Ben and Rook were doing their usual patrol in Undertown, when they found an unconscious girl in an ally. "Rook help me get her into the truck." Ben said grabbing the by her arms. "Okay, but what if she wakes up?" Rook asked. "We'll put her down and explain that we found her unconscious and was trying to help her into the truck to take her a hospital." Ben said. Rook sighed and grabbed the girl by her legs. As Ben and Rook put her in the truck, her appearance chanced into a Celestialsapien. "What, an Alien X?" Ben asked confused on her transformation. "What is a Celestialsapien be doing here?" Rook asked. "I don't know, let's take her to headquarters." Ben said to Rook. Rook drove them to the plumber headquarters to have the girl checked out. Ben started to mess with the Nemetrix. "Ben I don't think that is a good idea." Rook said not taking his eyes off the road. "Well maybe this has answers on what's up with this girl." Ben said. "Doubt it." Rook said nearing the headquarters. "Risena, I will not yield or submit to you." Ben and Rook heard the girl mumble. "Who's Risena?" Ben asked.

They took the girl to the medical part of the base to get checked on, before going to give update to Ben's grandpa what happened. "So boys, what's going on?" Ben's grandpa asked. "Well, Undertown isn't under any alien harm or any harm. But Rook and I found a human girl, well we thought she was human, anyway she turned into a Celestialsapien." Ben said. "She also mumbled that she wouldn't yield or submit to someone named Risena." Rook added. "Magister Tennyson, the Celestialsapien that Ben and Rook brought turned into a Splixson." Said a plumber. "What, did she have an Omnitrix?" Ben's grandpa asked. The plumber shook his head. Then all of a sudden a Splixson ran to a balcony. "What's going on?" Ben asked. "We don't know she just woke up and ran off." A medic said. The Splixson then turned into a Necrofriggian and went to fly off, but screamed and fell. Rook caught it. The Necrofriggian turned into the girl Ben and Rook found earlier. "What is her name and could she be a creation of Azmuth?" Ben asked. "What about my father and name is Naomi." The girl said slowly waking up in Rook's arms and starts blushing finding where she was.

"Hey, why are you blushing?" Rook asked. "N-no reason." Naomi said scrambling out of Rook's arms and straightening her plain white dress. "Naomi, what trouble have you gotten yourself into this time?" everyone heard someone ask. They turned and saw a Galvan. "Azmuth?" Ben asked. "I had to get out of the hospital you put me in, after my bio matrix got screwed up after the Omnitrix was finished." Naomi said. "I'm sorry my girl." Azmuth said to Naomi who was thinking about her time in the hospital. "Hey are you oka-" Rook began to ask. "Do you know the torture Risena put me through? The horror? I was surprised that I found the strength to get out of there." Naomi said with fear in her voice. "Who's Risena?" Ben asked. "A nightmare." Naomi said slightly shaking. "Risena is an Ectonurite that was put in a special hospital ward designed with alien technology so he wouldn't escape. He is very dangerous." Ben's grandpa said. "And for 7 years I was stuck in that ward." Naomi said slightly raising her voice. "Why were you in there?" Rook asked her. "The alien tech was designed to keep Ectonurite DNA in that ward. The week after the doctors stop my bio matrix collapsing on itself, I wandered there." Naomi said. "How did you escape?" Azmuth asked. "I destroyed the Ectonurite DNA inside my body." Naomi told them.
