Marmas, Guila, Jericho and the unnamed Holy Knight, and Wild Hunt; and their unlikely allies comprised of the Jaegers who were all on their manta ray mounts in the sky and dropping off into the ground, ready for battle.

"That equipment of the Jaegers and the so-called Wild Hunt... They're Sacred Treasures. As for Guila and the others, they're better equipped alright but fortunately not at the same level of Sacred Treasures.", the King in his fat human form grimly observed.

Cain remarked with his eyes rolling, "Oh what I could give to get my old armor and whip back so I could show those youngsters what a real Holy Knight is after bringing them down to earth from their high horses. You can literally feel the smug levels from some of our opponents we are facing excluding the Jaegers of course."

After scaring off the remaining audience with Hawk holding Elizabeth in the background, Ban smirked as he cracked his neck eagerly, "Really? Well, I can't waaait to steal them aaaall!"

Najenda scoffed as she readied her Battle Smasher to combat mode, "Sacred Treasures my ass. They are definitely Teigus alright and this is not gonna be an easy battle especially with the fleeing civilians. Then again, this takes me back in the good old days of Night Raid. I hope Akame comes back from her little contemplation and gives us a hand here."

"Don't worry, Najenda. Akame will be back with us faster before you can even see her coming. There's no way in hell that she won't sense this many presences appearing in Byzel at once.", Diane reassured with determination as she cracked her knuckles for a beatdown and her shrunken body is slowly returning back to her normal Giant size.

Meliodas noted with a serious look on his face after observing their new opponents, "Yup, they are going to be incomparable to the old Guila and Yosniv back at the Capital of the Dead. What's more, there's a dozen of them. Your fellow Jaegers are going to kill Wild Hunt right?"

A scowling Alyssa with her twin katanas she sheathed back nodded, "As soon as Wild Hunt predictably targets the civilians be it on a crossfire with you guys in battle or intentional malice during the chaos in the warzone, my friends will have the excuse needed to kill them on spot. But if any of you Sins encounter those pieces of shit, give them no quarter and kill them all without mercy. Britannia is far much better off without those irredeemable bastards."

"Alright then! Here's the plan! Everyone, let's split up for now. Me and Ban are going to engage the Holy Knights! Diane, go get Gideon whenever you get the chance!", the Dragon's Sin of Wrath with a serious look on his face gave out his orders for his fellow Sins before turning to the others. "King, Alyssa, Cain and Najenda! Evacuate every single civilian far away from here! This is gonna be a splash zone you know!"

"Roger that!", the Sins and their allies complied and were about to head off to different directions.

"RRRRROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHHHH!"

A giant bellow of a raging beast with a massive release of malevolent power of two origins had echoed across Byzel and prompted everyone especially the Seven Deadly Sins and their allies, and their enemies who heard it within range cover their ears in shock and disorientation. It even destroyed the windows of the villagers' houses too as well.

"What the hell is going on?!", King asked as he used his Chastiefol's pillow form to block out the roar.

"That wasn't me I swear! Pugo! Pugo!", Hawk defended himself while protecting a shrunken Elizabeth from the shout.

"This power... No.. It can't be...", Meliodas muttered in surprise and familiarity with his hands on his ears.

"Is there a monster living in Byzel we didn't know about that the Holy Knights accidentally pissed it off?!", Diane wondered as she tried to block out the noise.

"Awwwowwww! My ears are busted hereeee!", Ban exclaimed with his ears bleeding but thanks to immortality, that will heal back later on.

"Is it one of the Holy Knights from the task force using this power in an attempt to disorient us before they attack?", Najenda asked while covering her ears.

Alyssa replied as she covered hers too as well, "Nope, there is no one among the Holy Knights I know of who could possess such ability to make this sound that terrifying!"

Protecting his hearing, Cain recognized such sound before, "Wait a minute... that roar sounds like the Mountain God from Ordan I've heard echoing about during my travels..."

Out of nowhere, something or rather someone big and terrifying made a surprise superhero-esque landing with a huge explosion of dust and debris nearby the Great Byzel Rock and when the smoke cleared, it is a huge spiky armored man with a half broken horned helmet who then roared at the top of his lungs towards the heavens for all to hear him loud and clear.

"GOWTHER HATE HOLY KNIGHTS! HOLY KNIGHTS RUINED GOWTHER'S LIFE! SO GOWTHER KILL THEM ALL! GOWTHER SMAAAASSSHHHH!"

The so-called "Gowther" charged with the speed of a raging bull and caused the ground beneath his feet to crack and explode violently despite his bulky form and charged at the Holy Knights and also Wild Hunt being assembled in one place after their deployment on foot. Catching them off guard in a blink of an eye before they even react to his sudden appearance, the Armored Giant raised both fists and smashed the ground so hard that he sent almost everyone in the entire task force flying in all directions in Byzel and crashed into the villagers' houses or on the ground.

Although one died from "Gowther's" attack directly, and it's Champ of Wild Hunt.

The dark skinned pedophile serial killer clown squealed in fear and terror like a dirty diseased normal pig very fittingly and unceremoniously popped like a bloody messy balloon after being brutally smashed into the ground like a massive hammer slamming on a fat nail.

Oh well, that's one member of Wild Hunt down and more to go.

However, others like Guila, the unknown hooded Holy Knight, and Llenna, Aerdna, and Gregor had managed to react and dodge in time from the large purple armored giant. Then they are now forced to defend themselves from "Gowther" with everything they got and things in Byzel had gotten completely derailed and out of control as a result.

Out of 13 members of the Joint Strike Force, only 5 members have managed to evade the Armored Giant's charge and are currently engaged in battle with him.

After witnessing the unexpected appearance of seemingly one of their own members attacking their enemies, Meliodas and his fellow Sins are shocked when they recognized a fellow member whose wanted poster is the most accurate and indistinguishable back at the Boar Hat and watched "Gowther" engaging the task force like a savage beast than man.

"Captain, that's Gowther!", the Grizzly's Sin of Sloth jaw dropped.

"That dangerous giant man in the armor, he is one of your comrades right?", the former Imperial General asked, both amazed and terrified at the armored being of his inhuman strength she had seen.

The Serpent's Sin of Envy nodded and replied, "Yup, he is the Goat's Sin of Lust, Gowther. Although we never really saw Gowther outside of his armor all the time 10 years ago. However, I didn't expect him to be this openly aggressive."

"Kahahahahahaha! What an unexpected surprissseee! It looks like the big old geezer was in Byzel all this time. Hiding himself right under noses huh Cap'nnnn?", the Fox's Sin of Greed remarked with a grin.

"Something is wrong. The Gowther we know of did not act like a rampaging berserker attacking with reckless abandon although he avoided Guila for some reason. He is always the type who fights at long range and calmly strategizes the best ways to win against opponents with Invasion yet he did not use his power and instead fights in close-range like a savage.", the Dragon's Sin of Wrath observed the purple armored being's rampage with the four other remaining task force members trying not to get themselves killed and that he ignored the female New Generation Holy Knight.

The Flame Barzard speculated from his own certain point of view, "From what I can see, it looked like Sir Gowther had snapped to cause such unexpected rampage... Which is perhaps due to being hunted down by the Holy Knights of Liones thanks to his distinctly recognizable appearance in the wanted poster for a decade... And with their recent appearance, it must have been the last straw for him when he was hiding here in Byzel. I mean 10 years can change a lot for anyone... Although I have no idea why he avoided that young lady over there. Perhaps they had a history together I guess."

"Is Lord Gowther going to be alright?", the third princess of Liones said in concern after overhearing Cain's theory that the Sins finds it quite skeptical and almost ridiculous to believe it themselves as they knew the Goat's Sin of Lust after all.

"Maybe Gowther had a bad case of diarrhea he held inside the armor and took it out on those Holy Knight schmucks. Pugo! Pugo!", the talking pig joked, trying to lighten up the mood.

"Okay, we're changing the subject until this is over. So do we still stick to the plan, Captain Meliodas?", the redhead Jaeger Holy Knight asked with a serious question, formally addressing him by his rank on his name.

Nodding with serious look of his own and resolve, the captain of the Seven Deadly Sins replied. "Yup, it's still the same. That you, King, Cain and Najenda will have to evacuate everyone far away from Byzel and come back here to help us as soon as possible and keep the Holy Knights off our backs. While Diane gets her Gideon back before catching up with me, Ban and also Akame when she rendezvous with us to stop Gowther and bring him back to his senses."

Meliodas added with a finishing touch, "Law #4 of the Seven Deadly Sins: If a friend is in crisis, everybody needs to use all of his or her power to help."

Najenda commented with a smirk, "Now that's a kind of law I would approve there, Meliodas."

Everyone agreed and parted ways as quickly as if they disappeared in a flash, leaving Meliodas alone with Elizabeth and Hawk.

After they have departed away from the Great Byzel Rock, the Dragon's Sin of Wrath turned to his closest companions left and told them, "Hawk, Elizabeth, make sure you stay hidden! But don't stray too far, or you might get attacked and be done for! Can you do that for me?"

"Alrighty then, ya pig bastard! Pugo! Pugo! Leave it to Lord Hawk of the Knights of Scraps! Don't lose your purse on your way to kick their asses for me! Pugo! Pugo!", the talking pig complied before he sped as quickly as his hooves can carry him with a slowly growing Elizabeth to safety.

The blond boy playfully retorted with a mischievious smile and a bit of mock Irish accent, "It's a satchel, Hawk! Ni-shi-shi-shi!"

"Be careful, Lord Meliodas...", the third princess muttered while being escorted to safety by Hawk after seeing the Seven Deadly Sins captain finally moving towards the raging battlefield.

Nearby outside the cave entrance of Byzel mountain earlier

On the other hand, after exiting the caves of the mountain, Akame and Gowther saw their friends splitting up in quick speed and left the Great Byzel Rock to do battle with the Holy Knights and Wild Hunt while Dale merely glanced at Guila, the real one all grown up and a Holy Knight from a distance after she and the strike force made their landing drop.

"Guila...", the Armored Giant mutters in sadness and joy to see his beloved daughter again and she is all grown up similarly like Akame whom he mistook her for. But those emotions then turn into pure rage upon seeing the other Holy Knights as Dale clenched his armored fists dangerously, remembering how they had hunted him down like a dog and that is unforgivable. "Holy... Knights..."

"It appears that Captain and the rest of our comrades are planning to engage the enemy strike force separately and they intend to confront them at different fronts.", the Goat's Sin of Lust emotionlessly commented as he sees them discussing with each other.

While the Owl's Sin of Vanity made a head count of their opponents she and her comrades are going to battle against them, "Indeed, we are facing an enemy strike force comprising of over 2 Holy Knights, 2 New Generation, and 5 members of Wild Hunt themselves. Given the odds set against us and our allies, Byzel is going to end up destroyed at this rate here."

Gowther emotionlessly noted with his glasses adjusted and pointed at the Jaegers, "I understand the situation but it seemed that you seem to have missed another group among our enemy, Akame. Comprised of 4 Holy Knights apparently wielding weapons that of Sacred Treasures like ours."

Akame shook her head, correcting her fellow Sin in order to avoid unwanted misunderstandings in the future. "It's because those are our allies on our side, Gowther. The Jaegers. They also wield the Sacred Treasures like us and are led by Esdeath, one of the Three Great Holy Knights in the kingdom. And they are pretending to be our enemy for now because they are on a mission to eliminate Wild Hunt, their actual target, behind their backs."

"Ah, I see. That is certainly an interesting information you have provided me there. Thank you for explaining this to me.", the emotionless young man commented as he finds it fascinating especially when he used Invasion on the young woman, who just rolled her eyes at him, in order to understand the situation and exposition more clearly.

Taking a look at the fleeing townsfolk of Byzel running from the devastating warzone on their homes caused by Guila's little greeting to the legendary group of knights and knowing that it was about to become a splash zone very soon when the inevitable clash happens, Akame decides to take initiative as the Red-Eyed Killer Knight unsheathed her Murasame and exerted her Night Raider's demonic shadowy aura.

"What are you planning to do?", the emotionless young man asked his fellow Sin with a tilt on his head on the left while being completely unaware of the Armored Giant who is looking like he was about to snap.

Akame was about to use a certain technique of her Night Raider but was unfortunately interrupted by Dale bellowing with killing intent greater than before that she had sensed. "March of the-"

"RRRRROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHHHH!"

Dale had let out a huge release of his demonic and Holy Knight power within the armor sensed by the Sins of Vanity and Lust, before he made a huge leap in the air and landed nearby the Great Byzel Rock. That is where the Armored Giant bellowingly expressed his hate for the Holy Knights and his intentions to kill them all before charging at the invaders who did not see him coming and were scattered as a result.

"Dale, what the hell are you doing?! No, please! STOP IT!", Akame shouted in shock and horror that the father of Guila went on a rampage and attacked the Holy Knights even though his daughter could end up in danger from his sudden assault.

Gowther analyzed the situation before him and explained emotionlessly, "It appears that Dale has gone on a rampage and attacked the enemy force, including our supposed allies among them. I cannot blame him for this kind of reaction. From what I can discern from what's left of his memories as a human with Invasion before I sealed him away inside the armor, Dale was hunted down by the Holy Knights when he fled the kingdom after losing control of the powers of a Demon granted to him by Great Holy Knight Hendrickson and now he sees them as a threat to be eliminated."

Deciding to ask more the Goat's Sin of Lust about that interesting tidbit of information later which would be useful in the future for the Seven Deadly Sins and their allies, the Owl's Sin of Vanity said as she sheathed back her Murasame and blitzed off ahead first. "Come on, Gowther! We need to stop Dale before he ends up hurting our comrades or the civilians!"

"I agree, Akame. If the Seven Deadly Sins, the Armored Giant, and the 3 groups of Holy Knights and this Wild Hunt were to escalate a free for all battle out of control here, the village of Byzel will suffer total collateral damage even if the civilians evacuate on time and no doubt, will be annihilated from the face of the map in Britannia. So we will subdue Dale, calm him down or knock him out and then take him away from the battlefield.", the Goat's Sin of Lust emotionlessly observed the chaotic situation caused by Dale as he followed after her.

Akame recited with a smile, "Yeah, Law #4 of the Seven Deadly Sins: If a friend is in crisis, everybody needs to use all of his or her power to help. Dale is our friend and let's go help him!"

"That is logical course of action by invoking one of the Seven Laws of the Seven Deadly Sins. Wahahahaha!", Gowther emotionlessly agreed with a striking pose and sparkly stars.

And so, the Sins of Vanity and Lust are on their way as fast as they can to meet up with Meliodas, Ban and King in order to save Dale before he causes more harm than good, and stop from possibly making things worse.

Meanwhile on the raging battlefield in Byzel

Amidst the burning and destroyed village of Byzel that was thankfully evacuated with the surviving civilians fleeing from the warzone helped by Alyssa, Cain and Najenda including Taizoo who carried the children away to safety while King checked for any stragglers and rescued Love Helm on time, the remainder of the Joint Strike Force have been forced on the defensive against the Armored Giant whom they believed him to be the Goat's Sin of Lust and had to dodge his wild attacks or else end up getting smashed or sent flying like what happened to the others earlier.

But for some reason to them, "Gowther" specifically avoided Guila and simply focused on the other Holy Knights to attack on instead, showing that there is some form of sentience or intelligence within the rampaging armored purple giant which she took advantage by peppering him with her Explosion attacks of her lance.

Thankfully the Enchanted Armor on the Armored Giant created by Boar's Sin of Glutonny, Merlin was made of stronger enchanted steel, the same material used for the Lion's Sin of Pride, Escanor's armor that grow by day and noon, and shrink by night with him, to be more than durable enough to tank those attacks as the mutated Holy Knight ignored Guila's firepower and continued his berserk assault on the Holy Knights.

"Is the Goat's Sin of Lust, Gowther ignoring me on purpose?", the female New Generation Holy Knight irritably wondered, feeling insulted at the large armored being is not paying her attention at all or not responding to any of her blows she threw at him even though each of those Shot Bombs from her power are not something to be easily trifled with.

"Maybe he thinks you're not a threat to him or he is probably saving you for last when he's done with us! Spike Whip Slashes!", Aerdna snarked as she tried whipping the Armored Giant with her Wild Tamer in multiple lashes and sliced up the ground around the target, however the latter caught her Teigu with his large armored arm before he grabbed Aerdna and threw her aside like a ragdoll as she was smashed through the villagers' homes and sustained injuries.

"Pulverizing Double Punch!" Gregor blitzed in front of "Gowther" and used his Grand Impact to powerfully punch his opponent with his two fists directly in the stomach, forcing the bigger opponent to temporarily buckle and let go of his fellow Jaeger. "Dammit, we did not expect another Sin revealed to be hiding here in Byzel of all places and our presences had drew him out into battle! I thought there will be five members of the Seven Deadly Sins we're supposed to face in this mission!", he said before throwing another punch to collide with the Armored Giant's right armored fist before they exchanged rapid fire fisticuffs with each other which caused series of huge shockwaves that continually shattered the ground they stand on.

Thanks to him, he scattered Wild Hunt across Byzel and we'll never get our chance of killing them! There is still hope of salvaging the situation back in our favor somehow., Gregor thought as he struggled to stand his ground and then got punched directly in the stomach by "Gowther's" left armored fist that sent him flying and crashing through multiple houses that were thankfully vacant from the evacuations.

"Guess the reports are faulty and in serious need of correction back at the capital when this is over! Lady Great Holy Knight is gonna have another headache with more new paperwork unfortunately. Power Shot Arrow!", Llenna remarked as she fired a focused magical arrow shot from her Luxaurea at the supposed Goat's Sin of Lust but the latter swiped it away with a mighty backhand that caused a powerful shockwave as a result, blowing away his opponents.

At least one member of Wild Hunt got killed by Gowther when he made the first move on us out of nowhere in Byzel. Hah! It seemed ironic that the pedophile fat clown who lusted after little children he raped and killed got smashed brutally into a bloodstained pulp by the Goat's Sin of Lust in one blow. Good riddance and good job., she thought upon glancing at the bloody remains of Champ with an amused smile before dodging from the gigantic being's smash strike and kept a safe distance away from him.

"If you don't take me seriously,... then I'll make you take me seriously, Gowther!", Guila shouted as she emitted several flares, with stop midway before reaching the opponent. The Armored Giant seemed confused for a moment and his long horn of his helmet had touched one of the flares unintentionally that caused them to explode, triggering the rest to also detonate.

All explosions together result in a gigantic one that completely engulfed the Armored Giant in a cage of infernos he was trapped into.

"Chain Explosion!", the daughter of Dale exclaimed the name of her Explosion spell whose effects can be seen across Byzel.

When the smoke of the massive explosive clears away, "Gowther" remained unharmed after crossing his arms in defense from such devastating explosions. He then turned away from Guila to confront the hooded Holy Knight who got his attention with blast of black fog attack and was about to use more of his power on him much to the female New Generation's frustration.

Dammit! After that attack, it had no effect on Gowther! He must be on a different level compared to his fellow Sins! Worse, he is still ignoring me but why?!, Guila thought.

"Rising Tornado!", a powerful tornado twister had appeared underneath the Armored Giant that trapped him inside it, surprising the combatants of a newcomer.

Turning around at the source behind such attack, Guila and her fellow Holy Knights see Howzer fully dressed in his own full plate armor and wielding a spiraled lance with a small spur on the other end.

"Sir Platinum Holy Knight, thank you for the assistance. I apologize for the late introduction but I am Guila.", she said in relief while in her thought. The sooner we finish this, the better we go after the three objectives assigned by Lord Great Holy Knight Hendrickson: Meliodas, the princess and the broken sword. Unless Jericho and the others have already covered that after recovering from Gowther's surprise attack.

Howzer tells her as he kept up his twister with all of his might on the Armored Giant before him, "No problem there! The name's Howzer by the way! Man, I never expected the Seven Deadly Sins to have already found Gowther in Byzel somehow underneath the noses of me, Alyssa and Griamore during the festival... And now they unleashed him as their vanguard on you guys while they may be planning an ambush on us or the fleeing civilians! Gotta admit, these criminals are far craftier than I thought!"

So Alyssa is here and my guess is that she's with the Seven Deadly Sins after making contact. At least they know that we are their allies now even though it's not yet time to reveal it such yet..., Llenna thought after removing the debris where her sister is stuck on.

"Yes, they somehow knew we were coming and had planned one step ahead of us by having found the Goat's Sin of Lust as their reinforcement. Never knew someone like Gowther would be this ridiculously tough to beat. He must be one hell of a tank! But no matter... Because sooner or later, he will be the first to fall by my power Death and the Sins will follow especially the eighth who made me what I am... Consigned to their eternal damnation to the Underworld. So says Jack the Reaper...", finally spoke a mysterious cloaked Holy Knight with a concealed hood and wore a mix of robes and armor as he generates a black fog from his body.

Ever since Jack was the only survivor of the Red-Eyed Killer Knight's attack on the supply depot, he's obsessed with death and revenge and joined the order as an Apprentice Holy Knight where he became part of the New Generation before we could snatch him from Hendrickson's grasp with such foul power he awakened... Plus he became more of an unpleasant jerk like most of the so-called Reactors too as well... Aerdna thought before called out after she was helped up from the by Llenna and thanked her for it, "Just don't accidentally kill us and cause friendly fire with that stupid-ass power of yours, Jack-ass!"

"Gowther" within the tornado twister tried to break free from the windy prison by punching it but the wind barrier prevented him from doing it as it pushed his armored fist back. "Gowther smash puny Holy Knights!... Gowther break stupid tornado!", he angrily muttered of being trapped inside Howzer's attack and kept trying to break out of it to no avail.

"Guila, I have an idea to bring Gowther down or at least weaken him enough to be finished off! You need to pour all of your power into my twister!", the Platinum-ranked Holy Knight yelled as he thought of an idea that came to him.

Complying if it means taking down the apparent large member of the Seven Deadly Sins, the female New Generation Holy Knight aimed her lance at the tornado and fired a chain of explosive flares into it. "Shot Bomb!"

It resulted into creating a fiery tornado twister filled with multiple exploding flares that ignited high in the sky and the Armored Giant is struck by the full force of the two Holy Knights' powers working together as one and shouted.

"Combined Technique: Bomb Cyclone!"

"KEEP FIRING UNTIL YOU'VE GOT NOTHING LEFT!", Howzer shouted with all of his Tempest power.

"AAAAAAGH!", Guila did what he said and exerted as much Explosion power as she can exert until the target is down for the count.

Llenna, Aerdna and Jack can only cover their eyes from the intensity of the exploding tornado twister and can hear "Gowther" bellowing in pain and agony from the unlikely duo's combined powers.

On the other side of Byzel

While the destructive battle ensues on the background, the slowly growing Diane is heading towards the location of her Sacred Treasure, Gideon near the Great Byzel Rock that is crumbling and slowly collapsing thanks to the previous fights of the now interrupted Byzel Fight Festival. Except she found it missing and apparently nowhere to be found much to her dismay.

"It's... not here... Gi-...Gideon isn't here! Where did it go?!", she wonders in great panic and worry of losing the giant weapon. "Not here, not here, not here, not here! My Gideon isn't here! Maybe the Holy Knights hid it somewhere but they are too busy trying to fight a very angry Gowther... AAAAAAHHH! What should I do?"

"BUGO! BUGO!", the Serpent's Sin of Envy heard a certain voice and turned around to see Hawk's Mother carrying her original clothes and is standing behind her.

"Ooh! Hawk Mama, you've got my clothes too! Thank you, I- wait, what are you doing?!" Diane said in surprise when she sees the giant green pig carrying the Boar Hat drop her clothing into the deep abyss below. "What's the big idea Hawk Mama?! You're supposed to give those clothes back to me when I'm about to get back into my Giant self again!", she said angrily.

"BUGO! BUGO!", Hawk's Mother simply said in response, pointing Diane at the abyss with her pig nose.

"You mean come down there and get them myself? Fine, but you owe me big time for this!", the brunette Giantess huffed with an anime tick mark on her head before jumping in to get her clothes and once she returns to her normal size, she will have to keep looking for her missing Sacred Treasure.

Satisified, the mother of Hawk then simply watched and observed the ongoing battle in Byzel.

Moving to the next scene is where Hawk and Elizabeth are running themselves into safety away from the fighting. The talking pig found refuge within the remains of the house and hid the slowly growing third princess before turning around to act as a shield for his friend. "Pugo! Pugo! I don't care if I become grilled bacon... or pork kabob... Pugo! Pugo! I don't care! Even if all that's left of me is my pig feet, this time, I'll protect Elizabeth no matter what! Pugo! Pugo!", he declared his determination and resolve.

"I won't let you do that!", the silver haired girl protested much to Hawk's confusion before she reassured him with a smile. "We're all going to get through this together! Okay?"

Touched and moved to tears, Hawk sniffed happily. "Elizabeth!..."

Little did the two know, Veronica and Griamore are searching for Elizabeth in the middle of battle in the now burning Byzel and had to traverse through the warzone carefully without getting get caught in the middle of the crossfire.

"Tch! This is far earlier than we have planned! They got started even though we haven't found Ellie yet... How dare they?!", the second princess of Liones said with a frown and readies her sword. "Let's go Griamore! We have to find Ellie and protect her."

The gladiator-themed Holy Knight complied, readying his weapon. "Understood!"

On the other hand, Akame and Gowther are on their way to meet up with their captain, Ban and King so that they can reassure the three that the emotionless young man is the real Goat's Sin of Lust and then come up with the plan to subdue or knock out Dale and also rescue him too as well from the Holy Knights to prevent the father of Guila of getting captured or killed.

Especially when the Sins of Vanity and Lust can see a very tall exploding tornado and sense the Armored Giant in danger.

Suddenly after immediately sensing a killing intent coming her way, Akame quickly unsheathed Murasame to block the blitz attack from Jericho about to slash her long sword on her on time. It caused a powerful shockwave on the ground between clashing swords on a blade lock although the Owl's Sin of Vanity was pushed back with a small trench she made on the ground after being almost caught off guard.

She nonverbally motioned her fellow Sin to keep going and that she will catch up after dealing with the obstacle.

Nodding in understanding after looking into Akame's thoughts via Invasion, Gowther kept running towards the destination unimpeded until he reaches Dale or encounters another enemy getting in his way.

After all, time is of the essence.

"I've waited a long time for this, Owl's Sin of Vanity, Akame... Once I'm done with you, Ban is next.", the lavender haired New Generation Holy Knight said with a cold serene smile.

She had recovered from the sudden surprise attack by "Gowther" that scattered her and the members of the Joint Strike Force flying over Byzel and found the one she was looking for, although Jericho ignored the real Gowther who went on his way, as she displayed her jet black eyes in front of the eighth member of the Seven Deadly Sins.

"Have we met before? Because you need to get in line and it's a very looong one to be honest.", the Red-Eyed Killer Knight indifferently asked in response with a right tilt on her head before kicking Jericho a few meters away and kept her guard up.

Re-assuming her balance on the ground and swordsmanship stance, the former apprentice of the deceased Friesia declared, "I'm Jericho. The Apprentice Holy Knight of Lady Friesia back at Baste Dungeon... You cut her and Lord Ruin down mercilessly even though they cannot fight anymore. I barely escaped from your blade and swore to avenge them. Do you remember now?"

The Owl's Sin of Vanity did remember that young female knight who tried to defend the two remaining Weird Fangs before eliminating Ruin and Friesia but she could care less if Jericho is here for revenge. Honestly, she had lost count how many individuals have sworn revenge against her for eliminating her targets. And then Ban offhandedly mentioned about some crossdressing Apprentice Holy Knight being the one who gave him an impromptu haircut during his escape from Baste Dungeon.

Whatever Ban did to her must be freaking hilarious considering his thieving and mischievous nature., she inwardly mused with a barely concealed attempt to not laugh which was noticed by the former Apprentice Holy Knight.

"Are you laughing at me, Akame? Well, you won't be laughing anymore when I am through you because the Seven Deadly Sins are no match for us Reactors.", Jericho arrogantly boasted upon drawing her blade, and then performed a rapid series of sword slashes on Akame with immense speed. "Godspeed Cross Slash!", she shouted.

Unfortunately for the female New Generation member, the former Imperial Assassin had rapidly blocked and parried all of Jericho's so-called Godspeed slashes with her Murasame, diverting the latter's attack away from her to the ground that was neatly sliced and diced.

Akame gave her opponent a very unimpressed look on her face after that. "Is that it? Your attacks are somewhat impressive from someone else's perspective but to me, they're too slow and quite too predictable that even a blind man can see it. In terms of skill and experience, you're just a complete amateur to the professional.", she bluntly stated.

She also added in her thought, And I have no time entertaining this blowhard idiot not when innocent lives are at risk here and Dale needs to be saved before it's too late. Maybe Ban could do it to her for shits and giggles but I'm not taking any chances. It's clear that this Jericho may be skilled and had gotten stronger as a New Generation but not as experienced and tactical as Guila back in the Capital of the Dead and she prefers slashing her opponents with overwhelming speed and brute force in a foolish notion of defeating the enemy who is far more skilled and experienced than her. How disappointing. Better end this quickly in one strike.

Gritting her teeth in rage at the woman's indifferent expression and uncaring red eyes, Jericho sneered. "You're looking down on me aren't you? I'll teach you not to underestimate me! YOUR HEAD IS MINE! Godspeed Bonecrusher!", Jericho dashed towards Akame to perform such dangerous-sounding technique with her weapon again but only struck down her afterimage instead.

Too little, too late for Jericho who looked up upon sensing her target was right above her, Akame threw a large shadow-coated haymaker strike above the lavender haired woman as hard as she can. "Shadow Iron Fist!", she exclaimed.

Struck by Akame's close range attack, Jericho got powerfully punched hard into the ground quite very destructively into a huge web-like crater, followed by a big explosion of dust and shadows. When the smoke, shadow and debris have been cleared away, a downed and unconscious Jericho was shown in her crater with her body curled together and her armor broken into pieces.

Apparently, she did The Yamcha Pose which it is humiliating, hilarious and hilariously humiliating.

Departing away from her defeated opponent as she did not have time to check if whether Jericho is dead or alive, the Owl's Sin of Vanity immediately turned herself into shadow and waded across the burning battlefield of Byzel...

Author's Note: Whew, the twenty-seventh chapter of "Akame no Taizai" has ended and oh boy, Dale the Armored Giant went on a rampage and attacked the task force from Liones which caught them and the Sins and their allies off guard, and they all mistakenly assumed that he is Gowther (except Akame and the real Gowther). Now chaos has ensued on Byzel with the Sins are on their way to snap "Gowther" back to his senses and also dealing with the other enemies in the battlefield too as well.

Unfortunately, thanks to Dale's rampage, Wild Hunt were scattered around Byzel while Champ is the first one to immediately bite the dust (good riddance!) and it had derailed the Jaegers' plan to kill them like a monkey wrench. Oh well, the situation will be salvaged by either the Seven Deadly Sins like Meliodas, King and Ban or their allies or even the Holy Knights running into them sooner or later too as well since no one likes Wild Hunt.

Plus, Marmas got scattered too as well and as a result he would not be there to attack Diane. Sames goes for Howzer who had showed up to help his fellow Holy Knights try to take out "Gowther" instead of facing the Serpent's Sin of Envy. So Diane is free to look for her Sacred Treasure, Gideon and retrieve it back into her hands while growing back to normal size.

As for Jack the Reaper, he is from Chapter 5 mentioned to be the only survivor of Akame's supply depot raid, and his appearance is based on one of the cool designs of the Holy Knights (the hooded armored Holy Knight) shown among the crowd of Holy Knights during Dreyfus' war speech in Liones castle, and his power "Death" is from one of Helbram's powers he borrowed from an unknown Holy Knight via Link in the Kingdom Infiltration arc.

Merlin: "I once turned Akame into a little girl like I did to Captain, Diane, Ban and Escanor as part of my de-aging magical experiment on them 10 years ago... Only King and Gowther in his Enchanted Armor are unaffected and remained the same though for different reasons. And Akame is the cutest of the bunch she almost reminds me of myself at her age! The good times when I can just spoil and cuddle her all I want... *eye twitching* unlike how my father dearest treated me a long time ago."

Q2: If King's Disaster can exaggerate any thing to lethal extremes, what will happen if he uses it on any thing inflicted by Murasame's poison that is already extremely fatal to begin with.

A2: Disaster can possibly accelerate the Murasame's affliction on the victim's body which kills them much faster before they could try to cut off their limbs to stop the flow or use their powers like Demon Mark powers to nullify it or Ark's Invigorate for example to expel it off their bodies.

Quite a deadly combo for the former Imperial Assassin and the Fairy King in the Seven Deadly Sins.

Q3: Will you give us any hints on how who exactly beat some sense into Esdeath post-revival?

A3: Yeah, that will take a certain someone who should be stronger than Esdeath and can relate with her that they used to be like her or could have been like her in the past before they wised up with help of their friends and became a better person in order to show her it's never too late to own up her mistakes and they can help her turn a new leaf for the better.

Q4: Will there be a secret member of the Ten Commandments to counter Akame?

A4: Not really, Grayroad the Commandment of Pacifism is more than enough to deter Akame from trying to assassinate any of the Ten Commandments if she's willing to risk get affected and lose her life as Dogget of the Pleiades of the Azure Sky can attest to that.

Even then, the elite warriors of the Demon Clan are too damn powerful for her to handle them although she can possibly affect their hearts with Murasame which means the Owl's Sin of Vanity is gonna have to take new levels of badass like the rest of her fellow Sins involving training, getting a power up and growing stronger.

As for the concept of a secret member, well I guess Chandler and Cusack kinda counts since they were more than enough to fill in the nine vacant spots of the Ten Commandments.

Q5: To Akame again, If you could have one wish that could make anything happen, what would it be?

A5: Akame: "Well, I am already content with my new life as the eighth member of the Seven Deadly Sins in Britannia but for now, my one wish is to help Kurome reunite with Wave after returning to the Empire and they deserve each other.

... And I am guilty for the Sin of Vanity for the futility* of believing that there was no third option* to choose a long time ago."

*In the Oxford English dictionary, vanity originally means "futility" before it later changed to "excessive belief in one's own abilities", making it similar with pride. Q6: Also while you keep Cain in the story, is he just going to go with Alyssa but not before he leaves Elizabeth a gift to give to Meliodas?

A6: Yes, Cain will give the sword of Liz of Danafor to Elizabeth so she will give it to Meliodas after the battle of Byzel, and he will go with Alyssa back to Liones capital and meet up with Lady Great Holy Knight Esdeath to officially join the Jaegers faction of the Holy Knights.

Q7: There is also plenty of White Magic in Britannia that can restore body parts with incredible ease, is Najenda going to use any of that to fix something she doesn't have later?

A7: Najenda would be amazed that such power from the Druids and/or Goddesses was possible in Britannia although I am not so sure if it can possibly bring back her lost eye and arm upon being healed since she lost them to Esdeath a long time ago unless I am proven wrong.
