A/N: Another drabble I wrote while on my grave shift, I hope you enjoy it.

Simple Contact (ONESHOT)

Hisoka saw the hesitation on Tsuzuki's face.

Those large hands gripped his shoulders while those purple eyes stared into his own green pair. For a moment, they were set on his lips before going back to his eyes.

A mental block from Tsuzuki pushed Hisoka away from having to access any of his thoughts. It didn't take a mind reader to assume that the taller man thought about, his eyes gave him away.

Hisoka hoped it was a kiss and not sweets.

After half a year of dating, there were kisses on the cheek and a hug but nothing else. Hisoka was surprised that Tsuzuki had not proceeded on kissing his lips. At times, he noticed the yearning in Tsuzuki's eyes in kissing him but he knew he was respectful of his comfort.

Physical contact was kept at minimum at best.

Honestly, he never expected to gain any sort of friendship, let alone romance in his afterlife. Who knew he had to die before obtaining any of these relationships.

Reaching up his hands to cup Tsuzuki's face, they didn't break eye contact.

"You know," Hisoka started. "You can kiss me any time you want right?"

Tsuzuki's serious face broke into his usual goofy smile. "I was wondering when you would say something, Hisoka."

Hisoka tilted his head up to get a good look at Tsuzuki's face. "You were seriously waiting for me to give the okay after all of these months?"

"Of course," Tsuzuki leaned closer to Hisoka. "I know how to feel about physical stuff so I didn't try anything. Besides, I would have waited a long time before you told me you wanted a kiss. I have seriously good patience."

Hisoka rolled his eyes in amusement. "Tsuzuki, you can barely stand waiting to eat desserts after every meal. I have seen you sneak little nibbles of apple pie whenever we go out to eat and don't tell me that you don't do that."

"When it comes to you, I can be patient. I would have waited for another six months just for you." Tsuzuki grinned as he rubbed Hisoka's shoulders. "So..."

Hisoka's lips quirked up into a small smile. "Sure, go right ahead."

Tsuzuki's eyes lit up as he bent down, Hisoka met him half way as their lips touched.

Tsuzuki pulled Hisoka into a loose embrace while he kept their kiss at only a lip contact level. Their chests touched, heartbeats went faster as they relished in the touch of their lips.

Hisoka melted in Tsuzuki's arms while his hands clenched his trench coat. Maybe he should had told Tsuzuki it was fine to kiss him months ago if it felt this nice. Although, he would had never admitted such a thing early on in their relationship.

He broke the kiss a few moments later, Tsuzuki's grin never left his face. Both of their faces were red.

Hisoka wanted to kiss him again.

The end.
