I've never written for Casualty before, but this is just a small thing after last night's episode, so spoilers if you don't want them, but I'm guessing the majority have seen it.

The worst thing, was knowing Ethan was in that crash.

The worst thing, was no one telling him anything.

The worst thing, was worrying.

The worst thing, was thinking he could lose his brother: his only family.

The worst thing, was having to deal with irritating people.

The worst thing, was having to treat Ethan - even though he wanted to.

The worst thing, was having to keep making jokes.

The worst thing, was a turn for the worst.

The worst thing, was having to save Ethan's life.

The worst thing, was struggling to do so.

The worst thing, was struggling not to cry in front of colleagues.

The worst thing, was faking emotions.

The worst thing, was seeing his little brother laying still, not opening his eyes to talk to him.

The worst thing, was waking up trapped in a car.

The worst thing, was not knowing what to think about first.

The worst thing, was worrying.

The worst thing, was having to deal with paramedics treating him. a qualified doctor.

The worst thing, was thinking Cal could left alone: losing his only remaining family.

The worst thing, was Cal being forced to treat him.

The worst thing, was Cal attempting to joke.

The worst thing, was suddenly losing consciousness again.

The worst thing, was not knowing what was happening.

The worst thing was waking up in hospital.

The worst thing was hearing Cal - obviously crying.

The worst thing was not opening his eyes to talk to him.

The best thing, was Ethan survived and Cal said what he wanted to, saying, "You are my little brother. And I love you."

The disappointing thing, was that Ethan was sleeping. Or so Cal had believed.

The best thing of all, was that they were both still brothers and both still breathing.

So like I said, I've never written for Casualty before and I didn't start watching (properly rather than 'it just being on TV, so I've looked at it sort 'of thing) it until January this year and I fell in love with Ethan&Cal, but never found the time to write for them, but after last nights episode... Well, how could I not?

I hope you like this and I will be writing for these two again certainly. Hopefully I might be able to write something else to upload tomorrow or Tuesday, but I will definitely have more for them in the future. Thank you for reading.
