Hi! :D

I hear people often have trouble uploading chapters or one-shots on this site, so I've decided to write a little 'How To'-guide to uploading your writings on this site.

Enjoy!

First you go to 'Publish' and click on 'Doc Manager'.

Then you name the file under 'Label' and choose to search the chapter you want to upload or copy/paste it. You click on 'Story' and then 'Submit Document'

Next you go to 'New Story'.

You'll notice that you can't upload a new story yet. That's usually the case when your account isn't older than a day. When it is, you always need to check with 'Rules & Guidelines' first. But you can always click on 'Guidelines' through 'New Story'.

Next you'll have to go down to the end of the page and click on 'Yes, I have read and agreed to the content guidelines', then 'New Story' on the top of the page and voila! You can upload a new story! :D

First page just fill in if it's a Crossover or not and which Category and which fandom. 'Sonic The Hedgehog' is under 'Games'. Continue.

Second page fill in the information that best describes your story and select the Document you want to use as your first chapter. Everything is important, so you can't leave anything open.

And you're done!

If you have another chapter ready to upload, you can just click on 'Edit Story/Add New Chapter' and go to 'Content/Chapters'. There you can click on 'Post New Chapter' to upload the next chapter or click on 'Replace/Update Chapter' to replace one of the chapters that has already been uploaded. You can also change the title of the chapter by clicking under the 'Chapter Title'.

If you don't have the next chapter or replacement chapter ready on the site yet, you'll have to go back to 'Doc Manager' and upload the next file. Then you'll have to go to 'Manage Stories', select the story you want to update and click on 'Content/Chapters' again.

Also, if you want to see if people have left a review, are following the story or have favourited it, you can go to your story in 'Manage Stories'. You'll be able to see it there. You can also check your story out in 'Preview' or you can go to 'Account', 'Settings' and use the Profile URL to look at your own profile. There you can also see your stories and if Someone had reviewed on them, but you can't see if anyone has favourited or followed your story.

And that should be it!
