A/N: Filler chapter that I hope you guys enjoy. I know I've been MIA but. You know how it is. Hope you enjoy this. Gemini is up next.

Kurt stepped into the shower stall and promptly locked the door behind him. It was a relief to be alone in the Big Brother house, if even for a minute. Living with Finn and 14 other people he didn't know before a few weeks ago was taking some getting used to; particularly when it came to sharing the bathroom. But up there with the hardest things about this experience was not getting to lock a door, have any privacy, and flail like a teenage girl when something exciting happened.

Kurt won the golden Power of Veto. That was a huge fucking deal.

Come tomorrow, he'd remove himself from the chopping block and would no longer be at risk of leaving the Big Brother house. At least not this week. Marley would have to put someone else up for eviction, and if they played their cards right, it wouldn't be anyone in Kurt's alliance, the 5-Star Generals.

That was a huge if.

The hot water pelted Kurt's skin and he let out a long breath he wasn't aware he was holding. It felt amazing after all the stress that the past couple days had brought him. He dealt with Blaine coming out, which was scary enough, and then being targeted by Kitty and Marley, and wondering how in the hell he could get out of that predicament. But, the worst of it was over. He'd gotten out of it fair and square. Now, he could coast through the next few days until the next HoH competition and really enjoy being on this show.

Kurt looked up at the camera and took a deep breath, obviously relaxed, wondering if the live feed cameras were focused on him in the shower. He wondered how much the viewers had already seen this season—Sam told the other HouseGuests that he opened the shower door without putting on a towel once so that must've gotten a lot of hits, but that would not be happening with Kurt. Sorry Zigzaggers. Carole would not tolerate his bits and pieces being all over the Internet.

As the water cascaded down his body and he added shampoo to his hair, Kurt began to hum to himself. As he hummed, he wondered if anyone else was still awake. Well, he knew Blaine was for sure—it had taken him several minutes to unpeel himself from the boy's grasp and make his way to the shower. No funny business—just cuddling and talking. That was it. But mostly everyone had retired to their rooms since the backyard was closed until morning. Kurt waited until all of his housemates had taken their showers and gotten out of the way so that he could actually take his time and not feel rushed. A nice, long, hot shower was just what Kurt deserved. Goodness, he didn't even want to think about what it'd be like when he was a Have-Not for the week and have to shower in cold water. Fuck no.

Eventually, his humming turned into singing—the song something by Demi Lovato, and it wasn't long at all before Big Brother gave warning.

Kurt. Please stop singing.

Kurt laughed, turning around in the shower and rinsing the shampoo from his hair. "Sorry, Big Brother. I forgot." He glanced up at the cameras and shrugged. "I should be charging to share my angelic voice anyway."

Voices began to grow louder and louder as they approached the bathroom. Kurt could make out Rachel's voice right away—he'd recognize that voice anywhere. He could sometimes still hear it even when she wasn't talking. That voice was followed by two guys laughing—one of which was definitely Finn, and the other Kurt realized was Blaine as they finally walked into the huge lavatory.

"Hot water," Rachel said, glaring at Kurt and taking a seat on the sofa. "Must be nice."

Kurt grinned and nodded. "It's incredible, honestly. I don't know how I'd live without it."

"Stop teasing," Finn said as he squeezed a dollop of toothpaste onto his toothbrush. Kurt smiled at him under the stream of the water before his eyes moved to Blaine—the young man in nothing but blue pajama pants with little anchors on them, and his zigzag socks. Kurt could feel Blaine's eyes staring back, but did his best to ignore it and focus on whatever Rachel was going on about. Even if they were messing around, he was still completely naked right now, Blaine was still half-dressed, there were two other people in the room, AND this would probably make its way onto television.

"…can't even remember what a hot shower feels like. Or what decent food tastes like," Rachel complained. "The closer we get no longer being Have-Nots, the harder this becomes. I can't take it."

Kurt frowned a bit. He felt sad for them—Rachel, Finn, Mike, and Santana. He felt sad for everyone who'd been a Have-Not ever, and honestly he was dreading the fact that it could happen to him. Hopefully he wouldn't complain so much, though.

"We've made it this far," Finn spoke as clear as he could with a mouth full of toothpaste. Blaine looked away from Kurt and at his teammate, playing with the cuff on his wrist as Finn spit in the sink. "The hardest thing about it for me has been sharing a room with Santana. I'll take slop over her asking me my bra size any day."

Blaine smirked. "I had to grow up with her. Be grateful you're only dealing with a summer."

Kurt smiled as he rinsed himself. Santana didn't seem that bad to him, but about 90% of the house had horror stories.

Finn shrugged. "It'll all be worth it once I win that $500,000."

This elicited an eye roll from Rachel, a cackle from Blaine, and a smirk from Kurt. Finn wiped at his mouth with the sleeve of his shirt before turning to face them.

"You guys laugh now, but come September I will be a half-millionaire! …Well, until the US government collects their portion, of course."

"You're wasting your time even calculating any of it because I'll be the one winning," Blaine said calmly. He sat on the sink and smiled, glancing over to Kurt and sending him a head nod. Kurt was tall enough that his shoulders and above could be seen over the door, and he looked incredible with his body wet like that. "Tell your bro he's ridiculous, Kurt." He looked back at Finn. "I'm using the $500,000 to take your brother on the most expensive date ever recorded in history. We're going to get on a private jet that I will own. That private jet will have a Jacuzzi filled with champagne, and we will arrive in Dubai where—"

"None of that is happening because I'm sending you home next week," Rachel said confidently. Finn laughed as he turned off the water and put his toothbrush back in its case. "I'm getting all of you out, slowly but surely."

"I was having such a peaceful shower before you delusional beings walked in here," Kurt said. He turned the water off, too, and grabbed his towel, wrapping it around his waist as he continued. "Let me tell you what's actually going to happen. I'm going to win. The first thing I'll do when I get my check is take the handsome and gorgeous and beautiful Blaine to McDonald's."

Finn snorted as Blaine smirked, shaking his head.

"I'll be using the rest of my money on the finest of clothes, the most expensive cars, and a college fund for my future children with Chris Hemsworth."

Blaine hopped down off the sink; his eyes scanning Kurt's body as the man stepped out of the shower and into his slippers. Trying not to stare, he licked his lips and looked at Rachel.

"Can you believe how disrespectful he is?"

The girl put her hands up in retreat. "Leave me out of your showmance, boys."

"When I win," Finn cut in. "I'm going to buy a football stadium and have it named after me. And I might take Rachel to Hawaii or somewhere exotic."

Kurt walked over to the bathroom mirror as he ran his fingers through his wet hair. "Ah… so are you two admitting that you're a showmance or…?"

Rachel laughed, her cheeks flushing red. "We're not a showmance. We're just friends in the way that you and Blaine are just friends… right?"

Blaine looked away from Kurt and nodded. "Yup."

Finn rolled his eyes. "Yeah. Okay."

They laughed, and Rachel stood up and did some quick stretching. "I guess it's time for me to get back to my lawn chair…"

Blaine gestured with a head nod. "I'll walk you back there, I guess. I need some sleep before the Veto ceremony in the morning."

The Veto ceremony. That was another thing that threatened to stress Kurt out. Who in the hell would Marley replace him with? Rachel and Blaine said goodnight and walked out of the bathroom as Finn turned to look at his brother.

"I can't believe they let you bring that goop in here."

"If you thought you'd drag me in here without my skincare products, then you have another thing coming Finn Hudson." Kurt stood over the first sink, opening a tube of something another and squeezing it onto his palm. He could see from the mirror's reflection as Finn walked back to the long curved sofa Rachel previously sat at and made himself comfortable.

"What's on your mind, big guy?"

Finn smiled, lying back on the chair and staring up at the colorful ceiling. "Nothing. …Well, I'm kind of wondering what's really going on with you and Blaine. I've been wondering that for a while. But besides that, nothing."

Kurt smiled out of habit. He honestly hadn't meant to, but what the hell? His day turned out to be incredible and apparently hearing Blaine's name made him grin. He was in a good mood. That's what he'd tell the diary room when they asked him why he smiled later on. "Nothing is really going on with Blaine—"

"Look at that shit-eating grin on your face and tell me nothing is going on," Finn added suspiciously.

Kurt laughed as he rubbed some white-colored cream into his cheeks. "Are you for real, Finn?"

His brother gave him a blank stare before eventually nodding.

"Blaine and I are close. We like spending time with one another. What else is there to do in here?"

Finn was skeptical, and Kurt couldn't blame him. He'd been getting hotter and hotter in the cheeks the longer this conversation went on, and he didn't think it was due to the exfoliator. "Stop looking at me like that."

"Have you guys ever kissed?"

Oh, shit. There was the question. Kurt rinsed his hands and looked up at his step-brother through the reflection in the mirror. He could lie to save this from blowing up, but there was no way he was lying to Finn of all people. Finn was the person he trusted most in this house and probably outside of it, too. But Kurt didn't want to make his relationship with Blaine a big deal. The two of them had talked about this; they were each other's person in here. That's all it was.

Still, he had to be honest.

"We may've kissed." He paused, not wanting to look at Finn because then he'd admit that they kissed a lot. "But if you think we're together together, then you're mistaken."

There was silence. Eventually Finn rolled his eyes away and looked elsewhere for a moment, probably gathering his thoughts. Kurt watched his brother stand up and start to head towards the exit. "Well. That's all I needed to hear…"

"Finn… seriously?" Kurt deadpanned. Okay. Maybe that was the reaction he was expecting, but his brother had to know he was making a huge deal out of nothing…

"I've watched all the seasons of this show," Finn began. "Even BB15, which was the ugliest thing ever put on television. I think I know a showmance when I see a showmance, Kurt. You and Blaine… you two are showmantic. We haven't even been in here for a month!"

Kurt turned to look at him, drying his hands on the front of his towel. "First off, don't mention BB15 around me."

Finn smiled at that, and his large arms were folded across his chest as he side-eyed his brother. "Fine. Sorry. I should've given warning for that. But you, Kurt, you're full of crap. If I can't be interested in someone in this house, then you can't either."

"You can be interested in everyone in this house, Finn. Hell, you can be interested in the producers if you wanted to. As long as it doesn't affect your game, and overall OUR game, then I'm fine. That's the key."

His brother's eyes thinned as he looked at him, and Kurt knew he was being judged. But the fact of the matter was, he was still in charge of his own game. Sure, it was fun talking to Blaine, and even making out with Blaine was very nice. He was also great to look at. But at the end of the day, Blaine was just another HouseGuest. Kurt knew he'd always put his and Finn's needs above anything else.

"Remember that you said that when the shit hits the fan, Kurt."

Kurt rolled his eyes and turned back to the sink. He turned the water on and began to rinse his face. There would be no shit hitting any fans or anything like that. Blaine was a young guy, sure, but they were both mature enough to know where they were and that everyone wanted the same goal: $500,000. They were really close friends at most, and anything that happened between them would be a result of the game.

All of this was simply a game.

When he picked his face up from the water, Kurt could see Finn still standing there out the corner of his eyes. He took a deep breath and turned off the water.

"You're worrying yourself over nothing, Finn. Blaine and I are both big boys. You and Rachel… if you want to do whatever, I don't care. Just like I said," he turned to face his brother and sighed. "As long as it doesn't affect us, then who gives a crap? Blaine and I are not getting in the way of us. Understood?"

Finn nodded, deciding to stay quiet. After a while he gestured out of the bathroom with a head nod. "I'm going to get some rest since we'll be up kinda early. You do the same, little bro."

It had been a while since Finn called him that. Kurt smiled and walked towards him, wondering if those watching on livestreams were eating this showmance 'drama' up. "I'll follow you out."

-B-B-

Kurt ended up going to the Rock 'n' Roll bedroom after he was all fresh. He wasn't surprised to see it was pitch black, because his roommate was a bit of an asshole. Before he could feel around for the light switch, there were a pair of hands around his waist and he was being lifted into the air.

"Fuck! Oh my G—Blaine!" he laughed as he fell onto the bed that he was sure belonged to Kitty, but only half of him made it on there. Blaine hopped on top of him—at least Kurt hoped it was Blaine because this person was pretty freaking quiet… and handsy—and pulled him further onto the mattress.

"What are you doing?" He tried to hold back a laugh as he pinched what he believed to be a thigh, and smirked proudly when he heard Blaine yelp. That was confirmation. "Asshole! My towel is going to come off."

Blaine rolled off of him and winced when he bumped his head on the wall. "Ouch."

"That's exactly what you get."

"Do you know how long I stood there waiting for you to walk inside? I almost gave up on my ambush attempts." Blaine sat up and tried to see through the dark as Kurt rolled comfortably onto the bed. "Maybe you should just sleep in that towel. Or without it. Doesn't matter to me."

"Maybe I should make you sleep over here since you tried to give me a heart attack," Kurt answered, dramatically trying to catch his breath. "You really are a piece of work."

Blaine chuckled as he rubbed at his bare shoulder. "You love it, Kurt. Should I turn the light on for you? Or can we just…" his hand found its way to Kurt's knee and began to rub up. Kurt laughed, slapping him away. It may've been dark in the room, but there were infrared cameras that could see everything. This wasn't going to happen.

Kurt, fix your microphone.

"Shit." Kurt grabbed his mic pack from behind him and held it to his lips. "Now that everyone knows I'm still awake and having a conversation…"

Blaine knelt on the mattress. "All the suspicious people are asleep anyway."

Kurt nodded, not thinking about the fact that Blaine most likely couldn't see him in the darkness of the room. "Well, you can turn the light on for me. It'd be nice of you. I bet there are tons of hot guys watching on the live feeds who want to see a show, if you know what I mean."

Blaine got up despite rolling his eyes and made his way over to the light switch. When it turned on, Kurt squinted a little and stood up.

"No funny business tonight. I want to get a full night's rest."

Blaine watched as Kurt walked over to their bed and got his sleeping clothes. He licked his lips, looking at the pale expanse of skin covering the man's back. "But you won the POV and we get to stay here for another week. Don't you think that's a cause for celebration?"

"Depends on what the celebration is," Kurt replied, holding up a blue pair of briefs and smirking when Blaine eyed them; his right eyebrow going up. "These are almost like a jockstrap, huh?"

Blaine nodded. "You're very lucky there are cameras in here and I don't want mi abuela to see this."

Kurt teasingly lifted an eyebrow. "What would you do if there weren't any cameras?"

His friend smirked. "You'd be on your stomach right now; I can promise you that."

Kurt tried his best not to blush but he knew that was exactly what was happening on his face right now. "Interesting." Blaine walked closer to him and he smiled, taking a step back.

"Turn around so I can put my underwear on."

"Mmm… nah. No thank you, but I'm fine right here."

"Blaine."

"Kurt."

Kurt rolled his eyes; his acting skills amazing because he was pretending to be a lot more annoyed than he actually was. To tell the truth, he liked the flirtatiousness of Blaine and especially the attention that came with it. That was never ever going to be said aloud. "Turn around, asshat."

Blaine looked like he'd give up and actually considered it for a few seconds, but eventually a smile stretched across his pink lips and he shook his head no.

"Oh my god."

"If you give me a kiss, I'll turn around and let you get dressed in pea—" before the sentence was complete, Kurt pulled him forward by the back of his neck and pressed his lips against Blaine's. It was hard and firm, and Blaine made a hilarious unfgh noise against Kurt's mouth when their chests pressed together. Once Blaine relaxed and got into it, trying to take things further, Kurt pulled away with a mwah! and a smile.

"There. You have your kiss. Now turn around."

He didn't miss the way Blaine's eyes had dropped a shade in color, or the redness of his cheeks. Kurt wondered if the people watching on the live feeds could see it. Part of him wondered if the live feeds would even air something as R-rated as two men kissing, especially since they weren't wearing anything up top. Blaine licked his lips and nodded; his eyes scanning Kurt's chest before he slowly turned around and faced the wall. Kurt smiled, pulling the briefs on beneath his towel and shucking it away. He then grabbed a pair of shorts and pulled them on right as there was a knock on their bedroom door.

Blaine announced for them to hold on a second before sneaking a glance back at Kurt. "Should I get it or do you want to throw a shirt on?"

Kurt nodded to the door as he dug through his laundry bag for a tank top. "It's fine." He raised his voice. "Come in!"

The doorknob turned and in walked Marley. She ducked her head when she saw Kurt pulling a shirt on and that Blaine wasn't wearing one to begin with, but after closing the door she stepped further inside. "Hey. It's just me."

Kurt smiled at her and sat on the bed. "Hey. I didn't know anyone was still up. Well besides us."

Blaine was quiet, looking at her for a moment before sitting down too.

"I had a nap after the competition so now, here I am. Can't really sleep. Sharing that bed with Brittany and Kitty hasn't been too much fun."

Kurt nodded, searching the girl's face. It was obvious she wanted to talk about something, and it probably wasn't only related to the Big Brother game either. She looked like she really wanted to talk. Blaine was her guy for that once upon a time, but now they'd grown far apart from that.

"Then I heard Big Brother tell you to fix your mic, so I figured you were still up too…"

Kurt nodded, fixing his microphone all over again when she reminded him."Well, you're the HoH. With great power comes even greater freeloaders," Kurt said, smiling when Marley cracked a smile herself. Blaine lay down on the bed and started to play with the drawstrings of his pajama pants, and Kurt looked away from him to their guest. "Would you like to sit down? I was just about to get some sleep but we can chat if you'd like."

She stood for a while before eventually nodding, sitting on Mike's bed and flashing a quick, nervous smile. Blaine focused on Kurt, still remaining quiet.

"Basically, I came down here to talk to you because I remember what you said about wanting to work together. I'm the HoH, you've won the POV. We both have power in the house right now and the smart thing to do would be to use it together instead of making matters worse. Right?"

Blaine was biting his nails as he spoke. "The question is, would you be in here trying to work with Kurt if he didn't win, or would you be vying to send him home on Thursday?"

"Blaine," Kurt said tiredly. "Don't be that way—"

"No," Marley interrupted. "He's asking a fair question. And so we're clear, I took our conversation to heart, Kurt."

Kurt crossed his legs and nodded. Did he believe her? A little bit. She seemed sincere, and though Rachel mentioned wanting to be an actress, he didn't know if that ran in the family. Marley could've definitely been putting on a show right now, but Kurt had to figure out if she was. He took a deep breath and scooted forward on the bed.

"Go on."

She shrugged after a moment, trying to find the words. "I honestly don't know what to do tomorrow. The people I'm close to want me to put Santana up." She stopped speaking when Blaine looked up at her, but only for a moment. "I don't want to. It would put a huge target on my head, not anyone else's, and though she isn't the nicest person in the house, she hasn't exactly done anything to me."

Kurt nodded. "Okay. It's good that you don't want to, because I don't want you to put Santana up. But the question is: are you willing to work with me?"

"If I wasn't, I wouldn't be down here right now."

Kurt looked at Blaine who, of course, stared back at him. The younger man's face was pretty blank at this point, but Kurt knew what he was thinking. Blaine didn't trust Marley anymore, nor did he trust anyone that Marley associated with after what went down that week. But Kurt's thing was, if the people in their alliance were going to stay safe, they'd need to trust someone.

Marley was tense as she sat on Mike's bed, awaiting a response. She looked over at Blaine as he went back to chewing on his fingernails. His attitude towards her hadn't really changed, and she didn't expect it to. Sharing space in the house with someone she once considered a friend would only grow more awkward.

"Do you mind if we discuss what we need to discuss in front of Blaine?" Kurt asked her. This situation had to be awkward for the both of them, but if they were going to work together, she had to know that he would be filled in either way.

Marley glanced at Blaine and then back at Kurt again. "I don't mind at all."

Kurt unfolded his legs but clasped his hands together. "Great. Let's do it this way: you tell me who you have in mind to replace me with, and I'll tell you my thoughts on it."

She was quiet for a while, almost scared to answer that. Kurt knew that being HoH had to be difficult. Every decision you made would have a huge effect on how people would look at you, what they'd think of you, and more importantly, how long you would stay in the house. Santana was the type of HoH who didn't really give a shit, and that was now causing problems for her. Kurt wanted to win HoH, but didn't know how easy it would be to have all the power and not create enemies.

"I don't know," she said softly. "Well… this can stay between us, right?"

He made an obvious face and nodded. "Of course."

Blaine glanced over at her.

"I… Kitty is someone who's close to me. And she kind of dragged me into this alliance of hers," she trailed off, playing with her fingers. "With some of the other girls."

Kurt's eyes widened and he quickly looked at Blaine. This was the first he was hearing of an all-girls alliance. Was anyone he was close to a part of it? Santana definitely would've said something, as would Mercedes, right? "Okay…"

Blaine stared back at Kurt.

"You know, she's a friend of mine. But I don't like that she kind of lurched onto me after I won Head of Household, nor do I like that she's been telling me what to do and how to act. She makes me wonder if I really want her to be around for a long time."

"Do you trust her?" Kurt asked. "I mean, do you see her as a player that will have your back in the long run? Because honestly I can't see that…"

Blaine spoke next. "She's manipulative. Anyone can see that."

Marley shook her head as she looked away from him. "You're one to talk…"

"Can we keep this—"

Blaine cut off Kurt and sat up in the bed, turning to Marley. "Not once did I manipulate you. You have a boyfriend. We were friends. You got upset with me—"

"You were leading me on and you know it, Blaine. God. You cannot be that dense!"

Kurt looked up at the ceiling as he ran a hand through his damp hair. "You two need to discuss this alone privately because I don't want to be in the middle of it."

Marley looked away from Blaine who was about to speak, but he held his tongue. She turned to Kurt and folded her arms. "I'm sorry."

He nodded, looking between the both of them before finally looking at her. "Listen. If you have the chance to get Kitty out and you feel that it's the right thing for your game, then I'm behind you 100%, Marley. She may be a member of my team, but she definitely doesn't give a crap about my well-being in this house."

Marley nodded.

"It is your choice in the end, but one thing I know for sure is that if you keep Santana safe this week, we will keep you safe next week. Right?" he looked at Blaine so that his friend could back him up, but Blaine was simply feigning disinterest. He took a deep breath and cleared his throat. "Right, Blaine?"

Blaine smirked as he looked over at him, nodding his head. "Of course, Kurt."

Marley ignored him. "What about anyone else? I mean… is there someone else I should be going for? I could backdoor one of the veterans. Like Mike. He's strong and we don't really need him here. Or Mercedes. Adam…" she looked over at Blaine and saw his eyes twinkle at the thought. "I bet if I were to put one of them up for eviction, people would vote them out. It'd make life in here easier for the rest of us."

Blaine really wanted Kitty gone, but life in a house with no Adam was way too appealing to not at least discuss. Kurt on the other hand seemed to be disinterested.

"As amazing as it would be to get a veteran player out of the house, do you think any of them are targeting you?"

Marley shook her head no. "Well, not that I know of, but who's to say they aren't?"

Kurt looked at Blaine. "We for sure know that Kitty is manipulative and will latch on to whoever has the power in the house. She's going to be a dangerous floater. We have the shot to get her out now, why not take it?"

"We also have the opportunity to get out a power player. Will is our captain, so we can't really gun for him," Blaine told Marley. "But Adam? We could get Adam out."

"You only want Adam out because he's interested in Kurt," Marley said obviously. Kurt agreed, but didn't say anything.

"I want him out because if he'd cheat in Week One, he'll cheat throughout the competition."

"Let's weigh our options—" Kurt stopped mid-sentence when the bedroom door opened. Kitty stood there for a while; her eyes traveled over everyone in the room, to Kitty first, then to Kurt, and over to Blaine who didn't even bother looking back at her. The blonde smiled as she took another step in and then closed the door behind herself.

"Don't mind me. Just decided I'd sleep in here tonight. Carry on with your conversation."

Marley turned around to face her and the three all watched Kitty lay down in bed. She continued to smile to herself, glancing over to them.

"What's wrong?"

"You've been sleeping upstairs in the HoH bedroom all week," Kurt said calmly, though Blaine could tell by the tone of voice that he was over her bullshit. "I guess I'm wondering why you'd want to come down here now."

"Why not?" Kitty asked, shrugging. "This is still my room. I don't really have to answer to you."

"Can you at least give us a couple minutes to finish our conversation?" Marley asked. Blaine scoffed, rolling his eyes and getting underneath the covers. Kurt moved over a bit to give him space.

"How about we just finish this chat in the morning?" Kurt suggested.

"Is there something you all are talking about that I can't listen to?" Kitty asked.

Kurt couldn't believe how much he hated the girl. He'd felt hate towards people before, and though she was nothing like his bullies in high school, she was still a piece of shit. Marley stood up and started to walk towards the door.

"Goodnight, everyone." She stopped and looked at Kitty. "I'm not sure why you suddenly want to sleep down here, but goodnight Kitty."

"Just wanting to spend time with my favorite people," Kitty answered, smiling over at Kurt and Blaine. Marley nodded, not saying much else, and turned to the door. But before leaving, she stopped short and looked back at the two boys.

"If you two want, you can hang out in the HoH room tonight and I'll come talk to you in the morning. I really think I should talk to Kitty."

Kurt sat on the end of his bed with a confused look on his face. Did Marley just offer him the HoH bedroom to share with Blaine of all people while she slept down here?

Kitty laughed and shook her head. "You want to talk to me? Okay, Marley. Let's chat."

Blaine watched Kurt stand up and slide into his slippers. "Alright. We'll be upstairs with Brittany, then." He glanced back at Blaine as he started to walk towards the door. Blaine pushed the sheets off of him and followed— another look in Kitty's direction told the girl he had no respect for her, and then followed Kurt out of the room.

Marley closed the door behind them and walked over to Mike's bed, sitting down and taking a deep breath.

"So you didn't need to talk to me while you were sneaking off down here to talk to Kurt and Blaine, but now, we suddenly need to speak?"

Marley nodded. "Basically."

Kitty smiled. "I'm all ears. But you better believe that I will be telling everyone in our alliance that I caught you talking with the two of them."

"And I doubt they'd care, Kitty." Marley looked at her seriously. "I'm the HoH. Kurt won the Veto. We need to talk things out and discuss them—"

"No you don't," she cut in. "You only need to talk to people who are trying to help you, not people who are going to make you do what they want—"

"You mean like you, Kitty?"

Marley watched Kitty smirk and then sat up. "Really? I… the one who's been looking out for you… the one who tried to warn you that the boy you were falling head over hills for, enjoys penis instead. I'm the bad guy?"

Marley. Please come to the Diary Room.

Marley sighed. "You want to turn this into an argument. I just wanted to talk."

Kitty nodded. "I'm listening, pal. Go ahead."

"You're the one who convinced me to do the nominations the way that I did. I shouldn't have nominated Kurt in the first place. He did nothing wrong to me. But you convinced me to put him up and that created a mess—"

"He needed to go up there. To give his little friends a wake-up call—"

"And now he's won the POV, Kitty. So that plan backfired."

The two looked at one another and Marley couldn't help but shake her head. She could tell by the look on Kitty's face that she was about to play the victim, or say something that'd upset her.

"You know what, Marley. You're the HoH. I'm not letting you blame me because you're just as responsible. But now that our little plan has backfired as you put it, we can go through with the rest of it." She sat up. "Send Santana home."

Marley. Please come to the Diary Room.

"I'm not sending Santana anywhere."

Kitty smiled. "What—Excuse me? Are you for real?"

Marley stood up. "I don't want to talk about this anymore. Like you said," she began to walk towards the door once more, "I'm the HoH and I'm responsible. I'll figure something out."

Kitty shook her head. "Don't be weak. Or do. It's all on you, HoH."

"I won't be." The door was closed behind her and Kitty shook her head, smirking as she looked up at the cameras. If Marley was going to try and play things Blaine's way, despite what had happened earlier that week, then she was an idiot. She'd get what was coming to her and Kitty wouldn't be able to help her.

"You won't be getting my help in the future, Marley. Sorry. I'm only aligning with smart people."

"We should go back to our room because… this is awkward."

"I'm not going back down there with Kitty in the room. Marley said we can stay up here. We're staying up here."

"But Brittany's taking up most of the bed." Kurt turned to look at her as Blaine nuzzled closer into his side. "And this isn't special. I want the first time we share this bed to be when one of us is HoH and we can have it all to ourselves."

Blaine rolled his eyes in the dark; his hand sliding smoothly around Kurt's waist and pulling him closer. "You're not going to mess this up for me. You feel so good."

"Stop that," Kurt whispered, suddenly very conscious of the cameras as Blaine's hands moved underneath the covers. "I'm sure that doesn't look right, and I don't want to get home after this is done and see .gifs of us that look questionable."

Blaine smirked. "Shh. Sleep."

Kurt turned in the man's grasp. "Come on. I don't want to sleep in here. We'll tell Marley to come back upstairs and just share the room with Kitty. Besides, I'm winning HoH in a couple days."

Blaine rolled away from Kurt and groaned. Loudly. He heard a soft apology before he was being hushed.

"Brittany is asleep."

"I don't care," Blaine whined. He got up from the bed and stuffed his hands into his pockets, waiting for Kurt to join him. "Come on. I'm pretty sure Marley is still in the Diary Room, but we can go hang out with Kitty. Why not? She adores us."

Kurt maneuvered through the dark until he was on both feet. He leant forward to kiss Blaine's forehead and then led the way out of the door, down the stairs, and into the bedroom. Kitty wasn't in the room when they got there, and Kurt found that strange, but Blaine said he didn't care.

"Let's just go to sleep. Please."

The next morning, after Blaine had finished drinking what was left in the milk carton, he headed over to the living room with close to everyone else. Kurt was missing, as was Marley and Santana, but the rest of the HouseGuests were seated on the sofa sharing small talk. Blaine wanted to get this ceremony over as quickly as possible so that he could go outside and get in the pool. He missed surfing like nothing else ever before, so swimming had to do.

Puck sat beside him in his dinosaur costume and Blaine tried not to laugh as the man literally tucked his tail between his legs.

"I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy," he mumbled. Quinn smiled at him.

Production gathered everyone together after a few moments. Brittany went and sat in one of the chairs at the end of the room like she was supposed to, and Kurt stood at the front ready to address everyone. Santana didn't look too worried about this ceremony, but she rarely did. The girl had one hell of a poker face.

Blaine could tell when something was up, though. Now, she seemed okay.

It was Kitty who looked uncomfortable. That was a first. She sat next to Adam and Sam; her arms folded and a deadpan on her face as everyone gave Kurt their complete attention. Marley took a deep breath from where she sat beside her sister. If anyone looked nervous, it was her.

"This is the Veto ceremony," Kurt began. "Brittany and myself have been nominated for eviction. But I have the power to veto one of the nominations. Right now I would like to give Brittany a final chance to say why I should save her."

Brittany nodded. Everyone turned to face her and she waved hello. "Hi, everyone. My name is Brittany."

The HouseGuests stared at her.

"I think that you should save me because I am a very nice person, Kurt. I like being here. It's fun. I get to hang out with everyone and we play pool. I like getting to spend time with Santana in the Jacuzzi. I like it here. I don't want to go back home to Louisiana."

Kurt looked at her for a moment before nodding. "Okay. Well. Thank you for that."

Santana shook her head. Finn looked at his brother.

"After thinking about this all night long, I have decided to use the Power of Veto to save myself."

A few people laughed at Kurt's humor, others like Kitty didn't find it very funny. Brittany pouted a bit. She really wasn't ready to go home.

"Marley, as the Head of Household, it is up to you to decide a replacement player to put in the nomination chair."

Marley nodded and stood up, taking Kurt's spot as he sat in hers. He wore the Power of Veto around his neck and winked over at Finn. His brother smiled.

"This was by no means an easy decision, but I had to do what I felt was best for me." She took a deep breath and looked at her housemates around the room. Blaine stared back at her; his gaze unwavering. Shocking to Marley, it wasn't completely angry either. "So Kitty, take a seat next to Brittany. You're nominated for eviction."

Santana smiled, not even bothering to hide it. She turned and looked down the line at Kitty who hadn't really reacted. Brittany's mouth dropped, and Adam rubbed his temple.

Blaine felt Puck tense beside him, but didn't think much of it. He was too busy looking at Kurt who let out a sigh of relief. There was no way that Kitty wasn't going home this week. No way in hell. They'd get the votes, and she would be out, not even making it to the jury house. She'd go right home.

Kitty smiled and stood up. "Wow. Okay. I can't say I'm shocked after I saw you talking to Kurt and Blaine last night."

Kurt looked over at the girl as she joined Brittany in the nomination chairs. Everyone was quiet, but no one was stopping her from continuing.

"It's glad to see how disloyal you are, Marley. I hope they send you home next week, and if I stay, I'll send you home myself."

Marley didn't reply. She stepped forward and cleared her throat. "This concludes the Veto ceremony."

Everyone stood up. A few people, Adam included, went over to hug Kitty. Blaine walked directly into the kitchen behind Santana, a smile on his face.

"¿Estás bien?" Blaine pinched her back until she turned around.

"Are you fucking kidding me? I'm about to throw a party. That bitch is out of here…"

"Or she's going to weasel her way into convincing Brittany to ask people to vote her out instead. You know. They're best friends."

"Puedo hablar con Brittany," Santana whispered. "We aren't best friends, but we're close enough. I think she'd listen to me, too."

"You're fucking around aren't you?"

"Aren't you and Porcelain fucking around?"

Blaine rolled his eyes and looked back at Kurt who was talking with Finn and Sam. "Porcelain? Really? But to answer your question, hardly. We like one another. This isn't a fucking around situation."

Santana rolled her eyes as well. "Okay."

He smiled and then turned around. A 'fucking around' situation didn't sound too bad right about now. Kurt looked edible and that was a problem.

"Stop eye fucking him then, enano."

Blaine looked at her. "Stop calling me that, stupid. And cook me something to eat. Rápidamente."

She walked off, shaking her head. "You're 21, but I can still kick your ass."

Blaine laughed. They were one day closer to getting rid of Kitty. The next stop was to win HoH so he could get rid of Adam. If Kurt won HoH, Adam would be safe since those two were teammates. Blaine really wanted him gone.

One step at a time, he told himself.
