BIG ROMAN, LITTLE DEAN?

(The start of his chapter was an idea based off of SMACKDOWN 8/09/2016)

Bray Wyatt was giving Dean a hard time and challenging him to a match. Dolph suddenly decided to come out and eyed Dean but kept walking. He went right into the ring to give Bray Wyatt and Erick Rowen a piece of his mind. He was over his head and quickly regretted his decision. Dean was hesitant but realized he couldn't leave his "little cousin" so he quickly joined in. It didn't end well for either Dolph or Dean.

After the match, backstage…

Dolph and Dean were met by Hunter and Vickie. Seth was with Hunter as Stephanie was helping Roman with a listening ear. Vickie checked Dolph all over for any injuries that may need immediate attention. Hunter did the same for Dean.

"Mooommm, I'm just a little hurt but I'm fine, okay." Dolph complained as he tried to push Vickie away from him.

"Little boy, just wait until daddy is finished with commentary. What were you thinking? What if Dean didn't help you?"

Dolph sighed, "Mom, come on I just had to do it."

"You just had to fight two men practically twice your size and by yourself for what? What possible reason could you have?"

"Mom, please, can't we just drop it?"

Hunter stepped in, "absolutely not, what possessed you to do something like that?"

Dolph flickered his eyes over to Seth then back at Hunter, "I just had to prove I wasn't a baby okay."

"Who cal…" Hunter stopped then looked over at his youngest son. "Seth, you wouldn't by chance have anything to do with Dolph feeling like he needed to prove something would you?" He asked with a raise of his eyebrow.

"Whhhaaaa, nooooo, I don't know what you're talking about. I think I hear mom calling me."

"No, you definitely don't hear mom calling and I want to know what you told Dolph. Don't lie to me little boy, it will only make it worse for you."

Seth threw his head back from annoyance then back and looked directly at his father, "fiiiiiiiiinnne, I mmmaaaayyy have been teasing him a little."

"Why would you do that? Feeling emotionally safe here is one of our top priorities Seth, you know this. Why would you make Dolph feel bad on purpose?"

Seth tried to ignore the question and turned away.

"No Seth, answer me now, right now."

"I was mad." Seth mumbled.

"Look up at me and speak clearly, last warning Seth." Hunter instructed sternly.

Seth whimpered a bit as he looked up and bounced on his heels like a small child fidgeting.

"I was mad cuz I wanted to go out a little bit after the show this Friday; mom said I could if Dean went. I asked Dolph if he wanted to join and he asked his mom and she said no."

"Okay…and?" Hunter encouraged.

"Aaannnd so I was mad cuz I felt she said no cuz he is like a super baby. Dolph said he wasn't and I disagreed and soooo yeah, that's when he walked out and into the ring and did what he did."

Hunter sighed, "Is that true Dolph?"

Dolph crossed his arms and looked over at Hunter bashfully, "Yes sir, it's true."

Vickie too sighed, "Do you really think you have to prove that you aren't a baby? I know I may baby you in private, but sweetie, out in the ring, I know you're not."

Dolph turned away, "I don't wanna talk about it."

By this time the show was over and Michael Cole found his way in the back to Dolph and his wife.

"Nicholas Ryan Cole, what in the hell were you thinking!? You are an amazing wrestler but you don't just go and jump in the ring with two guys twice your size in weight and experience! I have every mind to take you to the nearest bathroom and spank you good for that stunt you just pulled." Michael said sternly. At this point of the evening Dolph was just upset and testing his parents. He simply shrugged and rolled his eyes. Michael Cole looked at his son for a moment, he knew he could be testy but he isn't usually this bold about it.

"Alright, apparently it's what you need." Michael said to Dolph then turned to Vickie. "We will meet you at the car as soon as possible."

Vickie let out another sigh as she hated for her baby to be punished. She knew though he was clearly in need of discipline. "Alright, take all the time you need, I have plenty of emails to go through."

Vickie headed out as Michael grabbed hold of Dolph's upper arm. He turned and looked over. "Dean, thank you for helping out Nick, I, for one, very much appreciate it. Just a few days ago you helped out Tyler and now Nick. You better be careful or you're going to lose your "bad boy" rep." Michael smirked softly.

Dean felt himself becoming a little shy. Hunter smiled, "I think we all know Dean is a good boy. The WWE universe truly has no idea who the real Dean really is."

Michael nodded and continued back onto his original destination with his naughty son. Dolph started to finally realize what he had gotten himself into.

"Wait, dad, I'm sorry. I didn't mean it. Please."

"Too bad, you know better than to test me. Clearly, you need a good reminder."

Hunter looks at his own two boys, "Come on you two, you need to hit the showers, and Seth, you and I are going to have a nice long conversation about your actions tonight before bed."

Seth whined and pleaded with his father all the way back to the locker room. Dean was simply feeling tired and kept to himself. The three didn't get all the way to the locker before Hunter had lost his patience with his whiniest child. He stopped cold in his tracks.

"Seth, that's it. I told you three times already to stop." Hunter said firmly as he picked Seth up a bit off his feet and landed five really hard swats on Seth's perfectly round shaped bottom. He placed him back down on the ground and Seth instantly rubbed his bottom.

"OOOwwwwwww I'm sorry. You didn't hafta do that." He complained with a pouty bottom lip.

"No? I told you three times to stop and you didn't. You left me no choice little boy. Now behave yourself or you're going to end up with more than one big spanking tonight." Hunter replied with a stern quirk of his right eyebrow.

Hunter and Stephanie were riding to the next city with their three boys. It was a three hour car ride. Seth was already resting on Hunter's shoulder; Roman was playing a game on his phone while Dean was feeling really fidgety and bouncing his knee as softly as he could so not to disturb anyone. Roman of course noticed.

"Dean, stop being so squirmy before I punch you." Roman said in his big brother tone.

Dean jerked his head from the window and instantly over to his brother. "Did that lame threat just come from my BIG brother Roman?"

"Duuuhhh, I'm sitting right here." Roman smirked as he was never serious with his threat. He simply wanted it to be known that little Roman had been put to rest for a bit.

Dean was more than excited that his big brother was back. It meant he no longer had to take on the role of the eldest.

"So you're really feeling cool? Like, you don't need to be little Ro a bit longer or anything?"

"Honest, I'll be good for a while. I'm certain. Are you feeling okay though? Anything you need from me?"

"Yeah, ummm switch seats so I can sit by mommy."

"Mommy? Ohhhhh." Roman said as he instantly realized Dean needed to just be vulnerable and small for a bit. He got up and Dean practically jumped over. He had zero hesitation about spreading out and resting his head on Stephanie's lap. He did his best to get comfortable but something was missing. He was too tired, too emotionally drained to pin point exactly what he needed. Stephanie knew though. She looked over at Hunter and smiled as she pulled something out of her big tote bag and handed it to Dean.

"BLANKY! Thank you mommy, you're the bestest." Dean said so sweetly and in less than a minute he was sound asleep.

Roman smirked and found himself to be a really lucky guy. Not only did he have a wonderful set of parents but his brother sacrificed his own needs until Roman was ready. He looked at him and over at Stephanie, gave her a sweet smile then went back to his game. Stephanie stroked Dean's hair softly as Hunter looked over and found Seth sleeping as well. It was a moment he knew he would treasure until his last breath.

To my beautiful, amazing readers: I realize that a zillion things have happened in WWE over the past year. I have had a lot of things going on in my life that took me away from writing. Mostly my divorce. My ex moved out in December and I'm learning to adjust with a new life. Anyway, I'll be updating my other stories as soon as I can. I am still going through a lot so I can't promise anything quickly. As always, thank you for your support! LOVES! XOXO
