Hellooo my lovelies I'm back with an extremely short epilogue! It's only taken me three months haha, but I finally got bored and decided that maybe I should write one today, just to see what happens with Gibbs.

Gibbs watched from the stairs as Tony walked out of the elevator and to his desk. Something had changed his agent, that was for sure. It seemed different, however, compared to past times he had been captured and saved. The day Tony returned, he had seemed distracted, and a little afraid. He was clearly road weary and Gibbs could see how surreal the office felt to the agent that had been gone so long. That wasn't that part that was bugging him. It was the day after, when Tony came in looking even more tired than before, bloodshot eyes with dark, puffy circles underneath. Did he not manage to sleep that night? Perhaps the situation was simply that after so long away from home, being back felt alien. What tipped Gibbs off was how Tony still acted distracted, but his fear had turned into sadness.
Now, a week later, the untrained eye would presume that the old Tony was back in full force, joking, unchanged. Gibbs' eye was far from untrained, however, and he wondered what the hell was wrong with DiNozzo. He had had enough of all this speculation; it was time for some proof. Gibbs got a tech guy to hack into Tony's building security cameras, before Gibbs kicked the Techie out, sat down, and started looking for answers.
What he found was just…
Tony had met the freaking WINCHESTERS, and he was protecting them! These were the friends who he claimed were "wrongly accused"?! Gunning down innocents in public makes it pretty clear whom to blame.
It still didn't explain how they got to him. How they convinced one of the best agents Gibbs has met. Tony was so adamant about protecting the brothers, and he was certainly no gullible fool. Gibbs gut told him to trust Tony, while his head was screaming "NO", so he did what he always does, and went with his gut.
"DiNozzo!" he called as he left the office where he reviewed the security footage.
"Yes boss?" Tony said, looking up from his desk.
"Come with me."
Tony got up quickly, and walked with Gibbs to the elevator.
Once they started dropping, Gibbs shut the elevator off, dimming the lights and halting the moving box.
Tony looked at his boss expectantly, a little apprehensive.
"So tell me," Gibbs began, "What actually happened with you and the Winchesters?"
