Post DH: Harry looks for Ginny after defeating Voldemort in the Battle of Hogwarts. He finds her injured and takes her to Madam Pomfrey. He learns that she may never be the same and decides he will stop at nothing to help get her back to how she was. Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, Neville/Luna ships. Sorry for vagueness on Ginny's condition but I didn't want to spoil the story.
